This study investigated the hazard factors based on imported food non-compliance and global food hazard information for the last 4 years to suggest imported food safety management. Food safety management on utensils or packaging containers is appropriately managed for the compounds derived from them. Food safety management on health-functional foods, processed foods, and agricultural products is concentrated on ingredient contents, food additives, and pesticide residuals. Additional hazards are illegal compounds, mycotoxins & pesticide residuals, hygieneindicator microorganisms and food-borne pathogens in health-functional foods, processed foods, and agricultural products, respectively. The continuous increase in hazards related to safety and hygiene in global food hazard information needs additional attention. To reduce the hazard factors, this study proposes that imported food be limited to products certified by HACCP or an equivalent food safety management system because registering foreign food facilities for processed and health-functional foods is mandatory. Additionally, the customs clearance inspections should focus on the hazard factors derived from the global food hazard information system. This study suggests a global food hazard information system that could derive frequently issued hazard factors at a given period and newly issued hazard factors in aspects, such as food items, subcategories, and exporting countries.
The need for an intelligent information-based ship accident prevention and control system for various marine accidents is very clearly emerging. As it is a variety of marine accidents, the causes are diverse. Therefore, it can be said that it is very important to prevent these marine accidents and their causes in advance. Therefore, a study was conducted on an intelligent information-based ship safety management decision support system that provides information necessary for decision-making at sea and land through an integrated management device for ships that informs safety-related risks in real-time ship operation. In the future, we intend to pursue the development of a system that can aim for safer and more economical ship operation by linking it to navigation instruments through the evaluation and analysis of AI, IoT, and big data.

There are insufficient models that find problems and solutions for accident prevention through risk assessment and suggest safe work process and work instruction from foundation works to finish work for accident decrease. This paper presents a quantitative risk assessment model by analysis of risk factors in each process such as appurtenant works, temporary works, structural works, equipment work, finishing work and etc based on accident examples and investigation on actual condition in plants construction work. In addition, the safety management system was developed to perform risk assessment of plants construction and use it for effective safety training for labor.
1995년 제정된 "시설물의 안전관리에 관한 특별법"에 근거하여 일정 규모 이상의 1종 및 2종 시설물을 대상으로 정기점검, 정밀점검, 정밀안전진단이 관련전문가에 의하여 주기적으로 수행되고 있으며, "재난 및 안전관리 기본법" 에 의하여 특정관리대상시설을 지정하여 주기적인 안전점검이 수행되고 있다. 그러나 수작업에 의한 안전관리 업무 수행과 점검 및 진단 결과에 대한 사후 관리로 관계 업무 주체들에게 과다한 업무가 부과되면서도 안전관리가 효율적이고 효과적으로 이루어지고 있지 못한 상황이다. 또한 관련 업무가 서로 다른 법령 및 기관에 분산되어 업무의 비효율성을 야기하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국가지리정보시스템(NGIS)이 제공하는 시설물에 관한 지리정보를 중심으로 서로 다른 법령과 기관에 의하여 수행되는 시설물 안전관리 관련 정보를 통합 관리할 수 있는 시설물 안전관리시스템 개발을 목적으로 수행되었다.
It is difficult to put it into practice in that it requires bearing too much burden to draw out the planning itself in a case of large construction work. Consequently in this paper we select evaluation criteria by construction progress, classify into several categories, and regard potential danger which often occurs, as a evaluation criterion. Further step is to allow workers or collaborated companies to express their expert opinions or experiences and to encourage quality and process control and autonomous safety control by applying PSM(Process Safety Management) method using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and to development of PSIM(Process Safety Information Management) evaluation method in the construction. The reason why PSIM method should be quantitative and substantial progress is because it contributes Korean constructing companies to enhancing their safety control ability and to taking an equal stance just like developed countries, thereby strengthening their competitive edges.
This study suggests a safety management model for construction management (CM) suitable to domestic conditions so that inefficiency resulted from the operation of construction projects by public and private institutes according to different systems can be eliminated for the securing of systematic and efficient safety management. Based on the suggested safety management model, this study also develops a safety management information system that can efficiently and consistently manage and maintain a large quantity of information, and give necessary supports in a speedy way in the managing of construction projects.
Construction Management(CM) system, which was introduced some years ago to large national construction projects, such as the construction of Incheon New Airport, construction of high-speed railroad and World Cup stadiums, is considered to be still in its early stage and safety at each step of CM is very poorly controlled. In an attempt to improve such inferior safety control of domestic CM, this study analyzed safety control operation system in CM home and abroad and suggested a model for the construction of safety control management information system suitable to the conditions of Korea.

As we analyze in the surveys the maintenance management of domestic enterprises and the causes of Industrial accident, there will be necessity of drawing up countermeasures for preventing industrial accidents and for ensuring expertise maintenance technologies. Based on these analyses, the safety information system, maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique are studied by using of the knowledge-based system under the real-time computer-operating environment and using fuzzy linguistic variable. This computer system based knowledge-based diagnosis can easily provide not only the knowledge of expert system about deterioration phenomenon of industrial robots, but also the knowledge of relating safety and facility all the time. Therefore, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety when we use this system.

본 연구에서는 이미 개발된 BIM 기반 건축물 구조 안전점검 및 유지관리용 COBie(Construction Operations Building information exchange) 문서 및 기록 체계를 검증하기 위한 테스트베드 수행에 앞서, 대상 건축물의 선정 및 안전점검 수준을 결정하고 테스트베드를 수행하는데 필요한 정보를 수집‧기록‧검토할 수 있는 시나리오를 제안하였다.
The Construction-Operations Building information exchange (COBie) is a standardized format to deliver information from the building information model (BIM) to the facility management (FM) system. The purpose of this study is to propose a COBie-based structural maintenance document which can record and review the information with regard to structural safety inspection and maintenance of buildings.
