        In this study, the number of fire stations per radius centered at bridges on the national road route was calculated through GIS based on BMS and POI information. The fire risk could be represented as the number of fire stations nearby bridges. The radius was 5km but could be extended to longer distances. The number of fire stations in the northern part of Gyeonggi, Gangwon mountain area, and northern part of Gyeongsang area were smaller than those in other districts.

        As China has gradually enhanced the levels of economic development and national income or consumption in recent years to increase the consumption of baby products, markets for high-quality baby products are spotlighted so that the scale of markets for baby products is predicted to grow from 180 million yuan in 2015 to more than 360 million yuan in 2020. In the trade of major baby products in China, milk powder is much larger in import than in export in that its imports reached 2.52 billion dollars in 2015, whereas its exports reached 8.46 million dollars. As the trade of baby diapers has tended to increase, their exports amounted to 1.92 billion dollars in 2015, whereas their imports amounted to 1.277 billion dollars. In the trade of baby clothes, of which knitting products were given important weight, their exports came to 3.23 billion dollars in 2015, whereas their imports came to 140 million dollars. In the trade of baby products in Korea, the exports of baby products had increased by 2.3 times during the recent period of 2011-2015, whereas their imports had increased by 1.4 times, as the items leading export and import increase were diapers, milk powder, and cosmetics. Of them, the exports of milk powder had increased by 3.1 times from 36.23 million dollars in 2011 to 112.26 million dollars in 2015 and the exports of diapers had increased greatly from 9.91 million dollars in 2011 to 143.13 million dollars in 2015, whereas the exports of baby clothes had decreased from 33.56 million dollars in 2011 to 28.91 million dollars in 2015 According to the current status of trading principal baby products between Korea and China, for 5 years during the period of 2011-2015, the exports of milk powder to China had increased by 3.9 times from 23.85 million dollars to 93.97 million dollars, so that they tend to increase continuously. Korea exports the largest diapers to China in that their exports had increased by 21.4 times from 5.50 million dollars to 117.63 million dollars for 5 years. In Korea’s trade of baby clothes with China, their exports reached 4.09 million dollars in 2015, whereas their imports reached 29.25 million dollars, so that their exports accounted for 14% of the total exports (based on 2015).

        본 논문에서는 4차 산업혁명의 트렌드에 맞춰 가상 증강현실의 객관적 발전 현황을 분석, 동향을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 분석틀은 군터크래스의 분석틀과 교정된 LG 유럽디자인센터의 디지털 분석모듈을 사용, 범위는 디바이스, 개발, 유통 플랫폼, 콘텐츠로 나뉜다. 대상과 목적에 따라 증강현실만, 혹은 가상현실만 선호하는 특이성을 보였으며 아동 교육 분야에서 두드러졌다. 엔터테인먼트성향을 지닌 경우에는 트렌드와 활동성에 가까웠으며 정적으로 갈수록 교육, 정보, 소통의 콘텐츠가 주를 이루었다. 콘텐츠의 주요소에 따라 성향, 소통 방법, 타겟, 연령 그리고 디바이스로 구분되어짐을 알 수 있다. 본 논문은 가상 증강현실 콘텐츠의 기획 단계에서의 기초 자료로 활용되는데 의의가 있다.

        최근 축산업은 육류 소비량 증가 및 정부의 장려 축산정책으로 발전하고 있으며 소규모 축산농가에서 집단화 및 대형화되어 고소득 향상 사업으로 변해가고 있다. 하지만 소득향상이라는 이점 외에 가축사육과정에서 배출되는 분뇨에 의해 각종 민원뿐만 아니라 인근 수계로의 노출로 인한 수질오염과 2차 토양오염, 가축전염병, 해충번식, 폐기물 등 가시적인 환경오염이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 정부는 가축분뇨의 체계적인 관리를 위해 “가축분뇨 관리 및 이용에 관한 법률”을 제정하여 시・군 지역의 가축분뇨관리세부계획을 수립하도록 하였다. 본 연구는 괴산군의 가축분뇨관리세부계획 수립을 위한 것으로 괴산군 지역의 가축사육 및 분뇨발생량 현황을 분석하였고 축종 및 사육두수 분포특성을 확인하기 위해 GIS(Geographic Information System)를 이용하여 분석하였다. ArcMap ver. 9.3을 사용하여 가축사육 주소지를 좌표 변환하였으며, 축종별 사육두수 범위별 분포현황을 조사하였다. 또한 최소자승법과 로그함수법으로 축종별 사육두수 및 가축분뇨 발생량을 예측하여 괴산군 가축분뇨관리세부계획 수립에 적용하고자 하였다.

        This study was in line with consecutive growth of urban agriculture implemented to provide a functional vegetable garden model for urban vegetable gardeners. It targeted the users who actually raise functional vegetable gardens, analyzed the flaws for correction in many ways including a type of products, quantity, ratio, and the like and existing problems. It is found out from Utilization that first is the highest ranking with no experience of growing vegetable garden education while growth education helping vegetable garden activity takes the half. Saying yes to the participation in the growth education following the process ranked the highest. In addition when planting, in regards to earning information about plantation timing and measure, they responded that they directly determine those by themselves. Second, the type of plant that they are mainly supposed to produce in family gardening was vegetables. Many say that it is easy to produce, easy to get information. In the fall, Kimchi and vegetables ranked the highest, the reason for functional vegetable gardeners to participate in planting family garden is an interest in a variety of producing crops. Third, the current amount included is proper for flower・herb plants in functional vegetable garden model while the ratio of crops vegetables60.5 : medical21.2 : flower・herbs18.3 in vegetable garden model is responded moderate.

        인구의 고령화는 세계적인 현상일 뿐만 아니라, 선진외국에 비해 고령화 속도가 빠른 우리나라의 특성이기도 하다. 특히 1960년대 도시 산업화에 따른 도시집중화 이래 도시 이주자의 대다수가 나이가 들고 은퇴를 한 후에도 다른 지역으로의 이주 없이 도시에 지속적으로 거주하는 도심거주노인인구가 급증하고 있다. 이들은 대부분 시설에 거주하는 것보다는 현재 의 주택에서 계속 거주하고 싶다는 aging in place에 대한 선호 특성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 도심 아파트에 도입 된 커뮤니티 공간의 물리적 현황 분석을 기반으로, 향후 아파트 거주 노인들의 변화하는 요구인 aging in place를 적절히 지원할 수 있는 고령친화적 환경 구축을 위한 기초 데이터베이스를 연구하는데 있다. 이를 위한 연구 방법으로 서울 지역 내 노인인구비율이 가장 높은 2개 지역을 대상으로, 2004년 이후 입주 아파트 단지를 선정하여 고령친화적 아파트 단지 커뮤니티 현황에 대한 사례분석을 실시하였다. 이를 기반으로 한 논문의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 고령친화성 정 도가 가장 좋은 항목은 신체적 측면 중에서 건강증진에 관한 것으로, 실내·외 구분 없이 비교적 다양한 시설과 프로그램을 제공하였다. 하지만 건강관리 측면을 지원하는 커뮤니티 시설은 전무하였는데 향후 노인들의 도심 아파트 내 aging in place가 가능하게 하기 위해서는 자가건강관리실과 같은 시설이 제공되어야 한다. 둘째, 노인들의 심리적 측면 중 자연접촉 과 심신휴식의 니즈를 지원할 수 있는 커뮤니티 시설의 고령친화성 정도가 양호하였다. 하지만 시설이 대부분 외부에 위치 했는데 노인들은 외부 환경 변화에 민감하므로 겨울 등 날씨에 구애받지 않고 자연을 접하고 휴식을 취할 수 있는 실내휴 게공간을 적극적으로 도입해야 한다. 셋째, 사회적 측면을 지원하는 커뮤니티 시설 설치는 전무했다. 특히 교양교육과 취미 여가를 위한 공간과 프로그램의 다양성과 전문성이 낮았다.

        This paper analyzes economic efficiency of strawberries and tomatoes farms using the data envelopment analysis (DEA). We examine how production characteristics and farm size affect overall efficiency (OE), allocative efficiency (AE), and technological efficiency (TE). We also survey sample farm households from the Farm Income Investigation database of Rural Development Administration to investigate management and cultivation techniques and to analyze economic efficiency by technique. Implications for improving efficiency are suggested in the conclusion.

        Disasters that occur most frequently in rural areas are drought, flood, damages from wind and cold weather. Among these, damages from storm and flood and drought are the main disasters and recently, these are occurring on a large scale due to unusual weather conditions. Under such circumstances, projects and researches on disasters in rural areas are under way but they are mostly targeting one area or making approaches focusing on repair facilities, maintenance project of facilities in small streams, and disaster management, so there have not been enough studies on the current status of overall damaged facilities in the rural areas. Against this backdrop, through the analysis of the current status of damaged facilities due to storm and flood in rural areas, this study aims to provide base data for policies needed for disaster recovery planning and maintenance work of rural areas. For the analysis of damaged facilities due to storm and flood in rural areas, using the annual report on disasters issued by Ministry of Public Safety and Security and based on the occurrence rate of estimated damage in each city and district for the past 10 years(2004~2013), 8 areas with the highest number of occurrence and cost of damage were found from each province and target areas were selected. Then, regarding the selected target areas, the General Plan for Reducing Damages from Storm and Flood, which is the report on top-level plan for preventing disasters, was secured and the current status of damaged facilities were analyzed. After organizing the analysis of current status, the tendency of damaged facilities due to storm and flood in rural areas, the items of damaged facilities depending on the types of storm and flood damages, and risk factors were suggested. Based on this result, in order to generalize the results of follow-up researches, it is thought that disaster recovery planning and establishing the system of remodeling items necessary for maintenance work would be possible by analyzing damage investigation items recorded in additional researches on rural areas, researches on natural disasters, and recovery plan instructions and by conducting on-site investigation on the damaged villages from storm and flood in rural areas.

        중국의 인터넷과 스마트폰 보급률이 높아지고, 중국 전자상거래시장의 규모가 지속적으로 커짐에 따라 중국 O2O(Online to Offline)시장은 연 30%이상의 고속 성장을 통해 중국전자상거래의 일부분에 서 빠르게 국민 경제의 일부분 전환 되었다. 또한 그 관련 산업 규모와 활용도가 커지고 있다. 특히 2015년 3월 3일~15일까지 열린 한국의 국회격인양회(两会)에서 리커창총리의 발언과 2015년 7월 국 무원에서 '인터넷플러스 적극 추진에 관한 행동 지도의견' 즉, “인터넷 플러스(互联网+) ”발표를 통해서 향후 3년~10년간 인터넷플러스 발전 목표를 제시 하였다. 특히 2015년까지는 네트워크•스마트 •서비스화를 촉진하고 융합 인터넷플러스 산업생태계를 완비하여 중국 경제사회발전의 중요한 원동력 이 되도록 준비하는 것이다. 이로서 중국은 민간 기업 뿐만 아니라 정부에서도 관심을 가지고 정부, 기업, 가계에 실용적으로 응용될 수 있는 인터넷 O2O시장에 적극적 이다. 본 연구를 통해 중국의 O2O 서비스의 가장 효율적인 영업 전략은 상품 및 서비스 할인 혜택으로 보인다. 중국 내에서 공동 구매 는 소비자의 접근성이 가장 높은 영업 전략으로 소비자는 공동 구매 홈페이지를 통해 각 종 할인 혜 택을 비교와 선택을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

        This study is conducted to get current state of data collection and utilization of the trees damaged by pine wilt disease, and to efficiently collect and utilize of the trees damaged by the pine wilt disease and abandoned fumigation-treated trees at forecasts. The method to control pine wilt disease damaged area is mostly fumigation treatment system, and there is no collection and utilization of damaged trees because of absence of efficient collection system, lack of collection cost, and absence of policy, etc. A survey is conducted that asked about the satisfaction degree for the trees damaged by pine wilt disease collection and use divided into 6 topics. It was positively recognized that the need and problem of the trees damaged by pine wilt disease, and results and satisfaction of forestry mechanization while it was mostly negatively recognized that the policy satisfaction for prevention and collection, satisfaction of collection and use, collection and forestry mechanization, and satisfaction of foundation equipment for forestry mechanization, etc. As a result of path analysis, it is necessary to promote a high-tech forestry mechanization to improve satisfaction level of results and satisfaction of forestry mechanization for the trees damaged by pine wilt disease collection and utilization, it is also need to make an effort in various ways for improve satisfaction level of satisfaction of collection and utilization.

        최근 들어 축산업의 규모 확대, 혁신도시건설로 인한 인구이동의 결과 농촌지역 지자체의 냄새 관련 민원이 급증하는 추세이다. 축산냄새의 저감을 위해서는 몇 가지 동원 가능한 수단을 거론할 수 있으나 현재 우리나라의 축산농가 실정을 고려해 볼 때 가장 현실적인 방법은 미생물을 이용한 방법이라고 할 수 있다. 우리나라 양돈의 경우 유럽, 미국의 경우와 달리 한가족이 운영 가능한 소규모(1000천두)의 농장이 다수를 차지하고 있는데 이러한 영세한 규모에서 활용 가능한 냄새저감 방법으로는 미생물제재의 돈사바닥 살포를 거론할 수 있으며 실제 많은 농가에서 이를 활용하고 있다. 그러나 앞서 언급한 축산선진국들의 경우 환경개선을 목적으로 미생물을 이용하는 경우는 많지 않다. 본 고찰에서는 축산냄새저감을 목적으로 과거 선진국에서 이루어진 미생물 활용의 예를 거론하고 우리나라와 차이점이 무엇이며 또한 그 원인이 무엇인지 논의하였다. 아울러 축산냄새저감을 위해 장래에 수행이 필요한 연구를 제시하였다.

        Recently, as ‘ground subsidence in urban area’ problem become social issue, Central & Local Government examined current state of ground subsidence. As a results, It is revealed that 1)sewage pipeline damage, 2)excavation work of surrounding pipeline, and 3)water pipeline damage were main reason of subsidence. This study is going to present weak-point for each type of pipeline in the case of water pipeline monitoring, by analyzing current state materials of water pipeline leakage work of ○○city, to prevent ground subsidence from water pipeline leakage.

        Currently, major SOC structures of Korea are necessary to multilateral inspection as aging very fast. In this study, SOC facilities' status of Korea was investigated and analyzed for calculating Korean representative rating. Also, after evaluation methods for rating of international facilities were researched, they were used as a base data for Korean representative rating.
