본 연구의 주제는 평화체제와 평화협정이다. 본 연구는 한반도 평화체 제는 국제정치 보편의 맥락과 닿아있는데, 최근 논의들이 시간적으로는 현안, 공간적으로는 한반도에 국한하여 이루어지고 있다는 문제의식에 기초하였다. 이와 관련, 한반도 평화협정과 특성을 공유하는 - 관계정상 화와 협정 주 객체의 지위 변화 – 일소 공동선언(1956), 일중 공동성명 (1972), 바르샤바(1970) 및 프라하 조약(1973), 2+4 조약(1990)과 오스트 리아 국가조약(1955)을 분석, 이를 관통하는 공통 요소를 추출하는데 연 구 주안점을 두었다. 관계정상화의 성격을 띤 조약들의 경우 외교관계 회복 및 상호관계의 포괄적 발전 방안에 대한 내용을 포함하였다. 또한 분쟁당사자간 관계 재설정 차원에서, 청구권, 포로송환, 국제법 원칙 확 인 및 국경의 안정성과 관련된 내용이 비중있게 반영되었다. 조약 주 객 체의 지위 변경 관련 조약들에서는 조약 서명 당사국의 보증 아래, 영토 와 군사력 등 지위 변경된 객체 규정 관련 내용이 중요 부분을 구성하였 다. 본 연구는, 평화체제 관련 기초적 데이터를 제공, 향후 한반도 평화 체제 논의 국면에서 한국의 국익을 투영하면서 그 체제의 안정적 작동을 위한 요소 구상에 기여할 수 있다는 의의를 지닌다.

The nonlinear simple pendulum is investigated to find the exact closed-form analytical solution, satisfying initial conditions of angular position and angular velocity. While previous numerous studies have been conducted on the nonlinear simple pendulum, the exact closed-form analytical solution still remains not available in public domain for the most general initial condition including initial angular velocity as well as initial angular displacement. In this paper, the exact closed-form analytical solution for the general initial conditions is derived using Jacobi’s elliptic function and elliptic integral. The result was verified by comparing it with previous studies and the numerical solution of the equation of motion through the Runge-Kutta integration method.

본 연구는 종합병원 간호사의 감정노동과 감성지능이 소진에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위 한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 종합병원에 근무하는 임상경력 6개월 이상인 간호사 150명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 대상자의 소진에 미치는 영향요인을 검증하기 위해 다중회귀분석 결과, 감성지능(β=-.441, p<.001), 감정노동(β=.403, p<.001), 현 직위는 책임간호사 이상 이(β=-0.111, p<.018), 지각된 건강상태는 건강한 경우(β=-.100, p<.029) 순이었다. 또한 추정된 회귀모 형의 적합도에 대한 F통계량은 35.51(p<.001)으로 매우 유의하였고, 설명력은 79.7%인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호사의 소진을 감소시키기 위해 감정노동을 줄이고 건강 및 감성지능을 향상 시킬 수 있는 방안 을 모색하고 소진을 낮추기 위한 중재프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 것으로 사료된 다.

해양환경으로 유출된 침강 HNS에 대하여 환경영향 평가를 위한 사후 모니터링 수행은 다량의 오염 물질이 유출된 경우와 해 양 환경에 영구적 또는 장기적인 영향을 주는 경우에 특히 필요하다. 침강 HNS의 유출은 해저면에 혐기성 환경을 만들거나 지형과 해류 에 따라 이동하며 퇴적물에 섞기거나 흡착되고 또는 반응하여 오염물질을 방출하기도 한다. 이는 저서생태계와 관련된 해양환경에 영향 을 줄 수 있으며, 불용성 침강 HNS는 해양 환경에 지속적으로 존재할 수 있다. 침강 HNS 유출 후 사후 모니터링은 사례연구를 통해 첫째, 모델링을 통한 유출물질의 영향을 예측하고, 둘째 원격탐사 등을 이용한 유출지역의 탐색 및 오염물질 유무를 확인하며, 셋째 수계 및 퇴 적물 시료의 화학적 분석과 생물학적 분석을 통하여 해양환경을 평가하는 단계로 되어 있으며, 모니터링 결과는 복원(Restoration) 또는 피 해 및 보상 평가 등의 계획을 수립하는데 활용되고 있다. 또한 사후모니터링 조사항목 중 해양환경기준에 명시되어 있는 항목은 그 기준 을 적용하여 평가하는 것이 유출 사고 전과 후의 환경영향을 평가하는데 유용할 수 있다.

본 연구는 2022년 2월 발발한 러시아-우크라이나 전쟁과 분쟁에 대응 하는 국제기구의 역할을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 분쟁과 국제기구 간 관계에 대한 기존 논의를 확인하고, 우크라 이나 전쟁이 촉발한 국제기구의 최근 활동에 대해 살펴본다. 특히 UN 총회는 안전보장 이사회의 상임이사국 거부권 행사에 대해 유엔 총회의 견제 역할을 강조하는 4월 26일 결의안을 통과시켰고, 이는 제한적이지 만 기존의 유엔 개혁에 대한 진일보한 활동으로 평가된다. 우크라이나 전쟁 직후 안전보장이사회의 상임이사국 중 하나인 러시아의 지속적인 반대로 유엔 차원에서의 강력한 우크라이나 지원 및 러시아 규탄이 나타 나지 않았다. 이에 대한 대응으로 유엔 총회는 안전보장이사회의 상임이 사국 거부권 행사 행위를 총회에서 설명해야하는 결의안을 채택하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 국제기구가 분쟁발발을 억지하거나 분쟁을 종식시 키는 적극적 역할을 수행하기 어렵지만 국제분쟁이 국제기구의 기존 개 혁논의를 촉진시켜 분쟁에 대응하는 국제기구의 역할을 다각화하는 요인 이라는 점을 제시한다.

목적 : 본 연구는 전국 일반계 고등학교 재학생 1, 2, 3학년들을 대상으로 작업치료 인식도 조사를 실시하 여 학년별 작업치료 인식도를 확인하고, 그에 따른 학과 탐색의 시기를 파악하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이 를 통해, 작업치료의 인식도를 향상시키도록 하는 효율적인 홍보방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 전국 17개 지역의 일반계 고등학생들을 대상으로 2021년 11월 22일부터 12월 5일까지 알게 된 경로, 최소한의 교육과정, 국가고시 필수 여부, 대상자의 연령대, 업무 범위, 취업처와 같은 작업치료 인식도와 작업치료(학)과 지원 및 홍보 방법에 대한 질의와 응답으로 구성된 N사의 온라인 설문지 공유 를 통해 실시하였다. 수집된 설문지 총 860부 중 부적절한 응답 153부를 제외한 707부를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료 처리 및 분석은 기술통계량을 이용한 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 결과 : 고등학생의 작업치료 인식의 수준은 48.9%로 나타났다. ‘작업치료 대상자의 연령대’를 학년별로 구 분하여 분석한 결과, ‘모르겠다’를 선택한 비율이 1학년 177명(32.2%), 2학년 157명(30.3%), 3학년 84명(23.6%)으로 학년이 높아질수록 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었으며 학년별로 분석한 다른 작업치료 인 식도 항목 또한 같은 결과를 보였다. 고등학생이 희망하는 학과 홍보 방법으로는 ‘Social Network Service(SNS)홍보 게시물’이 26.2%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 결론 : 일반계 고등학생은 학년이 높아질수록 작업치료 인식도가 높아졌다. 이는 고등학생들이 진로를 위한 학과 탐색을 통해 높아지는 것으로 추론할 수 있으며, 충분한 탐색의 시간을 제공하기 위해 고등학생이 희망하 는 학과 홍보 방법인‘SNS 홍보 게시물’을 활용하면 작업치료 인식개선 등의 효과적일 것이라 사료된다.

Two stage-corpora of the newspaper LianHe ZaoBao from 2005-2008 (6678,6564 characters) and from 2018-2020 (3308,2690 characters) were collected and were used for Chinese characters statistics by the Huayu Research Center at Jinan University. Chinese character Species used in the two stage-corpora are 7004 and 6166 respectively. Chinese characters beyond the General Standard Chinese Character List in the mainland are 952 and 621 respectively, and the proportions of off-list characters are 13.59% and 10.07% respectively. The proportion of non-universal standardized Chinese characters decreased by 3.52 percentage points, indicating that Chinese characters used in the rear stage of LianHe ZaoBao are more consistent with those in mainland China. The Statistics, recording and sorting of the Chinese characters used in LianHe ZaoBao will help us understand the current Chinese characters ecology in Singapore and understand the commonalities and differences of Chinese characters between China mainland and Singapore. Based on the survey, we can explore the feasibility, methods and scope of the Chinese characters differences between Singapore and the mainland, as well as the strategies of compiling global Chinese dictionaries and further thinking about cross-border Chinese characters coordination.

Purpose: This study was attempted to investigate the relationship among workplace bulling, organizational silence, organizational justice, ethical climate, and intent to leave in hospital nurses. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey. Data were collected from 267 full-time nurses working at one general hospital in South Korea from June 10 to 30, 2022 and analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: As a result of the study, workplace bullying averaged 1.81 (out of 4), organizational silence 2.60 (out of 5), organizational fairness 3.06 (out of 5), ethical climate 3.57 (out of 5), and intent to leave was 2.88 (out of 5). The higher workplace bullying and organizational silence, the lower organizational justice and ethical climate, the intent to leave of hospital nurses was high. Organizational justice, workplace bullying, and age could explain their intent to leave of 37.0%. Conclusion: It Is found that it is important to increase organizational justice and prevent workplace bullying in order to lower hospital nurses' intent to leave. So it is concluded that managers should disclose the process and results of organization operation, and prepare measures to prevent bullying in the workplace centered the vulnerable.

Recently, wideband acoustic technology has been introduced and started to be used in fisheries acoustic surveys in various waters worldwide. Wideband acoustic data provides high vertical resolution, high signal-to-noise ratio and continuous frequency characteristics over a wide frequency range for species identification. In this study, the main characteristics of wideband acoustic systems were elaborated, and a general methodology for wideband acoustic data analysis was presented using data collected in frequency modulation mode for the first time in Republic of Korea. In particular, this study described the data recording method using the mission planner of the wideband autonomous acoustic system, wideband acoustic data signal processing, calibration and the wideband frequency response graph. Since wideband acoustic systems are currently installed on many training and research vessels, it is expected that the results of this study can be used as basic knowledge for fisheries acoustic research using the state-of-the-art system.

본 연구는 한국의 다문화 청소년 및 일반 청소년의 건강위험행위와 폭력피해경험을 비교하고 폭력피해 경험과 관련된 요인을 건강위험행위를 중심으로 규명하고자 하였다. 제15차 청소년 건강행태 온 라인 설문조사(2019)의 자료를 사용하여 35,574명의 청소년을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/Win 22.0을 사용하여 복합 표본 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 다문화청소년은 일반청소년보다 흡연, 습관적 약물 사용, 폭력피해 경험이 유의하게 더 높았다. 다문화청소년과 일반청소년 모두 가족과 함께 거주하지 않을 수록, 흡연경험과 습관적 약물사용 경험이 많을수록 폭력피해경험이 더 많았다. 일반청소년의 폭력피해경 험은 성별, 학력, 경제적 상태, 음주경험과 유의한 관련이 있었다. 따라서 다문화 청소년과 일반 청소년의 폭력피해 경험을 예방하기 위해서는 가족과 함께 살지 않는 청소년에 대한 사회적 지원이 필요하며, 흡연 및 습관적 약물 사용 경험이 있는 청소년에 대한 세심한 주의가 필요하다. 또한 다문화 청소년은 일반 청소 년에 비해 건강위험 행위와 폭력피해에 더 취약하므로 다문화청소년의 올바른 건강행위 실천과 폭력피해 경험을 예방하기 위한 교육 프로그램이 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 성지식, 성태도와 성인지 감수성과의 관계를 확인하고, 성인지 감수 성에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 연구이다. 연구 대상자는 139명의 일반 대학생으로 자가 보고 설문지를 통해 수집된 자료는 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA 및 Schffe test로 분석하였다. 일반 대학생의 성지 식 평균은 38점 만점에 22.73점이었고, 성태도는 5점 만점에 2.92점이었다. 성인지 감수성은 평균 5점 만 점에 2.03점이었다. 연구 결과, 성인지 감수성은 성태도와 양의 상관관계가 있었으며(r=.201, p=.018), 일 반 대학생의 성인지 감수성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성태도(β=.196, p=.021)로 나타났으며, 설명력은 34.0%였다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 일반 대학생의 성인지 감수성을 높이기 위해 올바른 성태도를 확립할 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

생활세계 뿐만 아니라 정치과정에서도 디지털 전환의 흐름은 매우 크 게 가속화되고 있다. 특히 콘텐츠 생산과 소비의 무게중심이 텍스트에서 동영상으로 무게중심이 이동되는 현상이 대단히 두드러지게 나타나고 있 다. 따라서 유튜브와 같은 동영상 플랫폼이 차지하는 위상도 비약적으로 제고되고 있으며, 그것이 정치과정에 미치는 영향력도 크게 주목받고 있 다. 이렇듯 정치 동영상의 영향력은 크게 증대하고 있지만, 그것이 선거 캠페인과 같은 정치과정에서 어떠한 효과를 낳고 있는지에 대해서는 분 석이 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 이 논문은 선거캠페 인에서 정치 동영상이 지지를 강화하는지 아니면 전환하는지에 대한 효 과를 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 이 연구는 유권자 설문조사 자료를 활용하여 경험적 분석을 수행하였다.

Interkulturelle Kommunikationskompetenz ist seit den 80er Jahren ein sehr zentraler und populärer Terminus, aber Studien darüber im DaF Unterricht gibt es noch nicht sehr viele. Das Zier der Arbeit besteht darin, Lehrbücher für allgemeinbildende Deutschkurse an der Universität zu analysieren, die in Südkorea verwendet werden. Auf dieser Weise sollen Elemente zur Entwicklung der interkulturellen Kommunikationskomentenz in Lehrwerken erschlossen werden. In dieser Arbeit werde ich untersuchen, wie die interkulturelle Kommunikation in den Lehrwerken vermittelt wird. Die DaF Lehrwerke werden im Moment im allgemeinbildenden Deutschunterricht an den koreanischen Universitäten für Anfänger benutzt. Warum habe ich die Lehrwerke als Untersuchungsmaterial gewählt? Sie spielen noch eine sehr wichtige Rolle im DaF unterricht und die Quantität und Qualität des interkulturellen Inhalts sind sehr bedeutend. In dieser Arbeit werden die Lehrwerke aus der Perspektive der Lernenden betrachtet: Fördert der interkulturelle Inhalt in diesen DaF Lehrwerken den Lernprozess im Hinblick auf interkulturelle Kommunkationskompetenz? Ist es dem Lernenden möglich, seine interkulturellen Fähigkeiten mit Hilfe dieser Lehrwerke zu entwickeln? Für diese Antwort habe ich eine empirische Methode verwendet, nämlich Fragebogen, der 17 ausführliche Fragen enthielt. Dafür habe ich Fragebögen an 100 Studenten in Südkorea verteilt, und beantworten lassen.

Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to private law regulations. This article reviews the legal nature of cryptocurrency from the perspective of general civil law theory. The undeniable nature of property in cryptocurrency has led to an increased demand for judicial systems to effectively operate in regards to cryptocurrency. The right to cryptocurrency cannot be regarded as intellectual property rights. Cryptocurrency cannot also be regarded as a bond, as it is merely units of information listed in the distributed ledger with no counterparty. Cryptocurrency can be understood as an “things” under civil law because there is a possibility of management through an electronic wallet private key and also independence through a distributed ledger. Among the requirements of an things, the requirement of ‘corporeal things’ or ‘natural force’ can be flexibly interpreted in regards of transactions between related parties. On the other hand, cryptocurrency cannot be regarded as “money” among things. Cryptocurrency cannot function as a “measure of value”, which is a fundamental function of money, due to its inherent nature of volatility and price differences between its exchanges. As a result, the legal nature of cryptocurrency can be recognized as a things, not money, through which current existing judicial systems such as compulsory execution law and bankruptcy law becomes able to operate in regards to cryptocurrency, ultimately promoting legal predictability. However, legislation on cryptocurrency should ultimately be completed through legislation, not interpretation. This requires further in-depth discussion in academic and practice sectors.

The purpose of this study was to examine the current satisfaction levels with nurse uniforms at Taizhou General Hospital in China and to find areas for improvement in order to develop nurse uniforms with improved comfort, fit and convenience. To investigate satisfaction with nurse uniforms, a survey was conducted of 150 nurses. The general characteristics of the nurses, uniform conditions, feelings of satisfaction, fit, preferred designs, inconvenient aspects of the uniforms, and areas for improvement were analyzed. Eight materials of cotton/polyester blended fabrics were selected according to Chinese nurse uniform regulations, and the physical properties of the materials were tested along with the materials used in current nurse uniforms. Four new nurse uniforms with increased aesthetics, functionality, and comfort were developed based on the survey results. Materials with excellent absorption, moisture permeability, and ventilation were used as main fabrics. According to the preferred designs of nurses at Taizhou City General Hospital, China, 4 types of nurse uniforms designed, consisting of design 1 (shirt and pants), design 2 (shirt and pants), design 3 (dress), and design 4 (shirt and skirt). The new nurse uniforms offered better functionality with an improved fit at the armpits, waist, hips, and knees based on product measurements.

목적 : 본 연구는 40세 이상 한국 성인의 수면시간과 안구건조의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 시행하였다. 방법 : 국민건강영양조사 제7기에 참가한 성인 16,119명 중 성인 2,506명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 복합표본설계방법으로 평균, 표준 편차, t-검정을 분석하였다. 수면시간과 안구건조의 연관성은 카이제곱으로 분석하였다. 일반적 특성이 안구건조에 영향을 분석하기 위해 로지스틱 회귀 분석하였다. 성별, 연령, 학력, 가구소득, 직업, 근무시간대, 체질량지수, 흡연, 음주 등의 변수를 통제하였다. 결과 : 분석 결과 전체 수면시간은 7시간이었다. 수면시간과 안구건조는 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 안구건조에 영향을 미치는 요인을 로지스틱 회귀분석 한 결과 안구건조는 7시간보다 5시간 이하에서 증가하였다(OR 1.93[95% CI: 1.38-2.71]). 안구건조는 남성보다 여성에서 증가하였다. 저체중보다 비만에서 증가하였으며(OR 1.89[95% CI: 1.11-3.19]), 음주에서 주 4회 이상이면 안구건조가 증가하였다(OR 2.43[95% CI: 1.42-4.16]). 결론 : 안구건조와 수면시간과의 연관성을 확인하였다. 그러므로 적절한 수면시간으로 안구건조를 예방해야 할 것이다.

For nearly two years, virtual learning has been employed by most Korean university instructors and students in online teaching environment. A major negative result of prior research on this issue has been a feeling of isolation and desire for more interactions by students. Therefore, this study was conducted to elicit student insights and feelings related to their satisfaction, self-ratings, and advantages and disadvantages of online Teacher-led (TL) versus Student-led (SL) team activities in their online learning environment. A total of 53 freshman students in two general English classes took part in four Zoom group meetings. The surveys and reflection essay were analyzed through qualitative methods. Major findings included: students from both the TL and SL groups reported relatively higher satisfaction and self-ratings of English skills through the four team activities. However, the TL group indicated that there was a lack of emphasis on reading skills, and an overreliance on teacher interventions led to a lack of team cooperation. While the SL group reported that a lack of teacher interaction led to confusion, poor time management, increased Korean use, and fewer listening comprehension opportunities. Implications and a discussion of team activity use in general English programs are included.
