        Pellicle is defined as a thin transparent film stretched over an aluminum (Al) frame that is glued on one side of a photomask. As semiconductor devices are pursuing higher levels of integration and higher resolution patterns, the cleaning of the Al flame surface is becoming a critical step because the contaminants on the Al flame can cause lithography exposure defects on the wafers. In order to remove these contaminants from the Al frame, a highly concentrated nitric acid (HNO3) solution is used. However, it is difficult to fully remove them, which results in an increase in the Al surface roughness. In this paper, the pellicle frame cleaning is investigated using various cleaning solutions. When the mixture of sulfuric acid (H2SO4), hydrofluoric acid (HF), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and deionized water with ultrasonic is used, a high cleaning efficiency is achieved without HNO3. Thus, this cleaning process is suitable for Al frame cleaning and it can also reduce the use of chemicals.

        개방형 도시정보모델은 3차원 가시성으로 인한 상황 이해도를 증진시키고, 의미정보 및 객체간 관계정보로의 접근으로 인한 효율적인 정보 재사용을 가능하게 하며, 다양한 외부 데이터와의 연계를 통해 구체적이고 신뢰도 높은 의사결정을 지원한다. 본 연구에서는 실제 데이터를 기반으로 지형 및 건물에 대한 개방형 도시정보모델 생성하였다. 또한 침수해 발생과 관련한 수리해석 데이터와 도시정보모델을 연계한 건물의 침수 시뮬레이션 프로세스를 개발하고 이를 적용하였으며, 인명 및 재산피해 예상값을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 정보모델이 포함하고 있는 모델 데이터와 침수 수리해석 결과 및 피해결과를 활용한 구체적인 질의를 통해 도시정보모델의 활용성을 검토하였다.

        체계적으로 구축된 3차원 정보모델은 응용분야에서 효과적으로 활용 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 침수에 따른 피해정보 관리에 적합한 도시정보모델을 생성하여 활용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 정보의 상호운용성과 재사용성을 보장받기 위해 개방형 표준 데이터 스키마인 CityGML이 포함하고 있는 정보 항목을 활용하는 방법 및 추가 필요항목에 대한 확장방안을 제시하였고, 지형과 건물모델을 효과적으로 통합할 수 있는 방안을 제시하여 적용하였다. 실제 침수피해 사례를 대상으로 생성한 통합정보모델이 포함하고 있는 데이터를 활용하여 침수해에 따른 예상 사망자 수, 예상 고립자 수를 산정하였으며, 이를 통해 정보모델이 침수피해 산정과 같은 응용분야에 활용 가능함을 확인하였다.

        Currently, the harvest is achieved by manpower of laborer and recently, the bulk of laborers are almost old people and women. In addition, due to the inconveniences of using harvest baskets and the percentages of labor in harvesting are high, in this research the harvest basket is designed for using in harvest. The basket is designed by consideration of the physical condition, it is analyzed about the effects of the weight and strain on the harvest basket by using the structure analysis. As a result, underside of basket occurs largest deformation. And the back of basket occurs lower deformation than underside of basket.

        The HANARO reactor constructed from Jan. 1985 to April 1995, and a major utilization system, the Cold Neutron Research Facility was completed Nov. 2010. The cold neutron research facility consists of a Cold Neutron Source, a process system, a neutron guide and a Spectrometer. A moderator is utilized to transform thermal neutrons into cold neutrons. A moderator cell accommodates the moderator. The inner assembly contains an aluminum moderator cell connected to a stainless steel heat exchanger by a bi-metallic transition joint. An In-Pool Assembly is welded to this inner assembly and a double flexible pipe, and a vacuum chamber is inserted. After HANARO reactor shutdown, the in-pool assembly was installed at a cold neutron hole in the reactor pool. We confirmed a precise installation by using an underwater TV camera for a nuclear reactor inspection. In-pool assembly connected to double flexible pipe each system in the Cold Neutron Research Facility. After cold neutron research facility operated, the reliability of vacuum system, helium refrigerator system, gas blanket system and hydrogen system for maintenance was confirmed.

        이상의 실험 결과들을 요약하면, 포르말린을 측두하악관절 내로 주입하여 발생한 염증성 통증 행위반응은 QX-314의 투여로 감소할 수 있었다. 저농도의 QX-314의 진통작용은 TRPV1 통로를 이용하여 세포막 내로 이동하여 작용이 나타났으며 고농도의 QX-314는 TRPV1 통로와 무관하게 진통작용을 나타내었다. 이와 같은 결과는 측두하악관절 장애로 인해 발생되는 염증성 통증에 QX-314가 효과적인 치료제로 사용할 수 있다는 것을 말해주며, 특히 고농도의 QX-314가 세포막을 이동하는 경로에 대한 연구가 더 진행된다면 임상에서 QX-314가 진통제로서 사용할 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 판단된다.

        The bovine fatty acid binding protein 4 and 5 (FABP4 and 5) is a major positional and physiological candidate gene for the bovine marbling and carcass weight. The aim of this study was to evaluate the association between economic traits of Korean cattle (Hanwoo) and genetic variation in fatty acid binding protein 4 and 5 (FABP4 and 5) genes within carcass/meat quality traits and the before/after of fatting in breed Hanwoo. Here, we characterized the nucleotide polymorphism of FABP4 and 5 in 86 cattle. We were detected the variability of three types (GG, AG, and AA) by PCR, and economic traits were analyzed by the mixed regression model implemented in the ASReml program. As the result of statistical and supersonic analysis, FABP4 gene was highly showed significant effect (p<0.006) on marbling score (MS), in contrast FABP5 gene was lowed (p<0.084) on MS before fatting. But, FABP4 gene was highly showed significant effect (p<0.0054) on MS, in contrast FABP5 gene lowest (p<0.0899) on MS in the after of fatting. Compare to supersonic result before fatting in FABP4 gene, it was detected type GG: (p<7.18), AG: (p<8.50), and AA: (p<10.50) (n=50), showed type GG: (p<4.88), AG: (p<2.33), and AA: (p<0.00) after weed out (n=20). Futhermore, it was detected type GG: (p<9.30), AG: (p<7.95), and AA: (p<7.40) (n=50) before fatting in the FABP5 gene. It was shown type GG: (p<2.67), AG: (p<3.50), and AA: (p<5.00) after weed out (n=50). Our results indicate that FABP4 and 5 gene transcription is regulated by the environment of feeding and management, and suggest that feeding and management could be potential key in determining FABP4 and 5 genes transcription for carcass/meat quality traits in breed Hanwoo.

        Human protein C (hPC) is a regulator of homeostasis, suggesting its potential use as a therapy for many disease states. Protein C is a zymogen of a serine protease that is activated by thrombin. Protein C, also known as autoprothrombin ⅡA and blood coagulation factor ⅪⅤ, is a zymogenic (inactive) protein, the activated form of which plays an important role in regulating blood clotting, inflammation, cell death and maintaining the permeability of blood vessel walls in humans and other animals. hPC is a 62 KD disulfide- linked heterodimer consisting of a 21 KD light chain and a 41 KD heavy chain which circulates as an inactive zymogen in plasma. In this study, we focus on generation of hPC transgenic mice. hPC transgenic mice were produced by using micro-injection method. The hPC cDNA was cloned into pBC1 vector under goat β-casein promoter. One-cell stage embryos microinjected were transferred to 24 recipient mice on day 1 of the estrus cycle. We screened 61 mice by the PCR. Four line transgenic mice were identified and confirmed expression of protein C gene in mammary gland and several organ. We also analyzed the expression of mRNA and protein through the northern blot and western blot in mammary gland of hPC transgenic mice. hPC was localized in the alveolar epithelial cell by immunohistochemistry. Now, we are collecting the milk from the 2 found lines. After then, we are checking the activity of hPC produced from mice milk.

        Interferon-tau (IFNT) is regarded, generally, to be the conceptus protein that signals maternal recognition of pregnancy in ruminants. Although the discovery was made over two decades ago, the molecular mechanisms that regulate IFNT expression are not well understood. Previous studies demonstrated that transcription factors, caudal-related homeobox- 2 (CDX2), JUN, ETS2 and a transcriptional coactivator CREB binding protein (CREBBP) positively influenced IFNT gene expression, while OCT4 may exhibit negative regulation. We and others have observed that both CDX2 and OCT4 coexist during early stages of conceptus elongation but as development proceeds, OCT4 expression diminishes. The objective of this study was to evaluate the stimulatory and inhibitory effects of CDX2 and OCT4, respectively, on IFNT gene transcription when evaluated with other transcription factors. Human choriocarcinoma JEG3 cells were co-transfected with an ovine IFNT (-654 base pair)-luciferase reporter (-654-oIFNT-Luc) construct and several transcription factor expression plasmids. When the reporter construct was co-transfected with either CDX2, ETS2 or CJUN, transcription of -654-oIFNT-Luc increased about two-fold compared to -654-oIFNT-Luc alone. When -654-oIFNT-Luc was co-transfected with both c-jun and Ets-2, activity of -654-oIFNT-Luc was increased about four-fold; cotransfection with JUN, ETS2 and CDX2 increased -654-oIFNT-Luc expression 12X, indicating that the stimulatory activity of the transcription factors was additive. OCT4, when cotransfected with -654-oIFNT-Luc, reduced expression of the later about 40% when compared to -654-oIFNT-Luc alone. When co-transfected with JUN and/or ETS2, OCT4 abolished the stimulatory effect of these transcription factors. OCT4 also inhibited the stimulatory activity of CDX2 alone, but not when CDX2 was combined with JUN and/or ETS2. Therefore, when combined with the other transcription factors, CDX2 over the transcriptional inhibitory activity of OCT4. Conversely, when cells were transfected initially with OCT4 (0h) followed by transfection with CDX2, ETS2 and JUN 24 h later, -654-oIFNT-Luc expression was reduced to control (-654-oIFNT-Luc, alone) levels. Not surprisingly, 12S E1A, an inhibitor of transcriptional coactivator CREBBP, reduced stimulation of -654- oIFNT-Luc expression by CDX2, ETS2 and JUN, in combination, by about 40%, indicating that proper transcription complex formation is required for maximum expression. In conclusion, it is suggested that prior to conceptus elongation, pre-existing OCT4 may inhibit IFNT expression, but as elongation proceeds, IFNT expression increases, resulting from incremental increases in CDX2 expression, diminished OCT4 expression, and possibly proper transcription factor complex formation.         20ɑ-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (20ɑ-HSD) enzyme converts progesterone into biological inactive steroid, thus playing a key role in the termination of pregnancy or estrus cycle and allowing parturition and ovulation to occur in most mammalian animals. However, function and regulation of this enzyme has not known well in primate reproductive physiology. We previously demonstrated the expression level and localization of the 20α-HSD in the reproductive tissues of macaque monkeys of pre-ovulation and pre-parturition period. Also, we amplified about 2005 bp 5'-flanking region from placenta genomic DNA and examined methylation pattern and promoter activity. In present study, we focus on the analysis of molecular characterization of the promoter region by using reporter assay systems. We constructed of deleted mutants (— 890 bp; HSF-2), (— 513 bp; XFD), (— 276 bp; Ap-1) and (— 72 bp; Sp-1) and each mutants were cloned into pGL3-basic vector. These deletion mutants were transfected into CHO cells and co-transfected with Sp-1 or Ap-1 transcription factor plasmids. Compared to — 890 bp and 513 bp promoter fragments alone, transcription activity increased when these constructs were co-transfected with Sp-1 and Ap-1 factor. However, for the absence Ap-1 factor binding site in 276 bp fragment activity dramatically decreased in both transfections. Next, we constructed of 306 bp fragment which is including of Ap-1 binding site and nucleotides converted mutants of the Ap-1 factor binding site. In this result, 306 bp fragment's transcription activity was high as wild type. However, the mutant activity which converted Ap-1 site’s all nucleotide was significantly decreased. These findings are confirmed by gel-shift assay examining Ap-1 binding site on the 20 α-HSD gene upstream region and expression of Ap-1 factor was determined by RT-PCR and Western blot in pre-parturition period placenta and CHO-K1 cell line. Our results indicate that Ap-1 site (— 281 → — 274) (5'-TGTCTCAT-3') plays a crucial role for monkey 20 α- HSD gene transcription.

        지난해 독일 벨루가 시핑의 화물선 2척이 우리나라 울산항에서 출발하여 사상 처음으로 북동항로 운항에 성 공한 것으로 알려지면서 북극항로의 상업적 이용가능성이 증대되고 있다. 특히 극동-유럽을 연결하는 북동항로가 수 에즈운하를 통과하는 남방항로보다 운항거리를 40%나 단축시킴으로써 새로운 단거리 미래 물류항로로 대두되면서 북동항로 경유해협의 법적 지위, 러시아의 북동항로 법률과 유엔해양법협약과의 충돌 등 법적 문제가 주요 이슈로 등장하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유엔해양법협약의 시각에서 북동항로의 주요 법적 문제와 미치는 영향에 대해 검토하고 있다.

        이 논문에서는 의료용 초음파 볼륨 데이터의 잡음을 효과적으로 제거하기 위한 방법을 제안 한다. 초음파 영상은 잡음이 심하여 필터링이 필요하다. 기존의 2차원 필터링은 인접한 슬라이 스 간 정보를 무시하고 기존의 3차원 필터링은 속도가 느리거나 잡음 제거 효과가 떨어지는 필 터를 적용하였고 또한 초음파 데이터의 샘플링 특성을 고려치 않아 균등하게 필터링 하지 않았 다. 이를 해결하기 위해 잡음제거에 효과적인 양방향 필터를 병렬로 빠르게 처리하고 필터 영 역에 따라 윈도우 크기를 달리하는 기법을 제안한다. 공간 필터의 합산영역 테이블을 이용하여 병렬로 빠르게 필터링하고 윈도우 크기는 필터 영역에 따라 비례적으로 결정한다. 실험은 평균 필터와 양방향 필터, 양방향 적응 필터를 적용한 초음파 볼륨 렌더링 영상에서 잡음 제거와 원 본 손실 정도를 비교한다. 이렇게 하여 양방향 필터링을 빠르게 수행하면서 기존 보다 균등하 게 필터링하여 잡음을 효과적으로 정확하게 제거할 수 있다.
