        Servicizing is defined 'not as to sell the products but as to sell the functions'. This study was done on the methods for revitalization as the object items of navigation & antenna among car parts. The direct door-to-door survey was done for 101 enterprises (direct-management stores) and percentage & t-test were done for statistics. The results can be summarized like followings. First, PR on servicizing is required. Second the optimized methods can be obtained by incorporating reuse & recycling distribution systems of servicizing with the existing recovery system Reuse distribution system can be constructed rationally because inventory control is being done correct1y with the periodic recovery. Finally, as for the analysis on the relative importance of main factors of servicizing, it shows that supports & providing the concrete frame of the government & local autonomous body are important.

        This paper was concerned about design and implementation of supply chain management for auto-part company by adopting a UML(Unified Modeling Language). The part of SCM and e-business have interested by larger company, researcher and academic professor. There has been known about a little implementing SCM and it's initiatives for SME(small-medium sized enterprise). We, in this paper, dealt with design and implementing the SCM on supply chain auto part SMEs. The UML is a standard language for specifying, visualizing, constructing, and documenting the artifacts of software systems. It simplifies the complex process of software design, making a blueprint for the SCM implementation. In this paper, we also adopt some methods for the systematic system analysis, design, and implementation by applying UML to a SCM system.

        The goal of this study is to propose the effective method of investigating the injurious factors and making improved plans that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at an autopart company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process. A questionnaire were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and an ergonomic assessment method such as QEC, RULA, S.I were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace and working posture. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the autopart company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process.

        In case of domestic automobile manufacturers introducing and running a make-to-order production system, JIT system is to provide a necessary number of components at a right place in time which is a specific supply chain management, is different from other occupations. This study is for establishing a efficient production planning and finding a management method to correspond with a manufacturing system and diversified supply chain management and building an information system to support it. For this, we analyze the relevant business process and utilize various informations occur in supply chain of domestic automobile components manufacturer. It will contribute to not only reliability improvement of production management system but also satisfaction for due date of products.

        자동차의 고무부싱(Rubber bushing)은 링크의 조정역할을 행하며 충격과 진동을 완화하는 현가장치이다. 만약, 내구성이 약하게 되면 Control arm에서의 이탈사고나 차량의 떨림, 소음으로 인한 고객 불만이 발생하게 된다. 부품의 품질특성인 내구성, 정특성, 동특성, 비틀림특성을 만족시키기 위한 기술로는 재료배합설계기술, 형상설계 기술 및 공정설계기술이 중요하며, 그 중에서도 재료배합설계는 품질의 50% 이상을 결정하는 중요한 기술이다. 본 연구의 목적은 혼합물설계에 대한 실험계획법(DOE)을 활용하여 가장 적은 샘플의 시험으로 최적의 설계요소를 찾아내는 방법을 연구하는데 있다. 재료배합에 있어서 어떠한 배합비율을 가질 때 특성치가 가장 높은 바람직한 반응을 얻을 수 있는가를 연구하여 최적반응 조건을 결정하고자 한다.

        This paper was concerned about case study for preventing WMDSs(Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders) by using Thinking Process of TOC(Theory Of Constraints), Unfortunately, the number of WMDSs are rising steadily in auto-part manufacturer. These WMDSs have on worse and worse influence not only on the competition of enterprise but on the life quality of a worker.         As e‐commerce in the Internet environment is settled as a main pattern of transactions among businesses, there are increasing demands for standardized B2B business models to break away from closed structure and enhance outsourcing capabilities. With the advancement of modularization, which is a major trend in the automobile parts industry, the role of finished car manufacturers has been shrunk and primary cooperative companies has been growing in their importance and company size. In this situation, it is strongly required to establish online B2B portals for cooperation with small part manufacturers. Thus the present study purposed to implement WebService by mapping existing EDI standard forms using ebXML platform, which is regarded as the international standard of B2B e-commerce. The implemented WebService facilitates interaction and integration with existing applications using REST technology, which was applied in order to solve problems in ORPC-based distributed application environment including single vendor solutions, the requirement of high‐performance environment based on management network and firewall/proxy problem.

        This paper considers the sequencing of products in car assembly lines under Just-In-Time systems. Under Just-In-Time systems, the most important goal for the sequencing problem is to keep a constant rate of usage every part used by the systems. In this paper, tabu search technique for this problem is proposed. Tabu search is a heuristic method which can provide a near optimal solution in real time. The performance of proposed technique is compared with existing heuristic methods in terms of solution quality and computation time. Various examples are presented and experimental results are reported to demonstrate the efficiency of the technique.
