        Service productivity is a brand new concept in the service industry, since it is quite different with conventional productivity. While the productivity in manufacturing is one of the quantitative measures for evaluating process efficiency, the service productivity include the nature of customer satisfaction as well as those of service process efficiency. Customer satisfaction, also called service quality in the service industry is one of the most difficult factors to measure quantitatively due to its intangibility. Hence it is also difficult to measure the service productivity correctly. It is hard to find the existed models for service productivity or related research papers in the literature. In this study, a new model which can be used to measure and evaluate the service productivity considering both the service quality and the productivity of service process is proposed. AHP, one of the well-known multiple-criteria decision-making methods, is applied to deal with both quantitative and qualitative factors in the model. The methodology and the procedures for measuring and evaluating service productivity are also presented.

        This paper proposes a standard open source software development guidance and an evaluation index for the productivity related to Seam 2.0 and Spring 2.5 framework. However, there is no comparison research about the performance of Seam 2.0 and Spring 2.5 framework with same identical platform. Quantitative analysis is supported as a part of LoC analysis. There is a limit to develop the updated software with no the specific evaluating index for the productivity of the software. This work proposes an specific index for evaluating the productivity of Seam 2.0 and Spring 2.5 framework on a platform. Base on the result, the specific guidance of the developing software is obtained.

        Today's fierce competition and global economic recession make most of manufacturing companies in the world difficult to gain a profit. In order to survive such a environment and increase competitiveness, manufacturing companies have to continuously eliminate their wasteful factors through an efficient process analysis, improve quality of products, increase the flexibility of manufacturing processes. In this paper, we consider a case study for the Shanghai New Auto which is a subcontractor of MOBIS in China, to improve productivity by using therblig method, one of the motion analysis, to minimize the work-in-process inventories and to shorten the manufacturing cycle times. We also try to relocate the facility layout to increase the efficiency and flexibility of manufacturing processes.

        본 연구는 돈분의 발효 형태에 따론 추가적인 화학비료가 옥수수의 생산성과 이에 의한 환경오염에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구로서 lysimeter에서 옥수수에 대한 톱밥발효돈분, 팽연왕겨발효돈분 및 액상발효돈분 단독시용 및 추가적인 요소의 시용수준에 따라 N0₃-N NH₄-N 및 PO₄-P 용탈에 의한 환경오염에 미치는 영향을 정확히 규명하여 가축분뇨의 자원화는 물론 가축분뇨에 의한 환경오염 방지대책 수립을 하고자 수행하였다. 톱밥발효돈분, 팽연왕겨발효 돈분 및 액상발효돈분에 각각 추가적인 요소의 첨가에 따른 옥수수의 건물수량은 톱밥발효돈분, 팽연왕겨발효돈분 및 액상발효돈분 단독시용구보다 유의적으로 증가하였으며 추가적언 요소시용수준의 증가에 따라 증가하는 경향이었다. 톱밥발효돈분 및 액상발효돈분에 요소 100 kgN/ha 시용했을때의 건물수량은 화학비료 시용구와 비슷한 경향을 보였으며 50kgN/ha 시용했을때 보다는 현저하게 높았다. 톱밥발효 돈분 및 액상발효돈분 단독시용했을때의 건물 수량은 팽연왕겨발효돈분 단독시용구보다 현저 하게 증가하였다. 톱밥발효돈분, 팽연왕겨발효돈분 및 액상발효돈분에 각각 추가적인 요소의 첨가에 따른 옥수수내 전질소 함량은 돈분뇨의 단독시용구보다 현저하게 증가하였다. 톱밥 발효돈분, 팽연왕겨발효돈분 몇 액상발효돈분에 각각 추가적인 요소의 첨가에 따른 전질소 함량은 화학비료처리구 보다 낮았으나 액상발효돈분에 각각 추가적인 요소의 100kgN/ha 첨가구는 화학비료 처리구와 비슷한 경향을 나타냈다. 톱밥발효돈분, 팽연왕겨발효돈분 및 액상 발효돈분에 각각 추가적연 요소의 첨가에 따른 용탈수에서 NO₃-N 농도는 톱밥발효돈분, 팽연 왕겨발효돈분 및 액상발효돈분 단독처라구와 화학비료 처리구의 보다 유의적으로 증가하였다. 톱밥발효돈분 및 액상발효돈분에 각각 추가적인 요소의 100kgN/ha 첨가에 따른 용탈수에서 NH₄-N 농도는 화학비료처리구와 비슷한경향을 보였으나 추가적인 요소의 50kgN/ ha 처리구보다 증가하였다. 톱밥발효돈분, 팽연왕겨발효돈분 및 액상발효돈분에 각각 추가적인 요소의 첨가에 따른 용탈수에서 PO₄-P 농도는 돈분뇨 단독처리구보다 증가하였다 그리고 화학비료 처리구와 액상발효돈분에 추가적인 요소 100 kgN/ha 처리구는 비슷한 경향을 보였다. 그리고 NO₃-N NH₄-N 및 PO₄-P 농도는 추가적인 요소시용수준이 증가함에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 시험기간동안 최고 NO₃-N NH₄-N 및 PO₄-P 농도 각각 3.46 mg/L, 1.11 mg/L and 0.14 mg/L를 나타냈다.

        재식거리 3.2×1.2m로 심어 수고 2.5m의 세장방추형으로 관리해 오던 '후지'/M.9 사과나무를 재식 6년차부터 2년 동안 수고 4.0m로 관리하였다. 이후 재식 8년차에 수고를 2.5m(대조구), 3.0m, 3.5m, 4.0m로 조절하고 수고에 따른 2년간의 생산성 및 노동력을 비교하였다. 대조구인 수고 2.5m를 기준으로 하여 처리에 따른 10a당 생산량을 비교해 보면 첫해에는 수고 4.0m, 3.5m, 3.0m에서 각각 46%, 25%, 4%, 2년차에는 17%, 12%, 10% 증가하였다. 수고에 따른 과실 품질에 있어서는 가용성 고형물 함량은 2개년 모두 수고 2.5m가 가장 높았으나, 착색정도는 수고에 따른 뚜렷한 차이가 없었다. 노동력은 수고가 높아질수록 증가하였으나, 노동력에 따른 과실생산량은 수고가 낮을수록 증가하였다. 조수입과 순수입은 2005년의 경우 수고가 높아질수록 증가하였으나, 2006년은 수고 2.5m가 가장 높았지만 통계적 유의차는 없었다. 따라서 수고에 따른 생산성, 노동력, 경제성을 고려해 볼때 적정수고는 3.0~3.5m인 것으로 판단되었다.

        프라바스타틴 나트륨은 HMG-CoA(3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A) 환원효소 저해제로서, 콜레스테롤 생합성의 초기 율속단계(rate-limiting step)에 작용하여 메발로네이트(mevalonate)의 합성을 저해하는 광범위한 고지혈증 치료제이다. 본 연구에서는 효율적 발효와 고품질의 정제를 통한 생산성 향상을 위해 수행하였다. 프라바스타틴 나트륨의 경쟁력있는 생산성 향상을 위하여 Streptomyces carbophilus KCCM 10370을 UV 돌연변이 처리하여 프라바스타틴 나트륨의 생산량을 약 45배 향상시키는 S. carbophilus K-212(KCCM 10370) 선별하였다. 생산성을 극대화시키기 위하여 콤팩틴 나트륨의 연속식 투입이 회분식 투입보다 생산량이 24%, 전환율 4.3%로 향상되었으며, 본배양에서 콤팩틴 나트륨의 농도를 연속적으로 투입하여 0.1%(w/v) 이하로 유지시켜 프라바스타틴 나트륨의 생산량이 0.49%, 전환율 70%로 확인하였다. 발효가 종료된 후 배양액을 Diaion HP20 수지 컬럼, 분배(Partition), 그리고 ODS(Octa-Decylsilyl Silicagel) 수지 컬럼 크로마토그래피를 하여 유럽약전기준(EP)에 적합한 순도 99.7% 이상, 70~72%의 수율이었다. 프라바스타틴 나트륨을 적외부스펙트럼측정법, 자외부스펙트럼측정법, 수소핵자기공명스펙트럼측정법 및 탄소핵자기공명스펙트럼측정법으로 분석한 결과 유럽약전기준(EP)과 일치하였다.

        The purposes of this study is to verify whether insider trader get the excess return using inside information. For this we divide inside traders into four groups according to their ownership: maximum shareholder, main shareholders, 5% sharehoders and executives. Also we categorize inside traders into three groups: personal investor, foreign investor and institutional investors. After insiders trade their stock, excess return is reported for 20days and the size of excess return of executives and institutional investor is larger than that of other groups. It means more strict monitoring system is needed in the domestic stock market.

        In this era of knowledge and information of the 21st century, the source of a nation's competitive power consists of human resources and material resources and the importance of human resources appreciates highly. The number of small and medium enterprises which are the core of national economy covers over 98% among whole domestic enterprises of Korea. Competitive power of small and medium enterprises comes from human resources development. For the development of human resources, small and medium enterprises are trying to expand their learning organizations in the company. The analysis of outcomes of administering the existing learning organizations shows that learning organizations contribute highly to the improvement of the productivity of small and medium enterprises. And the analysis also shows that the participants of learning organizations and middle management and executives who support and encourage them recognize the necessity of learning organizations and that it should be disseminated throughout other enterprises. Therefore government's supports to establish learning organizations in a company are required to expand.

        To explore the relationship of species diversity and aboveground productivity in grazing ecosystem is very important to manage grassland. We used the four years' data to check this relationship and to look how abiotic factor affect species diversity and aboveground productivity. We found a good linear relationship between species diversity and aboveground productivity in all previous grazing sites, while no any relationship was found in the no grazing site. From our results, we concluded that drought affects aboveground productivity more than grazing, while heavy grazing affects species diversity more than drought in Inner Mongolian steppe.

        Plant height of 'Composite 28' was 89㎝ and heading date was on 4 May with green leaf color and showed high yield among three composite lines. A visual score of winter field survival of 'Composite 28' was 1.0. 1st dry matter yield of 'Composite 28' in Cheonan was 8.64ton per ㏊ compared to introduced variety 'Amba'(7.20ton/㏊). Heading date of 'Composite 28' was 7 days earlier than check variety, 'Amba'.

        This study was carried out to investigate the effects of cattle slurry application on the productivity and nutritive values of whole crop rice in paddy land. A field study was conducted at Baeksan-myeon, Kimje, Jeonbuk province in Korea on clay loam soil for 3 years. All plots were arranged in completely randomized design with three replicates. The yield of dry matter (DM) of whole crop rice in treatment of cattle slurry significantly decreased as compared with that of treatment of standard fertilizer (P<0.05). However, nutritive values of whole crop rice were not different significantly between both treatments.

        The objectives of this study are to investigate the productivity and nutritive values of whole crop barley under double cropping system such as winter whole crop barley followed by rice (WBFR) or after Sorghum ㎡ Sudan hybrid (WBASS) in paddy land. A field study was conducted at Baeksan-myeon, Kimje, Jeonbuk province in Korea on clay loam soil for 3 years. All plots were arranged in completely randomized design with three replicates. The yield of dry matter (DM) of whole crop barley in WBASS treatment was higher than that of WBFR. And then, the contents of ADF, NDF and TDN of whole crop barley in WBASS treatment were higher t㏊n those of WBFR.
