        In this study, to examine the application of strut of high strength concrete, an parameter study was performed. High strength concrete has high capacity for the strut member, especially 80MPa concrete strut has equal quality to 40MPa concrete strut with FRP. Also it is insignificant that the difference of member force between variation in boundary condition on the strut of PSC Box Girder.

        In this paper, the finite element model updating method of the PSC bridge based on the static and dynamic data is verified through field experiment. The proposed method consists of two steps. First, update the rotational stiffness of the supports using the deflection and rotational displacement measurements that occur when the moving loads pass through the bridge. The stiffness of each member is updated by using the dynamic characteristics estimated from the acceleration measured by the ambient vibration test. The finite element model updated by the proposed method can predict the static and dynamic behavior of actual bridges through field experiment.

        In this study, the static displacement component of bridges measured in the ambient vibration test were extracted by using mode decomposition technique. The lateral load distribution was estimated using the extracted static displacement component and compared with the lateral load distribution factor measured in the static loading test.

        The safety issue of PSC box girder bridge stood out. So, we developed material testing method and procedures and applied them to existing bridge. Consequently, We found that the procedure we developed is very reasonable.

        The safety issue of PSC box Girder Bridge is being brought up to the surface. For countermeasures, we developed an extensive material testing procedures and applied it into our existing bridges. We believe that these set of newly constructed procedures are well within the reasonable mark. With that, we now foresee the necessity in systematic improvement and ample supply of its technology in order to secure the future safety of PSC box girder bridges.

        PSC girder bridges, widely applied to bridge and railroad bridge (25 ~ 50 m), are a type of bridge that introduces compressive force in advance to the part where tensile force of concrete is generated. The tension force for introducing the compressive force by inserting the tendon into the concrete is a key element of the structural performance in the PSC. At present, however, measurement and verification of this is indirectly managed through deflection and cracking. However, it has become more necessary to develop practical evaluation methods of prestress force of PSC bridges. In this experiment, a small scale PSC beam with various curvature radii was made. Tension force monitoring with FBG sensor and EM sensor was performed on test members using 3 point flexural loading test. The measured values of the FBG sensors and the EM sensors used in the experiment were analyzed and compared with the measured values of the load cell.

        As public service life of PSC bridges is on the increase, lots of effort has been devoted to verify safety of PSC bridges. On the safety of PSC bridges, effective prestress force is one of the most important factors. At the moment, however, indirect measurements are mostly employed to evaluate the effective prestress force during and after construction. In this study, performances of FBG and EM sensors, which can directly measure the effective prestress force, are tested and investigated.

        본 연구에서는 PSC I거더교에 대한 외부강선을 이용한 보강 방법 중 V자형 보강방식의 효용성을 검증하기 위하여 공용중인 교량 을 대상으로 보강장치를 시공하여 보강효과를 분석하였다. 따라서 PSC I거더교의 보강 전과 후 각각의 경우에 대하여 정적 및 동적 재하실험 을 실시하였다. 그리고 재하실험에서 측정된 결과를 면밀히 분석하고, 구조해석을 통해 얻은 결과와도 비교분석하여 외부 프리스트레스 도입 을 통한 보강효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 외부강선을 이용한 보강방법을 적용하여 보강효과를 검토한 결과, 본 연구에서의 V자형 외부강선 보강방법을 적용할 때 횡방향 하중분배계수 곡선이 완만해져 상부구조의 건전성이 증진됨을 알 수 있었으며, PSC I거더교의 휨 성능 및 전단 성능개선뿐만 아니라 동적구 조거동에도 크게 도움을 줄 수 있는 것으로 판단되고, 본 연구에서의 탄성패드를 적용할 때 동적보강효과가 극대화 된다는 것을 확인하였다.

        This paper presents an nonlinear analysis to investigate the high strength concrete through the comparison with the concrete filled steel tubes and concrete filled GFRP. As a result, the high strength concrete has higher strength than the normal strength concrete filled CFGFRP that is widely used for the compressive strut member of the PSC Box Girder bridge. Therefore, it is confirmed that the high strength concrete is appropriate for the compressive struts of the PSC Box Girder Bridge.

        This feasibility study examines if the tensile stress on bonded PSC tendon could be estimated by means of measuring electrical impedance. The impedances of the five beam specimens with different tensile stress levels were measured. As tensile stress on the tendon increases, the impedance of the tendon considerably decreases. Thus, it seems that the estimation of the tensile stress on the tendon could be possible by measuring the electrical impedance.

        본 실험 논문은 초단유리섬유(milled glass fibers)가 혼입된 PSC용 그라우트 몰탈의 강재부식성능을 평가하였다. 초단유리섬유를 함유한 배합이 PSC 그라우트 몰탈로서 소요성능을 만족시키는지를 확인하기 위하여 유하시간, 블리딩 및 압축강도를 측정하였다. 초단유리 섬유를 함유한 몰탈의 부식저항 성능은 염소이온 확산시험, 몰탈 흡수시험과 표면전기저항 측정 결과에 근거하여 수행되었다. 시험결과, 초단 유리가 혼입된 모든 배합은 OPC만 사용된 배합에 비하여 그라우트의 부식저항성능을 개선시키는 것으로 확인되었다. 다만, 초단유리섬유를 사용함으로서 유하시간은 단축되지만 블리딩이 발생하여 소요성능을 만족하지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러므로 PSC 그라우트에 적합한 초단유리섬유배합이 되기 위해서는 물-바인더비의 조정이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

        This study propose the embedded sensing system for tensile force estimation of PSC tendon using FBG and EM sensors. Through experimental study, it was found that the tensile force can be estimated by measuring the strain and permeability using proposed sensing system.

        고속철 PSC 교량받침의 장기 마찰시험은 EN1337-2와 CUAP03.01/78기준을 기반으로 동일한 수직압력에 대한 온도변수별 누적 마찰거리 25,000 m 장기마찰시험을 수행하였다. 기존의 PTFE판은 우수한 마찰계수 결과에도 불구하고 10,000 m에서 손상되어 한계 내구성능을 나타 내었고, 반면에 DP-Mate판은 일부 온도구간에서 한계 마찰계수를 상회하였으나 성공적으로 장 기마찰시험을 만족시켰다. 개발된 마찰시험장치를 이용하여 온도변화(-35℃~70℃)내 저속(0.4 mm/s)시험 12 Cycle과 상온 고속(15 mm/s)시험 11 Cycle 을 32 일간 수행하였다.

        A PSC girder with I-typed section is one of the most common types applied to road and rail bridges in South Korea. As public service life of PSC bridges is on increase, lots of effort has been devoted to verify safety of PSC bridges. On the safety of PSC bridges, effective prestress force is one of the most important factor. At the current time, however, indirect measurements are mostly employed to measure the effective prestress force during construction. In this study, performances of FBG and EM sensors, which can directly measure the effective prestress force, are tested and investigated. The test result can be useful to develop block-out PSC girders with FBG and EM sensors monitoring effective prestress force during service life.

        Railway bridges through the downtown region is an excellent bridge type noise reduction performance is required. According to this request, the bridge of the noise barrier installation is not required and low vibration is under development. This railway bridge is PSC U-Type lower route railway bridge with sound absorbing system. Because the bridge cross-section wraps a train and web contains the sound-absorbing system, noise is reduced. In this study, we analyzed the noise reduction performance of PSC U-Type lower route railway bridge with sound absorbing system using general noise analysis program.

        철도교량의 경제성 확보를 전제로 PSC I형 거더의 장경간화 추세는 근간에 가장 활발히 진행되고 있는 연구이며, 이에 따른 교량의 강성확보를 위한 거더의 효율적인 기하형상 선정은 우선시 되어야할 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 회전반경과 휨효율을 기반으로 확장된 상부플랜지의 거더 단면을 선정하였으며, 본 거더가 적용된 경간장 25m, 30m, 35m, 40m PSC I형 거더교를 대상으로 수치해석을 수행하여 국내 및 국외의 동적성능 기준과의 부합여부를 검증하였다. 또한 경간장 40m PSC I형 거더의 동적성능을 상대적으로 비교하기 위해서 현재 호남고속철도에서 적용된 40m PSC Box 거더교를 대상으로 동적 해석을 수행하였고 KTX열차와 화물열차 주행 시의 동적안정성을 수치해석적으로 검토하여 국내 및 국외의 동적 안정성 기준과 부합여부를 검토하였다. 추가로 표준열차하중과 충격계수를 고려하여 정적해석을 수행하고 한계치와의 부합여부를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 검토대상 PSC I형 거더 철도교는 모든 항목에서 국내 철도교량 관련 정적, 동적안정성 기준치를 만족하는 것으로 분석되었다.
