The purpose of this study is to analyze the employer's perception and corresponding types of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance System. To analyze the employer's perception and corresponding types of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance System, interviews and surveys were conducted. Based on the analysis of interview and survey results, we proposed policy alternatives to raise awareness of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance System and increase the utilization of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance System.

The purpose of this study is to draw employee support program at the company level through field survey of foreign laborers' satisfaction level of working life. To analyze the factors that determine working life satisfaction, regression analysis was conducted. Satisfaction level of working hours(t=2.469), living environment(t=2.140), post offices/banks (t=3.024) showed a statistically significant. Also these variables, working hours, living environment, post office/banks are verified to be very important for improving the level of their working life. Through these findings we can understand that employee support activities, providing user-guide of bank and post office, compliance with standards for working hours, improvement of the living conditions (accommodation, meals, etc.), the leisure time program support, the children care support and active utilization of foreign workers and strengthen the educational program, are necessary to improve the satisfaction level of foreign laborers' working life in Korea. It is recommended that managers need to recognize that careful consideration of living and working condition could contribute to stable settlement and increase working life satisfaction for the foreign workers at company level.

A empirical study about dual commitment of members of labor union for logistics companies based around the capital for their companies and union was carried out. This paper reviewed the effects of job security, organizational justice and social capital on dual commitment, and the mediating effect of social capital between job security and organizational justice, and dual commitment. Also, by establishing the social capital as a mediating variable, whether the effects of job security and organization justice to dual commitment exhibit mediating effects was identified.

본 연구는 우리나라에서 가장 많이 재배되고 있는 체리 '좌등금' 품종에 항지베렐린계 생장억제제인 Prohexadione-Calacium과 Paclobutrazol을 이용하여 체리의 신초생장을 억제하여 효율적인 생산성을 높이고 과실품질을 향상시키기 위한 기초 자료를 얻고자 시험을 한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 결실수에 대한 Prohexadione-Calacium을 150, 200 및 250mg·L-1 농도로 각각 정단부에 처리 후 신초의 생장량을 측정한 결과 모든 처리구에서 무처리에 비해 신초 생장이 억제 되었으며, 처리 간에는 200mg·L-1에서 억제효과가 가장 높았다. 또한 처리구 모두 엽록소 a와 b 함량이 증가되었거나 증가되는 경향을 보였다. 그러나 과실의 특성(과실크기, 당도, 산함량 및 경도)은 무처리와 차이가 없었다. 유목에 대한 Prohexadione-Calcium 수관살포(3회)와 Paclobutrazol 토양관주(1회) 처리한 후 신초 생장반응은 두 처리 모두 무처리에 비하여 높은 신초생장 억제를 보였고 약제간에는 Prohexadione-Calcium의 신초생장 억제효과가 더 높았으며 Paclobutrazol 토양관주 처리에서는 간주 생장이 억제되는 경향을 보였다. 또한 Prohexadione-Calcium과 Paclobutrazol 처리 모두 절간 수의 차이가 없었으며, 무처리에 비하여 엽면적이 억제 되었고, 엽록소 a 와 b의 함량 모두 높은 결과를 보였으며 특히 Prohexadione-Calcium 처리구에서 엽록소 함량이 더욱 높고 잎의 두께가 두꺼웠다.

We present results of a test-study of the large-scale survey using the multi-beam receiver system recently installed on the 14 m telescope at Taeduk Radio Astronomy Observatory (TRAO). We have tested several modes of mapping, and found suitable (time-saving) mapping parameters of 'ON-SOURCE' = 8, 'OFF-SOURCE' = 1 when using 'RPT' = 3 as a position-switching mode. We observed 504 spectra towards the NGC 7538, a star forming molecular cloud in the transition of J = 1 - 0 of 12CO . From the Outer Galaxy Survey database (Heyer et al., 1998) we obtained 504 spectra for the same region. We compared integrated intensities, line profiles of two databases, and found that they are consistent to each other. From the intensity ratio of these two databases we also found that the value of forward spillover scattering of the TRAO telescope system is 0.58.

애반딧불이(Luciolalateralis)의 계절적 특성을 조사하기 위하여 사육실 온도를 20±0.5℃, 습도는 75±5%, 광주기는 16L:8D로 하여 조사한 결과 겨울 산란수 162.0±8.67개, 봄 226.9±15.84개, 여름 166.6±9.3개, 산란기간 겨울 6.9±0.59일, 봄 16.1±1.10일, 여름 8.2±0.61일, 산란 간격 겨울 2.5±0.22일, 봄 3.9±0.25일, 여름 2.3±0.14, 산란 횟수 겨울 3.1±0.17회, 봄 4.1±0.29회, 여름 3.9±0.23회, 일회 산란수 겨울 52.2±4.56개, 봄 55.9±4.38개, 여름 42.2±3.76, 난기간 겨울 25.3±0.13, 봄 29.6±0.18, 여름 26.8±0.09이었으며 부화하는데 걸리는 기간 겨울 3.0±0.28일, 봄 6.4±0.50일, 여름 4.6±0.32 부화율 겨울 99.9%, 봄 98.9%, 여름 100%였다. 계절별 성충 수명 겨울 암컷 15.8±0.15일, 수컷 20.8±0.21일 이었으며, 봄 암컷 18.0±0.31, 수컷 21.4±0.37일 이었고, 여름 암컷 16.7±0.43일, 수컷 16.3±0.74일 계절별 성충 수명을 보면 겨울 17.9±0.14일, 봄 19.7±0.25일, 여름 16.5±0.43 이었다.

광해의 정도를 알아보기 위해 서울대 사범대학 주변 밤하늘의 밝기를 측정하였다. 표준성을 이용하여 고도에 따른 소광 계수 및 영점 상수를 구한 결과, 2009년 1월 28일에는 소광계수가 kB=0.359, 영점상수는 CB=4.397이 었고, 2009년 3월 27일에는 소광계수가 kB=0.896, kV=0.725, 영점상수는 CB=6.235, CV=6.027이었다. 밤하늘의 밝기는 동, 서, 남, 북 네 방위에 대해 고도 20˚, 40˚, 60˚, 75˚, 90˚에서 측정하였다. IRAF를 사용하여 전처리하고 측광한 결과, 1월 28일의 시상은 평균 5.1"였고 3월 27일은 5.7"이었다. 밤하늘의 등급은 방위 및 고도에 따라 16≤mV, mB≤18이었다. 도심 방향의 밤하늘 밝기는 어두운 지역에 비해 2-4정도 밝게 나타났다. 이러한 관측 조건에서 구경 40cm인 망원경을 통해 육안으로 관측할 수 있는 한계 등급은 밤하늘의 밝기 정도에 따라 대략 11-13등급이다. 1월과 3월의 밤하늘 밝기를 비교해 본 결과, B필터에서 1월이 3월에 비해 1등급 정도 어두운 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 신학 전공 대학생들과 과학 교육 전공 대학생들과의 비교를 통하여 신학 전공 대학생들의 우주와 생명의 기원에 관련된 관점과 과학에 대한 인식을 알아보며, 신학 전공 대학생들을 대상으로 개설한 현대 과학의 이해와 관련된 과목을 한 학기 수강한 이후에 일어나는 관점의 변화를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 신학 전공 대학생 26명과 과학교육 전공 대학생 19명이 설문에 참여하였다. 신학 전공 대학생들의 경우, 수강 전 젊은 지구 창조론과 오랜 지구 창조론을 합하여 42%, 유신론적 진화론을 지지하는 응답자는 42%로 나타났으며 생물학적 진화론을 지지하는 응답자는 단 한 명도 없었다. 이에 반해, 과학교육을 전공하는 대학생들 대부분의 진화론을 지지하고 있었으며 극단적인 입장의 창조론을 지지하는 응답자는 없는 것으로 드러났다. 또한 창조론을 지지하는 대부분의 응답자는 과학이 창조주의 업적을 기술하는 도구라고 생각하는 경우가 많았고, 과학적 진화론을 지지하는 응답자는 과학이 자연 세계에 대한 논리적이고 기술적인 체계라는 견해를 가지고 있었다. 신학 전공 대학생들이 현대 과학에 대한 이해와 관련한 과목을 수강한 이후, 젊은 지구 창조론과 같은 극단적 관점을 지지하는 경우가 23%에서 4%로 감소하였으며, 유신론적 진화론의 관점은 다소 증가하였다. 이는 신학 전공 대학생들의 과학 관련 과목 수강이 신학 전공의 바탕에서 과학적 진화론을 이해하려는 실마리를 제공한다고 볼 수 있다.

In today's business environment faced in very quick change, Human Resource Management play a key role in sustaining corporate competitive advantage and boosting organizational competency. Based on a former study, the purpose of this study is to find how individual Human Resource Management practice effects business performance and labor relations. Business performance is a positive influence on employee royalty and devotion. Also it is more influenced statistically significant impact on industrial relation of corporate. As a result of this study, we can find the significant influence from Human Resource Management practice and industrial relation.

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 편마비 아동에게 수중에서 시행하는 대칭운동이 상지기능에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 연구방법 : 연구의 대상자는 뇌병변으로 인한 좌측편마비 진단을 받은 8세 아동이었다. 본 연구는 개별사례 실험 연구방법 중 반전연구(ABA)를 사용하였으며, 각각 8회기의 기초선 과정, 치료기간, 그리고 치료 후 관찰기간 동안 상지기능을 평가하였다. 상지기능의 평가는 Bruininks-Oseretsky 운동기능 발달검사 소항목인 동전 옮기기와 Grooved 페그보드 검사를 통하여 이루어졌다. 또한 팔뻗기 과제에 대한 동작분석은 치료기간 전과 후에 각각 측정되었다. 대상자는 치료선 과정과 치료 후 관찰기간에는 일반적인 물리치료 및 작업치료를 받았으며, 치료기간에는 이에 더하여 40분간의 수중 대칭운동을 추가로 시행하였다. 결과 : 동전 옮기기와 페그보드 검사로 평가된 상지기능은 기초선과정보다 치료기간 동안에 향상되었으며, 이는 치료 후 관찰기간에도 지속적으로 유지되었다. 팔뻗기 과제에 대한 동작분석 결과 치료기간 후에 과제 완료시 체간의 굴곡 보상이 감소되었으며 견관절의 굴곡과 주관절의 신전이 움직임이 증가되었다. 또한 견관절과 주관절의 움직임 형태가 안정적으로 변하였다. 결론 : 수중 대칭운동은 편마비 아동의 상지 기능 및 움직임의 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 향후에는 많은 대상자들을 포함하고 장기간 시행된 연구가 계속적으로 이어져야 할 것이다.
