본 논문에서는 경량, 고내구성 특성을 지니고 있고 신속시공이 가능한 인발성형 복합소재 교량 바닥판의 단면설계와 제작공정에 관해 기술하였으며, 구조해석을 동해 구조안전성과 사용성을 검토하였다. 단면설계에는 바닥판 단면 형상 설계와 복합소재 적층설계 절차를 기술하였고, 해석은 5주형 복합소재 바닥판 거더 교량에 대해 실시하였으며, 처짐 사용성, 파괴지수, 좌굴안정성에 대한 검토를 실시하였다. 설계된 복합소재 바닥판 단면은 인발성형으로 제작하였으며, 제작시편에 대한 재료시험을 실시한 후 그 결과를 기술하였다.

최근 경량, 고강도, 내부식, 고내구성 특성 등의 여러 가지 이점이 있는 복합소재 교량 바닥판에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유리섬유와 불포화 폴리에스터를 사용하여 진공성형제조기법으로 파형코어 복합소재 모델 바닥판을 제작하였다. 모델 바닥판은 제형, 박스형, 삼각형 단면을 고려하였고, 각각 강축과 약축에 대한 시험 모델에 대하여 3점 휨 시험을 실시하였다. 시험 결과로부터 얻은 하중-변위곡선, 하중-변형률 곡선, 파괴모드 등을 분석하여 복합소재 바닥판의 휨 거동특성을 파악하고자 하였으며, 파형코어 복합소재 바닥판을 교량 바닥판으로 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 검토하였다. 또한 등가 중량으로 환산한 강축과 약축 모델에 대해 휨 거동 특성을 비교하여 가장 효과적이고 경제적인 단면을 찾고자 하였다.

본 논문에서는 유리섬유 복합소재 교랑 바닥판 개발에 필요한 기초 자료를 마련하기 위하여, 필라멘트 와인딩공정과 인발성형공정으로 제작된 복합소재 교량 바닥판에 대해 휨시험과 구조해석을 실시하여, 휨특성을 비교분석하였다. 필라멘트 와인딩으로 제작된 삼각형 형상의 복합소재 교량 바닥판의 성능을 비교하기 위하여, 미국 MMC사의 Duraspan 바닥판과 동일한 크기의 바닥판 시험체를 필라멘트 와인딩으로 제작하여 휨시험을 실시하고 최대 파괴하중과 처짐, 변형률을 비교하였으며, 필라멘트 와인딩 바닥판 시험체와 동일한 바닥판 모델에 대해 구조해석을 실시하여 시험한 결과와 비교하였다.

Gradually recent automatic systems require how to manipulate all shared internal resources of system including components manufacturing equipments. Especially practical operation schedulings of manufacturing are gradually inevitable procedures in dynamic industrial environments. We suggest and evaluate a dynamic scheduling rule of machine and material handling system for on-line operation in job shop type FMS. Because alternating status should be included in operation scheduling procedures effectively and without delay in dynamic industrial environments, the mutual interaction between the machine operation scheduling and AGV dispatching rule was also studied to be based on simulation. This study compared the performance of the evaluation which was obtained from Dynamic Scheduling of FMS, and developed the Priority Rule Matrix for switching mechanism in dynamic environment by using those results.

Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis ATCC l1454의 유산균 배양액을 3.96 log units, 4.10 log units 및 4.23log units의 농도로 처리한 돼지고기 등심은 4℃ 저장 9일 동안 호기성 부패세균의 증식억제와 저장 안정성 증진 가능성을 나타내었다. 유산균 배양액 처리구는 4℃ 저장 3일 동안 대조구 보다 유의적으로 낮은 pH 가를 나타내었다 유산균 배양액으로 처리한 돼지고기 등심의 외관과 냄새에 대한 관능평가 결과는 4℃ 저장 9일 동안 신선한 대조구와 유사하거나 보다 낮게 좋은 것으로 등급되었다.

변위응답은 교량구조의 진동특성을 결정하는데 중요한 인자 중의 하나이다. 계측된 가속도 데이타를 진동수 영역에서 적분하여 변위응답을 경제적이고 합리적으로 구할 수 있다. 이를 위해 계측된 가속도 데이타를 이산화하기 위해 적절한 표본추출 진동수가 제시되었다. 캔틸레버 보를 이용한 실내시험에서 직접 계측된 변위와 적분된 변위는 서로 잘 일치하였다. 평가된 변위응답으로부터 구한 모우드 형상도 해석치와 근접하므로 개발된 방법은 실제로 효율적으로 사용될 수 있음을 입증하였다.

To analyze cookery of meal in reception dishes of Choson dynasty, studied historic book 'Youngjeob Dogam Euigwae' described feast dishes for Chinese envoy in Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follows. Kinds of dishes served a meal generally were noodles(麵), bun stuffed with seasoned meat and vegetables(饅頭), steamed bread(床花), soup(湯), fried fish and meat(煎魚肉), dried fish and meat(切肉), minced raw meat(肉膾), slices of boiled meat(片肉), stew(蒸, 乾南), rice cake(餠), patterned savory cake(茶食), various fruits preserved in honey(正果), fried cake made of wheat flour, honey and oil(造果), fried glutinous rice cake(强精), rice gruel(粥), salted fish shrimp and etc, jerked meat(佐飯), meat fish and others broiled with seasoning(炙), cooked potherbs and potherbs(菜), pickled vegetables(沈菜), fruits(實果), soysauce mixed with vinegar and pinenut meal(醋醬), mustard(茶子), soybean sauce(民醬), honey(追淸), honey water(水正果, 正味子水) and etc.

To analyze reception dishes of Choson Dynasty, studied historic book 'Youngjeob Dogam Younhyangsek Euigwae' (1634, 1643 year) described feast dishes for Chinese envoy in Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follow. 1. The number of sets to be arranged on the table for Chinese envoy were 91 sets, 49 sets, 37 sets at welcome party (下馬宴, 翌日宴, 別茶啖) and 91 sets at farewell party (上馬宴) in 1643 year. 2. The number of fresh meal to be arranged on the table for Chinese envoy were 102 kinds described in the took of 1643 year. 3. A reception dishes (下馬宴, 上馬宴 ) of Choson Dynasty was the same wedding feast dishes of Choson Dynasty.

To analyze food material and table wares in daily reception dishes of Choson Dynasty, studied historic book 'Young jeob Dogam Zabmulsek Euigwae' (1609, 1643 year) described the daily reception dishes for Chinese envoy in Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follows. 1. Food material for reception Chinese envoy were vegetable, pickled vegetable, soup (?水), brown seaweed, kelp, green seaweed, garlic, pine mushroom, mushroom, driedfish, fish egg, shrimp, pork, pheasant, fowl, salted fish shrimp and etc, various fruits preserved in honey, green peajelly, buck wheat jelly and bean curd. 2. The table wares were rice bowl(鉢里), small bowl of porcelain(甫兒), water bowl(大貼), plate(貼是), small dish(鍾子), small earthen ware jar(東海), jar(缸), pottery(甕), table(盤), chopsticks(?), washbowl(洗面盆), earthen ware steamer(甑), kettle(釜), brazier(爐), measuring cup(升), unit of measure(合), meter(稱子), spoon(匙), chest (函), lid(蓋), large rice bowl(所羅) and bowl(椀).
