        본 연구에서는 단면형상변화 따른 플레이트거더단면의 공기역학적 진동특성을 파악하기 위하여 변장비 B/ D=2.5~15범위에서 6종류의 기본단면에 대하여 주거더수를 2개 및 3개로 변화시킨 12개의 단면에 대하여 영각 -5o~+5o 범위에서 풍동실험을 통하여 동적 풍응답을 측정하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면, 변장비가 증가할수록 연직와류진동의 최대진폭이 감소하였고 비틀림 와류진동은 증가하는 경향이 나타났으며, 대상단면들은 비틀림 발산진동이 내풍안정성을 지배하고 있으며 변장비 증가와 함께 한계풍속이 점차 증가하였고 갤로핑은 변장비 2.5단면에서만 발생하였다. 3-주거 더 단면은 중앙거더의 영향으로 2-주거더 단면에 비하여 전반적으로 안정적인 것으로 나타났다.

        Four different mechanical alloying(MA) processes were employed to fabricate very fine intermetallic compound particles dispersed Al composite materials(MMC) with Al-4at.%Zr composition. Phase transformations including phase stability during MA and heat treatment processes were investigated. Part of Zr atoms were dissolved into Al matrix and part of them reacted with hydrogen produced by decomposition of PCA(methanol) to form hydride during first MA process. These hydrides disappeared when alloy powders were heat treated at . Stable dispersoids with structure were formed by heat treating the mechanically alloyed powders at . On the other hand, metastable dispersoids with structure were formed during first MA of powers with Al-25at.%Zr composition. These metastable dispersoids transformed to stable with structure when heat treated above .

        Calcium phosphate powders were successfully synthesized by using re-cycled eggshell and phosphoric acid. The crystallization behavior and powder morphologies of the synthesized powders were dependent on the starting condition of the eggshell, the mixing ratio and method of the eggshell and phosphoric acid, and calcination temperature. In general, -tricalcium phosphate was stably synthesized at about 90 for 1h at each proper mixing ratio. And, the synthesized powders showed the similar microstructures to the morphology of original eggshell with uniform particle sizes. In this study, the calcium phosphate powders were synthesized with eggshell in various processing method. And their unique microstructures obtained from the eggshell were also. observed. The crystalline developments and microstructures of the synthesized powders were examined by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscopy

        LiMn2O4 catalyst for CO2 decomposition was synthesized by oxidation method for 30 min at 600℃ in an electric furnace under air condition using manganese(II) nitrate (Mn(NO3)2·6H2O), Lithium nitrate (LiNO3) and Urea (CO(NH2)2). The synthesized catalyst was reduced by H2 at various temperatures for 3 hr. The reduction degree of the reduced catalysts were measured using the TGA. And then CO2 decomposition rate was measured using the reduced catalysts. Phase-transitions of the catalysts were observed after CO2 decomposition reaction at an optimal decomposition temperature. As the result of X-ray powder diffraction analysis, the synthesized catalyst was confirmed that the catalyst has the spinel structure, and also confirmed that when it was reduced by H2, the phase of LiMn2O4 catalyst was transformed into Li2MnO3 and Li1-2δMn2-δO4-3δ-δ' of tetragonal spinel phase. After CO2 decomposition reaction, it was confirmed that the peak of LiMn2O4 of spinel phase. The optimal reduction temperature of the catalyst with H2 was confirmed to be 450℃(maximum weight-increasing ratio 9.47%) in the case of LiMn2O4 through the TGA analysis. Decomposition rate(%) using the LiMn2O4 catalyst showed the 67%. The crystal structure of the synthesized LiMn2O4 observed with a scanning electron microscope(SEM) shows cubic form. After reduction, LiMn2O4 catalyst became condensed each other to form interface. It was confirmed that after CO2 decomposition, crystal structure of LiMn2O4 catalyst showed that its particle grew up more than that of reduction. Phase-transition by reduction and CO2 decomposition ; Li2MnO3 and Li1-2δMn2-δO4-3δ-δ' of tetragonal spinel phase at the first time of CO2 decomposition appear like the same as the above contents. Phase-transition at 2~5 time ; Li2MnO3 and Li1-2δMn2-δO4-3δ-δ' of tetragonal spinel phase by reduction and LiMn2O4 of spinel phase after CO2 decomposition appear like the same as the first time case. The result of the TGA analysis by catalyst reduction ; The first time, weight of reduced catalyst increased by 9.47%, for 2~5 times, weight of reduced catalyst increased by average 2.3% But, in any time, there is little difference in the decomposition ratio of CO2. That is to say, at the first time, it showed 67% in CO2 decomposition rate and after 5 times reaction of CO2 decomposition, it showed 67% nearly the same as the first time.

        In order to obtain the nano size composite powders by mechanical alloying method for useful composite catalysis, the effects of mechanical alloying time on the formationof composite powders were analyzed. The phase transformation behaviors were experimented as the heat treating temperature increased. Homogeneous 10wt% Cu-rutile type composite powders were synthesized in 40 hours by mechanical alloying. After 60 hours mechanical alloying 50 nm size powders were obtained. Both the phase of mechanically alloyed 10 wt% and pure powders were not transformed to anatase after annealing at the temperature range between 350 to 500 . The intermetallic compound of O was formed after 10 hours mechanical alloying, however it could be considered that this intemetallic phase dose not prevent the transformation of rutile to the anatase phase after heat treatment at the temperature between 350 and .

        저밀도 에너지를 효율적으로 축열하기 위해서 현열축열재보다는 상변화 온도 30℃ 수준의 잠열축열재를 이용하는 것이 효과적이다. 이를 위하여 연구를 수행한 결과, SCD에 APS를 0.0~5.0wt% 첨가하여 과냉도를 25.0℃에서 1.5℃ 이하로 조절하였으며, APS의 적정 함량은 3.0wt%였다. SCD에 PSC를 0.0~3.0wt% 첨가하여 상분리량을 70.0%에서 0.0%로 조절하였으며, PSC의 적정 함량은 1.5wt%였다. 축열재 내구성 검증을 위하여 0~1,500회의 상변화 사이클을 수행한 결과 상변화 온도의 변화량이 30±l.0℃ 이하, 잠열량 변화가 54±2.0 Kcal .kg-1 이하로 안정된 값을 보였다. 따라서 축열재의 수명은 10년 정도 보장될 수 있는 것으로 판단되었다

        냉축열 잠열재로 Na2SO4.10H2O를 선정하여 냉축열을 위한 잠열축열 온도 수준을 NH4Cl과 KCI을 잠열온도 조절제로 활용하여 16℃에서 -0.3℃까지 조절하였으며, 상변화 사이클에 의한 열특성 변화 추이와 물성의 안정성을 실험 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 1. 냉축열재로 선택한 Na2SO4.10H2O는 물성이 불안정한 상변화 잠열 재였으나, 조핵제로 BRX를, 증점제로 CBP를 첨가하여 물성을 안정시켰으며, NH4Cl과 KCl을 상변화 온도조절제로 선택하여 상변화 온도를 조절할 수 있다. 2. SSD+NH4Cl서 NH4Cl을 g~21wt%로 증가시킴에 따라 상변화 온도는 16~-0.3℃로 조절할 수 있었으며, 잠열축열량은 30kca1/kg에서 23.4kca1/kg으로 감소하였고, 상변화 온도조절제, KCl을 l7wt%에서 25wt%로 증가시킴에 따라 상변화 온도를 14℃에서 4℃까지 조절할 수 있었다.

        Microstructure and phase transformation of mechanically alloyed TiNi powders added to aluminium matrix for enhancing the damping properties were studied. Four compositions between 48.5 and 51.5 at% Ti intermetallic compounds were selected to control the fraction of martensite phase. Mechanically alloyed TiNi powders were heat-treated at vacuum of torr for crystallization. Ball milled AI/TiNi composite powders were swaged at room temperature and rolled at 450 . After mechanical alloying for 10 hours, Ti and Ni elements were alloyed completely and amorphous phase was formed. Amorphous phase was crystallized to martensite (Bl9') and austenite(B2) after heat treating for 1 hour at the temperature of 850 , and TiNi, intermetallic compound was partially formed. Considerable amount of martensite phase was remained after swaging and rolling.

        자로사이트 내의 SO4는 다른 산화음이온으로 치환될 수 있는데 자로사이트가 침철석으로 전이되는 과정은 공침된 산화음이온의 거동에 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 산화음이온과 함께 공침된 자로사이트가 환원성 용해에 의하여 상변화를 거칠 때 산화음이온 종에 따른 상변화의 양상과 이와 수반된 산화음이온의 거동을 광물학적 및 지구화학적으로 연구하였다. 다섯 가지의 산화음이온이 SO4를 5 몰% 치환한 자로사이트가 본 연구에 사용되었다. 본 연구에서는 암모늄 옥살레이트를 이용한 환원성 용해 시 일어나는 자로사이트의 광물상의 변화를 측정하였으며 자로사이트의 침철석으로의 전이 속도는 MoO4-자로사이트 ≥ SeO4-자로사이트 ≥ CrO4-자로사이트 > 순수한 자로사이트 > SeO3-자로사이트 > AsO4-자로사이트의 순서를 보여 치환된 산화음이온에 따라서 자로사이트의 상전이 속도가 다름을 보여주었다. 이에 따른 Fe의 용출은 시간과 산화음이온의 종류에 따라 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 광물의 변화에 따라 용출되어져서 나온 각 산화 음이온의 농도는 전체적으로 Mo > Se(SeO3) > As > Se(SeO4) > Cr의 농도 순위를 보였으며 시간에 따라 약 간의 증가를 보였다. 이러한 경향은 광물상의 변화보다는 산화음이온 종류의 특성에 의한 것으로 파악된다. 본 연구 결과는 산화음이온의 종류에 따라 자로사이트의 침철석으로의 변화는 영향이 있었으나 이러한 경향이 용출되는 산화음이온의 농도에 영향을 미치지 않음을 보여주었다.

        Phase change material (PCM) has been developed and applied in various fields as construction material. If the application of PCM as the semi-rigid pavement cement grout becomes available, it would be possible to control the occurrence of a micro crack due to the generation of hydration heat in the ultra rapid harding cement, and if the occurrence of a micro crack is reduced, it would be possible to improve the cohesion performance between asphalt matrix and grout as well as to compact the matrix of the pavement material, improving the durability. Therefore, the applicability review of PCM for the purpose of improving the semi-rigid pavement materials through the shrink reduction of ultra rapid harding cement used as the semi-rigid pavement cement grout was carried out in this study.
