        With the progress of industrial technology, industrial machinery and home appliances have multi-function and high performances by the electronic control technology. Various results are given from the measuring switching induction noise according to environmental condition and its effects cannot be predicted accurately. Therefore, the output results should be analyzed and applied to practical work. To minimize the false operation, Taguchi Method used to solve the quality problem is adopted to analyze the characteristics within the constrained measuring level.

        Defining the relationship between the quality of injection molded parts and the process condition is very complicate because of lots of factor are involved and each factor has a non-linearity. With the development of CAE(Computer Aided Engineering) technology, the estimation of volumetric shrinkage of injection mold parts is possible by computer simulation even though restricted application. In this research, the Taguchi method and Neural Network applied for finding optimal processing condition. The percent of volumetric shrinkage compared on each case and show neural network can be successfully applied.

        Polyacetal resin is usually used to make molds, but it is difficult to achieve dimension accuracy during molding. Therefore it is usually necessary to cut the polyacetal resin after a molding process. Polyacetal resin is easily machining by standard machine tool. Acetal is also a thermal stable material which can be totted without coolant Another concern about the use of polyacetal resin is that it absorbs water easily, which also results in problems with dimension accuracy Therefore, in this study, the cutting resistance of water-absorbed polyacetal resin and its surface roughness after cutting in order to achieve the highest degree of accuracy in the cutting of polyacetal resin were investigated. Also, The Robust Design method uses a mathematical tool called orthogonal arrays to study a large number of decision variables with a small number of experiments. It also uses a new measure of quality, called signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio, to predict the quality from the customer's perspective.         The Robust Design method uses a mathematical tool called orthogonal arrays to study a large number of decision variables with a small number of experiments. It also uses a new measure of quality, called signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio, to predict the quality from the customer's perspective. Thus, the most economical product and process design from both manufacturing and customers' viewpoints can be accomplished at the smallest, affordable development cost. Many companies, big and small, high-tech and low-tech, have found the Robust Design method valuable in making high-quality products available to customers at a low competitive price while still maintaining an acceptable profit margin. A study to analyze and solve problems of a biochemical process experiment has presented in this paper.         클러스터형의 다중 공정용 장치에 부착키 위해 제작된 콘택 산화막 식각용 공정모듈에 대한 적정 식각 공정조건을 확립하기 위해, Taguchi 방법을 활용하여 공정최적화 실험을 수행하였다. Taguchi 실험은 2회에 걸쳐 시행되었는데, 제1차 실험은 장비변수에 대한 식각공정변수의 개괄적 거동을 타진하기 위함이었고, 제2차 실험은 상세 공정조건 확립을 위해서였다. 실험 및 분석 결과 CHF3/CF4 가스유량은 72/8sccm, 공정압력은 50 mTorr, RF 전력은 500 Watts, 자계강도는 90 Gauss일때 최적 공정 성능을 발휘함을 알 수 있다.

        The role of the distribution basin role is to apportion incoming raw water to the primary sedimentation basin as part of the water treatment process. The purpose of this study was to calculate the amount of water in the distribution basin using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis and to find a way to improve any non-uniformity. We used the Taguchi method and the minitab tool as optimization methods. The results of the CFD calculation showed that the distribution flow had a deviation of 5% at the minimum inflow, 10% at the average inflow, and 22% at the maximum inflow. At maximum flow, the appropriate heights of the 7 weirs(C, D, A, B, E, F, G) were 40 mm, 20 mm, 20 mm, 0, 0, 0, and 20 mm, respectively, according to the Taguchi optimization tool. Here, the maximum deviation of the distribution amount was 9% and the standard deviation was 23.7. The appropriate heights of the 7 weirs, according to the Minitab tool, were 40 mm, 20 mm, 20 mm, 0, 0, 0, and 20 mm, respectively, for weirs C, D, A, B, E, F, and G. Therefore, the maximum deviation of the distribution amount was 8% and the standard deviation was 17.1, which was slightly improved compared to the Taguchi method.

        저등급 석탄인 갈탄(lignite)을 순환 유동층 가스화기(circulating fluidized bed gasifier)의 효과적인 가스화를 위한 공급탄으로 제조하기 위하여 모든 조건들은 동일하고 스크린의 크기만을 변경하여 목적하는 입도분포 특성을 달성하는 최적조건을 찾기 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 가스화기 공급탄은 0.045~1 mm 크기로 85 wt% 이상이 요구되며 이러한 입도분포를 갖는 공급탄을 제조하기 위해서는 경제적이면서도 효과적인 공정 설계가 반드시 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국산 갈탄을 해머밀로 효과적으로 분쇄하기 위하여 다구치 설계를 사용하였으며, 설계조건에 따른 실험결과 및 통계분석 결과 95% 유의수준에서 1차 스크린의 크기는 3 mm, 2차 스크린의 크기는 1.3 mm인 경우가 최적화된 조건인 것으로 나타났다.
