본 연구는 국내육성 사과품종들 중 대구광역시 군위지역에 재배가 적합한 품종을 선발하고자 ‘골든볼’, ‘아리원’, ‘아리수’, ‘이지플’, ‘피크닉’, ‘컬러플’사과품종에 대하여 과실특성 및 저장성을 분석하였다. 각 품종에 대해 품종등록시 과실특성과 비교하였을 때, ‘골든볼’사과는 수확시 경도가 88.4 N으로 다른 품종들에 비하여 매우 높고, 당도와 산도가 각각 14.4 oBrix와 0.37%를 보였으며, 과피색의 황색도는 44.1로 황색계통의 특성이 충분히 발현되었다. 그리고 ‘피크닉’사과는 경도가 66.2 N, 당도 14.7 oBrix, 산도 0.33%를 보였고, 과피 양광면의 적색도는 29.9로 적색계통의 특성이 잘 나타났으나, 바탕면의 적색도는 2.5로 낮아 과실 전체의 착색이 부족하였다. 그리고 ‘아리원’, ‘아리수’, ‘이지플’, ‘컬러플’과실들은 품종등록시 과실특성 기준에 비하여 당도와 산도가 모두 낮은 결과를 보였다. 저온저장중 과실품질변화를 보면, 경도는 6품종 모두 수확시와 비슷한 수준을 유지하였다. 특히, ‘골든볼’ 사과는 저장 80일 후에도 경도가 79.7 N으로 높게 유지되고, 당도와 산도, 그리고 당산비는 수확 시와 비슷하게 유지되었다. 저온저장중 과피색 변화는 품종과 관계없이 명도는 유지되고 적색도와 황색도는 저장기간에 따라 다소 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 따라서 대구광역시 군위지역에서는 과실의 유전적 특성이 잘 발현되는 ‘골든볼’사과품종의 재배가 가장 적합할 것이라고 판단되었다.
The incorporation of Shiitake culture into sawdust is a widely utilized technique that can assist in reducing the cost and time consumption associated with oak cultivation. In sawdust cultivation, browning of the surface mycelia is an important stage with respect to the utility and longevity of the sawdust media. Surface browning forms a protective coating on the substrate, which can inhibit the invasion of pathogens and suppress water evaporation. Several different light sources (red LED, white LED, blue LED, and fluorescent light) were used and the intensity of illumination was carefully controlled (1.5, 10.5, 20.5 μmol/m2s for LEDs and 10, 100, 300 lux for the fluorescent light) to induce browning. The light sources were regulated via a 1 h on/off cycle in a controlled room environment at a temperature of 20°C, 60% humidity, and 1200 ppm CO2 concentration for 60days.The browning effect varied depending on the source and the intensity of illumination. This effect was most effectively induced at 1.5 μmol/m2s for the red and blue LEDs. All light sources induced less browning at the highest intensity of illumination. This indicates that intensity values higher than 20.5 μmol/m2s in the case of the LEDs and 300 lux for the fluorescent light are not effective. After harvesting of the fruit bodies, we measured the weight, length, and width of the pileus and stipe in addition to their chromaticity and hardness. Treatment with 1.5 μmol/m2s blue LED produced the best harvest with the highest average chromaticity, weight (21.2 g), stipe length (30.8 mm), and hardness (377.9 g), with a fine length and width of the pileus.
The lingzhi mushroom or reishi mushroom (traditional Chinese: 靈芝; pinyin: língzhī; Japanese: 霊芝; rōmaji: reishi; Vietnamese: linh chi; Korean: Yeong Ji; literally: "soul/spirit mushroom") is a species complex that encompasses several fungal species of the genus Ganoderma, most commonly the closely related species Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma tsugae, and Ganoderma lingzhi. G. lingzhi enjoys special veneration in East Asia, where it has been used as a medicinal mushroom in traditional Chinese medicine for more than 2,000 years, making it one of the oldest mushrooms known to have been used medicinally. Yellow rot on Reish mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) has been the most destructive disease in the mushroom cultivation area in Korea. The causal pathogen was first reported as Xylogone sphaerospora (Anamorph Sporendonema purpurascens) by Lee et al in 1996 and some effective fungicides were selected to control the disease. A cultural method, vinyl cover method (VCM), in which wood logs are wrapped in two layers of polyethylene film and sterilized before spawning, was also developed by Oh et al. to control the disease by preventing soil inoculum. However, the control methods were not so effective in the farm that severe yield losses have occurred in the mushroom farm in which the disease have occurred. In order to prevent air-borne inoculum as well as soil-borne inoculum we used the 4-floor cultivation shelf and Soil contact barrier (crushed stone, reflective film, metal sound barrier). In the first year of the cultivation, none of the woods observed was infected with the pathogen.
Auricularia auricula-judae is an edible mushroom, which is known as wood ear, free ear, black ear mushroom, and free jelly fish. This study was carried out to obtain the basic information for mycelial culture conditions of Auricularia auriculajudae. According to colony diameter and mycelial density, the media for suitable mycelial growth were PDA and MCM. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth was 25~30oC. Carbon and nitrogen sources were mannose and malt extract, respectively. The optimum C/N ratio was in the range of 10 to 1 with 2% glucose. Other minor components for the optimal growth were thiamine-HCl and biotin as vitamins, succinic acid and lactic acid as organic acids, and MgSO4·7H2O and KH2PO4 as mineral salts.
In 2008, leaf blight symptoms were observed on several Chinese chive farms in Sangju. The Pathogenicity of the isolate was confirmed by artificial inoculation, where the pathogen exhibited a strong pathogenicity toward healthy plants. Morphological classification identified the isolate as from the Fusarium genus. For further analysis, PCR and phylogenetic classification were performed with ITS region and 28S rRNA gene which are commonly used for fungal identification. However, the results provided a poor resolution. To solve this problem, we analyzed translation elongation factor 1-alpha (TEF-1α) gene. The analyzed results using TEF-1α gene indicated that the isolate was F. proliferatum. Therefore, it is assumed that TEF-1α gene is important when Fusarium sp. was identified using molecular classification method.
본 연구애서는 ‘후지’ 사과의 CA 저장을 실용화하기 위하여 수확시기와 일정기간 저온저장한 후 CA 환경을 설정하는 지연 CA 처리가 저장 중 내부갈변장해와 과실품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 1차 년도에 ‘후지’ 사과를 10월 22일에 수확하였을 때 밀병 발생율이 40% 였고, CA 환경 조성(O2 2.5 ± 0.5% + CO2 2.5 ± 0.5%)을 20일 지연 CA 저장하였을 때는 내부갈변이 발생하였으나, 30일 지연 CA 저장에서는 내부갈변이 발생하지 않았다. 2차 년도에는 수확시기가 늦어질수록 밀병 발생율이 높았고, 이러한 과실은 10~30일 지연 CA 처리구에서 내부갈변장해가 발생하였으나, 40일 지연 CA 처리구 에서는 내부갈변장해가 발생하지 않았다. 호흡량은 저온 저장 과실에서는 저장기간이 길어질수록 급격히 증가하였으나 지연 CA 저장에서는 호흡량이 낮게 유지되었고, 급속 CA 저장에 비해서 차이를 보이지 않았다. 에틸렌 발생량은 지연 CA 저장한 과실들이 저온저장에 비해서 낮았으나, 급속 CA 저장에 비해서는 다소 높은 발생량을 보였다. 산함량은 지연 CA 저장이 급속 CA 저장에 비해 저장기간이 길어질수록 감소하는 경향이었고, 경도는 저장 8개월 후에도 급속 CA 처리구와 지연 CA 처리구간에는 차이를 보이지 않았다.
The word spawn is derived from an old French verb, espandre , meaning to spread out or expand. Spawn is also defined as “the mycelium of fungi, especially of mushrooms grown to be eaten, used for propagation.” The effects of bag spawn to sawdust substrate on the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus were conducted. The duration of mycelial growth and days of pinhead formation of bag spawn(2.5kg) were 18~19 days and 7~8 days, whereas bottle spawn (1,000㎖) was 18 days and 6 days, respectively. The yield of mushroom fruitbody was that bag spawn is 100~118g, bottle spawn was 95~115g. In economical analysis, bag spawn is increased to 50%, compared to bottle spawn in relative income.
Gyeongbuk Agricultural Technology Administration carried out the nation opinion research to mushroom industry in 115 of the citizen and the provincials from 10/17/2008 to 10/18/2008. Which was for both grasping the citizen’s opinion and habits and understanding farmers’. The result of the research is the following. 37.4 percent people preferred Lentimus edodes among the all respondents and 27.0 percent preferred Flammulina velutipes. As for the purchasing place, 57.4 percent buy them in large retail stores, 40.9 percent buy them in traditional markets. 67 percent of the respondents mainly use them in fall, 31.3 percent use them in winter. 88.7 percent of them mainly eat the mushrooms at home, 11.3 percent is at restaurants. 63.5 percent of them responded that the price of mushrooms was resonable, 26.1 percent answered that was expensive. In appearance, 27 percent of them chose yellow Flammulina velutipes as a goodlooking mushroom, 19.1 percent chose Lentimus edodes .
본 연구는 2015년과 2016년에 ‘상주둥시’ 감의 수확시기 를 달리하여 수확 후 PE필름, 1-MCP 및 AVG를 처리가 저온저장동안 과실의 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 2016년 과실 수확시기는 2015년에 비하여 10일 빠른 조기 수확을 실시하였다. 과실의 에틸렌 발생 정도는 조기수확 한 과실들에서 현저히 낮았고, 과실의 경도는 저온저장동안 1-MCP 처리구들이 다른 처리구의 과실에 비하여 높게 유지되었다. 과실의 감모율은 수확기를 달리한 모든 과실 들에서 PE 필름 처리 과실들에서 현저히 억제되었다. 성숙기에 수확한 과실은 저온저장 중 과실의 꽃받침 부위과 경와부의 과피색(L* 및 b*) 변화를 보면 무처리와 PE필름 처리구에 비하여 1-MCP 처리구들이 그 변화정도가 낮았다. 과실의 부패와 연화정도는 PE필름 처리 과실들에서 높게 나타났지만 AVG 처리구들에서는 부패과 발생이 없었다. 그리고 조기수확한 과일은 성숙기에 수확한 과실에 비하여 경도가 높게 유지되었고, 과피색의 변화가 낮은 경향을 보였고, 성숙기에 수확한 과실들은 당도, 과피의 적색 (Hunter a 값) 발현 및 호흡율이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 감 과실의 저장성 향상을 위해서는 조기수확이 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 또한 수확 후 1-MCP 처리가 과일의 경도를 높게 유지하고 과피색의 변화를 억제하였으며, 과실의 감 모율은 PE 필름 처리에 의해 현저하게 억제됨을 확인하였다.
모바일 시장과 스마트폰의 보급량이 증가함에 따라 모바일 게임의 시장 역시 빠르게 성장하 고 있다. 이는 남성 게이머 뿐만 아니라 비교적 캐주얼게임을 즐기던 여성 게이머의 규모를 성 장시켰고, 모바일 시장은 나날이 성장해가는 추세를 보여주고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 커스터마 이징과 육성시뮬레이션을 중심으로 게임 ‘링크(Link)’를 개발하여 남성 게이머와 여성 게이머의 성향을 분석하고자 한다. 커스터마이징과 육성시뮬레이션이 남성 게이머와 여성 게이머에게 어 떤 영향을 미치는지 분석한 결과, 여성 게이머가 커스터마이징과 육성에 더 애착을 가진다는 것과 여성 게이머와 남성 게이머 모두 전투에서 비슷한 관심을 보인다는 결과를 도출해냈다. 이를 통해 새로운 모바일 게임의 개발방향 및 마케팅 기회를 창출하는데 기여하고자 한다.
‘Jonathan’ apples are relatively small size which contributes to enhancing fruit consumption and gaining popularity. Thus, this study was carried out to evaluate the effects of AVG (aminoethoxyvinylglycine, ReTain®), sprayable 1-MCP (1-methylcyclopropene, HarvistaTM), and fumigation 1-MCP (SmartFreshTM) applications on fruit quality attributes and storability in ‘Jonathan’ apple fruits during cold-stored. The Jonathan fruits were dipped with either ReTain (75 mg/L) or Harvista (125 mg/L) solutions for 5 min, or fumigated with SmartFresh (1 mg/L) for 18 hr before storage at 0±1℃ for 75 days. Flesh firmness and titratable acidity remained higher in all pre-treated apples than control ones during cold storage period. Flesh firmness was higher for apples treated with ReTain and SmartFresh than samples treated with Harvista, while soluble solid content and respiration rate were not affected by sample pretreatment. Internal ethylene concentration (IEC) of all pretreated apples remained below about 4.5 μL/L during the entire storage period while that of control sample greatly increased to 10.29 μL/L. Ethylene production was much higher in control fruits than in treated ones during cold storage. These results indicated that ReTain and 1-MCP treatments would be considerably effective in retention of fruit quality attributes of ‘Jonathan’ apple during cold-stored.
In this study, we compared disease incidence rate and phyllosphere microbial community between drought resistance transgenic rice (Agb0103) and non-transgenic Ilmi (NGM) during 2011-2014 to examine an environmental risk assessment of drought resistance transgenic rice (Agb0103). As the results, major diseases such as sheath blight, brown spot, leaf blast and false smut were occurred, however, there were no significant disease incidence rate between Agb0103 and NGM. As the results of counting bacterial and fungal viable cell, the colonies were increased or decreased which affected by environmental conditions, however there were no differences between Agb0103 and NGM. Also unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic averaging (UPGMA) analysis based on polymerase chain reaction with denaturing gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE) revealed that DGGE band pattern of bacterial and fungal communities were clustered by each month and there were no differences between Agb0103 and NGM. Furthermore, isolated casual agents causing sheath blight and brown spot were collected from Agb0103 and NGM, and they revealed that each of pathogens were no differences in morphology and pathogenicity. Therefore, our results suggested that Agb0103 showed no differences in disease incidence rate, characteristic of pathogens and phyllosphere community with NGM. In this way, it can be assumed that transgenic rice Agb0103 could not influence phyllosphere microorganism community and environmental conditions.
Scopolamine and hyoscyamine are important anticholinergic compounds. To increase the productivity, we have selected various elicitors and developed culture system using a bubble column bioreactor (BCB). As the same manner of elicitation in flask cultures, the elicitors were introduced into BCB cultures and the productivity was investigated. Except the bacterial elicitor of Staphyllococcus aureus, the elicitors inhibited hyoscyamine production. In scopolamine production, the elicitors revealed different responses from the results obtained in flask cultures. The elicitors of KCl and Candida albicans less increased the production than flask cultures. However, methyl jasmonate and S. aureus showed stronger positive effects on tropane alkaloid production. In particular, S. aureus was the most effective elicitor on scopolamine production and the elicitor resulted in the highly increased production, approximately 10 times higher than the control culture.
