우리나라에는 다양한 해상교통기관이 존재한다. 특히 선종마다 각기 다른 면허기관이 존재한다. 상선과 어선간의 통신체계도 다르며, 안전운항관리기관의 특성에 따른 해양사고율도 차이가 크게 나타난 다. 이 논문은 우리나라 연안해상교통의 통항안전관리체제 구축을 위한 기초연구이다.

Establishing a framework, to explain the path to safety accidents considering major safety management factors such as physical conditions including on-site activities and workplace, as well as human factors as to labor, supervisors, or managers, would be effective as the basis to control project's risks by preventing disasters. Therefore, this study aimed to clarify the mechanism in safety management and disaster occurrence. In order to accomplish the purpose, it identified and classified the factors related to accidents, reviewed the causal relationships among them, and suggested the influence diagram. The results of this research are expected to contribute to reinforcing the preventive management, and facilitating the development of integrated site control system based on safety risks.

The small and medium construction companies are facing potential EHS(Environment, Health & Safety) of major accidents to cause casualties or a financial loss and increasing social responsibility. So, they have to voluntarily accomplish the EHS management system rather than passively with regard to EHS regulation. In this study, the framework of integrated EHS management system is developed based on cloud computing, and construction companies are to materialize self-regulation EHS process of construction workplace and to standardize the total EHS business process using the developed system. The proposed system also provides risk analysis, education/control and continuous improvement for EHS tasks and users can easily access the system on the web at a low price through cloud computing service. Eventually, the integrated system contributes to the managerial improvement by minimizing economic and physical loss caused by construction accidents.

본 논문에서는 통합제품개발 관점에서 Computer-Aided Engineering(CAE) 활동을 지원하는 제품자료모델(Product Data Model)을 제안한다. 제안된 제품자료모델은 제품개발 프로세스를 관리하는 제품생애주기관리(Product Lifecycle Management: PLM) 시스템에 현재 독립되어 진행되고 있는 CAE 활동을 통합될 수 있도록 한다. 제안된 제품자료모델에 포함된 제품관점(Product View)은 설계와 제품구조를 공유하여 다양한 대안을 해석하고, 그 결과를 손쉽게 설계로 전달할 수 있는 독립적 CAE 활동을 보장한다. 제안된 모델을 검증하기 위하여 제품개발 프로세스와 통합된 CAE 활동을 지원하는 PLM 시제품을 개발하였다.

In this paper, we are the eigenvector methods in weights calculating. For the purpose of making optimal decision, the data of five different car models are used. For computing, we used Visual Numerica Version 1.0 software package.

This paper aims to study, the theory difference between Statistical Process Control and Process Adjustment in simple terms and presents a case study that demonstrates successful integration of Statistical Process Control and Process Adjustment theory for a product in drifting industry.

본 연구에서는 천수만유역을 대상으로 오염부하량을 산출하고 연안을 관리하는데 Gli의 활용방안을 연구하였다 오염원 관리의 단위인 유역 범위는 하계망 분석을 통하여 하천의 길이, 차수, 유역면적 등을 고려한 후, 수치지도에서 DEM을 이용하여 정성적인 방법으로 선정하였다. 천수만 유역은 총 6개의 단위유역과 33개의 소유역으로 구분되었으며, 단위유역과 소유역별 오염부하량의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 각 유역에서 산출된 오염부하략은 오염원 관리 측면에서 유역구분의 효용성을 검토하는 자료로 활용되며, 수질측정 및 환경기초시설의 입지 선정에도 이용 가능하다.

To solve this problem, the information brought from two systems is integrated by constructing integrated database.

Statistical process control(SPC) and engineering process control(EPC) are two strategies for quality improvement that have developed independently. In general, both techniques have reduction of variability as their objective, although they seek to accomplish these objective in different ways. Integration of SPC and EPC is finding wide recognition and is successfully used in continuous process industries. A simple case of an integral controller is presented here to show the application of MMSE controller to stochastic process. In order to keep the system on target, the actual adjustment in terms of MMSE using integral control can be implemented. This paper demonstrates that SPC, already used for process monitoring in the parts industries, and EPC, now used in process industries, may be integrated in various type industry for more effective control of processes.

ICZM(integrated coastal zone management) is recognized globally as an optimal solution on coastal issues and problems because it aims integration of all the different programs and stakeholders on coastal interests. Evaluation of ICZM program is also recognized globally for the success of ICZM because we can get many useful experiences and learning through evaluation. There are many issues and problems in coastal zone in Korea such as coastal development, wetland loss, deterioration of water quality, decreasing of fisheries stocks, limit of public access, etc. Recently highly centralized ICfM has been introduced in Korea but there are so high barrier between ICZM program and other relevant sectors. This paper tries to fond factors to evaluate and further evolution of ICZM in Korea which is very centralized system.

통합신뢰성(Denpendability)은 시스템이나 제품의 가용성 성능(availability performance)을 나타내는 종합적인 용어이고, 가용성 성능은 신뢰성, 보전성, 보전지원(maintenance support) 성능에 의해 영향을 받는다. 통합신뢰성관리는 IEC 60300-1［1］에 정의되어 있고, 통합신뢰성 프로그램 요소와 업무는 IEC 60300-2［2］에 규정되어 있다. 또한 IEC 60300-3-6［3］은 소프트웨어를 포함하는 시스템이나 제품의 총합신뢰성 프로그램에 관하여 설명하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 많은 소프트웨어 표준의 기본을 이루는 소프트웨어 수명주기공정에 관하여 소프트웨어 통합신뢰성을 달성하기 위한 지침을 제공하고자 한다.
