        포항시의 재이용시설은 시설용량 100천m3/일로 전처리시설(UF), RO 여과시설, 폐수처리시설로 구성되어 있다. 총운영비(20년)는 181,992백만원(09년)으로 전력비 35.9%, 막 교체비 22.2%, 대수선비 14.1%, 약품비 13.7%, 인건비/제경비 8.5%, 경상수선비 3.6%, 보험료 2.0%로 구성되며, 지난 3년 동안 운영비 집행현황은 전력비 42.4%, 약품비 14.6%를 차지하였다. 원가관리 방향은 전력비 절감(전력 거래시장 참여, 전기요금 단가 차이를 이용한 부하 변동 운전, ESS 도입 및 운영)과 UF/RO 막 관리(세정력을 극대화하는 약품 및 세정, 내오염성 및 염제거 성능이 탁월한 RO 막의 선정)등을 설정, 실행하고 있다.

        Numerical analysis has been carried out to investigate seawater flow field characteristics with various current directions near the manganese nodule mining device. Seawater flow near the collecting device is largely influenced by the sea current direction, especially along the downstream of the rear system. Predicted flow velocity distributions are analyzed with turbulent kinetic energy and drag force. There is big flow field variation when the direction angle between the mining device and seawater current flow approaches to 30°~ 120°, and flow velocity along the rear region of 60° becomes faster than 180°. Averaged turbulent kinetic energy at 180° also becomes low, about 57% higher at 60°. These results from the study can be applicable to the optimum design of manganese nodule collecting system in the deep seawater flow.

        본 연구에서는 바늘형 종결정 코팅 양을 조절함으로써 결정학적으로 b-축 그리고 c-축으로 배향된 모데나이트 (MOR) 제올라이트 분리막을 제조하고 결정학적 배향이 투과증발 에탄올 탈수 거동에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. c-축으로 배향된 종결정의 코팅 양이 증가할수록 b-축에서 c-축으로 배향된 분리막이 얻어졌고 이는 진화론적 성장으로 설명되었다. b- 축 방향으로 배향된 분리막의 경우 1000 이상의 높은 선택도와 0.2 kg/m2h의 총 투과도를 나타내었으며 c-축 배향된 분리막 보다 우수한 분리성능을 나타내었다. 이는 물의 운동역학적 직경이 b-축 방향으로 단일 존재하는 8R 기공채널의 직경에 비하여 작기 때문에 물의 이동이 방해되지 않는 반면 에탄올은 상대적으로 방해받기 때문으로 설명되었다. 따라서 본 연구로부터 바늘형 종결정 코팅 양을 조절함으로써 모데나이트 분리층의 결정학적 배향을 조절할 수 있었고, b-축으로 배향된 모데나이트 분리막이 보다 우수한 투과증발 에탄올 탈수 거동을 보임을 확인할 수 있었다.

        In this paper, we indicate various problems of kinship terms of address and reference in Standard Language Manners (2011) and propose modifications to the text. Standard Language Manners (2011) is a modified version of Standard Speech Explanations, updated to account for social changes. However, many problems remain in the updated text. For example, there are several unsystematic or asymmetric kinship terms of address and reference according to gender, age, rank, or marital status. Moreover, Standard Language Manners presents complicated kinship terms of address and reference based on extended family system, rather than a nuclear family system. To solve these problems we suggest several amendments. First, while we recognize the continual usage of traditional kinship terms of address and reference, we suggest that widely-used new kinship terms should be included if they are in common use. Second, lexical gaps or asymmetric kinship terms of address and reference should be filed with existing or new terms despite the limited redundancy this system may create.

        Vertical earthquake motions can occur along with horizontal earthquakes, so that Structure should be designed to resist Seismic loads in all directions. Especially, due to the dynamic characteristics such as the vibration mode, when the vertical seismic load, the dynamic response of the Spatial structure is large. In this study, the seismic response of the lattice dome to horizontal and vertical seismic loads is analyzed, and a reasonable seismic load combination is analyzed by combining horizontal and vertical seismic response results. In the combination of the horizontal seismic load, the largest result is obtained when the direction of the main axis of the structure coincides with the direction of seismic load. In addition, the combination of vertical seismic load and horizontal seismic load was the largest compared with the combination of horizontal seismic load. Therefore, it is considered that the most reasonable and stable design will be achieved if the seismic load in vertical direction is considered.

        본 연구는 고령에 접어들고 있는 베이비부머 집단의 보행 운동용 스마트 스포츠웨어 및 스포츠 애플리케이션에 대한 수용태도를 분석하고 베이비부머 집단의 특성에 맞는 스마트 워킹웨어 및 연동 애플리케이션 개발방향을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 방법은 조사연구로 설문지법을 사용하였으며 측정 도구는 기존 스마트 스포츠웨어와 스포츠 애플리케이션의 디자인, 기능성 사용성에 대한 수용태도를 묻는 문항 등으로 구성되었으며, 조사대상은 50세 이상 65세 미만의 베이비부머 집단을 대상으로 진행됐다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 베이비부머 소비자들은 스 마트 스포츠웨어의 기능 및 성능안전성에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하나 관리 및 내구성에 대한 우려가 있어 스마트 스포츠웨어의 내구성 및 편의성 개선방향 및 사후 처리에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 스포츠 애플리케이션의 경우 새로운 정보를 얻을 수 있는 교육적인 기능으로 인식하며, 인지용이성 및 접근성에 대해 젊은 세대에 비하여 어려움을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 베이비부머 소비자의 보행운동용 워킹웨어의 디자인 및 기획 방향으로는 ‘일반 스포츠웨어 디자인의 일상적 디자인’, ‘소비자의 선호가 반영된 기능’, ‘관리의 편의성 및 내구성을 높인 디자인’ 등을, 보행운동용 애플리케이션의 기획 방향으로는 ‘쉬운 스포츠 애플리케이션 구성’, ‘교육적 운동 콘텐츠 구성’ 등을 제시하였다.

        This study showed that experimental study of inelastic nonlinear behavior of two-way beam string structures. General large span structures consisting of beam members have large moment and long cross section of area. In order to decrease these excessive moment and deflection, the two-way beam string structures composed of H-Beam, strut, and cable elements were proposed. In the two-way string beam, the cable with the prestress improves force distribution of some weight reduction. Two systems made of structural steel and cables were tested. The nonlinear behaviour of the two-way beam string structures studied by using finite element model and compared to experimental results. The displacement of the LVDT in the center of the beam correspond with the ABAQUS results. 2,200MPa cable can afford to bear breaking load than 1,860MPa cable. The two-way beam string structures is correlated to the finite element model and the experimental results. In consequence, It showed that the system with two-way cables exhibits much better structural performances than H-Beam structures and beam with cable.

        This study is aimed at finding policy directions for Korean fisheries and fishing villages by using Delphi method for fisheries experts. Fisheries experts have highly evaluated the achievements of fostering aquaculture industry, seafood export support measures, and natural disasters relief and recovery arrangements among the policies promoted as so far. And it was recognized that policies such as fishery resources management, creation and recovery of fishery resources, improvement hygiene and seafood safety, and provision young fishermen with training and capacity building will be important. Future megatrends, for example changes in food consumption pattern, climate change, and demographic structure changes are expected to have a significant impact on fisheries and fishing villages. The Delphi survey indicates that the most important policy objective is to secure a stable fisheries production. In other words, fisheries policy in the future should be aimed at suppling sustainable seafood for popular consumption. Finding strategies and action plans that can achieve this goal will be an important policy issue. In conclusion, it is necessary that a number of fundamental researches carry out in Korea, which can lead to finding out a multifunctionality of fisheries and fishing village. In addition, it is important to expand the scope of fisheries policy, which can consider not only the fisheries producers but also seafood consumer’s and young fishermen perspectives. Furthermore, it recommends that fishery policy needs to include fishery related industry as well as application of 4th industrial revolution technology to fishery

        The purpose of this study is to improve effectiveness of Korea’s Official Development Assistance (ODA) provided to developing countries. To do this, we analyze the efficiency of ODA provided to 38 recipient countries by Korea through data envelope analysis method. The effects of four factors including population, GDP, economic decline and poverty, and external intervention on efficiency are also investigated by utilizing tobit regression analysis. As a result of the DEA efficiency analysis, it is found that the average efficiency score of the total is about 59%. By region, the average efficiency score of Asia, Africa, Central and South America, and the East and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) are about 42%, 68%, 70%, and 74%, respectively. It indicates that the Asian countries are inefficient compared to countries of the other regions. It is also found that factors of population, GDP, economic decline and poverty, and external intervention have statistically significant effects on efficiency at 0.01 significance level. In the case of the population, the higher the population of the recipient country, the more negative (-) effect is on the efficiency. The other factors such as GDP, economic decline and poverty, and external intervention have positive effects on the efficiency.

        This study investigates the directional recrystallization behavior of Ni based oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) alloy according to the zone annealing velocity. The zone annealing temperature is set as 1390oC, while the zone velocities are set as 2.5, 4, 6, and 10 cm/h, respectively. The initial microstructure observation of the as-extruded sample shows equiaxed grains of random orientation, with an average grain size of 530 nm. On the other hand, the zone annealed samples show a large deviation in grain size depending on the zone velocities. In particular, grains with a size of several millimeters are observed at 2.5-cm/h zone velocity. It is also found that the preferred orientation varies with the zone annealing velocity. On the basis of these results, this study discusses the role of zone velocities in the directional recrystallization of Ni base ODS alloy.
