In designing and operating cellular networks, it is assumed that the area of coverage is geographically divided into hexagonal cells. Among these cells, a certain number of cells are chosen to install switches that serve as relays for communications between any pair of cells. Then, each cell is assigned to a switch to complete the cellular network. This decision regarding assignment of cells to switches is known as a CSA (Cell-to-Switch Assignment) problem. Since this problem is so-called NP hard problem, many researches have proposed heuristic-based algorithms to provide near-optimal solutions with a reasonable computation time. Considering these characteristics of the CSA problem, this work develops a genetic algorithm and a local search algorithm. Throu호out a number of experiments, the performance of the proposed algorithms are evaluated, and compared with existing heuristic method

Since 1991, so many women's volunteer centers have established in local self governing body or several women's organizations. The aims are to promote and manage women's volunteer activities. For last 12 years, one of aims has been already attained. But the other one is beyond attainment, because there are few network system among women's volunteer centers. For more efficient management of volunteer activities, it is necessary to construct computer network system in every volunteer center. In this paper, we describe current network situation and suggest network construction method of women's volunteer centers.

지진 하중을 받는 전체 네트워크 시스템 및 네트워크 구성 절점에 대한 신뢰성 지수를 구할 수 있는 지진 재해 신뢰성 평가 방법을 전력 송전 네트워크 시스템을 대상으로 개발하였다. 전력 송전 시스템에 대하여 절점과 링크로 구성된 네트워크 모형을 개발하였으며, 절점인 변전소의 지진 취약도 곡선은 변전소 구성 기기의 개별 취약도 곡선으로부터 구하였다. 입력 지진 모형으로서 점 지진원 모형을 사용하였고, doubly truncated Gutenberg-Richter 관계식과 감쇠공식을 적용하였다. 몬테 카를로 시뮬레이션을 적용하여 전력 송전 네트워크 시스템의 신뢰성을 평가한 결과 한국의 전력망에 대한 지진 재해의 효과는 무시할 수 있는 수준은 아닌것으로 평가되었다.

This paper is concerned with preventing victims of crime in the community. Today, society becomes more informationized, urbanized and globalized. As the byproducts of rapidly changing nature of society, local dwellers are always threatened to be a victim of unexpected crimes. This study employs the concepts from community social capital and community social network system for controlling the community living quality and the effectiveness of the preventive measures for victims of crime in the community. In this perspective, this paper suggests the tri-combined crime prevention security system which consists in police, security company and the community residents through the localized capital and networking.

화재나 긴급상황이 발생하였을 때 임시적으로 네트워크를 구성할 수 있는 애드혹 네트워크분야에서 DSR, AODV, TORA, ZRP 라우팅 프로토콜의 연구가 활발하며 이에 대한 여러가지 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 AODV 라우틸 프로토콜을 이 용하여 다양한 네트워크 환경에서 AODV 라우팅 프로토콜의 성능평가와 함께 AODV 라우팅 프로로콜의 문제점을 수정하여 개선하여 실질적인 MANET 통신에서 사용될수 있는 라우팅 프로토콜을 제안한다.

In this paper, we propose traffic management support and evaluate the performance through simulation. We suggest traffic management routing protocol that can guarantee reliance according to not only reduction of the Network traffic congestion but also distribution of the network load that prevents data transmission. For performance evaluation, we analyzed the average data reception rate and network load, considering the node mobility. We found that in the mobile Ad Hoc networks, the traffic management service increased the average data reception rate and reduced the network traffic congestion and network load in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks.

본 연구는 네트워크 관점에서 해외투자 자회사들의 단계별 성장 과정에 대해 살펴보고 있다. 자회사 관련 기존 연구 흐름을 보면 자회사 통제방식이나 자회사·본사간 관계성 규명에 많은 초점을 두고 있으며, 자회사 성장과정과 성장패턴에 관한 연구는 그리 많지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 다국적기업 조직변화 모형에 네트워크적 접근을 통합하여 자회사들이 어떻게 성장해 가는가를 이론적 골격 제시 측면에서 살펴보았다. 네트워크 구축에 따른 자회사 성장 패턴을 살펴보면, 해외투자를 처음 행하는 기업은 본사와 강력한 관계성을 가질 뿐 현지시장에 대한 네트워크 관계는 매우 미미한 수준에 지나지 않는다. 그러나 점차 현지시장에 대한 지식과 경험의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 본사보다는 현지시장 네트워크 구축에 많은 노력을 기울이게 된다. 이후 자회사들은 현지시장 네트워크 뿐만 아니라 본사 및 여타 자회사와도 강력한 네트워크성을 유지하면서 핵심센터화 하게 된다. 이러한 네트워크 구축 과정은 현지시장에 대한 경험 및 지식을 획득할 수 있는 통로 역할을 하게 되며, 구축 과정에서 발생하는 조직학습은 해당 자회사의 생존과 성과에 결정적인 영향을 미치게 된다.

Also, the banner advertising frames are smoothed for the impression using the solution for the banner exchange engine and are developed using various impression methods, that is, Fixed/variable Banner, Scheduling Banner, Multi-Impression Banner, and Frame Remote Control to increase the advertising effect. And then to increase the advertising effect web publisher, which is specialized in lottery site, is constructed using the network advertising service and various advertising technology.
