자동차의 고무부싱(Rubber bushing)은 링크의 조정역할을 행하며 충격과 진동을 완화하는 현가장치이다. 만약, 내구성이 약하게 되면 Control arm에서의 이탈사고나 차량의 떨림, 소음으로 인한 고객 불만이 발생하게 된다. 부품의 품질특성인 내구성, 정특성, 동특성, 비틀림특성을 만족시키기 위한 기술로는 재료배합설계기술, 형상설계 기술 및 공정설계기술이 중요하며, 그 중에서도 재료배합설계는 품질의 50% 이상을 결정하는 중요한 기술이다.
본 연구의 목적은 혼합물설계에 대한 실험계획법(DOE)을 활용하여 가장 적은 샘플의 시험으로 최적의 설계요소를 찾아내는 방법을 연구하는데 있다. 재료배합에 있어서 어떠한 배합비율을 가질 때 특성치가 가장 높은 바람직한 반응을 얻을 수 있는가를 연구하여 최적반응 조건을 결정하고자 한다.

시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않는 초고속 무선 인터넷 사용을 목표로 하는 휴대 인터넷 시스템이 곧 상용화될 예정이다. 휴대 인터넷 시스템은 서로 다른 특성을 가지고 있는 UGS(Unsolicited Grant Service), rtPS(real time Polling Service), nrtPS(non-real time Polling Service), 그리고 BE(Best Effort)의 네 가지 서비스들을 동시에 제공하므로 이들의 QoS(Quality of Service)를 고려하면서 한정된 무선 채널을 효율적으로 할당하는 스케줄링 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 처리해야 할 트래픽을 시계열 데이터로 하여 비모수 검정법을 적용하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제안한다. 다양한 파라미터 값들에 대한 스케줄링 기법의 성능을 평가할 수 있는 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 패킷의 지연시간, 데이터 전송률, 폐기 패킷수, 그리고 채널 이용률 등을 평가척도로 하여 제안 방법의 성능을 평가하였다.

Reliability evaluation considering the qualitative factors is major criterion for customer's satisfaction with the products. Especially, the normalized model is very efficient method for the systematic evaluation of hazardable possibility. Therefore this paper presents reliability evaluation model through the normalized model by the quantitative and the function, information control, flexibility, and maintenance factors in the flexible manufacturing systems under uncertainty. Finally, this paper can be simply used in the more efficient decision making in flexible manufacturing systems under uncertainty.

Modern enterprise investigates customer satisfaction measurement for direction and estimation of business strategy. Specially, service industry estimates customer satisfaction measurement using a lot of occasion SERVQUAL Model. But, SERVQUAL Model uses questionnaire method of second-stage that investigates customer's expectation and experience. SERVPERF Model that improve complex shortcoming of these questionnaire because only uses experience. SERVPERF Model shall use investigating importance between quality characteristics(Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, Responsiveness) by customer survey. In this paper, suggests that SERVPERF weight using Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index (PCSI Index) that means extent that customer's satisfaction can increase.

The RoHS Directives(2002/95/EC) was issued in Feb, 2003. RoHS directive is Restricting of use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment. The aim of RoHS directive is ban and/or strongly reduce the application of hazardous substances Maximum allowable impurity levels of restricted substances open.
The restricted substances are Mercury, Cadmium, Lead, Cr6+, PBB, PBDE.
Effective date of RoHS legislation was since July 1st, 2006. RoHS Directives is an trade barrier in export company. one of special features in mobile industry has a short lifecycle. Design company has received the pressure that develope lead time should be shorten by customer. in order to meet RoHS requirements, we should prepare RoHS related activity in initial develope phase. I will show you mobile phone development procedure for RoHS in initial develope phase.
