The purpose of this studyis to conduce the survey of three groups of college women living in different residential districts, Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and a district, each other, analyze the actual condition of wearing blue jeans, comparative investigate actual condition in each residential district of wearing blue jeans and cognition by change of crotch length and trend through comparison of cognition on dressed blue jeans with short crotch length. By which investigation, it was intended to understand their condition and propose of blue jeans as may offer fit with short crotch length. As the result of this study, it presented college women had hipbone blue jeans in order of 2～3 and more than 4 in all of residential districts, they purchased hipbone blue jeans with crotch length in order of for middle crotch(23 ㎝) and short crotch(21㎝) commonly in all of residential districts, and they care a lot for exposing back waist and hip of hipbone blue jeans without reference to residential district. They had a bad feeling for exposure, and as an alternative to deal with this, they answered mostly on ‘wearing hipbone underwear’ or ‘wearing long upper garment’, and there was significant difference between residential districts in silhouette and exterior fitness of crotch length among important factors when wearing hipbone blue jeans.

본고는 眉巖日記에 나타난 敎育 및 科擧制度의 실상에 대하여 살펴보았다. 眉巖은 학자로서의 자세와 교육목표가 분명하였다. 특히 교육의 중요성 강조와 함께 당시의 학풍을 쇄신시키고자 노력하였다. 그러므로 그는 학문의 자세와 공부 방법, 그리고 교육방침을 분명하게 제시하고 있다. 眉巖日記를 보면, 鄕校, 四學, 成均館 등에서의 입학시험과 인원, 學令, 강의와 시험과목, 시험시기와 성적 평가 등 敎育과 관련된 제반사항, 그리고 응시자격, 錄名과 保單子, 응시 인원, 試官의 擬望과 資格, 試題의 出題와 採點, 科場에서의 감독과 부정행위 등 科擧와 관련된 구체적인 사항들이 기록되어 있어 당시의 교육제도와 과거제도를 검토하는 데 중요한 사실들을 알려주고 있다. 그런데 眉巖日記에 기록된 것을 보면, 특히 과거제도에 있어서 감독을 소홀히 하고 부정행위가 만연하여 상당히 문란하였음을 알 수 있다. 眉巖은 弘文館에서 관직생활을 주로 했기 때문에 교육과 과거와 관련된 일에 관여하였다. 그러므로 교육 및 과거 시행에 있어서의 여러 절차와 문제점을 직접 파악할 수 있었다. 따라서 다른 어떤 기록보다도 당시의 교육 및 과거제도에 대하여 충실한 기록을 남길 수 있었다. 그런바 眉巖日記는 16세기 후반(특히 宣祖 초년)의 교육 및 과거제도의 실상을 파악하는데 귀중한 자료로 평가된다.

사회교육이라 함은 다른 법률에 의한 학교교육을 제외하고 국민의 평생교육을 위한 모든 형태의 조직적인 교육활동으로 개인 또는 공동체 생활의 상황 흐름 속에서 즉각적으로 가치화되고 있는 학습을 생산하는것이다. 이 범주에는 방송과 언론 매체를 활용한 것과 사회(평생) 교육원, 사설 학원 등의 교육 기관에서 이루어지는 것, 학습지와 인터넷 컨텐츠를 이용한 것 등이 모두 포함되는데 다만 조직성․의도성․체계성이 미약한 우연적 교육과 무형식 교육은 제외된다. 시청각자료를 통한 학습은 학습자의 흥미를 환기시키고 그들의 주의를 집중시킬 수 있기 때문에 강한 학습 동기를 유발하여 학습자로 하여금 자발적이고 능동적인 학습에 임할 수 있도록 한다. 또 학습자의 질과 양의 폭을 넓혀서 학습의 효율화를 도모하고 학습 결과를 오래 기억할 수 있도록 하며 정확한 사고를 할 수 있도록 도와주기도 한다. 이를 통해 볼 때 방송 매체를 활용한 한자․한문 교육은 사회 교육 차원의 한자․한문 교육의 목표를 성취하는 데 더없이 효과적이라 하겠다. 다만 교육 방송을 통해 제공되는 다양한 한자․한문 교육 관련 프로그램은 학습자의 수준과 흥미를 고려하여 보다 체계적으로 조직될 필요가 있으며, 정규 교육 과정기의 학생을 대상으로 한 프로그램의 경우 한문과 교육 내용 체계를 고려하여 이를 보완할 수 있는 프로그램으로 짜여졌으면 한다. 평생(사회) 교육원은 많은 성인들에게 배움의 기회를 확대하여 그들의 지적․문화적 수준을 높이고, 직업적․사회적 능력을 향상시키는데 기여하고 있다. 평생(사회) 교육원을 통해 이루어지는 한자․한문 교육 프로그램은 자격증 취득 과정에 개설된 한자(한문)지도사과정과 四書나 『古文眞寶』등의 동양 고전을 내용으로 한 교양 강좌가 있다. 그러나 교양 강좌는 학습자의 수준이 다르고 요구 사항이 달라 체계적이고 일관되게 강의를 진행하지 못하였으며, 자격증 취득 과정은 목표 달성을 위해 필요한 절대 時數부족으로 효율성에 회의를 갖게 하였다. 까닭에 명확한 교육 목표를 설정과 교육 목표를 달성을 위한 보다 체계적 프로그램이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 私設機關의 한자․한문 교육 프로그램은 정규 교육과정과 연계된것도 있고 각각의 독자적 프로그램도 있다. 체계화된 이들 프로그램은 사회 교육 차원에서의 한자․한문 교육의 역할을 비교적 충실히 수행하고 있다고 하겠다. 그러나 몇몇 프로그램의 경우 수업 방식에서 개선의 여지가 있는데 이를 잘 보완한다면 정규 교육의 보완 형태로 훌륭한 역할 수행이 될 것으로 보인다. 사회 교육이 시공간적 제약을 넘어 개인이나 공동체 생활 속에서 이를 필요로 하는 개인이나 집단에게 즉각적 가치로 제공되는 것이지만 정규 교과 과정의 보완이라는 현실적 상황도 도외시할 수는 없을 것이다. 까닭에 이를 교육하는 당사자나 학습하는 사람은 한문과 교과 내용 체계에 대한 이해와 한자․한문 교육을 통해 이루게 될 실제적 가치를 아울러 구현할 수 있는 방향을 모색해야 할 것이다.

When we closely look into Korean particle usage of Korean learners, we can find many misuses in Japanese language learners even if Japanese language has similar word order and particles structure as well as English Korean language learners whose language is different to Korean in language order and no particles structure. The purpose of this study is to find out the actual condition, how the Korean particles education for Korean language learner is being processed to make clear how various type of misuses in particles usage of Korean language learner are resulted from the Korean language education locale, the correlation between manifold particles misuse and korean language learning contents in language learning locale. To bring these actual Korean particles education condition, firstly we are going to examine the frequent Korean particles misuse of Korean language learners, and then compare the Korean education locale for particles. These comparison will be helpful to suggest the efficient method of Korean particles education to prevent misuse in Korean particles of learners and make good material for the meaningful learner centered education for Korean particles.

Domestic industry calamity rate did decrease in large numbers by many efforts of the safety and the health organizations. Nevertheless domestic industrial accident level is low yet among the OECD countries. Domestic small and medium enterprises is in trend that industrial accident is increased by deterioration of hardware, unpreparedness of safety equipments. But, Domestic small and medium enterprises' safety and health education had not been utilized so far effectively. This research groped efficient operation model of the safety and the health education through the survey about a solution for problems of education that is enforced in small and medium enterprises to three groups of workers and safety and health administrators and managers. Compared domestic safety and health educational system and advanced foreign educational system. And, analyze problems about domestic small and medium enterprise's safety and health education and presented a solution. Finally, presented efficient operation model of the safety and the health education suitable to domestic medium and small enterprises.

이 연구는 1996년 8월부터 2002년 1월까지 우리나라에서 붕장어를 어획하는 대표적인 어구인 플라스틱 붕장어 통발이 바다 속에 어느 정도 유실되거나 버려져 있는지를 조사하고, 이들 통발에 의한 Ghost fishing의 실태를 파악하기 위하여 실시되었다. 유실되거나 버려진 통발의 수는 조사가 이루어진 해구에서 평균 34개/ km2 나타났으며, 106해구에서 94개/ km2로 가장 많았고, 113해구에서 5개/ km2 가장 적었다 수심에 따른 분포에서는 61~70m의 수심대에서 89개/ km2으로 가장 많았고, 130m 이상의 수심에서는 수집되지 않았다. 이들 통발에 의한 Ghost fishing의 평균 어획률은 8.1%였고, 224해구에서 어획률이 25%로서 가장 높았고, 92, 110, 243 및 253해구에서는 어획이 없었다. Ghost fishing을 하고 있는 통발의 수는 99해구에서 14.2개/ km2 추정되어 가장 많았다. 수심에 따른 어획률은 71~80m에서 20%로 가장 높았고, Ghost fishing을 하고 있는 통발의 수는 81~90m에서 12.7개/ km2로 가장 높은 것으로 추정되었다. Ghost fishing에 의해 어획된 붕장어의 체장 분포는 25.5cm~66.0cm였다.

Most of chemical plant are using toxic and dangerous materials, inflammable and poisonous. There are many accidental dangers by escaping of fire, explosive and poisonous materials in case of high temperature and pressure. The accidents lead to taking employer's and local people's life and environmental contamination. Therefore, 27 small-medium chemical plant, which size is 30∼200 employees out of safety management agent in the area of A was selected in this study. The problems of safety management and several countermeasures at the chemical plants was indicated through the analyzed data. Prior to this analysis, top managers' concerns, equipment maintenance for the safety management are needed. For the future, calamity prevention countermeasures by industrial disaster analysis are needed and active safety management programs are investigated for the industrial disaster prevention and productivity enhancement at the chemical plant.
