A kart is a vehicle without the suspension system and the differential gear. The kart frame as an elastic body plays the role of a spring. By the cornering of a kart, rolling, pitching and twisting motions are induced in the kart frame. Also the slip or noncontact of the wheel and a permanent deformation of the kart frame can be induced. In order to examine closely this phenomenon, measurement on height-displacements with various sensors and tracking system and analysis on the kart frame twisting characteristics with the rolling and pitching angle are needed. According to the measurement result, while driving in a curve at high speed the kart frame is quite twisted. Analysis on the measurement results shows that a kart used primarily in high speed requires a frame with low torsional stiffness and a frame material with high tensile strength and large elongation.

Smart-Phones are utilized in disaster management field because it can deliver disaster information to large population simultaneously and quickly, and provide accurate information through situation-based service using the LBS(Location Based Service). To study on the utilization of smart phone for disaster information collection and dissemination method, this study suggest a framework which connects smart phone by loading application for reporting disaster. The disaster monitoring and situation dissemination system framework using smart phone is composed of 4 parts. First, smart phone application enters image, video, voice and text information and location of the disaster. Second, the disaster report reception and situation dissemination server receives the information, save in the DB, and send through smart phone SMS. Third, store into disaster information database. Fourth, display the disaster report and management information on 2D GIS, support the decision making process in deciding whether to manage as disaster, and disaster management web service which disseminates situation.

Most real world design evaluation and risk-based decision support combine quantitative and qualitative (linguistic) variables. Decision making based on conventional mathematics that combines qualitative and quantitative concepts always exhibit difficulty in modelling actual problems. The successful selection process for choosing a design/procurement proposal is based on a high degree of technical integrity, safety levels and low costs in construction, corrective measures, maintenance, operation, inspection and preventive measures. In this paper, a design decision support framework using a composite structure methodology grounded in approximate reasoning approach and evidential reasoning method is suggested for design evaluation of machinery space of a ship engine room at the initial stages. An illustrative example is used to demonstrate the application of the proposed framework.

본 논문은 감성 캐릭터라 불리는 3차원 모델을 모바일 게임 콘텐츠에 삽입하여, 사용자의 감성 상태에 따라 게임 환경 및 감성 캐릭터의 시청각적 요소를 능동적으로 변화시키는 3차원 그래픽 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 iOS 기반 프레임워크 기술에 관해 설명한다. 본 프레임워크에서는 사용자의 생체 신호를 분석하여 9가지의 감성 상태로 분류한 후에 그에 따라 감성 캐릭터를 변화시킬 수 있도록 한다. 이 기술은 감성 모바일 콘텐츠의 개발과 콘텐츠의 시청각적 요소의 변화가 사용자 감성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 연구 등에 활용될 수 있다. 본문에서는 개발된 프레임워크 기술의 설계 및 구현 내용과 이를 기반으로 구현된 모바일 감성 콘텐츠와 두 개의 게임에 대해서 설명한다.

We constructed a photometric database system which is optimally designed for microlensing events from KMTNet (Korea Microlensing Telescope Network) observation. We developed a framework software for the convenience of archiving, uploading, searching, and downloading of processed photometric data. From various tests for optimal data archiving engines, we found that the MyISAM storage engine shows the best performance. For the high performance of database system, data types of each field are carefully suggested from various combinations of tests especially to correct round-off errors. The developed framework provides the convenience of access to the database server using query forms via web pages, and displays the light curve of selected target for a quick view.

스페이스 프레임 구조물은 연속체 쉘 구조물의 원리를 이용하여 매우 넓은 공간을 효과적 으로 덮을 수 있는 구조물이지만 뜀좌굴 및 분기좌굴 등과 같은 불안정거동은 돔형 구조물에서는 더욱 복잡하게 나타난다. 또한 붕괴메커니즘의 이론적 연구와 실험적 연구결과들 사이에서도 많은 차이를 보인다. 본 논문에서는 미적 효과가 크며 단층의 대공간을 확보하기에 적합한 돔형 공간 구조물의 구조 불안정 특성을 접선강성방정식을 이용하여 비선형 증분해석을 수행하고, Rise-span(μ)비 및 하중모드(RL)에 따른 임계점과 분기점의 특성을 돔형 공간구조물의 예제를 통해 고찰하였다. 여기서 불안정점은 증분해석과정을 통해서 예측할 수 있었으며, 예제에서 낮은 μ에서는 전체좌굴이, 높은 μ의 경우는 절점좌굴이 지배적이며, 낮은 RL에서 정점좌굴이, 높은 RL에서는 전체좌굴이 지배적이고, 전체좌굴이 나타나는 경우, 분기좌굴하중은 완전형상의 극한점좌굴하중의 약 50%에서 70%의 분포를 보였다.

최근 개발된 테이블탑 시스템들은 컴퓨터 게임의 장점을 살리면서 동시에 전통적인 보드 게임 환경을 재현할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그리고 이러한 시스템들은 사람들이 많이 모이는 장소에서 기존의 테이블 축구나 핀볼 기계 같은 아날로그 게임 시스템들을 대체하게 될 것이다. 하지만 이러한 테이블탑 시스템들은 그 확장성이 제한되기 때문에 여러 사람이 동시에 게임을 즐기는 것이 어렵다. 따라서 더 많은 사용자들이 게임을 함께 즐기고 상호작용에 참여할 수 있는 물리적인 공간과 고해상도 디스플레이 환경을 지원하기 위해서는 테이블탑 시스템의 규모를 유연하게 확장할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 여러 개의 단일 타일드 테이블탑 시스템을 서로 동적으로 연결하여 하나의 초대형 통합 시스템을 구성함으로써 보다 확장된 게임 개발을 지원하는 프레임워크를 개발하였다. 본문에서는 기존 테이블탑 환경의 게임 플랫폼 기술들을 살펴 본 후에, 본 프레임워크의 설계 및 개발 내용에 대하여 상세히 설명한다. 그리고 유효성을 측정하기 위한 성능 평가에 대해서 기술한다.

The small and medium construction companies are facing potential EHS(Environment, Health & Safety) of major accidents to cause casualties or a financial loss and increasing social responsibility. So, they have to voluntarily accomplish the EHS management system rather than passively with regard to EHS regulation. In this study, the framework of integrated EHS management system is developed based on cloud computing, and construction companies are to materialize self-regulation EHS process of construction workplace and to standardize the total EHS business process using the developed system. The proposed system also provides risk analysis, education/control and continuous improvement for EHS tasks and users can easily access the system on the web at a low price through cloud computing service. Eventually, the integrated system contributes to the managerial improvement by minimizing economic and physical loss caused by construction accidents.

대공간 스페이스 프레임 구조물은 구조물의 목적 및 설계자의 의도와 함께 다양한 형상으로 구성될 수 있으며, 다양한 구조물 형식에 적용될 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 대공간 스페이스 프레임 구조물의 최적의 부재크기나 형상은 구조 엔지니어의 경험과 반복적인 해석 그리고 시행착오적인 방법 때문에 그 결정이 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 설계자가 구조물의 최적 형상을 선택할 수 있는 방안을 제시하기 위해 먼저 타원형 및 볼트복합형과 같은 다양한 유형의 스페이스 프레임 구조물이 선정되며, 절점, 좌표 및 부재 생성을 위한 형상생성방법이 고려된다. 또한 스페이스 프레임 구조의 최적설계 절차에서 각 절점 좌표는 높이 변화나 링의 개수에 따라 변하게 되므로 최적설계 과정에서 절점파 부재의 자동생성기법이 적용된다. 다음으로 형상생성방법을 기반으로 한 형상생성모듈은 구조물의 최적화 단계에 앞서 설계자가 원하는 형상을 생성해주는 모듈이며, 최적화 단계에서는 해석 모듈과 최적화모듈이 연계된다. 마지막으로 예제 모델을 통해 형상생성방안 및 최적설계 방안의 효율성을 검토한다.

증강현실 게임의 빠른 개발을 위한 소프트웨어 프레임워크인 AR-Room을 제시한다. AR-Room은 핵심 증강현실 기 술의 컴포넌트들과 하드웨어 추상화 모듈들을 포함한다. 또한 콘텐츠 디자인을 위한 저작도구를 제공한다. AR-Room 환경에서 개발자는 증강현실 게임의 콘텐츠 시나리오와 소프트웨어 컴포넌트의 설정 정보를 제공하면 된다. 콘텐츠 시나리오는 이벤트-액션 모델로 명세되며 복잡한 동적 시나리오도 구현이 가능하다. AR-Room 개발환경에서 증강현실 응용 게임을 제작하였고 제작 절차가 단순화되었고 제작시간이 크게 줄어들었다.

In cloud computing environment, service contracts between service providers and customers should be monitored in real-time. In the current paper-based service contract environment, service providers and customers cannot monitor service levels in real-time. Moreover, if a service failure occurs, there is no compensation system for the failure. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an automated administrative tool to support overall cloud services. The proposed intelligent framework is a document containing information processing knowledge which is used whenever information-processing demand occurs. It can be an important technology for service extension.

This paper proposes a standard open source software development guidance and an evaluation index for the productivity related to Seam 2.0 and Spring 2.5 framework. However, there is no comparison research about the performance of Seam 2.0 and Spring 2.5 framework with same identical platform. Quantitative analysis is supported as a part of LoC analysis. There is a limit to develop the updated software with no the specific evaluating index for the productivity of the software. This work proposes an specific index for evaluating the productivity of Seam 2.0 and Spring 2.5 framework on a platform. Base on the result, the specific guidance of the developing software is obtained.

Most of the school buildings were built before the seismic code was established. To consider the sunlight and ventilation to the partition walls are built about 1m height beside columns at typical school buildings. For the reason, columns which is consisted school building occur brittle failure shape by the reduced effective depth. In this study, experimental test for retrofitting effect by Aramid Fiber Reinforced Polymers(AFRP) strips on masonry infilled reinforced concrete(RC) frames is performed. The test results were to ensured enough time to evacuate due to the enhancement of ductility and strength of school buildings to withstand earthquakes using AFRP strips .

본 연구는 반복 횡하중 하에서 CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) Sheet로 보강된 철근콘크리트 프레임면내 조적벽체의 전단내력을 평가하여 국내 조적벽체 학교 건축물에 적합한 CFRP Sheet 보강 방안을 제안하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 조적 허리벽이 있는 1층, 1경간, 1/2 스케일의 시험체를 4개 제작하여 CFRP Sheet의 보강량을 변수로 실험을 수행하였으며 이를 통하여 보강량에 따른 강도와 강성의 변화를 분석하였다. 실험 결과 CFRP Sheet는 시험체의 내력과 강성을 향상시켰으며 특히 기둥과 조적벽을 모두 보강하는 방법을 통한 보강방법에 있어 그 적용성을 확인할 수 있었다.

As technology develops, more advanced technologies involving GPS, GIS, RFID and sensor networks have been adopted in agriculture sector for u-Farm. However, technology adoptions have been evaluated as ineffective. Farmers and agri-business have low level of understanding on technology so it is not efficiently utilized. This study introduces a case of RFID/sensor networks of mushroom farm as a u-Farm case study, focusing on developing a framework for analysis of u-Farm investment returns. RFID and sensor networks improve real-time production control, processing management, and traceability. Integration of RFID and sensor networks leads to innovation into the mushroom farm, reducing labor cost, increasing productivity, and improving quality of the mushroom. The ROI which is used as an indicator of performance indicator is 413%.

This paper proposes an object-oriented software development guidance and an evaluation index for the productivity related to Spring Framework 2.0 and 2.5. Spring Framework is a known successful open source standard model for lightweight container architecture.
