        본 논문에서는 취향공동체가 오늘날 가장 넓은 범위에서 사회의 구심적 역할을 할 수 있을 것이라 판단하고 이의 형성과 확산에 관해 분석하였다. 다양성과 다원성을 존중하며, 빠르게 진전되는 비대면 사회에 적응 하기 위해 취향공동체에 관해 진지하게 논의해 볼 필요가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 21세기 취향공동체가 사회 구심점 역할을 할 수 있을지에 주목하였다. 코로나로 인하여 비대면 시대가 앞당겨 다가온 현재, 취향이 기술과 결합하여 우리 사회 내 새롭게 공동체를 응집시키는 대안이 될 수 있다고 판단한다. 본고에서는 우선 취향공동체 및 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링에 관한 선행연구를 진행하였으며, BTS의 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링 활용과 팬문화로서의 취향공동체 확산에 관하여 분석하였다.

        지금까지 기업의 사회적 책임수행 성과와 관련된 많은 연구들은 주로 기업의 재무적 성과나 이해관계 자의 반응, 그리고 제도와 조직수준에서 이루어져 왔으며, 일부 개인수준의 연구에서 기업의 사회적 책임 과 종업원 반응 간의 직접적인 관계에 초점을 맞추어 왔다. 이와 같은 한계에 착안하여 이 연구에서는 이론 및 선험적 연구결과를 바탕으로 기업의 사회적 책임수행과 종업원들의 조직몰입 및 이직의도가 자 부심의 지각에 의해 효과적으로 설명될 수 있을 것으로 가정하였으며, 나아가 사회적 책임수행에 대한 지각이 자부심에 미치는 효과는 사회적 책임수행의 동기에 대한 순수성이 의심될 경우, 즉 자기본위적 동기로 지각될 경우 약화될 것으로 가정하였다. 실증연구 결과에 따르면 자부심은 법적 책임 및 윤리적 책임과 결과변수 간의 관계에서 완전매개변수로서의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 경제적 책임 및 자 선적 책임의 경우에는 지지되지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 연구결과에 따를 경우 경제적 책임의 경우 를 제외하고 모든 사회적 책임수행영역에서 자기본위적 동기 귀인의 조절효과가 지지되었다. 연구결과에 대한 논의 및 결론에서 실증분석의 결과가 지니는 의미와 한계, 앞으로의 연구방향에 대해 구체적으로 제시하였다.

        The year 2012 is the 20th anniversary year since Korea formed friendly relationships with China. Though Korea and China, China and Korea have exchanged their friendly relationships with each other over thousands of years, the exchanges have been performed the most actively for the recent ten years. Active exchanges which are performed in the economical, cultural, and academic level beyond the field of the political exchanges between Korea and China result in the result to make both countries’ societies abundant. Furthermore such relationships between two countries are expected to play a big role in realizing the peace among Northeast Asian regions. This article was written for two purposes. The first purpose is to describe how important the meanings and roles of religions are in the societies where secularistic values dominate the society, atheistic tendencies become widespread, and the necessity of religions become weakening. The second purpose is to correct the distorted faith that the existing Christianity and the Church free the scope of their faith from the worldly or social level and reduce the faith and responsibility of the Christianity within individuals and the Church and to recover those responsibilities of the Christianity and the Church’s. In this article, the positive aspects connoted within the religions are discussed in the missionary level in the time when negative viewpoints on the social positions and roles of the religions are becoming widespread after the modern society. In the text of this article, the social roles which religions have performed are presented in three perspectives. Three perspectives are roles of the social integration, generation of the morality norms, and the recovery of the social community that contribute to maintenance of the social stability and order. Some encourage is needed to express religions in modernism and postmodern era which claims uselessness and unnecessary of the religion. To mention the meanings and roles of the religion and to communicate with people in missionrestricted areas, this article focuses on attempting conversations about the meanings and roles of Christianity with people who expect the healthy development of the society whether they are religious people or not by trying roundabout approach.

        This paper focuses on the social implication of new media art, which has evolved with the advance of technology. To understand the notion of human- computer interactivity in media art, it examines the meaning of “cybernetics” theory invented by Norbert Wiener just after WWII, who provided “control and communication” as central components of his theory of messages. It goes on to investigate the application of cybernetics theory onto art since the 1960s, to which Roy Ascott made a significant contribution by developing telematic art, utilizing the network of telecommunication. This paper underlines the significance of the relationship between human and machine, art and technology in transforming the work of art as a site of communication and experience. The interactivity in new media art transforms the viewer into the user of the work, who is now provided free will to make decisions on his or her action with the work. The artist is no longer a god-like figure who determines the meaning of the work, yet becomes another user of his or her own work, with which to interact. This paper believes that the interaction between man and machine, art and technology can lead to various ways of interaction between humans, thereby restoring a sense of community while liberating humans from conventional limitations on their creativity. This paper considers the development of new media art more than a mere invention of new aesthetic styles employing advanced technology. Rather, new media art provides a critical shift in subverting the modernist autonomy that advocates the medium specificity. New media art envisions a new art, which would embrace impurity into art, allowing the coexistence of autonomy and heteronomy, embracing a technological other, thereby expanding human relations. By enabling the birth of the user in experiencing the work, interactive new media art produces an open arena, in which the user can create the work while communicating with the work and other users. The user now has freedom to visit the work, to take a journey on his or her own, and to make decisions on what to choose and what to do with the work. This paper contends that there is a significant parallel between new media artists’ interest in creating new experiences of the art and Jacques Rancière’s concept of the aesthetic regime of art. In his argument for eliminating hierarchy in art and for embracing impurity, Rancière provides a vision for art, which is related to life and ultimately reshapes life. Rancière’s critique of both formalist modernism and Jean-François Lyotard’s postmodern view underlines the social implication of new media art practices, which seek to form “the common of a community.”

        본 연구는 조직문화와 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동과 같은 조직유효성 간의 관계에 사회적 자본의 매개효과가 있는지를 검증하는 것이다. 병원조직 구성원을 대상으로 조사한 바에 의하면, 전체중심 조직문화가 강할수록 조직동일시 수준과 대인간 신뢰에 대한 지각이 높게 나타났다. 전체중심 조직문화는 직무만족, 조직몰입, 그리고 조직시민행동에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직동일시와 대인간 신뢰는 각각 직무만족, 조직몰입 그리고 조직시민행동

        The Philippines was colonized by Spain for about centuries, from 1521 to 1898, and ruled by America for around four decades, from 1899 to 1946. After recovering from the Second World War, the government started to harness human labor as export itself. In the present time the overseas Filipinos keep the economy afloat with their steady transfer of money to relatives and dependents. Through the art works, the issue which Filipinos were exploited and exported by its government has been reflected as the various allegories. As Filipinos traditionally follow and keep Catholic belief, themes of Christ's sacrifice has allegorically been represented as salvation, struggle, suppression, and emancipation of people. Through the allegory, we can interpret both the intrinsic and superficial texts. Also we can identity certain modes of the visuality of allegory in selected works from Philippine art history that in their complex mediations materialize the people and dignity of their predicament and their prevailing. Philippine art can be divided as three different features: passion, vagrancy, and mass formation. The passion stage was depicted as deep structure of Christian thought and devotional feeling, harsh capitalist system. In the pictures of vagrancy, under the regime of Ferdinand Marcos, the themes of drift, deprivation, and homelessness are reckoned through the images of pictures. The stories represented with allegory have been played an important role to bring local issues up as national ones. Those stages take us to the processes of mass formation or the depiction of the people as a moment in the totality of force. The allegorical sign refers to another sign that precedes it, but with which it will never able to coincide reach back to a previous stage and in this constant attempt at return incorporates a structural distance from its origin. The true people's art is one that radically generates transformative technologies and techniques so that it irrevocably breaks the plane of “art”. In the painting, the truth is represented by functioning as foundation of a rhetoric of the image. And at this axis, the passional, the vagrant, and the mass formation tend to come together because they render the form of contingency that must be suffered and hopefully surpassed, a Filipino subjectivity that must be stitched in time.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the importance of social role performance in the life satisfaction among spinal cord injuried persons. The study consisted of 81 participants. discharged from the hospital and resided at a private residence, who responded to a mailed questionnaire. The questionnaire contained questions on demographic characteristics: gender. age. marital status, level of education. religious affiliation, empolyment. income, severity of injury, age at onset of injury, time since injury, and duration of hospitalization, life satisfaction index-Z(LSI-Z) and a state of six social roles: working conditions, family relationships, friends relationships, social activities. leisure activities, and religious paticipation. The question on each social role was rated on five-point Likert scale ranging from 1 "very poor" to 5 "very good". The subjects were divided into 1-3/4-5(poor/good performance group) and the subjects who had not performed the social role were classified as poor performance group. The study found over seventy-five percent of participants belonged to the group with poor performance in all six roles. Also, only social activities of social roles was restricted by a severe disability but it was not restricted the others. Income was found to be associated with three social roles: friends relationships, social activities, and leisure activities. In addition, empolyment, income, and duration of hospitaization were found to be associated with life satifaction, however, the severity of injury was not. Subjects in the group with good performance in four social roles: working condition, family relationships. friends relationships, and social activities had significantly higher life satisfaction. Result from a multiple regression analysis indicated that income. role in working condition and family relationships were the significant predictors of life satisfaction. The finding was that the life satisfaction of persons with spinal cord injury appeared to be influenced by income and some aspects of social role performance but not by their disability. The results suggest that we need to encourage to provide financially independent environment and to perform social role designed to yield improvements in life satisfaction for persons with spinal cord injury.

        광주 선교 스테이션은 의료활동을 통해서 복음의 접촉점을 가졌을 뿐만 아니라, 당시 열악한 위생상태와 질병을 통하여 죽어가는 사람들을 치료해 주었다. 특히 광주 선교스테이션의 한센병과 폐결핵환자에 대한 치료는 헌신적이었다. 많은 사람들이 치료를 받고 새로운 삶을 살아가게 되었고, 그리스도의 사랑을 실천함으로 이를 통하여 주님께 돌아오는 이들이 많았다. 환자들을 찾아가기도 했다. 의사가 없는 지역에 순회진료를 했고, 그리고 농어촌 의료봉사, 보건예방교육 등을 통하여 국민건강 증진과 위생에 대한 인식을 변화시켰다. 의료활동은 광주지역을 넘어서 여수와 순천으로 그리고 남부지역으로 확대되었다. 또한 치료와 회복 그리고 재활 프로그램을 통하여 사회의 소중한 일원으로 살아가게 했고, 의료인재를 양성해서 장차 선교한국으로의 토대를 마련했다.

        Purpose – The current study is to compare the cognition of stakeholders on hosting a mega sports event between Korea and the United States. In particular, to understand their cognition and perceptual conflict towards hosting a mega sports event, the study employed conflict theory. Furthermore, the study reviewed the role of social capital in the process of managing the mega sports events. Research Design, Data, and Methodology – Of homogeneous sampling, purposeful sampling method and criterion-based selection approach were used to collect interview data from key stakeholders who have been involved in hosting a mega sports events in Korea and the United States. In-depth interview transcripts were reviewed multiple tiems after transcription to extract concepts and meanings that were pertinenet to the experience involving hosting a mega sports event. Further member checks was conducted to increase the credibility of the results. Results – Results can be summarized as followed: First, stakeholders of Korea have a strong desire for positive economic effects of a mega sports event, compared to those in the United States who are more concerned in enhancing the public interests and concerns. Second, in Korea, various socio-political issues emerged at the same time and conflicts among multiple stakeholders have aggravated the situations to coordinate the issues. This was because legal system supporting socio-trust has not been established. On the other hand, major stakeholders of the United States consisted of community members who have socio-trust and networks. Thereby these social resources have been found playing a key role in building social capital that assists the stakeholders to coordinate the current issues and to solve them. Conclusions – The current study analyzed the cognition and perceptual conflict of stakehoders in a mega sports event. Social capital has beend found as a key catalyst to increase a network and cooperation among stakeholders. In order to enhance social capital in managing a mega sports event hosted in Korea, legal systems that establish networks and relationships among the related stakeholders need to be developed. Furthermore, the systematic guideline needs to be developed, organizing the sub-committees according to the types of stakeholders and the categorized common needs.

        Purpose – Past research has not given much attention to the roles of consumers’ social relationship type in the effects of justice type of service failure recovery alternatives on their satisfaction to the alternative exposed to them. Current research aimed at exploring the moderation role of consumers’ social relationship central versus peripheral in the effects of justice types of service failure recovery alternatives on the recovery satisfaction, and this research also explored whether the level of satisfaction to interaction justice-focused alternative are significantly different between the two, their social relationship central and peripheral relationship. Research design, data, and methodology – 2(social relationship central versus peripheral) between-subjects design was employed. 50 participants for each experimental group there were. Participants of each group took forceful steps in choosing one between the procedural justice-focused alternative and the distribution justice-focused alternative. χ2-analysis was used to verify that the number of choosing each alternative becomes different between the two experimental groups, and a one way ANOVA was used to verify that the extent to which participants are satisfied to the alternative chosen by them becomes different between the two groups. Results – The number of participants choosing procedural justice-focused alternative at the group of social relationship central was larger than that at the group of social relationship peripheral, whereas the number of participants choosing distribution justice-focused alternative at the group of social relationship peripheral was larger than that at the group of social relationship central. And the level of satisfaction to procedural justice-focused alternative at the group of social relationship central was higher than that at the group of social relationship peripheral, whereas the level of satisfaction to distribution justice-focused alternative at the group of social relationship peripheral was higher than that at the group of social relationship central. In addition, the level of satisfaction to interaction justice-focused alternative was not significantly different between the two groups. Conclusions – Marketers should give attention to the type of justice when developing alternatives by which consumers’ service failure can be recovered. They should suggest procedural justice-focused alternative to consumers under social relationship central, whereas they should develop distribution justice-focused alternative for consumers under social relationship peripheral. And in the process of recovering service failure they also should focus on interaction justice.

        본 연구는 운동부 지도교사의 역할 스트레스와 직무 탈진의 관계를 규명하고 역할 스트레스와 직무 탈진의 관계에 대한 관계-구체적 사회적 지지의 중재 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 C도에 소재한 초, 중등학교에 근무하며 학급담임 또는 체육수업을 지도하면서 동시에 운동부를 감독하고 있는 남자교사 200명을 임의 표집한 후 우편을 통하여 역할 스트레스, 사회적지지, 직무 탈진 등을 측정하기 위한 설문 조사를 실시하여 159명의 최종 유효 표본을 획득한 다음 상관분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석 등을 실시하였고 Arnoid(1982)가 제안한 하위집단 상관분석 절차에 따라 중재효과를 분석하였다. 일련의 연구 과정을 통하여 본 연구에서는 첫째, 역할 스트레스가 직무 탈진에 영향을 주며 둘째, 사회적 지지가 직무 탈진에 미치는 역할 스트레스의 효과를 완충시킨다는 결론을 도출하였다. 사회적 지지의 중재효과는 스트레스 완충 효과에 기초하여 논의되었으며, 스포츠 장면에서 직무 탈진의 순차적 심화과정에 토대를 둔 연구의 필요성이 제기되었다.
