This study analyzed the Gichuk years JagyeongjeonJeongilJinchan Misu. The banquet, Misu is offered to the king by the crown prince, crown princess, and vassal, according to procedure. JagyeongjeonJeongil Misu are offered as 49 dishes spanning seven courses, so seven dishes in each misu are offered. Various types of food, such as Gawjeong, fruit, soups and side dishes, are placed. Misu involves only the king, crown prince, and crown princess in the banquet. The number of misu dishes are different for the King and prince. The table used is called the Joochil Sowonban and the tableware used is brassware and pottery. Sangwha used Peonies, Chinese rose, Red peach blossom-samjihwa, and Red peach blossombyulgeonhwa in each misu.
GichukJinchanEuigwe is a celebration of King Soonjo’s 40th birthday and 30th accession to the throne. The Royal
banquet was carried out on February 9th MunggunggunJinchan and JagyeongjeonJeongilJinchan 3 days later.
JagyeongjeonJeongilJinbyulhangua is located beside JagyeongjeonJinchanan. The banquet table setting, table, dish level,
and table type are different according to royal hierarchy class. Jinbulhangua is served to only the king, queen, crown prince,
crown princess, and Myongon princess. The number of JagyeongjeonJinchanan served was as follows: king 30 plates,
crown prince 20 plates, and Myongon princess 15 plates. Tableware used were brassware and pottery.
Architectural Drawing has been settled down the very effective means of exchanging their architectural ideas and data on the construction process. However, it was not easy to conserve the original drawings, which aims had been accomplished, at the same time, building was built. The same phenomena were occurred in our traditional architectural construction project, especially before pre-modern age. And do not understand soundly building documentation accepted by craftsmen in the period of earliest Chosun dynasty and how to present their idea and information of architectural as means of sketches and drawings. So, this paper aimed to clarify the drawing occurrence and the development steps of their rendering, representation methodology in the construction process in Sannungdogam-Uuigue, which were the construction documents of government based on the royal family's tomb and building projects in the late Chosun Dynasty. There are three development stages of architectural space representation, pre-drawing stage, drawing occurring stage and drawing settlement stage, They had been adapted unique drawing presentation method which were drawn by artisan, so called Doseol(圖說)and Painter Hwawon(畵員) The results are 1. In the Pre-drawing stage, they had been used the systematic explanation method of character 2. Do not have the evidence of adapting drawing before 17th centry, it was originated in early 17's century started with Onga(甕家). Onga's Drawing was drawn very elementary skill, and became development, settlement and standardization of their drawing representation around 19th century 3. The drawing presented by client's recognition view of space and building, integrated data within a sheet of drawing with practical and hierarchy and using graphic and description.
To analyze cookery of meal in reception dishes of Choson dynasty, studied historic book 'Youngjeob Dogam Euigwae' described feast dishes for Chinese envoy in Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follows. Kinds of dishes served a meal generally were noodles(麵), bun stuffed with seasoned meat and vegetables(饅頭), steamed bread(床花), soup(湯), fried fish and meat(煎魚肉), dried fish and meat(切肉), minced raw meat(肉膾), slices of boiled meat(片肉), stew(蒸, 乾南), rice cake(餠), patterned savory cake(茶食), various fruits preserved in honey(正果), fried cake made of wheat flour, honey and oil(造果), fried glutinous rice cake(强精), rice gruel(粥), salted fish shrimp and etc, jerked meat(佐飯), meat fish and others broiled with seasoning(炙), cooked potherbs and potherbs(菜), pickled vegetables(沈菜), fruits(實果), soysauce mixed with vinegar and pinenut meal(醋醬), mustard(茶子), soybean sauce(民醬), honey(追淸), honey water(水正果, 正味子水) and etc.
To analyze reception dishes of Choson Dynasty, studied historic book 'Youngjeob Dogam Younhyangsek Euigwae' (1634, 1643 year) described feast dishes for Chinese envoy in Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follow. 1. The number of sets to be arranged on the table for Chinese envoy were 91 sets, 49 sets, 37 sets at welcome party (下馬宴, 翌日宴, 別茶啖) and 91 sets at farewell party (上馬宴) in 1643 year. 2. The number of fresh meal to be arranged on the table for Chinese envoy were 102 kinds described in the took of 1643 year. 3. A reception dishes (下馬宴, 上馬宴 ) of Choson Dynasty was the same wedding feast dishes of Choson Dynasty.
To analyze food material and table wares in daily reception dishes of Choson Dynasty, studied historic book 'Young jeob Dogam Zabmulsek Euigwae' (1609, 1643 year) described the daily reception dishes for Chinese envoy in Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follows. 1. Food material for reception Chinese envoy were vegetable, pickled vegetable, soup (?水), brown seaweed, kelp, green seaweed, garlic, pine mushroom, mushroom, driedfish, fish egg, shrimp, pork, pheasant, fowl, salted fish shrimp and etc, various fruits preserved in honey, green peajelly, buck wheat jelly and bean curd. 2. The table wares were rice bowl(鉢里), small bowl of porcelain(甫兒), water bowl(大貼), plate(貼是), small dish(鍾子), small earthen ware jar(東海), jar(缸), pottery(甕), table(盤), chopsticks(?), washbowl(洗面盆), earthen ware steamer(甑), kettle(釜), brazier(爐), measuring cup(升), unit of measure(合), meter(稱子), spoon(匙), chest (函), lid(蓋), large rice bowl(所羅) and bowl(椀).

Daily meal was arranged cooked rice(飯), soup(湯), salted fish shrimp and etc(?), jerked meat(佐飯). pickled vegetables(醬?), meat fish and others broiled with seasoning(炙), and etc. 4. Fruit table was arranged noodles(麵), soup(湯), fried cake made of wheat flour, honey and oil(造果), fruits(實果), various fruits preserved in honey(正果), dried fish and meat(切肉), honey water(水正果) and etc.

Dishes of main table were oil and honey pastry and fruits. Dishes of the second table and the third table were oil and honey pastry, and small cake made of honey and rice with patterns pressed in it. Dishes of the fourth table were cooked vegetable, dried slices of meat seasoned with spices, cooked meat, and fried fish. In feast, Chinese envoy drank 11 cups (1609 year) and 5 cups (1634 year) of liquor. At the first cup they abalones soup, others in a small round table (初味), a small boiled meet (小膳) and a large boiled meat (大膳), at a second cup eat (二味), at third cup eat (三味)..., at eleventh cup, they eat (十一味) and fruits.

The results obtained from this study are as follows. 1. the feast dishes consisted of the first main feast dishes (下馬宴, 上馬宴) the Second main feast dishes (翌日宴, 請宴 and etc) and the third main feast dishes (別茶啖). 2. 翌日宴 were arranged in two kinds of table, the first one called the main table, the second the confronting side table. Dishes of main table were oil and honey pastry and fruits. Dishes of the second table were cooked vegetable, dried slices of meat seasoned with spices, cooked meat and fried fish. In feast, Chinese envoy drank 11cups (1609 year) and 5 cups (1643 year) of liquor. At the first cup they abalones soup, others in a small round table (初味), a small boiled meat (小膳) and a large boiled meat (大膳), at the second cup eat 二味, at third cup eat 三味... at the eleventh cup, they eat 十一味. 3. 別茶啖 (1643 year) were arranged in one kind of table. Dishes of the table were oil and honey pastry, fruits, honey water, dried fish and meat, cooked meat and fish, and cooked egg. In feast, Chinese envoy drank 5 cups and eat 一味~五味.
To analyze reception dishes of Choson Dynasty, the author studied historic book-Youngjeob Dogam Mimiunsek Euigwae (1609, 1610 year) in which the reception dishes for Chinese envoy in Choson Dynasty were described. The rescelts obtained from this study were as follows. 1. Youngjeob Dogam Mimunsek collected food items and necessities for reception of Chinese envoy from each administrative machinery, and they included cerials, fruits, seasonings, teas, wines, tablewares, medicines, etc. 2. The guest roms for Chinese envoy were arranged with table, chest, jar, wine glass, tableware, chopstick, spoon, incenseburner, brazier, candlestick, lantern, cloth, etc.
To analyse reception dishes of Choson Dynasty the author studied historic book-Youngjeob Dogam Bansunsek Euigwae (1609, 1626, 1634 year) in which the daily reception dishes for Chinese envoy in Choson Dynasty were described. The results obtained from this study were as follows. 1. The daily food items for reception of Chinese envoy were refined rice wine, rice, large fish, fish, Zogi, Driedjogi, mullet, pork, beef, chicken, egg, salt, soysauce, sweet soy sauce, refined soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, bean curd, stone leek, parsley, ginger and gaslic etc. 2. The daily tablewares used for reception of Chinese envoy were ricebowl (bari), small bowl of porcelain (boa), water bowl (daejeop), soup bowl (tang gi), plate (jeopsi), small dish (jong gi), small earthen ware jar (dong hae), jar (hang), pottery (ong gi), wine glass (jan), water cup, chopsticks, kettle, cauldron, bottle, table, knife, napkin, dish towel, brazier, washbowl and meter etc.
To analyze dialy meal of royal meal, studied Bankwa Sang(Fruit Table) were on record Wonheng Ulmyo Jungri Euigwae (1795). Historic book 'Jungri Euigwae' described the king's visit to his father's royal tomb 'Hyun Neung Won', during the domain of Cheung Jo, the 22nd king of Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study areas follows. The fruit table, which similar in concept to desert in the west but quite different in service, was prepared for a guest. The table consisted of two kinds of trays, on which serveral kinds of fruit were stacked to a height of between 4 chon (4寸 : about 12 cm) and 1 chuk(1尺 : about 30.3 cm) according to Korean measurement system. The table was decorated with beautiful artificial flowers made of paper and silk. The number of sets to be arranged on the table were different according to the royal status of the eater: 12 sets-25 sets for king's mother, 7 sets-11 sets for the king. Soy sauce mixed with vinegar and pine-nu meal, mustard were ruled out from kind of sets. Kinds of dishes served with a meal generally were noodles (麵), soup (湯), fried fish (煎油花), fried meats and vegetables (花陽灸), slices of raw fish (魚膾), minced raw meat (肉膾), slices of boiled beef (片肉), stew (蒸), rice cake (餠), sweet rice dish (藥飯), patterned savory cake (茶食), fried cake made of wheat flour, honey and oil (藥果), fried glutinous rice cake (强精), various fruits preserved in honey (正果), sugar candies (各色糖), fruits (果物) honey (淸), soy sauce mixed with vinegar and pine-nut meal (醋醬), mustard (莽子).

Historic book ‘Jungri Euigwae’ described the king's visit to his father's royal tomb‘ Hyun Neung Won’, during the domain of Cheung Jo, the 22nd king of Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follows. Rice Gruel (Jook Soora Sang), taken before breakfast, was arranged the same as the Soora Sang. The table for thin gruel (Mieum) was arranged in three kinds of sets; one for thin gruel, the others for stewed meat (Goem) and sugared fruit (Jeong Kwa). The diet seems to have been quit scientific and restorative. Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang in Hyun Neung Won was arranged the same as the other Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang. Therefore setting the table of royal meal had a rule.
To analyze daily meal of royal meal, studied Soora Sang were on record Wonheng Ulmyo Jungri Euigwae(1795). Historic book 'Jungri Euigwae' described the king's visit to his father's royal tomb 'Hyun Neung Won', during the domain of Cheung Jo, the 22nd King of Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follows. A dining table was round table with feet as black lacquer. Vessels were brazen vessel, silverware and earthenware. Kinds of dishes indicated as the number of vessels (sets). Food was arranged in two kinds of table, the first one called the main table, the second the side table. The number of sets to be arranged on the table were different according to the royal status of the eater. 15 sets for king's mother, 7 sets for the king and his elder sister, the latter sets being arranged on a single table. Soy and bean paste were ruled out from kind of sets. Kinds of dishes served with a meal generally were cooked rice (飯), soup (羹), heavy soup (助致), jerked meat (佐飯), meat fish and others broiled with seasoning (灸伊), salted fish shrimp and etc, cooked potherbs and potherbs (菜), pickled vegetables (沈菜, 淡沈菜) soy and bean paste (醬). The meat and fish and vegetable in the composition of a menu were well arranged.
This paper attempts to study the court food based on the historic ceremony book, Jung Ri Eui Gwiea which describes the king's visit to the royal tomb, 'Hyun Neung Won', during the rein of Chung Jo, the 22th King of Yi Dynasty. According to this book, the foods used for the ceremony of the court and the courtesy of dinner party appears as follows. 1. At the birthday party of Bong-su Dang, the main table with 70 dishes and the side table of extraodinary flavor with 12 dishes were served to Mrs. Hong of Hea Kyung Kung, the mother of Chung Jo. As soon as they were served, the napkins, menu card, flowers and soups followed them, and a cup (Jack) of wine (with soup) was served to her seven times. This party was held by Sang Chim, Sang Kung, Sang Eui, Jun Chan, Chan Chang, Jun Eui, In Eui, Sa Chan and Jun Bin. 2. At the birthday party of Yun-hee Dang;the main table with 82 dishes and the side table of extraodinary flavor with 40 dishes were served to her. And the napkins and menu cards followed them and a cup(Jack) of wine was served to her four times. The courtesy of this party was held by Sang Chim, Sang Kung, Sang Eui, Jun Sun and Yeo Jeo Jip Sa. 3. At the party of Yak No Yun for the oldman, there were some soups (Doo Po Tang), cooked sliced meats (Penn Yeuk), steamed legumes (Heuk Tea Zeung), and some fruits on the main table. The napkins, menu cards and flowers followed them, and wine was served on the table for the king. The feast was held by Chan Eui, In Eui, and Tong Rea. 4. Foods used in these parties were classified into 9 groups such as Rice cakes, Rice and Noodles, Dessert Cakes, Sugars, Fruits, Side Dishes, Beverages, Sauces and Wine. 5. The units of height, amount, weight, and number measured for cooking were used variously. 6. The foods accumulated highly on the dishes were decorated with paper and silk flowers. 7. The containers for cooking and the utensils for the feast were used variously.
