중국경제의 급성장으로 인하여 아시아 물류수요가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 따라서 각 국은 이러한 수요를 유치하기 위한 항만개발에 전력을 투구하고 있다. 우리나라도 부산항·광양항을 중심으로 환적항, 나아가서 동북아 물류 중심국가가 되기 위한 여건을 마련하고, 적극적으로 항만마케팅에 나서기 시작했다. 최근 일본은 물류비용의 증대로 항만경쟁력이 감소하여 그에 대한 다양한 방안을 강구하고 있다. 이러한 일본의 침체환경을 기회로 활용하여 부산항·광양항의 활성화로 연계할 수 있는 노력이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 일본의 수출입화물의 배송루트를 유형별 즉 기존의 일본 주요 항을 이용하는 경우와 부산항·광양항을 이용하는 경우로 구분하여 소요되는 물류비용을 산정하였다. 그 결과 부산항·광양항을 경유하는 경우가 훨씬 큰 물류비용의 절감효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

한국산 생약재인 가시오갈피 , 마황, 복분자, 인진쑥을 이용하여 추출과정 중 40℃, 60℃, 100℃로 온도를 달리 하여 기존의 열수 추출방법과 초음파를 범행한 추출로 인해 면역 활성 증진이 다르게 나타나는 효과를 비교 실험하였다. 실험 결과 여러 조건 중 복분자 60℃, 40 kHz의 초음파 병행 추출물이 가장 좋은 항암활성 증진 효과를 나타내었다. 추출시 모든 열수 추출물들에 비해 초음파 병행 추출물의 추출 수율이 높게 나타났다. 이는 추출시 열수 추출에서 미쳐 빠져나오지 않았던 여러 활성 물질이 초음파 처리에 의해 공동화현상과 더불어 액체간의 상호 탈기 작용에 의해 추출 수율의 상승효과를 가져온 것으로 사료된다. Apoptosis 실험에서는 5일 동안 인간 폐암 세포인 A549의 세포를 이용하여 활성이 좋았던 마황과 복분자의 60℃ 열수 추출물과 초음파 추출을 병행한 추출물을 이용하여 관찰한 결과 apoptotic이 열수 추출물보다는 초음파 병행 추출물을 투여한 군에서 더 많이 관찰되는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 이와 마찬가지로 HL-60 세포분화능 실험에서도 열수 추출물보다는 초음파를 병행한 추출물들이 높은 세포 분화 활성도를 나타냈다. 또한 모든 조건 중에서 생약재들이 60℃, 40 kHz 초음파 병행 추출물에서 가장 높은 세포 분화 활성도를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과로 보아, 앞으로 한국산 생약재의 고부가가치 창출을 위해 더 많은 실험을 통하여 초음파의 병행 처리에 따른 효과와 이를 통한 기능성 소재 및 기능성 식품으로의 이용을 위해 더 많은 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각되어진다.

본 연구는 30-40대의 중·장년층을 대상으로 스트레스 완화 훈련과 자극에 따른 뇌 활성화 영역을 알아보고자 명상이나 규칙적인 운동 경험이 없는 대상자 30명을 실험군, 유산소운동군, 통제군에 각각 10명씩 무선 배치하여 8주간, 주 3회 회당 50분간을 각 집단별 실험처치에 따라 실험을 실시하였다. 8주간의 훈련을 마친 후, 3분간의 청각소음 및 암산 스트레스원에 노출시켰을 때, 자극제시 전·후의 F3, Fz, F4, C3, C4, P3, Pz, P4 등 9개의 뇌파 전극 부위에 대해 알파파와 감마파의 크기 해석을 통한 국부적 변화 및 공간적 상관도(coherence)를 분석하였다. 반복측정 이원분산분석 결과, 알파파의 F3와 C3 부위에서 자극제시 전·후에 집단과 시기에서 유의한 변화를 나타냈으며, 감마파에서는 F3부위에서만 시기와 집단×시기의 상호작용 효과에서 유의한 변화를 보였다. 그리고 Coherence 해석에 따른 윌콕슨 검정 결과, 알파파에서 유산소군과 통제군은 자극제시 전·후에 국부적으로 감소한 반면, 실험군에서는 오히려 증가하였으며, 감마파에서도 실험군이 유산소군과 통제군에 비해 뇌 전체 영역에서의 더 많은 유의한 증가를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 실험군의 뇌호흡에 기반을 둔 신체적, 인지적 기법의 훈련적용은 단시간의 일회적 스트레스 자극에 대해 뇌 기능 상태를 보다 안정적이고 효율적인 상태로 유지하게 하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 가능성이 있음을 시사하였다.

우리나라가 속해 있는 동북아지역은 동남아시아와 더불어 세계 물류의 중심지 및 생산공장의 역할을 수행하고 있다. 특히 동북아시아를 선도하고 있는 한국, 중국, 일본의 경우 동아시아의 물류 거점역활 선점과 글로벌기업 유치를 위하여 다양한 Free Zone제도를 제정 도입하여 활성화에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 동 제도의 시행초기 단계에 있는 우리나라의 경우, 주변국을 벤치마킹하여 성공요인을 찾는 것이 시행착오를 줄이고 경쟁의 우위를 확보하는 지름길이 될 것이다. 한편, 주변국의 Free Zone들은 다양한 전략을 가지고 경쟁을 하고 있으나, 우리나라의 경우 자유무역지대 활성화 전략에 포함되는 구성요소간의 종속관계, 계층파악 등의 시스템 적인 차원에서의 접근은 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 이러한 점에 착안하여, 군산 자유무역지대(Free Trade Zone) 성공요인을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 하여 군산자유무역지대 활성화를 위한 구조모델을 FSM법을 사용하여 구축하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다.

The successful development of embryos cloned by nuclear transfer (NT)have been dependent on a wide range of known factors including cell cycle of donor and recipient ooplast, oocyte quality, NT procedure and oocyte activation. The present study compared the development of cloned porcine embryos following different activation treatments. Cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) were aspirated from 26 mm follicles of slaughterhouse ovaries and cultured for 22 h in NCSU #23 medium supplemented with 10% porcine follicular fluid, 0.57 mM cysteine, 0.5 g/mL LH, 0.5 g/mL FSH and 10 ng/mL EGF. The COCs were further cultured for an additional 22 h in the same medium at in an atmosphere of 5% in air, without hormonal supplements. Primary cultures of fibroblasts isolated from a female fetus on day 40 of gestation were established in DMEM + 15% FCS. For nuclear donation, cells at the 5th-6th passage were cultured in DMEM +0.5% FCS for 5 days in order to arrest the cells in G0/Gl. After enucleation, oocytes were reconstructed by transfer of donor cells and fusion with three DC pulses (1.4 KV/cm, 30 sec) in 0.28 M mannitol containing 0.01 mM and 0.01 mM . Eggs were then divided into three treatment groups, control (without further treatment, Group 1), eggs cultured in 10 g/ml cycloheximide (CHX) for 5 h (Group 2), and eggs cultured in 1.9 mM 6-dimethylaminopurine (6-DMAP) for 5 h (Group 3). The eggs were then cultured in sets of 30 in 60 I drops of NCSU#23 supplemented with 4mg/ml BSA (essentially fatty acid free) until day 7 at in a humidified atmosphere of 5% . On day 4 the culture were fed by adding 20 I NCSU #23 supplemented with 10% FBS. Development rates into blastocysts were significantly higher (P<0.05) in Group 3 embryos compared to Group 1 controls (, respectively), but rates did not differ in Group 2 compared to control (). Total cell number in Group 3 blastocysts was however significantly higher (P<0.05) than in Groups 1 and 2 (, respectively). These results suggest that 6-DMAP is more efficient than cycloheximide in the activation of electrically fused NT oocytes during in vitro production of cloned porcine embryos.

The lutropin/choriogonadotropin receptor (LHR) is a member of the rhodopsin-like subfamily of G protein coupled receptor (GPCRs), that has been shown to mediate the internalization of its two naturally occurring agonist, lutropin and choriogonadotropin (CG). The clustered agonist-receptor complex is internalized by a dynamin-dependent pathway and traverses the endosomal compartment without agonist dissociation Dissociation of the agonist-receptor complex occurs in the lysosomes, where both the agonist and receptor are degrade. Recently, constitutively activating mutations of the receptor have been identified that are associated with familial male-precocious puberty (FMPP). A FMPP is a form of sexual precocious puberty in boys in which testosterone levels are elevated independent of changes in luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone and serum luteinizing hormone levels, We have now analyzed two naturally occurring, constitutively active mutants of the human LHR. These mutations were introduced into the rat LHR (rLHR) and are designated L435R and D556Y. Cells expressing rLHR-D556Y bind human choriogonadotropin (hCG) with normal affinity, exhibit a 25-fold increase in basal cAMP and respond to hCG with a normal increase in cAMP accumulation. Cells expressing rLHR-L435R also bind hCG with normal affinity, exhibit a 47-fold increase in basal cAMP, and do not respond to hCG with a further increase in cAMP accumulation. This mutation enhances the internalization of the free and agonist-occupied receptors ~2- and ~17- fold, respectively We conclude that the state of activation of the rLHR can modulate its basal and/or agonist-stimulated internalization. Since the internalization of hCG is involved in the termination of hCG actions, we suggest that the lack of responsiveness detected in cells expressing rLHR-L435R is due to the fast rate of internalization of the bound hCG. The finding that membranes expressing rLHR-L435R respond to hCG with an increase in adenylyl cyclase activity supports this suggestion. Autonomous Leydig cell activity in FMPP is caused by a constitutively activating LH/CGR.

본 연구는 한중정기항로에서 국적선사 활성화 방안에 관한 실증연구이다. 본 연구를 위하여 한중항로의 국적정기선사, 중국적 정기선사, 3국적 정기선사 등의 종사자에 실문지 500매를 배포하여 290매 회수하였으며, 한중정기항로 국적선사 활성화 요인과 물동량 증대효과의 관련성을 검증하기 위하여 먼저, 설문문항의 신뢰성(Reliability)은 크론바하 알파(Cronbach's Alpha)에 의한 내적 일관성 검사법을 통하여 검정하였고, 독립변수의 구성타당성(Construct Validity)을 검정하기 위해서 변수들이 선형결합이라는 가정 하에 요인을 추출하는 주성분 법(Principal Components)을 이용한 요인분석(Factor Analysis)을 실시하였다. 그리고 연구가설을 검증하기 위하여 다변량 회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다.

황칠나무 잎의 추출물의 면역활성증진 실험에서 인간정상 간세포의 경우 모든 추출물이 1.0 Mg/ml의 농도에서 최고 26%이하의 세포독성을 나타내었다. 서로 다른 4가지의 암세포주(MCF7, A549, Hep3B, AGS)에서 50%이상의 저해율을 나타냈고, 정상 세포의 결과와 암세포의 저해율을 비로 나타낸 selectivity의 측정에서 모든 암세포주가 1.5이상의 사멸도를 나타내었고 전체적으로 에탄올 추출물의 효과가 가장 좋았다. 에탄올 추출물의 경우에서 인감 유방암 세포주(MCF7)와 인간 간암세포주(Hep3B)의 경우에서 1.0 mg/ml농도에서 각각 65%와 67%의 저해율을 기록했다. 면역세포 실험에서 에탄올 추출물이 1.0 mg/ml의 농도에서 B세포는 1.22배, T세포는 1.27배의 촉진 활성을 보였고, 6일 동안측정한 cytokines(IL-6, TNF-α)의 양도 에탄올 추출물의 경우 T cell의 경우 IL-6은 94pg/m1, TNF-α은 75pg/ml로 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 추출 열과 추출용매 등에 의해 황칠나무 잎에 존재하는 여러 가지 유용성분들이 풍부하게 존재하며, crude추출물 중에 에탄올 추출물이 면역활성에서 좋은 효과를 보였다는 것을 알 수가 있었고, 이를 통해서 황칠나무 잎을 이용한 기능성 식품으로의 연구 개발이 통해서 충분히 그 가치가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Also the world shipping market is more competitive than any other market. In these environment, to maintain competitive power, shipping firms process operations by Logistics Information system(LIS), And then, reduce the working processes, working time and its costs. So the LIS has become more important in developing our national logistics system and industry. Therefore, this study purposes on empirically analyzing the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these, factors with logistic performances in the shipping industry. Considering environments of Shipping logistics information system, this study sets up the research model and hypothesis to examine the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances. We used the field data on the 163 numbers of firms(29 overseas shipping companies and 133 forwarding Agency) to get the empirical evidence. According to the study results, The shipping LIS activation factors which the sample firms recognized as important: were top managers support, well structured communication channel, strategic plans connection and inner information analyzation level. And IS organization & human resources, IS discipline & training, software development, IS organizational alignment, database management system, information standardization, competitive advantage, financial support and government support represent partially significant. Also, the current shipping LISs main problems are expensive system cost, standardization of working processs, institutions imperfection and systems interaction defect. So these problems must be improved to activate shipping LIS.

Now in order to overcome the weakest points of the rural areas of the city of Kimje and, transform them into rural cultural villages which have local governing systems suitable to new localization age and activate this plan, we selected Daesan Village as a model village which had shown a lot of potentials in the basic research and studied it dividing it into the former part and the latter part. We studied Daesan village in the former part focusing on state analysis and basic ideas and in the latter part focusing on master plan and detail planning. We can summarize the conclusion like the followings. 1. Daesan Village located 8 kilometer away from the downtown Kimje and the city of Iksan respectably has comparatively good environment of good sunny place as an open field whose surrounding configuration of the ground consists of farming lands and low hills in front and rear. It has 38 farming households in all. 2. Human environment(인문환경); the village road whose width is about 4 meters is forming a flow system forking off into three. There is a route bus which operates three times a day even into the inside of the village. The main sources of revenue are vegetables in facilities, fruits and floriculture. Their average revenue is about 10.5 million won. 3. Here in DaeSan Village a legend dealing with Teasan literally meaning a big mountain consist of th village's tradition and you can see the tombs of a very faithful son and Anwi an army general in the age of the Japanese Invasion of Korea of 1592 to 1598 inside the village. 4. 85 out of the eitire population 141 whose age are over 20 showed very positive attitudes in a questionnaire about, making the village a cultural one and its development. 5. The basic of planned ideas is to increase the revenue of the farming household by making the village a professional farming one which has a state-of the-art production facility and agricultural technique. It is to make the village the one where people can enjoy the sense of the rural life and the farmer can enjoy their lives through consumptive and consistant leisure and resting activities. 6. We are planning to make entrance space, life space, rest and sport space, and cultural space considering the characteristics of the village and the demand of the resident. We are also planning to make tile entire city of Kimje an information transmitting base in short and long term perspectives. 7. DaeSan Village was planned as a place where tradition and the future exist together. On the basis of this concept we planned future programs for Daesan Village and in the latter part of the study master plans and detail plans will be continued.the regional agricultural condition. The development permissions were only during the period of restricted to use (1979.12~1993.11). We propose that the authority of development permission should be given to the local autonomy government, because the local government has the knowledge of its individual agricultural conditions.

This study proposes the following directions on the basis of results gained from a survey in Yamanasihyun Kawaguchikocho, where the herb festival is successfully held, in order to activate the local economy by herb. 1) The herb education for person in charge in the local authorities, the promoter of herb festival, has to be preceded and the local residents should try to understand what the herb is. 2) For a successful herb festival in the aspect of local economy and environmental conservation, detailed basic study and publicity including human -, natural environment, ecological conditions for herb should be peformed. 3) Herb event should have various programs and formats to arouse the user's interest and should be a place for environmental education.

This study makes a general view of human-, natural environment, actual condition of use, management and administration of Sissinghurst castle garden and proposes the following directions for our model of herb industry, herb garden plan with the analysed results. 1) The location of herb garden should be selected at a place where Is close to scenic spots, sight-seeing place or big city and conveniently situated, 2) For the basic design of herb garden, the ecological features, human -, natural environment should be analysed and for the implementation of the plan, it should have variety and coordination to give the pleasure and appreciation to the users. 3) For the plan of herb garden, time limit system and number limit admission have to be introduced by calculating carrying capacity so that the user can have a comfortable atmosphere and the garden should be environment - friendly.

This study surveys the herb industry, which plays an important role in the economy activation of the advanced countries, and by which Choongbuk, as one of local authorities, makes the first attempt in Korea. It describes the direction of the policy and application, came to a conclusion as follows. 1. Choongbuk is arranging a Herb garden as the first step in connection with the exsiting plan, It could be highly rated because there has been no example yet in korea and therefore it could involve risks. 2. The selection of site will be decided by the Do-authorities considering traffic network and accessibility. Therefore Shi and Gun authorities could have a passive and formal attitude for this policy. 3. The size of the herb garden, by modeling Japanese and European herb garden, will be 15000 pyung(4545m), From the point of view it is a start, the herb garden has still tasks to solve, e.g. lack of experience, organizational and technological problems.

This research emphasizes the necessity of the understanding and cooperation among local governments to preserve the water quality of the Nak-dong river that runs through four local governments. First, this research considers the status of water-pollution in the Nakdong river, describes and finds problems within the central government`s "Clean Water Supply Plan" and local governments` water quality-related policies. Second it deals with the conflict among local governments concerning the planning and building of Wicheon Industrial Complex" in the middleupstream of the Nakdong river which has triggered the opposition movement of the local governments and residents of the river`s downstream area. With stressing the necessity of the understanding and cooperation among local governments, this research emphasizes roles of central government, of academic experts, and of local news-media in preserving the water quality.
