Cryopreservation is a widely-used efficient means of long-term sperm preservation. However, unlike other types of semen, cryopreserved boar semen has reduced fertility and the efforts continue to optimize post-thawing sperm recovery. In this study, we evaluated the effects of various washing solutions (Hulsen solution, labmade DPBS and commercial DPBS) on post-thawing porcine sperm kinematics (CASA system), viability (SYBR-14/PI) and acrosome integrity (PSA/FITC). We also examined the effect of washing-centrifugation on frozen-thawed semen kinematics. The results indicate that type of washing solution and post-thawing centrifugation alters parameters linked to sperm quality (total motility, progressive motility, viability and acrosome integrity). Significantly higher (p < 0.05) motility and progressive motility were obtained when cryopreserved semen was processed with Hulsen solution. The postthaw percentage of live and intact acrosomal sperm was significantly higher in group 1 (Hulsen solution) as compared to other groups. Following thawing-centrifugation, the results showed significantly higher motility and progressive motility in group 1 than other groups. However, the latter two DPBS groups did not differ statistically. Taken together, Frozen-thawed spermatozoa motility, acrosome integrity and viability can be affected by the type of washing solution used. Moreover, centrifugation of frozenthawed semen has an unfavorable effect on total motility and progressive motility.

본 연구는 청소년의 스마트폰 의존이 공격성을 매개로 하여 오프라인 비행에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 한국아동 청소년패널조사(KCYPS 2018)에 응답한 중학생 2590명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 분석방법은 기술통계, 상관분석, 위계회귀분석 및 매개영향분석을 실시했다. 연구결과 첫째, 기술통계의 결과 청소년의 스마트폰 의존도의 평균이 공격성이나 청소년 비행의 평균보다 상대적으로 높게 나왔다. 둘째, 독립변수인 청소년스마트폰 의존도, 매개변수인 공격성, 종속변수인 비행 간에 서로 정적(+)상관성이 있으면서 통계적으로 유의하게 나왔다. 셋째, 청소년의 스마트폰 의존은 비행에 영향을 미치면서 공격성이 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 상술한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 청소년의 스마트폰 의존도를 경감시키고 청소년의 부정적 정서인 공격성을 완화시킬 수 있는 사회복지실천 프로그램과 정책에 대해 제언하였다.

본 연구는 캐살 블랙의 다큐드라마 『중력을 배우다』에 나타난 아이리시 포스트메모리 세대의 감응 탐구를 목적으로 한다. 아일랜드계 미국 시인이자 장례지도사인 토마스 린치의 삶을 추적하는 블랙의 연출기법은 세 가지 관점에서 조명된다. 첫째, 블랙은 린치가 포스트메모리 세대의 정체성을 형성하는 과정에서 아일랜드 민족주의 이데올로기로 환원되지 않는 자신의 내러티브를 가족사진 이미지로 구축했음을 보여준다. 둘째, 블랙은 사실주의적 다큐멘터리 스타일과 시적 시간관을 결합하여 시적 진실을 추구하는 린치의 열망을 표현한다. 마지막으로, 블랙은 린치의 멜랑콜리 정서가 자연풍경과 버려진 사물들의 이미지에서 드러나는 존재와 부재 사이의 긴장에서 연유함을 보여준다.

본 연구에서는 2008년 1월부터 2019년 10월까지 보고된 국내외 출간･비출간 연구를 대상으로 오락용 게임이 일반 사용자의 공격성, 사회성 및 정서에 미치는 영향에 대한 다변량 메타분석을 시행했다. 총 22개 관련 연구(효과 크기 수 = 54개, 참여자 수 = 8031명)에 대한 메타분석 결과에 따르면, 게임의 폭력성 또는 폭력적 게임의 이용이 사용자의 정서기능에 미치는 영향은 크지 않았다. 진실험연구 분석 결과에서만 게임의 폭력성 또는 폭력적 게임의 이용이 사용자 의 공격적 인지와 친사회적 행동에 약한 수준의 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 뿐만 아니라 공격적 행동과 부정적 감정(예를 들면 불안, 우울 등)에 미치는 영향은 진실험, 준실험 및 상관회귀 연구 모두 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 조절변수에 대한 메타분석 결과, 게임의 폭력성 또는 폭력적 게임 이용의 효과는 아동보다 청장년에게서, 남녀의 비율이 균등하게 통제된 연구보다 남성의 비율이 더 높은 연구에서, 그리고 방법론적 질이 높은 연구보다 방법론적 질이 낮은 연구에서 더 크게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 게임의 폭력성 또는 폭력적 게임 이용이 사용자의 공격성에 미치는 영향은 크지 않으며, 이 또한 사용자의 연령과 성별 그리고 연구의 방법론적 질에 따라 좌우될 수 있음을 시사한다.

This research uses a practical attempt to explore further determinants of consumer behaviour needs to be considered in modern TAM’s. Based on This study applies a qualitative and a quantitative method. On the one hand, qualitative data was collected with the World Café approach and on the other hand, the quantitative data was collected by an online-survey, resulting in an effective sample of 126 respondents. The findings show that consumers attitude towards self-driving cars is positive and negative. Those descriptive variables for the context of autonomous driving have to be identified as a first step. Conclusively, implications and future research topics are presented.

What is purchase motivation for luxury brands? and what kind of process through makes higher cult intention(i.e.,loyalty). How does consumption value affect loyalty? Theoretically, it was studied whether it could be explained. The luxury products and services were divided into categories and surveys were conducted at the national level. This research analyzed the influence of positive affect on cult intention by mediating luxury consumption value with S-O-R frame. The logic was developed with excitation transfer theory. Positive affect, compatibility mediating effect were investigated. Unlike the previous studies that have been recognized as important in terms of symbolic value in luxury brands, it was confirmed that experiential consumption value had the greatest impact. In addition, the influence of functional value and symbolic value had a significant effect. The effect of consumption value on cult intention was mediated by positive affect and compatibility. Therefore, emotional response can be seen as having an effect on cult intention through excitement transfer. These findings suggest that luxury brand marketers need to develop consumer values that can lead to arousal and positive emotional responses to suit consumer lifestyle. The research results are expected to contribute to the experience marketing and the hospitality service of luxury brands.

Dietary supplements derived from natural sources are an essential factor in optimizing athletic performance. It has been proposed that the extract of Momordica charantia (M. charantia) that is known as a bitter melon can be potentially used as a novel supplement for health promotion. This pilot study aimed to examine the effects of the M. charantia extract when administered in the form of a sports drink, and we evaluated changes in body composition and metabolic factors in tennis players after 4-week consumption of the extract. Eight male college tennis players were instructed to consume an M. charantia extract 6 times per day (3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon, and the total daily intake was 600 ml). Collected data were analyzed using paired t-tests to examine the changes over time after consumption of the M. charantia extract. The results revealed a significant increase in the trunk muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, and daily calorie intake (p < 0.05). Levels of protein, minerals, and total body water showed an increased tendency (not statistically significant), whereas intracellular water and extracellular water showed a decreased trend. Furthermore, fat-free mass, skeletal muscle mass, and muscle mass showed an increased tendency. In conclusion, consumption of the M. charantia extract caused an increase in parameters related to protein, muscle mass, and metabolism. It seems that follow-up studies related to fatigue, inflammation, and stress hormones related to the M. charantia extract consumption would be needed.

본 연구는 ‘매향’ 딸기 런너의 삽목번식시 차광 및 가습에 따른 효과를 확인하기 위하여 수행하였다. 런너 삽수를 2017년 11월 23일에 삽목한 후 대조구(무가습+무차광, C), 무가습+흰색 한랭사 차광 55%(W55), 무가습+검은색 차광막 55%(B55), 무가습+멀칭비닐 차광 100%(B100), 가 습+무차광(CH), 가습+흰색 한랭사 차광 55%(W55H), 가습+검은색 차광막 55%(B55H) 및 가습+멀칭비닐 차광 100%(B100H)를 처리하였다. 대조구(무가습+무차광, Control), 무가습+멀칭비닐 100% 차광(Shading), 가습+ 무차광(Fogging)의 처리를 두고 육묘하였다. 지상부의 생육은 처리간 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 전반적인 지하부의 생육에 있어 가습 처리가 무가습 처리에 비해 우 수하였다. 삽목 26일 후 지하부의 생체중과 건물중의 경우 가습+무차광 처리에서 가장 우수하였다. 삽목 26일 후 근장의 경우 가습+흰색 한랭사 차광 55% 처리구 및 가습+검은색 차광막 55% 처리구에서 가장 우수하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 딸기 ‘매향’의 삽목 번식시 가습 및 차광 유무에 따라 삽목묘의 형태형성에 영향을 주는 것으로 판단된다. 또한 이러한 결과는 삽목번식 방법을 수행하는 다른 작물에도 응용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 국내 선행 연구에서 간과되어 왔던 내국 브랜드를 대상으로 브랜드 글로벌성이 품질 인식에 미 치는 영향을 분석하였다. 동시에, 본 연구에서 브랜드 글로벌성의 효과가 제품 특성에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 검증하고자 하였다. 제품 특성으로 국가 전형성, 구매 위험도 및 상징적 가치를 살펴봤다. 가설 검증을 위해 전국 성인 소비자 356명 대상으로 온라인 조사를 시행하였다. 검증 결과, 브랜드 글로벌성이 브랜드 현지성과 함께 내국 브랜드에도 중요한 품질 단서로서 소비자들이 인식 한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 브랜드 현지성 대비 글로벌성의 중요성이 제품의 국가 전형성 즉 한국을 대표하는 정도가 높을수록, 제품의 상징성 즉 사회 신호적 가치와 소비 가시성이 높을수록 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 에 구매 위험도에 따라 브랜드 글로벌성의 중요성은 달라지지 않았다.

This study aimed to identify the effects of shopping environmental stimuli on Chinese consumers’ functional and symbolic value perceptions toward luxury lifestyle fashion stores. An enhanced S-O-R (stimulus-organism-response) model was used as the theoretical foundation. Significant relationships were identified between shopping environmental stimuli and the perceived values.

목적: 본 연구는 안경사들을 대상으로 안경원의 어떠한 노력들이 안경사들의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치며, 안경사의 직무만족과 조직몰입이 안경사의 고객지향성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 분석함으로써 안경원의 경쟁력 유지 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다 방법: 본 연구는 전국의 안경사 200명을 대상으로 하였으며, 인터넷과 SNS를 통해 수집된 설문지를 SPSS ver. 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, T-test, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 안경원의 형태, 탄력근무제와 주5일근무제의 시행여부에 따른 직무만족과 조직몰입의 차이를 분석 하였다. 그 결과 주5일근무제를 시행하는 안경원에 근무하는 안경사들의 직무만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 안경원의 동료관계요인은 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 감정노동요인과 직무과부하요인은 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 동료관계요인과 보상요인은 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 감정노동요인과 직무과부하요인은 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 안경사의 직무만족과 조직몰입은 고객지향성에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 결론: 안경원은 소속 안경사들이 보다 더 고객지향적인 태도로 업무에 임하도록 하기 위해 안경사의 직무만족도와 조직몰입도를 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 그리고 안경사의 직무만족도와 조직몰입도를 향상시키기 위해 동료 또는 상사와 서로 신뢰하고 존경하는 관계를 형성할 수 있도록 하는 노력이 필요하다. 또한 안경사들의 자기관리를 위해 지속적인 소통과 교육이 필요하다. 그리고 실효성있는 보상체계를 마련할 필요가 있다.

Background: Round shoulder posture, results from excessive flexed posture of the thorax, is defined as a position of scapular protraction, anterior tipping, and downward rotation. However, previous studies have focused on only passive position of the thorax during scapular posterior tilting (SPT) and have not reported on SPT combined with correction of flexed posture. Objects: The aim of this study was to compare effects of SPT and SPT with prone trunk extension (SPT + PTE) on activities of the lower trapezius, serratus anterior, and thoracic erector spinae and degree of posture in subjects with round shoulder and flexed posture. Methods: Fifteen subjects with round shoulder and flexed posture were recruited. The caliper was used to measure the degree of round shoulder and flexed posture. Electromyography was performed to collect data of muscle activities. Paired t-test was used to compare two exercise (α=.05). Results: When SPT + PTE was applied, the degree of round shoulder posture (p=.001) and flexed posture (p=.039) significantly decreased compared with that when SPT was applied. The lower trapezius activity significantly increased in the SPT + PTE condition compared with that in the SPT condition (p=.026). There were no significant differences in serratus anterior activity between SPT + PTE and SPT. The thoracic erector spinae activity significantly increased in the SPT + PTE condition compared with that in the SPT condition (p=.014). Conclusion: SPT + PTE might be one of the effective methods to enhance activities of lower trapezius and thoracic erector spinae, and to reduce round shoulder posture and flexed posture in subjects with round shoulder and flexed posture.
