항공, , 원자력과 같이 안전성이 크게 요구되는 시스템에서는 사업운영자들에 대한 안전자격과 안전인증 제도에 의한 정기적 안전 확인이 매우 중요하나 , 일상적인 운영사고의 관리 뿐 아니라 저빈도 대형사고에 대한 기술적 연구과 관리가 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문은 위험성평가 결과를 기반으로 하여 안전경영 시스템을 운영하는 유럽국가들의 사례를 살펴보고 적용된 위험성평가 기술과 그 결과를 어떻게 경영관리에 활용하는지를 연구하였다. , 그리고 운영상 수영할 수 있는 적절한 위험수준에 대하여 사례를 통한 발표를 하려고 한다.

Two-stage multi-server tandem queue with two types of processed customers is analyzed. Priority customers always are admitted into the system. Non-priority customers are admitted into the system only if the number of busy servers at the second stage does not exceed some pre-assigned threshold. Economic criterion of the system operation is optimized with respect to the threshold.

As the use of vehicle route application and LBS (location based service) are fast grew, the importance of maintaining road network data is also increased. To maintain road data accuracy, we can collect road data by driving real roads with probe vehicle, or using digital image processing for the extraction of roads from aerial imagery. After compare the new road data to current database, we can update the road database, but that job is mostly time and money consuming or can be inaccurate. In this paper, an updating method of using GPS (global positioning system) enabled cell phone is proposed. By using GPS phone, we can update road database easily and sufficiently accurately.

인터넷 쇼핑몰이 활성화되면서 소비자들은 이전보다 많은 상품 선택 기회를 갖게 되었다. 이러한 변화는 소비자의 권익 보호 차원에서 일면 긍정적이지만, 상품 구매를 위해 소비자가 한꺼번에 많은 대안들의 평가를 해야 한다는 점에서는 부정적이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 거래가 대면하지 않고 일어난다는 속성을 가지고 있어, 고객의 상품구매 과정을 지원해 줄 기능 마련이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제의 효과적인 해결을 위해, 다기준 의사결정기법(Multicriteria decision making) 중 하나인 PROMETHEEⅡ(Preference Ranking Organization METHod Enrichment Evaluation)를 사용하여 구매고객의 구매기준에 따른 상품들의 순위를 제공하는 웹 어플리케이션을 제시하고자 한다.

The Certification system will be able to expect that effect of marketing and the corporate image rising, if the certification body guarantees the contents of certification against industrial technical advance and safety, environment and efficiency, quality when it is suitable in the standard which is provided.
The certificationsystem where the private organization operates but recently on the legal notarization outside is disordering and the trust regarding the certificationfalls and the objective and gist of origin are damaged.
But recently the trust of certification has fallen and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. Because the non-government certifications are disordering.
Also the damage of the consumers majority occurs but it is insufficient the investigation analysis against the present condition regarding a non-government certification system and the operation actual condition. So it is necessary the actual condition where the countermeasure against hereupon is urgent.
In this study, we present the operation direction of efficient against non-government certification system through investigation and the analysis.
