In a mobile-rack which is applied to shelving or storage units fitted with wheeled traction, 2 step gear ratio and document management system by using RFID based on power line communication are proposed. Each part of the mobile-rack is modeled and then analyzed by finite-element method. Considering the maximum stress and the weight, wheel housing is redesigned. 15.56㎒ RFID module and management program are developed and tested.

For an effective energy management in intelligent buildings it is necessary to gather information about position/absence of people and the level of population. In this paper the smart occupancy detection system using the active RFID is developed to satisfy such a demand based on the results of previous research. First of all the design considerations and functions of the system are introduced. In sequence the functions of the system is presented, and then the performance of the developed system is tested and verified through various field tests. The developed core technology can be also applied to other fields such as security, healthcare, smart home, etc.

This is about smart grid, which reduces electric power load through simultaneous load factor of electric power reduction system supervision agent. Also, this study has the following characteristics. First, it is the user interface which enables authorized users to enter and send/receive such data as demand plan and using schedule for a certain period of time. Second, it is the database server, which collects, classifies, analysis, save and manage demand forecast data for a certain period of time. Third, is the simultaneous load factor of electric power control agent, which controls usage of electric power by getting control signal, which is intended to reduce the simultaneous load factor of electric power by the use of the time sharing control system, form the user interface, which also integrate and compare the data which were gained from the interface and the demand forecast data of the certain period of time.

In these days, mobile technology such as smart phone and GPS have an effect on business processes of many companies especially a transportation company. The purpose of this paper is to present the development processes of real time vehicles tracking and intelligent TMS(Transportation Management System) using smart phone applications. The objective of this study is two-fold. The first is to redesign business process of the transportation company. Using BPR(business process re-engineering), we analyze current processes to find opportunities for improvement redefining processes after adopting mobile technology precisely. The second is to develop the real time vehicles tracking and intelligent TMS. Proposed system consists of four parts: (1) intelligent TMS(web system) (2) real time vehicle tracking application for TMS (3) real time tracking application for customer (4) salesman supporting application. Developed system was tested at the transportation company and was found to be useful system.

The government have plans to improve the railway transport capacity and transport hub for the sustainable national transport and logistics system. Specially, there are much efforts to improve transportation capacity such as high speed transportation of rail freight, enlargement of BT train, development of double stack train, etc. between railway transport hubs. If the transport capacity between railway logistics hubs is increased as planned, we must increase the handling capacity of railway hub terminals. But there are limits to enlarge the terminal infrastructure because of investment scale, location circumstances and urban development plans. To ensure the capacity, with the minimum required enlargement of infrastructure, it is necessary to extremely increase the efficiency of terminal operations. For improving the efficiency, we have to introduce the efficient terminal operation systems based on u-IT and operation optimize technologies. In this paper, we analyse the issues and problems of railway terminals(including ICD) and suggest the concept of intelligent railway terminal and the construction components of technology.

최근 개발자와 사용자 사이에서 게임의 인공지능에 대한 관심이 늘어나고 있다. 그래픽과 사운드 요소의 한계로 인 해 화려하고 웅장한 게임보다 다양한 재미를 줄 수 있는 게임을 원하기 때문이다. 기존의 게임 인공지능 기법은 단순 하여 쉽게 질리고, 사용자에게 다양한 재미를 지속적으로 제공하기 어렵다. 그러나 학습 능력을 갖춘 게임은 다양하고 예측하기 어려운 특성으로 인해 사용자에게 끝없는 재미를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 학습 능력을 게임 내의 에이전트에게 부여하기 위해 심리학 이론 중 하나인 관찰학습 이론을 적용한 알고리즘을 제시하고자 한다.

In cloud computing environment, service contracts between service providers and customers should be monitored in real-time. In the current paper-based service contract environment, service providers and customers cannot monitor service levels in real-time. Moreover, if a service failure occurs, there is no compensation system for the failure. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an automated administrative tool to support overall cloud services. The proposed intelligent framework is a document containing information processing knowledge which is used whenever information-processing demand occurs. 최근 국내에서는 로봇에 대한 일반인들의 관심이 높아지고 있다. 로봇은 사람과 유사한 모습과 기능을 가진 기계, 또는 무엇인가 스스로 작업하는 능력을 가진 기계를 말한다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 휴머노이드 로봇을 이용한 보드게임을 설계 개발 하고자 한다. 제안하는 주사위 게임은 휴머노이드 로봇에서 주사위를 던지는 모션을 마이컴 임베디드 시스템에서 랜덤한 동작으로 제어하는 프로그램을 작성 하여 실행 시켜 보았다. 주사위 게임의 모션은 왼쪽던지기, 오른쪽던지기, 정면던지기 동작으로 구성한다. 이를 통하여 로봇 게임을 통한 유아 및 노인들의 인지 훈련에 도움을 주고자 한다.

In general, electric powered wheelchair is used for handicapped persons as a means of movement. Electric powered wheelchair is controlled via joystick, which means that seriously handicapped person as vertebra damaged person can not use the general electric powered wheelchair. In this paper, a new navigation method for an intelligent electric powered wheelchair is proposed, which is very simple to implement by using the robotic technology. Two cameras are used in the system. The one is used for detecting obstacles in front of the wheelchair, and the other is used for detecting the intention of the user by measuring the movement of the head. A series of experiments are performed to evaluate the proposed method and the experimental results show that the proposed method can be applicable to the navigation of an intelligent electric powered wheelchair for seriously handicapped person of vertebra damage.

유아들의 놀이 도구 중 하나인 스토리 북 게임은 책을 펼친 뒤, 해당 내용을 눈으로 보면서 이야기 전개에 따라 해당하는 페이지로 이동하면서 이야기를 엮어가는 게임이다. 스토리 북 게임은 유아들에게 게임과 학습의 기능을 접목시킨 것으로 사고력 증진을 위해서 많이 활용되고 있으나 시각적 효과의 한계와 청각적 효과를 제공하지 못하는 단점을 보완하기 위해서는 멀티미디어 매체와의 접목이 불가피하다. 하지만 현재의 도서와 멀티 미디어 매체의 접목은 수동적 접근으로 이루어지고 있으나 게임이 진행되는 동안 정확한 위치로 빠르게 이동하여 시각적, 청각적 효과를 제공함에는 한계를 가지고 있다. 이러한 단점을 해소하기 위해 스토리 북 게임용도서의 콘텐츠 상에 펜으로 갖다 대면 콘텐츠의 내용을 판별하고 펜에서 외부기기인 IPTV로 판별된 내용을 전달하고 TV로 콘텐츠의 내용을 출력할 수 있게끔 콘텐츠 패턴 인식 및 블루투스를 지원하는 지능형 펜 설계를 제안한다. 이는 기존의 도서에서 제공되지 않는 출판물에 대한 직접 인덱싱 기능을 부가함으로 빠른 접근으로 게임 참여자인 유아들의 집중력 향상 및 이야기 전개의 재미를 높이는 효과를 보인다.

본 논문에서는 퍼지이론을 이용하여 색채공간의 사용자가 원하는 분위기에 해당하는 언어 입력에 따라 조화로운 색채공간을 설계해가는 의사결정 보조 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템에서 형용사 이미지 스케일의 언어적인 입력이 주어지면 형용사와 색채와의 관계를 퍼지관계로 가정하고 색채공간의 전체적인 분위기에 맞는 색채가 선택되며 퍼지화된 Moon-Spencer등의 색채조화에 관한 지식은 어울리는 조화색 결정의 탐색 영역을 제한하는 역할을 담당하고 이에 따라 조화색이 결정된다.

We have tried to offer some conveniences a ship engineer for repeated ship CAE modeling by changing ship design repeatedly and to increase its accuracy of a ship model with it.
