        This study was experimented by reviewing the possibility of applying non-sintered loess as a building material. Andthis study was to evaluate and compare flexural and compressive strengths characteristics of cementless mortar with non-sintered loess according to percentage of non-sintered loess and the type of curing without adding any cement. SEM,chloride ion penetration resistance and chemical resistance were also evaluated and compared to study characteristics ofcementless mortar with non-sintered loess. In order to evaluate the characteristics of cementless mortar with non-sinteredLoess. Test pieces were fabricated at 3, 7 and 28 days depending on the percentage of non-sintered loess and the typeof curing. And also normal portland cement mortar were fabricated to compare with cementless mortar with non-sinteredloess. The result of this study, Properties of cementless mortar with non-sintered loess strength are generally lower thannormal portland cement mortar. However cementless mortar with non-sintered loess which is mixed 20% show equallyas normal portland cement mortar. Also, cementless mortar with non-sintered loess show excellent results than normalportland cement mortar in the durability characteristics. The purpose of this study was to expand the utilizable scope ofnon-sintered loess and to use the basic data as a applying building material in the future.

        최근 도로의 개・보수 공사 뿐만 아니라 도시가스, 상수도 및 오폐수 관거 등의 교체공사로 인하여 건설산업 부산물 중에 폐아스콘의 발생량이 상당한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 이러한 폐아스콘의 처리 및 건설공사 골재부족 현상을 해결하기 위하여 폐아스콘을 전량 사용한 재생 아스팔트의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 한편 CO₂의 발생량을 줄이기 위해 무시멘트를 사용한 상온 재생아스팔트의 역학적 성능에 대한 기초실험을 실시한 결과 채움재로 시멘트를 사용한 상온 재생아스팔트와 동등 이상의 마샬안정도를 확보하고 흐름값 및 공극률 모두 KS 기준을 만족하는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 폐아스콘을 처리한 순환골재와 무시멘트 결합재를 이용한 상온 재생아스팔트의 내구성능을 확인하기 위하여 동적안정도 특성을 분석하였다. 배합 및 온도조건에 따른 휠트래킹 시험방법으로서 동적안정도를 평가한 결과, 모든 배합조건에서 약 5분까지는 급격히 중앙부 처짐량이 증가하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 그 후 60분까지 서서히 처짐량이 증가하여 일정수치에서 수렴하는 경향을 나타났다. 한편, 무시멘트계 결합재를 채움재로 사용하는 것이 OPC를 채움재로 사용하는 것보다 변형에 대한 저항성이 우수한 것으로 판단된다. 동적안정도(DS) 검토 결과, 60℃ 기준에서는 변형량과 동적안정도가 모든 배합조건에서 21,000회/mm로 동일하게 나타났으며, 20℃ 기준에서는 OPC보다 2배 우수한 동적안정도를 나타내었다. 실험 온도조건이 높은 경우, 채움재의 종류에 상관없이 아스팔트 유제의 유동성이 증가되어 동적안정도가 동일하게 나타났지만, 상온의 온도조건에서는 무시멘트계 결합재를 사용한 경우 상온 재생아스팔트 혼합물의 매트릭스가 치밀해져 동적안정도가 우수한 것으로 판단된다.

        In this study, high-ductile and low-fiber composites have been mixed using Alkali-activated cement-free binders combined with PVA fibers of the volume fraction of 1.0~1.5%. From the direct tensile test of the composites, the low-fiber cement-free composites could exhibit high-ductile tensile behaviors about 4.0~7.0% tensile strains after cracks.

        In this study, it was developed eco-friendly zero cement fiber reinforced concrete using ground granulated blast furnace slag and alkali activator(water glass, sodium hydroxides). Also, it was evaluated the flexure capacity of the RC beams using zero cement concrete. The eco-friendly concrete using zero cement encouraged alkali activation reaction has rapid hardening speed and showed possibility as a high strength concrete. Also, the RC beams applied this showed similar movement and destroy tendency with RC used previous cement.

        The present study concerns the properties of cement-free concrete using binding capacity of cement paste. The cement-free was casted with alkali-activators(KOH, NaOH, and CaOH2) by weight of binder. The properties of cement-free concrete was studied compare to that of OPC. It was found that an increase in the chloride concentration resulted in a decrease the binding capacity of OPC.

        The purpose of this study is to analyse the hydration reaction of paste according to fineness of non-cement binder, as a basic for the development of non-cement concrete block. As the fineness of binder increased, compressive strength of paste increased, and C-S-H gel was produced actively.

        Alkali-activated Cementless Binder(NC) is one of the most sustainable construction materials because it reduce portland cement content in concrete, resulting in decreased emission greenhouse gas and decreased use of natural raw materials. This study is to investigate chloride ion permeability of Alkali-activated Cementless Binder(NC) and ordinary portland cement(C) mortars using red mud.

        This study is the basic experiment for manufacturing non-cement matrix of lightweight based on blast furnace slag. Consequently, the decrease ratio of the density of matrix about the density of mix showed Ca(OH)2 up to be the highest when adding 2.5%. And the compressive strength increased as the addition ratio of Ca(OH)2 was increased.

        In this study, the hydration heat of cementless mortar containing FGD gypsum is investigated experimentally. According to research results, it was found that using cementless binder is more convenient to apply to secondary product of concrete than ordinary portland cement.

        This study examined the setting time of Free-cement concrete and Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC). Alkali Activators(NaOH, KOH, CaOH2) were mixed when free-cement concrete was cast. Five different concentration levels of Alkali activator was used, ranging from 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, and 3.0% by weight of binder.

        This study examines the strength development of non cement binder using blast furnace slag, which is generated as a by-product in the manufacturing the irons. In the experiment, we used KOH, Ca(OH)2 as the blast furnace slag stimulus. As the results of this experiments, it was shown that the compressive strength increased when mixing ratio of KOH and Ca(OH)2 was increased.
