        풍력발전 타워는 높은 세장비를 갖는 형상으로 인해 바람에 의해 발생하는 횡하중에 취약한 구조를 가지고 있기 때문에 바람은 풍력발전 타워를 설계하는데 있어서 중요한 설계요소 중 하나라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 타워 운송 편의성 향상을 위해 설계된 8각 및 6각 단면형상을 가지는 조립식 강관 타워 및 일반 원형 강관 타워의 일정 높이 이상에서부터 4개의 작은 기둥으로 분리되는 형상을 가지는 멀티기둥 강관 타워에 대한 2차원 단면모형 풍동실험과 3차원 모형 풍동실험을 수행하여 각 형상별 풍력계수를 산정하여 그 특성을 비교하였다. 또한 풍동실험 축소모형에 대한 CFD 해석을 수행하여 산정된 풍력계수값의 신뢰성을 확인하였으며, 마지막으로 실제스케일 풍력타워에 대한 CFD 해석을 수행하여 각 형상별 특성을 분석하였다.

        Wind turbine tower has a very important role in wind turbine system as one of the renewable energy that has been attracting attention worldwide recently. Due to the growth of wind power market, advance and development of offshore wind system and getting huger capacity is inevitable. As a result, the vibration is generated at wind turbine tower by receiving constantly dynamic loads such as wind load and wave load. Among these dynamic loads, the mechanical load caused by the rotation of the blade is able to make relatively periodic load to the wind turbine tower. So natural frequency of the wind turbine tower should be designed to avoid the rotation frequency of the rotor according to the design criteria to avoid resonance. Currently research of the wind turbine tower, the precise research does not be carried out because of simplifying the structure of the other upper and lower. In this study, the effect of blade modeling differences are to be analyzed in natural frequency of wind turbine tower.

        As an offshore wind power turbine is bigger, a new-type supporting structure is required reduce any probability of risk such as its buckling failure. In this study, we analyzed free oscillation of ICH RC wind power tower based on the design sections in the previous study. Also, we checked the safety by resonance between designed ICH RC wind power towers and various commercial wind power turbines. The eigenvalue analysis results showed that the designed ICH RC wind power towers were free from the resonance by turbines.

        In the case of the current ICH RC wind power tower, the design method is getting quite complicated especially if it gets higher. So we, based on the previous basic cross section designs of ICH RC wind power tower, have mapped out the tower structures considering the correlation between their heights and diameters in this research. The cross section dimensions along the tower height were designed according to recommendations of ‘Design Criteria for Concrete design (2012).’ The cross sectional diameter of the wind tower decreases as its location is higher, and this decreasing diameter accorded with the decreasing bending moment. All designed cross sections and tower modules were evaluated of their bending moment capacities and compared with the design moment. The analysis results and comparisons showed that all designed modules satisfied their required capacities.

        Internally confined hollow reinforced concrete (ICH RC) wind power towers were designed for various turbines sizes. Their cross sections were designed to have equal diameters to those of general steel wind power towers corresponding 3.6MW and 5.0MW turbines. And also, the sections with the average diameter of 3.6MW and 5.0MW turbines were designed. For the determined diameters, several cross sections were designed for various hollow ratios. The designed sections were set to have almost equal longitudinal reinforcement ratios. The performance analyses for the designed cross sections were carried out and the analysis results showed that the ICH RC wind power tower had enough strength for the required design loads.

        In this study, a circular tower, a modular tower and a multi-column tower were subjected to wind tunnel test and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) simulation. A modular tower with an octagonal cross-section is designed for easy transportation during construction. A multi-column tower with four secondary columns, which have smaller cross-sectional area relative to the main column, is designed for mitigating wind load. Their mean wind force coefficients were obtained through wind tunnel test and CFD simulation, which were carried out by Daewoo Institute of Construction Technology. Their results are compared to each other to verify the reliability of calculated mean wind force coefficient. Difference between mean wind force coefficient values obtained from wind tunnel test and CFD simulation is shown to be within 10% for a circular tower and a multi-column tower, and slightly above 10% for a modular tower.

        The research team is developing design and construction technologies for 10Mw steel and 3Mw composite wind towers. Regulations related to land transport of wind towers significantly affect the constructability and economical efficiency of wind tower construction projects. Therefore, it is important to develop guidelines for wind tower construction which consider the regulations. This study investigates regulations and practices of land transport of wind towers as a basic study for the construction guidelines of wind towers.

        Natural frequency characteristic of Wind turbine tower is important for designing of tower due to guarantee of structural safety of tower. In GL specification, natural frequency of tower should be designed by consideration of blade rotational frequency. Natural frequency characteristic of tower could be changed by mass ratio of RNA-tower, modeling method of blade and angle of blade in idling condition. In this research, natural frequency of tower is analysed by ABAQUS and compared it result according to tower dimension.

        This study analyzes performance-cost ratio of composite(GFRP) wind-towers by fiber reinforcement angle and determines their optimal fiber angle. The finite element models for composite structures using the ANSYS program described in this paper is attractive not only because it shows excellent accuracy in analysis but also it shows the effect of the geometrical combination. New results reported in this paper are focused on the significant effects of the cost for various parameters, such as thicknesses of outer shells and stiffeners. From the numerical examples, optimal fiber angles were determined as 80°∼90°.

        An FRP(fiber reinforced polymer)-concrete hybrid hollow offshore wind power tower was proposed. To design this new-type wind tower, a design program was developed. It can design optimized sections automatically with the consideration of material nonlinearities. When the outer diameter and requested capacities of the hybrid tower are given, the developed program performs axial force-bending moment interaction analyses for one thousand sections of the tower and suggests ten economically optimized designs. The analysis considers material nonlinearities of concrete and FRP, and the confining effect of concrete. By using the developed program, example design processes were performed for a 5.0MW turbine and a 3.6MW turbine. The designing process was performed for the loads of wind power turbine and wind load. The designed section and analysis results showed the developed program suggested rational and satisfactory section designs.

        해상풍력발전단지 발전량의 보다 정확한 예측을 위해 발전단지 예정지 인근에서 측정된 풍속데이터가 반드시 필요하다. 풍속데이터 확보를 위해서는 해상기상탑을 설치하는 방법과 인근 해안가나 섬에 풍속계측타워를 설치하는 방법이 있다. 본 연구에서는 인근 섬에서 측정한 풍속데이터와 WAsP 방법을 이용하여 해상풍력발전단지의 발전량을 예측할 경우에 섬의 지형 및 지면조도의 변화에 따른 발전량 예측값의 민감도를 분석하여 섬의 형상의 불확실성이 발전량 예측에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 파악하였다. 계측타워의 풍속측정 높이가 높아질수록 섬의 지형 모델링 오차가 발전량 예측에 미치는 영향이 작아졌으며, 섬의 지면조도 변화에 따른 발전량 변동은 미미한 것으로 나타났다.

        본 연구의 목적은 LNG 펌프타워 구조물의 전용 구조해석 GUI를 개발하는데 있다. 이 시스템은 펌프타워 구조물의 유한요소모델을 가장 적절한 형태로 만들어 주며, 가장 적합한 과정을 통하여 해석이 자동으로 수행되도록 해준다. 펌프타워 구조물은 LNG선의 가장 중요한 것 중의 하나이다. 펌프타워 구조물은 주로 카고탱크 안의 LNG가 채워져 있는 양과 선박의 운동에 의한 슬로싱(sloshing) 하중이 주가된다. 그 밖에 하중의 형태는 열, 관성, 자중 등의 세 가지에 대하여도 고려하였다. 이러한 하중들을 범용 유한요소해석 프로그램인 ANSYS에 적용하여 구조해석을 수행하였다. 미국선급협회(ABS) 내의 API Unity check를 통하여 구조부재의 강도 계산과 조인트(Joint)에서의 Punching shear unity 값도 검토하여 그 건전성 여부를 판단할 수 있도록 하였다. 상위의 과정을 새로운 형태의 GUI로 개발하였다. 펌프타워 전용해석 툴(tool)은 Tcl/tk언어로 개발되었다. 위의 모든 과정들이 GUI 성공적으로 적용되었다.

        The tower cranes are widely used in very useful construction machine the sites of constructing high-structure and have a structural sensitiveness. Therefore, the accidents have often happened due to the deficiency of laborer's understanding and lack of safety of structure. Till now, as we have research and studied above, we can properly protect accidents by construction equipments particularly crane as well as most disasters which occur frequently in construction site. The goal of this study is the safety inspection model of the tower crane a construction site, which preventible the collapse accident of tower crane which is constructed by using the correcting frame. In order to accomplish the goal of this study, the field survey, the reference investigation and the structure analysis were performed for the collapse accident of tower crane using the correcting data. This study will be proposed a build-up solutions about operating and release of safety constructions and researched about software safety estimation. Also, preventing safety problems of Tower Crane Construction site as applying safety estimation program and laws and regulations. As a result, The real time control of tower crane inspection system is implemented by to illustrate the application of the adopted optimal design model.
