홍잠은 숙잠(熟蠶)을 수증기로 익혀서 인간이 섭취할 수 있도록 제조한 다양한 건강 증진 효과가 있는 천연 건강 식품이다. 현재 표준 제조 방법은 수증기로 찐 홍잠을 보관과 판매의 편의를 위하여 급속 냉동하여 동결 건조를 진행하는 것이다. 그런데, 홍잠을 동결 건조하는 과정은 많 은 시간과 비용을 필요로 하여 홍잠 제품 가격의 인상 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 홍잠을 수증기로 찐 후 바로 균질 액으로 제조하여 분무 건조하면 분말 제조 비용을 절감할 수 있음을 발견하였다. 그리고 홍잠 균질 액에 식용 단백질 분해 효소를 첨가하여 분해시킨 후, 단 1회의 분무 건조로 제품을 제조할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다. 특히 홍잠 균질 액이나 효소 분해 홍잠 균질 액은 바로 액상이나 젤리 형태로 일반 또는 환 자용 특수 의료 용도 식품에 활용이 가능함을 보여주었다. 본 연구에서는 생산비용이 감소된 홍잠의 가공 방법을 제안하며 이는 제품 생성의 단가 를 낮추어 제품의 대중화와 양잠 농가의 연관산업 육성을 불러올 것으로 기대된다.
PURPOSES: Most of the traffic surveys are carried out by an inspection method by the manpower. In some cases, the video equipment is used only in some regions when the traffic volume is surveyed. In this case, there is environmental restriction that the road equipment to fix the video equipment should exist. Also, in areas where information such as digital maps and satellite photographs is old or not provided, they are forced to rely on manpower research, but it is difficult to put huge amounts of time and money into the research in places where labor supply and demand is difficult. This difficulty is particularly pronounced in overseas business.
METHODS : The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of business by using the drones in the traffic investigation through analysis of the cost reduction effect between the existing method and the proposed method in the overseas business traffic survey. The scope of the research is limited to the scope of research, and based on the case of overseas projects, the method of using drone for each research sector is suggested.
RESULTS: In the traffic condition survey section, we propose the use of drone for traffic survey and queue length survey, and it is confirmed that there is a cost saving effect of 16% ~ 27% compared with the existing method. In the road condition survey, we propose the use of drones for road surface linear survey, geometry survey, and obstacle survey, and it was confirmed that the cost reduction effect is 39% ~ 93% compared to the existing method.
CONCLUSIONS: In addition to overseas business, it is expected that it will have a positive effect on research time and cost reduction by using drone in traffic survey in domestic area where labor supply is not easy or basic data is insufficient.
최근 온실가스 감축을 위한 세계 각국의 노력이 다각도로 진행되고 있으며, 국제적인 협력 또한 시급히 요구되고 있다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로 해운 업계에서는 항내에서 유발되는 선박 기인 온실가스 배출량 중 탄소에 대한 배출량 감축과 선박운항 비용 절감을 위한 친환경 항만 체계 구축 방안이 활발히 논의되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 탄소 배출량 감축 및 친환경 항만 체계 구축의 기초 연구로 정박 중인 선박에 자체 생산 전력을 공급하는 대신 육상전력을 공급하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위하여 실제 운항중인 목포해양대학교의 실습선 새누리호를 대상으로 정박 중인 선박이 육상전력을 사용함으로써 얻을 수 있는 환경적 비용적 효과에 관해 고찰하였다. 연구 결과 육상전력을 사용한 경우에 CO2 배출량은 약 32.5%가 감소되었고, 운항비용은 약 33%가 절감된 것으로 나타났다.
A field case study was performed to investigate the effect of shallow ponding in paddy field on irrigation water requirement of direct seeded rice. In addition, an economic analysis was made to see the effect of no-till direct seeded rice on cost reduction. A field study was performed at a 2.1ha paddy field in Kimjae city, Chonbuk province from 1991 to 1999. Various direct seeding methods such as dryland seeding, wetland seeding, and no-till wetland seeding were introduced. Then, cost reductions due to the direct seeding and no-till were calculated. In addition, to investigate the effect of shallow ponding on irrigation water requirement, field measurements such as irrigation water volume, drainage water volume, rainfall depth, and ponding depth, were made at a 40a plot within the same area in 1988 and 1990. The results of the shallow ponding study showed that the irrigation water depth, rainfall, and the drainage depth were 379mm, 458mm, and 448mm in 1988 growing season, and 274mm, 819mm, and 736mm in 1990, respectively. The shallow ponding irrigation method saved irrigation water by about 20% with higher yield compared with the traditional method. The economic analysis showed that won \640,000 per ha can be saved by direct seeding due to no nursery cost, and \1,220,000 per ha due to no-till and no nursery cost. The yields ranged 540 to 640 kg per 10a during the study period with an average of 590kg per 10a. If these cropping techniques with no-till direct seeding and shallow ponding depth for rice cropping prove to be advantageous with further study, they can be adopted for the most of the paddy fields in Korea.
Background : To develop a new cultivation technique which can save the labor and harvest cost in Cynanchum wilfordii. Stable production is possible for soil and container cultivation. Therefore, this test was conducted to evaluate the reuse effect that can reduce the cost of culture soil.
Methods and Results : Container standards were used plume tube of diameter 30 ㎝ × height 50 ㎝. The blending ratios of reuse cultivation soil were 60% cocopeat, 10% peatmoss, 6% pearlite, 6% vermiculite, 5% zeolite, and 5% char. To this, 0, 10, 20, and 30% of composts containing 45% of fowl droppings and 5% of cattle dung were added to the culture soil and mixed. In each treatment C. wilfordii seedling were planted, and the overground growing and yield ability were examined. After harvesting, the functional components contents (cynanoneside B, wilfoside C1N, and p-hydroxyacetophenone) of C. wilfordii conventional cultivation and container cultivation (culture soil) were analyzed. As a result, the growth of overgrown crops showed better tendency as the compost content increased. However, the growth and yield of undergrowth increased by 182% (164.7 ㎏/10 a → 282 ㎏/10 a) compared to no addition at 20% mixing ratio. The content of functional ingredients according to cultivation method and skin was not different all in cynanoneside B, wilfoside C1N, and p-hydroxyacetophenone. Therefore, it was a larger tendency that the classification according to whether it was skined (existence and nonexistence) than the cultivation method. In the economic analysis, it was found that when the cultivation soil was reused by adding 20% compost, the profit of 680,000 won/10 a was increased.
Conclusion : Soil and container cultivation was effective saving method for harvesting ease of C. wilfordi, harvest yield was increased by 66%. Also, container cultivation was effective the cost cutting of installation dismantlement and redres since no need to move the cultivation area. As the cultivation soil can be reused, it can be expected to maximize the utilization in container cultivation of deep rooting medicinal crops as well as Cynanchum wilfordii.
본 논문은 교량의 예방적 유지관리 효과를 생애주기비용 절감 측면에서 분석 하였다. 예방적 유지관리는 현재 실시되고 있는 대응 적 유지관리 전략과 대비 되는 유지관리 전략으로 교량의 열화지연을 통해 궁극적으로는 교량의 사용수명을 연장 시키며 생애주기비용을 절 감시키는 유지관리 전략이다. 이러한 예방적 유지관리 효과를 분석하기 위해 교량의 공용연수에 따른 건전도 점수 변화 모델과 FHWA 자료를 바탕으로 한 국내 고속도로 교량의 건전도 점수에 따른 보수·보강 비용 모델을 제시 하였다. 제시한 복수의 모델과 국내외 참고 문헌을 바탕으 로 제안된 예방적 유지관리 항목(청소와 도장)의 비용과 주기를 활용하여 사용수명 100년까지의 표준교량(1,730 m2/교량) 당 생애주기 비용과 향후 20년간의 고속도로 총 유지관리 비용을 산정 하였다. 분석 결과 100년간 예방적 유지관리 활동으로 인해 교량 당 5억원의 절감효과를 볼 수 있으며 현재 예방적 유지관리 활동을 실시할 경우 20년 후(2035년)에는 총 1,837억원, 즉 연간 약 92억원의 비용 절감효과를 볼 수 있는 것으 로 분석 되었다.
Due to the enlargement and high-rise of reinforced concrete structure, the application of high functional material is required. However, high-strength bar is recently introduced to the country and the material is insufficient to measure the variation of quantity of rebar quantitatively when using high-strength bar. For these reasons, this study is to provide useful data in cost decision making when applying high-strength bar at a stage of architectural project planning. For residence-commerce complex buildings, we set up six types of conditions such as in case of using only rebar, in case of using only high-strength bar, in case of using rebar mixed with high-strength bar and so on. With the standard of study model 1 that applies only SD400 regardless of rebar diameter, the analyzed result of rebar variation and the cost change of construction in other study model is as follows. When the rebar amount and cost in study model I was 100%, each ratio was 88.3% and 90.5% in study model II, 80.2% and 83.4% in study model III, 91.9% and 93.5% in study model IV, 88.9% and 87.7% in study model V and 82.4% and 85.5% in study model VI. Therefore, in case of rebar amount and construction cost, study model III was evaluated as the best that was applied only SD600.

연구는 교량의 경제성 평가를 통해 교량 가설시 유용한 정보를 제공하기 위해, RC Slab교를 대상으로 유지관리수준에 따른 교량의 LCC를 예측하여 절감비용을 예측하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 수행 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. (1) 사례교량 LCC 분석 모델을 제안하였다. (2) 교량의 유지관리수준을 현행과 필요로 구분하고, 분석기간은 80년, 실질할인율은 4.5%로 가정하여 사례대상 교량에 대한 유지관리수준별 LCC를 예측하였다. (3) 사례교량의 LCC 예측결과를 통하여 절감비용을 예측하고 경제적인 절감효과를 파악하였다.
