18개월령과 31개월령 사이의 암소 56,487두의 판독 결과를 이용하였으며, 환경요인과 유전적 요인들에 대해 분석이 이루어졌다. 2011년 1월에서 2018년 8월까지의 기간 동안의 국내 농가들의 데이터를 이용하였으며, WOMBAT 소프트웨어를 활용하여 Multi-trait animal model을 통해 각 형질들의 유전력, 유전상관 및 표현형상관을 추정하였다. 모델식들의 환경적인 요인들의 대해 유의성이 나타났다; 측정년도, 측정월, 지역, 암소개월령. 초음파 등지방두께, 초음파 등심단면적, 초음파 근내지방도의 유전력은 각각 0.364, 0.499, 0.104로 추정되었다. 유전상관과 표현형상관은 각 형들간에 있어 강한 정의 상관을 나타냈다. 각 형질들간 유전상관은 초음파 근내지방도와 초음파 등심단면적, 초음파 근내지방도, 초음파 등심단면적과 초음파 근내지방도는 각각 0.551, 0.485, 0.486으로 나타났으며, 표현형상관은 0.594, 0.490, 0.514로 나타났다. 이에 대한 결과로 초음파측정결과를 이용하여 농장운영에 있어서 육질 개선을 위한 유전적 능력을 개선시킬 수 있을 것이라 보며, 한우의 개량에 있어서 기초적인 자료로서 이용이 될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.
collected from approximately 1100 purebred Duroc pigs between 2011 and 2017. The meat quality traits evaluated were: moisture content (MC), fat content (FC), water holding capacity (WHC), cooking loss (CL), and shear force (SF). Meat samples were evaluated for the following fatty acids: palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic, and linolenic acids. We evaluated the meat for the following sensory traits: color, flavor, tenderness, juiciness, and acceptability of the meat. Variance and covariance components were estimated using restricted maximum likelihood procedures on different animal models. The results showed that the estimates of heritability for MC, FC, WHC, CL, and SF were 0.17, 0.58, 0.34, 0.31, and 0.42, respectively. The heritability estimates for fatty acid composition were moderate to high (0.34 to 0.63). The estimates of genetic correlation were -0.60 and 0.46 between MC and FC, and MC and SF, respectively. Generally, phenotypic correlation between meat quality traits was low. Linoleic acid had moderate to high negative phenotypic and genotypic correlation with both palmitic and oleic acid. Comparison of meat quality traits and sensory traits revealed a positive correlation (0.208) between acceptability and WHC, while the correlation between acceptability and SF was negative (-0.207). The estimated genetic parameters among meat quality traits, sensory traits, and fatty acid composition in this study are expected to be used to improve pork to suit consumer preferences.
The objective of this study is to estimate the effect of adding TES to LEY and FGE freezing extender for the sperm viability, acrosomal morphology and DNA fragmentation from miniature pig sperm, we evaluated sperm characteristics in TFGE, TLE and LEY with various thawing condition ( for 20 sec, 45 sec and for 5 sec, respectively), and in different concentration of glycerol at 1%, 1.5%, 3%. The sperm viability and normal acrosome intact(NAI) in TFGE (Viability : , NAI : ), TLE (, ) extender significantly(p<0.05) increased than that in LEY (, ) extender thawed at for 5 sec. According to the results from glycerol concentration, the viability and NAI of miniature pig sperm in 1.5% glycerol TLE (, ) was highest among the experimental groups. In accordance with this, DNA fragmentation rates was the lowest in TLE () while that in LEY () is the highest. Therefore, these results suggest that TLE extender method for freezing- thawing of miniature pig sperm increased the viability after thawing.
본 연구에 이용한 재료는 2001년부터 2008년까지 한국 종돈장에서 농장검정된 Yorkshire종, Landrace종 의 암컷 48,101두의 자료를 이용하였다. 일반성분 분석은 품종별, 산차별, 년도별, 계절별 및 농장별로 분석하 였고, 각 성장형질별 1산차 산자수 분석은 48,101두의 자료를 이용하여 성장형질 그룹별로 분석하였다. 일반 성분 분석에서 품종의 정육율 (p<0.05)을 제외한 부분에서 고도의 유의성(p<0.01)을 나타내었다. 일당증체량 에서는 Landrace종 (640.48±0.749 g)이 Yorkshire종 (624.22±0.608 g)보다 우수하였으며, 등지방 두께 에서는 Yorkshire종 (13.44±0.030 ㎜)이 Landrace종 (12.50±0.037 ㎜)보다 두껍게 나타났다. 각 품종에 대한 성장형질별 1산차 산자수 와 사산두수에서 Yorkshire종은 종료일령 161~165일령그룹을 기 점으로 산자수가 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 일당증체량 620~640 g그룹과 등지방두께 13~14 ㎜그룹에서 산 자수가 가장 많이 나타났다. Landrace종의 경우 일당증체량그룹에서 일당증체량이 증가할수록 산자수와 사 산두수가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 등지방두께그룹에서 11 ㎜미만 구간에서 산자수가 가장 많았고, 등지방두 께가 증가할수록 산자수는 감소하는 경향을 보였다.
Beef traceability, a system that provides all the records of beef production, helps customers purchase that they get to know detailed information of the Hanwoo beef. This study was carried out to investigate the DNA identity possibility in various cooking methods to ripen meat (soy sauce, gochujang sauce, 10% vinegar, 10% coke, 10% Cheongha, 10% Soju, raw, dried, and decayed) for beef traceability. The DNA content of decayed beef was higher than those of other cooking methods. It is thought that result of mixed pollutant, it did not affect amplified DNA allele height because of bovine specific microsatellite (MS) markers. The ripened sample in 10% vinegar 3 days was lowest a mount of extracted DNA (156 ng) and amplified DNA allele height (based on the raw samples to 38%) by MS markers compared with the other cooking methods. There are no significant correlation between amplified DNA allele height and the amount of extracted DNA. Therefore, beef DNA identity test in various cooking methods to ripen meat can used by bovine specific MS markers. Beef traceability system by DNA identify test will give more confidence in food safety to customers
Matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) play important roles in extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling during ovarian follicular development, oocytes development and ovulation. In an attempt to investigate the effect of MMP activation in development cumulus-oocytes complexes, we examined the localization and expression of MMP, and monitored MMP expression profile. Cumulus-oocytes complexes were collected and matured in vitro for 24 hr, 36 hr and 48 hr. A mRNA expression of MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-2 and TIMP-3 was detected in all culture medium regardless of CC, OC and COCs. Activity of MMP-2 in the OC progressively was increased from 24 hr to 48 hr. But MMP-9 was not detected in all culture medium. The localization of MMP-2 was also measured by immunohistochemistry analysis. The MMP-2 and TIMP-2 was detected in cumulus cell and oocyte zone pellucida. Expression of MMP-2 protein in the COCs was progressively increased from 24 hr to 48 hr. However, MMP-9 protein was progressively decreased from 24 hr to 48 hr. And TIMP-2 protein was most highly expressed in the COCs 36 hr. Expression of TIMP-3 protein in the COCs was progressively increased from 24 hr to 48 hr. In conclusion, these results suggest that MMP-2 plays a role in maintaining normal maturation and development by controlling the ECM inhibitor concentration on cumulus cell and oocytes.
Recently there are many study on the effect of improving the compressive strength of MWCNT-cement composites. However study related to MWCNT-cement yet insignificant to the domestic. The MWCNT have excellent mechanical characteristics which are mixing cement. MWCNT-cement composites can be expected improving compressive strength. This parametric experimental study have verified to increasing compressive strength of mortar composites mixing MWCNT as W/C, curing age.
최근 선진국을 중심으로 MWCNT(Multi-walled carbon nanotube)의 우수한 기계적 성질을 이용한 시멘트 모르타르의 압축강도 향상 연구가 활발하다. 그러나 국내에서 MWCNT 모르타르와 관련된 연구는 국외에 비해 상당히 미미한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 MWCNT 수용액을 시멘트 모르타르에 적용하여 MWCNT 모르타르의 압축강도 증진 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 실험 매개변수는 최적의 MWCNT 모르타르 제작법 도출을 목적으로 강도시험에 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 물시멘트비, 재령일, MWCNT의 농도로 선정하였다. 물시멘트비는 0.4, 0.5, 0.6으로 변화시켰고 재령일은 7일, 14일 28일로 구분하였으며 MWCNT수용액의 농도는 2.0wt%로 선정하였다. MWCNT 모르타르에 혼입한 MWCNT 수용액의 분산은 계면활성제와 초음파로 처리하였으며, 증류수를 기반으로 제작 하였다. 실험결과 물시멘트비 0.4, 0.5, 0.6일 때 일반 시멘트 모르타르의 압축강도보다 MWCNT 모르타르의 압축강도가 각각 최대 35%, 20%, 25% 높게 측정되었다. MWCNT 모르타르의 압축강도가 일반 시멘트 모르타르의 압축강도보다 높은 이유는 모르타르의 수화 과정에서 MWCNT의 우수한 기계적 성질이 모르타르 내부의 결합력을 증진시켜 주는 것으로 분석되었다.
