The Cost has been much emphasized in inside of an army because of the promotion of reconciliation atmosphere between South and North Korea and the reduction of defense budget since 1990. So we are now faced with the problem that we should consider a cost above all besides the performance and arrangement for such a restriction of budget in time of developing new generation weapon systems. In this research we are suggested following two methodologies. One is the develop a weapon system with optimum cost considering a Life Cycle Cost from the first stage of design and the other is the cost control and management with the establishment of Target cost.

The six kinds of natural factors(It refers to wind, cold, summer-heat, dampness, dryness and fire.) is constantly moving to maintain the balance of whole climate of one year. Four seasons are the largest mediation of whole climate of one year. The cold and the heat have the relationship of mutual intervention. The dampness and the dryness have it also. In this process they raise various climate appearance. And that various climate appearance influence the whole lives on the earth. This paper is concerned with the classification of them.

Five elements motion and six kinds of natural factors influence not only human disease but also difference of medicine effect. Because the climate of summer is very hot, that is easy to increase the properties of hot medicines, a doctor must be careful to use it in summer. Also the climate of winter is very cold, that is easy to increase the properties of cold medicines, a doctor must be careful to use it in winter. But in the certain conditions to use diaphoretics or purgatives, in spite of that regulation a doctor can use them.

원자력 분야를 포함하는 다양한 산업에서 발생하고 있는 오일 함유 폐액의 처리에 있어서 전기여과막 공정의 적용성을 평가할 목적으로 폴리프로필렌 정밀여과막을 사용한 모의 오일 에멀젼 폐액의 막 여과 실험을 수행하였다. 이때 투과 플럭스에 대한 전기장의 효과 및 투과 플럭스에 영향을 주는 주요 인자들로써 막간 차압, 교차흐름 유속 및 오일 에멀젼 농도의 영향을 고찰하였다. 전기장을 가해주는 전기정밀여과 공정은 기존의 전기장을 사용하지 않는 막 여과 공정에 비해서 막 오염 문제를 현저히 개선함으로써 투과 플럭스가 크게 향상되었으며 장기간의 조업시에도 상당한 투과 플럭스의 유지가 가능함을 보였다.

A study to analyze and solve problems of polyacetal resin cutting experiment has presented in this paper. We have taken Taguchi's parameter design approach, specifically orthogonal array, and determined the optimal levels of the selected variables through analysis of the experimental results using S/H ratio.

동시증류추출장치를 사용하여 분리한 Sweet계 바질(Ocimum basilicum)의 4개 품종(anise, darkopal, lettuce, sweet)의 휘발성 성분을 GC/MSD로 확인하였다 확인된 성분을 기능기별로 분류하면 alcohol 성분들이 11종, carbonyl 화합물이 6종, terpene 관련 화합물이 19종. ester 화합물이 5종으로 나타났다. 주요 화합물들은 1, 8-cineole(2.86∼5.04%), camphor(1.07∼l.87%), α-Bergamotene(2.05∼5.40%), methyl chavicol(0∼25.49%), eugenol (3.55∼13.53%) 등의 carbonyl 화합물과 linalool(28.52∼36.50%), bornyl acetate(0.48∼2.79%), methyl cinnamate(0∼23.12%)등의 alcohol과 ester류, cis-ocimene(1.15∼2.02%), β -cubebene(2.77∼4.80%), cadinene(1.08∼1.70%)등의 terpene 화합물이 주요 성분으로 확인되었다. Darkopal, lettuce, sweet 바질은 linalool(30.09∼35.50%), methyl chavicol(8.09∼25.49%)이 주요 성분으로 나타났고, Anise 바질은 linalool(28.52%), methyl cinnamate(23.12%)가 주요 성분으로 확인되었으나 바질의 주요성분으로 알려져 있는 methyl chavicol은 검출되지 않았다.
