Mucoepidermoid carcinoma(MEC) is the most common salivary gland malignancies. As its name implies, the MEC is composed of a mixture of mucus-secreting cells and epidermoid cells. Histologically, MECs have been categorized into one of three grades : low, intermediate, or high grade. Although the MEC is the most common salivary gland tumor in both adults and children, MEC of sublingual gland accounts for only 1% of epithelial salivary tumors. This case report presents the histopathological features and management of MEC of the sublingual gland.
Clear cell odontogenic carcinoma (CCOC) is an extremely rare odontogenic neoplasm; Only a few cases have been reported in the English literatures. It displays a propensity for the mandible, most commonly presenting in the fifth to seventh decades, with a female predilection. The clinical and radiological manifestations are multiple and the diagnosis is histological. Histological feature is of large islands and strands of uniform cells with round or ovoid nuclei and clear cytoplasm. Clinically, painless swelling is the most common symptom, followed by pain, teeth mobility, and paresthesia. CCOC has a good prognosis after surgery. This case report presents the histopathological and clinical features of CCOC excised from the mandible.
본 연구는 해수유동모델을 이용하여 하계 한국 남해안 양식장 부근에서 수온의 시·공간적인 분포를 파악하였다. 한국 남해 조류의 흐름은 창조시 서향, 낙조시 동향하며, 쓰시마 난류의 흐름은 50 m보다 깊어지는 외양에서 연안에 비해 강하게 동북향 하였다. 조류, 바람, 쓰시마 난류 및 실시간 수온을 고려한 해수유동에서 하계 수온의 분포는 반폐쇄성 해역에서 26~28℃로 높게 나타났으며, 외양으로 갈수록 낮아져 18~22℃로 나타났다. 반폐쇄성 내만의 형태를 가지는 해역의 해수교환량을 계산한 결과 광양만 10,331 m³/sec, 여수-가막만 16,935 m³/sec, 그리고 거제-한산만은 13,454 m³/sec로 나타났다. 해수교환량이 적은 해역일수록 수온이 비교적 높게 나타난다.
마산만에서 수치모델을 이용하여 해파리의 시·공간적 분포를 파악하였다. 먼저 3차원 해수유동모델(POM)을 이용하여 조석, 바람, 수온·염분의 효과를 고려한 잔차류를 계산하였다. 마산만의 마산항, 중공업단지, 가포신항에서 발생한 해파리의 거동을 파악하기 위하여 잔차류에 의한 입자추적자 모델을 이용하였다. 해파리의 분포는 마창대교 북쪽해역에서 최대인 2,533 개체수가 나타났다. 이와 같은 현상은 잔차류의 다방향으로 혼재하는 흐름과 지형적인 영향으로 판단된다. 해파리의 이동에 영향을 미치는 잔차류가 우세한 해역에서 외력조건에 따른 해파리의 집적도를 알아보기 위해서 조석잔차류, 취송류, 밀도류의 유형별 수치실험을 하였다. 특히 마산만의 마창대교와 마산만 입구인 모도해역에서는 취송류(바람에 의한 효과)가 해파리의 집적에 탁월한 것을 확인하였다.
Project management is a tool for smooth operation during a full cycle from the design to normal operation including the schedule, document, and budget management, and document management is an important work for big projects such as the JRTR (Jordan Research and Training Reactor). To manage the various large documents for a research reactor, a project management system was resolved, a project procedure manual was prepared, and a document control system was established. The ANSIM (Advanced Nuclear Safety Information Management) system consists of a document management folder, document container folder, project management folder, organization management folder, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) document folder. First, the system composition is a computerized version of the Inter-office Correspondence (IOC), the Document Distribution for Agreement (DDA), Design Documents, and Project Manager Memorandum (PM Memo) works prepared for the research reactor design. Second, it reviews, distributes, and approves design documents in the system and approves those documents to register and supply them to the research reactor user. Third, it integrates the information of the document system-using organization and its members, as well as users’ rights regarding the ANSIM document system. Throughout these functions, the ANSIM system has been contributing to the vitalization of united research. Not only did the ANSIM system realize a design document input, data load, and search system and manage KAERI’s long-period experience and knowledge information properties using a management strategy, but in doing so, it also contributed to research activation and will actively help in the construction of other nuclear facilities and exports abroad.
S. maltophilia 는 그람 음성 호균성 간균으로 장기간의 입원이나 과거 항생제를 사용한 경우 감염의 위험이 증가한다. 폐렴, 요로 감염 등을 흔히 유발하지만, 담도 감염은 매우 드물다. 입원 환자에서 동정이 증가되고 있으며, 자주 사용되는 항생제에 내재 내성을 가지거나 면역이 억제된 환자에서 감염을 일으키기 때문에 임상적으로 중요하다. 저자들은 만 성 B형 간염에 의한 간경변과 담낭 결석 환자에서 B형 간염에 의한 급성 간부전으로 치료하던 과정에서 발생한 S. maltophilia 균혈증에 의한 급성 담낭염 1예를 경험하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.
The purpose of this study is to measure the changes of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and blood pressure (BP) of Cortex Acanthopanacis in rats, and to determine the effect of Cortex Acanthopanacis on phenylephrine (PE) induced contraction of isolated rat thoracic aorta. The measurement was continually monitored by laser-doppler flowmeter (Transonic Instrument, USA) and pressure transducer (Grass, USA) in anesthetized adult Sprague-Dawley rats through the data acquisition system composed of MacLab and Macintosh computer. Contractile force was measured with force displacement transducer under 1.5 g loading tension. The result of this experiment was as following; 1. Cortex Acanthopanacis did not effect the changes of rCBF and blood pressure significantly. 2. Contractions evoked by phenylephrine were decreased significantly by Cortex Acanthopanacis 3. L-NNA, ODQ, atropine and indomethacin significantly altered the relaxation of Cortex Acanthopanacis. 4. Propranolol did not change the relaxation of Cortex Acanthopanacis. These results indicate that Cortex Acanthopanacis did not change the rCBF and BP, but Cortex Acanthopanacis can relax PE induced contraction of isolated rat thoracic aorta and that this increasing contraction related to endothelium and various mechanism.
