        To constrain the values of the model parameters for the cosmological models involving the time-decaying Λ term, we have computed sets of theoretical predictions for the N-m relation of galaxies as well as the CMB angular power spectrum: three types of variation, viz., Λ ∝ T-1, a-m, and Hn are thereby assumed following Overduin & Cooperstock (1998), although we concentrate here on the discussion of the results obtained from the first type. Our results for the N-m relation indicate that the observed excess of the galaxy counts N in the faint region beyond the blue apparent magnitude 24 can be reasonably well accounted for with the value of Ɩ in the range between 0.2 and 1. Furthermore, a comparison of our computational results of the CMB spectra with the observational data shows that the models with a mild degree of the Λ term decay, viz., with the value of Ɩ ≾ 0.4, are favorable. In this case, the age of our universe turns out to be larger than or equal to 14 Gyr, the lower limit inferred from some Uranium datings.

        Magnetic fields are an important ingredient of galaxy clusters and are indirectly observed on cluster scales as radio haloes and radio relics. One promising method to shed light on the properties of cluster wide magnetic fields is the analysis of Faraday rotation maps of extended extragalactic radio sources. We developed a Fourier analysis for such Faraday rotation maps in order to determine the magnetic power spectra of cluster fields. In an advanced step, here we apply a Bayesian maximum likelihood method to the RM map of the north lobe of Hydra A on the basis of our Fourier analysis and derive the power spectrum of the cluster magnetic field. For Hydra A, we measure a spectral index of -5/3 over at least one order of magnitude implying Kolmogorov type turbulence. We find a dominant scale of about 3 kpc on which the magnetic power is concentrated, since the magnetic autocorrelation length is ⋋B = 3 ± 0.5 kpc. Furthermore, we investigate the influences of the assumption about the sampling volume (described by a window function) on the magnetic power spectrum. The central magnetic field strength was determined to be ~ 7 ± 2μG for the most likely geometries.

        Recently occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of social, organizational or psychological context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety climates and safety compliance. Based on the responses from 385 manufacturing workers, this paper reviewed the relationships among safety climates, safety motivation, and safety compliance. The results of statistical analysis showed that all safety climate factors(management involvement, leadership, safety training, precaution activities, safety system) have affirmative effects on safety motivation and safety compliance. Also, safety motivation appeared to have mediating effects on the relationship between 5 safety climate factors and safety compliance. Especially it appeared to have full mediating effects on the relationship between safety training/ safety system and safety compliance.

Particulary, KEPCO has a big global competitive edge in accumulated knowhow and also with highly experienced specialists groups in every field. KEPCO is taking advantage of it's experience and has been knocking on the door of the overseas market since 1993. Success could be seen in the power generator in Philippines and other nations, and also the accomplishment of the successful first project of transmission part, Myanmar Power System Analysis. Based on that, KEPCO developed the second stage of the Myanmar project, Basic Designs for the 500kV Transmission System in Myanmar, and commenced it in January 2004. KEPCO would like to take this opportunity to find business advance strategies which coincide with the special quality of the transmission field, and not only techno-service businesses but also find a way out of transmission business field, which is already facing a slow down, by cultivating oveseas markets of huge constructing business with domestic companies. In connection with that, this paper is trying to find a cooperation system between KEPCO and domestic companies, and an effective project management method.

        Through 16-17th century, Neo-Confucianism was accepted and extended to Chosun Dynasty. The architecture of the Taegae school made buildings of Yongnam area rich by adding the regional characteristics based on Taegae's thought of architecture. The following is the architectural characteristics of the academic clique around Sangju. Transformation such as separation and combination of the Jeongsa space by function, lifted floor type reflecting local feature or high platform was appeared, and the architectural characteristics of the Taegae school, that is, a small scale, a moderate figure, a type of side-attached floor, landscape, were still maintained at the same time. The characteristics of the Taegae school and regional figure of Sangju were well joined. The upper class houses, Seodang, Jeongsa and Seowon, built by Confucianist had shared common Confucian characteristics in spite of their different purposes. The world view of the Confucianism such as sacrifice for sages, cultivation, devoting for study, teaching disciples, and education for villagers was revealed through the Confucian architecture including dwelling houses during the 16-17th century. Buildings of Confucianist were focused on the space for men. Seoae and Kyumam built two different Jeongsa's inside and outside of the boundary of the nakdong river. While Seodang and Jeongsa located outside of the boundary of the river were built excluding spaces for living, the function of the Jeongsa located inside of the boundary of the river was assimilated by Sarangcahe. However, both buildings kept the function for cultivation, devoting for study and teaching.

        漢代(202B.C.-A.D.220) 初期 漢 武帝에 이르러 儒敎(Confucianism)가 정통한 국가적 이념으로 자리잡았으나, 漢이 쇠락하면서 儒敎는 영향력을 상당히 잃게 되자, 당시 지식인들은 道敎(Daoism 혹은 Taoism)에 관심을 갖게 되었다. 이후로 道敎는 중국인들의 정신세계에 지속적인 영향을 미치게 되었고, 지금까지 宗敎的이며 哲學的인 관심의 대상이 되었다. 그러나, 중국 역사를 통해 道敎의 영향력과 발전과정을 살펴볼 때, 道敎의 복잡한 개념적 혼란 때문에 道敎를 명확하게 정의하기란 매우 힘들다고 하겠다. 다시 말해서, 道敎는 宗敎的 전통과 哲學的 전통을 모두 내포하고 있음으로써, 宗敎 빚 哲學的인 면의 두 가지가 서로 밀접하게 관련되어 있다할 것이고, 또한 道敎는 自然主義的이면서도 神秘主義的인 면을 혼재하면서 宗敎와 결합된 것이라고도 할 수 있다. 그러므로, 道敎는 용어로서 이미 상당한 모호성을 내재하고 있다. 哲學으로서의 道敎는 戰國時代(463-222 B.C.)에 道德經을 위시한 여러經典이 출현하면서 鼎立되었던 것이나, 宗敎로서의 道敎는 2세기에 이르러 조직된 종교집단의 등장과 운동이 일어나면서 永生不死를 目的으로 다양한 주제와 靈的인 기술을 추구하였던 것이다. 즉, 哲學으로서의 道敎는 神秘主義的 형태를 갖춘 哲學의 일종으로 간주되고, 宗敎로서의 道敎 는 세습적인 종교지도자를 중심으로 조직된 宗敎의 일종으로 간주된다. 本稿에서는 이처럼 道敎의 이중적인 면을 고찰함에 있어서, 먼저 가장 기본적인 개념인 道(dao)와 德(de)을 우선 살피고, 나아가 道敎의 哲學的인 면과 宗敎的인 면을 고찰하되, 서구학자들의 견해를 위주로 하여 각각의 차이점을 구분하여 서술하였다.

Under such a circumstance, this study is aimed at expediting 6 Sigma pervasion by considering supplier evaluating scheme.         A number of algorithm have been proposed for self-maintenance of views where they keep some additional information in data warehouse in the form of auxiliary views. The purpose of this paper is to research consistency problem when self-maintenance of views is implemented. The proposed "conveyor algorithm" will resolved a complete consistency of materialized view using self-maintenance with considering network delay. The rationale for conveyor algorithm and performance characteristics are described in detail.
