본 연구는 온라인 쇼핑상황에서 소비자 구매의도를 촉진하는데 보다 효과적인 메시지 구성을 파악함으로써 관련 분야에 이 론적 및 실무적 시사점을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 희소성과 메시지 프레이밍이 제품태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 과거 온라인 쇼핑에서 불만족 경험 유무에 따른 조절효과를 분석하였다. 연구문제 해결을 위해 실험물을 제작하고 부산지 역 200명의 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 실험물은 2(희소성 메시지 유/무)×2(프레이밍 메시지 긍정/부정) 단순 요인설계 실험방식을 사용하였고, 분석기법으로는 ANOVA가 사용되었다. 분석결과, 희소성 메시지가 제품태도와 구 매의도에 미치는 영향에서 부정경험의 조절효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 뿐만 아니라, 메시지 프레이밍이 제품태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향에서 부정경험의 조절효과 또한 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결론에서는 연구결과에 따른 시사점과 한계점을 논의하고 향후 연구에 대한 방향을 제시하였다.

Prognosis and diagnosis of male fertility is a most important for animal breeding system and human reproduction. Conventional semen analysis generally provides information on the quantitative parameters of spermatozoa, but yields no information concerning its functional competence. Thus, new methods for diagnosis and prognosis of male fertility will need to be developed to ensure more accurate assessments. Proteomics have used to find candidate biomarkers for male fertility, but the relationship between the proteome and fertility was not fully understood. Therefore, we performed a comprehensive proteomic approach to investigate small and large litter size boar spermatozoa and identify proteins related to negative male fertility. In present study, 20 proteins showed differential expression levels in small and large litter size groups. Nineteen of these proteins were abundantly expressed in the small litter group. Interestingly, only one protein was highly expressed in the large litter size spermatozoa. We then identified signaling pathways associated with the differentially expressed protein markers. Glutathione S-transferase Mu3 and glutathione peroxidase 4 were related to the glutathione metabolic pathway and arginine vasopressin receptor 2 was linked to vasopressin R2/STAT. Taken together, our results suggest that identified negative fertility-related biomarkers may be used as negative biomarkers for the detection of inferior male fertility such as sub-fertility or infertility.

【벼리】이 연구의 목적은 L1에서 L2로 가는 과정에 있는 중급과 고급의 한국어 학습자들이 한국인들과 더 자연스러운 의사소통을 하기 위해서 부정 의문문의 간접 화행의 교육이 필요하다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 부정 의문문의 간접 화행은 그 형태와 기능이 다양한데 이것을 중급과 고급 학습자들에게 교육을 하게 되면 한국 인처럼 모국어 화자와 같은 화법을 구사할 수 있게 되는 것이다. 본고에서는 부정의문문을 단순히 ‘질문’의 의미에서 더 나아가 간접 화행을 통해 ‘명령’, ‘요청’, ‘동의요구’, ‘추측’, ‘강조’로 다섯 가지로 나누었으며 이것을 한국어 중급과 고급의 학습자들에게 설문지로 이 다섯 가지 이해도를 조사해보았다. 숙달도별로 결과 가 달랐지만 공통적으로 ‘추측’의 이해도가 떨어졌다. 그리고 기존에 나와 있는 한국어교재를 통해 한국어 교재에서는 어떻게 부정 의문문의 간접 화행을 다루고 있는지 알아보았다. 그 결과 두 교재에서만 부정 의문문의 간접 화행을 문법으로 교육하고 있었고 나머지 교재에서는 주로 예문에서 부정 의문문의 간접 화행이 쓰이고 있었다. 단순히 부정 의문문의 예만 제시할 것이 아니라 부정 의문문의 간접 화행에 대한 의미를 나타내는 교육을 해야 할 것이다. 본고에서는 의사소통 중심의 언어교육이론에 입각하여 한국어 부정 의문문의 간접 화행 교육 방안에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

A telerobot offers a more engaging and enjoyable interaction with people at a distance by communicating via audio, video, expressive gestures, body pose and proxemics. To provide its potential benefits at a reasonable cost, this paper presents a telepresence robot system for video communication which can deliver speaker’s head motion through its display stanchion. Head gestures such as nodding and head-shaking can give crucial information during conversation. We also can assume a speaker’s eye-gaze, which is known as one of the key non-verbal signals for interaction, from his/her head pose. In order to develop an efficient head tracking method, a 3D cylinder-like head model is employed and the Harris corner detector is combined with the Lucas-Kanade optical flow that is known to be suitable for extracting 3D motion information of the model. Especially, a skin color-based face detection algorithm is proposed to achieve robust performance upon variant directions while maintaining reasonable computational cost. The performance of the proposed head tracking algorithm is verified through the experiments using BU's standard data sets. A design of robot platform is also described as well as the design of supporting systems such as video transmission and robot control interfaces.

Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling cascades play critical roles in various cellular events including abiotic/biotic stress responses, innate immunity, hormone signaling and cell specificity in plants. The MAPK-mediated stress and ethylene signaling are recently known to be involved in nitogen-fixing symbiotic interactions; however, the biological role of MAPK for nodule development in legume plants is largely unknown. We here elucidated that MtMKK5-MtMPK3/6 cascade negatively regulate the nitrogen fixing nodule formation in Medicago truncatula. MtMKK5, an ortholog of SIMKK, overexpression significantly reduces the nodule formation in M. truncatula roots. MtMKK5 directly activates MtMPK3/6 by phosphorylation on the TEY motif within the activation loop in the cytoplasm, which might link to EFD as a negative regulator for nodule formation. EFD has a putative MAPK phosphorylation Thr residue and could be a target of the activated MtMPK3/6 in the nucleus. Consistently, a MAPK specific inhibitor U0126 enhances nodule formation and confers similar nodule phenotypes to the efd-1 mutant such as lower proliferation and differentiation to symbiotic tissues. Our works thus reveal a key negative signaling module mediated by MtMKK5-MtMPK3/6-EFD for symbiotic nitrogen fixing nodule organogenesis.

사회적 통념상 폭력적 게임콘텐츠는 기존의 TV와 같은 수동적 시청행위보다 능동적 행위를 요구하는 게임에서 부정적 효과가 더 크다고 보고 있다. 본 연구는 폭력적 게임에 대한 시청행위와 게임행위에서 발생할 수 있는 공포, 불안, 혐오, 분노, 적대감, 우울과 같은 부정적 감정효과를 검증하기 위해 플레이테스트 실험 방법론을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 폭력게임에 대한 시청행위는 혐오, 우울과 같은 내적감정이 더 강하게 나타났으며, 능동적 게임행위에서는 분노, 적대감과 같은 외적감정 상태의 부정적 감정이 강하게 나타났다. 결론적으로 두 종류의 미디어 행위는 각기 다른 성격의 부정적 감정을 경험하게 되며 따라서 폭력 게임에 대한 능동적 게임행위가 시청행위보다 특별히 부정적 감정효과가 크다고 할 수 없다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

해안지역에서 지하수 해수침투 저감을 위하여 해수 양수 관정을 가동할 때 해수정으로 많은 양의 담수가 낭비되는 사례가 있다. 해수 침투를 저감시키고 낭비되는 담수를 유용하게 활용하기 위하여 이중 양수정이 제안된 바 있다. 이중 양수정은 해수 양수를 위한 해안 쪽의 해수정과 담수 양수를 위한 내륙 쪽의 담수정으로 구성된다. 선행 연구에서는 담수정의 해수 비율을 최소화시키기 위한 해수정의 양수량을 산정하였으나 담수정의 해수비율이 1~15% 범위로 나타나 담수정에서 담수를 확보하기 어렵다고 판단하였다. 본 연구에서는 이송이 지배적인 상황에서 이중 양수정의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 담수정에서 저염도 지하수를 확보할 수 있음을 밝혔다. 또한 해안 유역 차원의 적정 지하수관리를 위해서는 담수정의 해수비율을 최소화하는 것 외에도 해수정으로 낭비되는 담수량을 최소화하는 것도 함께 고려해야한다.

In this study, an analysis model with circular arc on the plane is chosen as a representative section of the steel box girder. The steel box girder has thin-walled cross section. When working load is increased in the outer sector, the behavior of the negative reaction and overturning moment are shown up. Curved bridge has a central angle from about 4 to 26 degree. Negative reaction and overturning moment are analyzed according to increase of a central angle from 4 to 26 degree as well as shape factor.

Failures of curved bridge have been occurred due to the negative reactions in construction and in survice and this problem has been issued in our society. In this study, the strengthening method of curved bridge which was occured negative reactions was investigated through the structural stability analysis.

사장교는 다수의 케이블에 의해 지지되어 복잡한 거동을 하는 구조체이며, 측경간 케이블에 의해 단부교각에서 부반력이 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 적절한 측경간비를 설정해야 하고 앵커교각의 부반력 대책을 강구해야 한다. 부반력 제어 대책으로는 중간교각, 카운터 웨이트 등을 설치하는 방안이 있으며 이에 따라 사장교의 구조계가 결정된다. 밤콩교량은 타당성 검토 단계에서 5경간 사장교로 계획되었다.하지만 시공성 및 경제성 등의 문제로 실시설계 단계에서 3경간 사장교로 변경되었다. 시공성을 확보하기 위하여 중간교각을 배제하였고, 이에 따른 부반력을 제어하기 위해 측경간비를 증가시켰다. 그 결과, 원안 설계에 비하여 시공성, 구조적 안전성, 효율성을 확보할 수 있었다.

Fatal pulmonary embolism occurs in 0.1% to 0.26% of cases of spine fusion surgery. Early diagnosis of pulmonary embolism is difficult, and delay in treatment can lead to a fatal outcome. We report on a case of symptomatic pulmonary embolism which developed after induction of general anesthesia in a patient who had been immobile because of a previous spinal operation one week prior to this. Despite a negative preoperative ultrasound examination for deep vein thrombosis, the patient had developed a pulmonary embolism, which was diagnosed using intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography. Despite intensive cardiopulmonary resuscitation and thrombolytic therapy, the patient died within a few hours of diagnosis.

There are some similarities and differences on the negative expression in Chinese and Korean. For example, it is one of the similarities that they are usually made using negative sign. But the different characteristic is the negative sign in Chinese is written on the front of a verb to be negated. In Korean, On the other hand, it may also be written on the back. The negative sign in Chinese is ‘不’, ‘没’, ‘别’, ‘甭’, ‘非’, ‘未’, et cetera. Frequency in use of ‘不’ and ‘没’ is highest among them. So this article describes what is the different between the negative expression in Chinese and Korean with the two negative adverbs.

This study aims to provide both synchronic and diachronic accounts for NC in OE. Concerning the single negative relation in NC, the hypothesis is proposed that n-words in NC carry the [uNEG] feature which should be matched against the [iNEG] feature of the functional head Neg via the syntactic operation of Agree. Nevertheless, textual investigation reveals that the frequency of NC in OE radically differs depending on the period of authorship: its relative paucity in EOE and predominance in LOE. The emergence of NC in OE is associated with the diachronic reduction of the XP sentential negator into the X0 Neg, since only the X0 Neg takes the [iNEG] feature matching with the [uNEG] feature of n-words. Subsequently, the introduction of n-words can be understood as a solution to reinforce weakened sentential negation. Through the process of grammaticalization, one of those n-words becomes a second negator with the XP status, starting on its way to negative cycle.

본 연구는 논란 속에 도입된 인터넷 셧다운제에 대한 태도에 미치는 요인들을 살펴보고자했다. 이에 게임 이용 빈도, 뉴스 이용정도, 게임의 효과에 대한 평가, 게임의 부정적 효과에 대한 원인 등이 셧다운제에 대한 동의에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 셧다운제가 도입된 직후에 서울시민 496명에 대한 1대1 면접조사를 실시하여 온라인게임 규제제도인 셧다운제에 대한 태도를 살펴본 결과, 뉴스미디어를 더 많이 이용할수록, 게임의 부정적 영향을 더 많이 인식할수록, 그리고 게임의 부정적인 영향에 대한 책임이 정부에 있다고 인식할수록 셧다운제를 더 찬성하는 것으로 나타났다. 귀인이론을 중심으로 결과에 대한 논의와 연구의 함의를 제시했다.

Over the last decades, increasing natural disasters and climate change are considered as the major environmental problems facing the globe. Numerous studies have been indicated it would cause huge losses on agriculture, especially in the grain productivity. Therefore, several alternatives are suggested for boosting up productivity of wheat as one of the main human food crop. One of important strategy is proper management of inflorescence development and DELLA proteins have been elucidated to play pivotal roles in growth of many plant organs. In this study, putative negative regulator of DELLA protein, GAST (Gibberellic acids stimulated transcript) have been isolated to identify their role in the developing spike of wheat. Four genes were isolated from its gene family and designated as TaGAST1, 2, 3, 4. Genomic structure was analyzed to demonstrate chromosomal localization of TaGAST genes and evolutionary relationships were also verified with GAST genes in other plant species. RT-PCR was conducted to detect transcriptional changes of TaGAST genes on external phytohormone. Each of TaGAST genes showed considerable changes in transcription level after GA, ABA, PAC treatment, respectively. Through Yeast two-hybrid assay, one protein for TaGAST1, and four proteins for TaGAST2 was isolated as putative interactive proteins in wheat spikes just before and after emergence.

On this study, We make an active MgO and Mg-Si material as a main material using autoclave and electric furnace. Mineral admixtures are added to main material, and to enhance the activity of carbon negative cement, MgCl2 solution is mixed to the paste and concrete. To evaluate the activity of hydration, mechanical property, autoclave expansion, hydrate property, SEM, freezing and thawing test of concrete are analyzed

도로의 진출입로나 인터체인지에 널이 적용되고 있는 곡선교는 곡선반경, 사각 및 받침 간격 등에 따라 직선교보다 복잡한 거동을 나타낸다. 특히 상부구조물의 휨과 비틀림에 의해 솟음현상이 발생할 수 있고, 예각부 받침에는 부반력이 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 곡선교에서 교량의 곡선반경, 받침간격 및 사각이 부반력에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위해 RAMP에 적용 가능한 지간(L)이 50m인 단경간의 강박스거더 곡선교를 대상으로 3차원 격자구조 모델을 이용하여 해석적인 방법으로 지점반력을 산출하였다. 부반력은 교량의 평면형상, 구조계의 형성, 받침의 조건 등에 의해 그 크기가 결정 되므로 매개변수는 곡선반경, 사각 및 받침간격으로 하였으며, 도로교설계기준에 제시된 하중조합에 의해 발생되는 반력의 크기를 계산하였다. 수치해석한 결과에 의하면 부반력은 곡선반경, 받침간격 및 사각이 작을수록 크게 발생하는 것으로 나타났으며, 사각 60˚ 일때 곡선반경 250m 이하에서는 받침간격에 관계없이 항상 부반력이 발생하였고, 사각 75˚일 때 곡선반경 180m에서는 θ/B가 0.27 이하, 곡선반경 250m에서는 θ/B가 0.32 이하에서 부반력이 발생하지 않았으며, 사각 90˚ 일 때 곡선반경 130m에서는 θ/B가 0.38 이하 일 때와 곡선반경이 180m 이상일 때 부반력이 발생하지 않았다. 이상의 결과로부터 설계변수인 곡선반경, 받침간격 및 사각이 곡선교에서 부반력 발생과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 확인하였고, 곡선교의 설계시 설계변수들의 상호관계를 적절히 설정하면 부반력이 발생하지 않는 구조계로 설계가 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

It has been a standard view in the literature that a negative polarity item is an existential quantifier under the scope of its licensor (Ladusaw 1979, among many others). Given this, the strict locality and limited distribution of the Korean negative polarity item amwuto ‘anyone' has drawn much interest in Korean literature. I suggest that amwuto is a universal quantifier, scoping over the licensor, following Chung and Park (1998), and Choi (2011) and will show that this view can provide a more satisfactory account for its limited distribution and strict locality.

본 연구의 목적은 무용전공 고등학생들의 완벽주의 성향과 신체적 건강 간의 관계에서 긍정적 부정적정서의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 예술고등학교 무용전공 학생 444명(남학생 28명, 여학생 416명)이 설문조사에 참여하였다. 구조방정식모형 분석의 결과 첫째, 무용전공 고등학생들의 완벽추구 성향은 긍정적 정서를 예측하는 주요 인자이다. 둘째, 완벽추구 성향은 부정적 정서를 통해서 뿐만 아니라 직접적으로 신체적 건강에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 불완벽에 대한 부정적 반응은 부정적 정서를 통해서 뿐만 아니라 직접적으로 신체적 건강에 영향을 미친다. 결론적으로 완벽주의 성향은 무용전공 고등학생들의 정서와 신체적 건강에 긍정적인 영향을 주기도 하지만 부정적인 측면에 더 많은 영향을 미칠 수 있다.
