        본 논문에서는 인력에 의한 외관 조사의 단점을 해결하고 터널 안전 점검의 자동화를 위하여 터널 스캐닝 영상을 통 한 영상접합 자동화 알고리즘을 제시한다. 터널 스캐닝 영상을 통한 안전 점검은 기존 인력에 의한 외관 조사에 비해 조사 기 간과 인력을 크게 줄일 수 있으며 조사자의 안전사고와 교통체증에 따른 사회적 비용을 절감할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 터널 스캐닝 영상 기반 안전 점검을 위해서는 터널 스캐닝 영상의 접합을 통하여 평면 전개 이미지 자동화 생성이 핵심이다. 터널 스캐닝 영상 기반 평면 전개 이미지 생성의 자동화를 위하여 특징점 추출 및 특징점 매칭을 통한 다중촬영 이미지 간 접합 과 정이 주요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 터널 평면 전개 이미지 자동화 생성의 주요 요소인 이미지 접합의 성능을 높이고 기존 접합 기술에서 발생하는 오류를 해결하기 위하여 특징점 매칭 선분의 물리적인 특성을 고려하여 매칭 정확도를 높인 기술을 제 안하였다. 터널 이미지 중 약80∼90%를 이루는 타일부와 콘크리트부를 대상으로 기존기술의 특징점 매칭 결과와 제안 기술의 특징점 매칭 결과를 비교분석 하였으며 제안 기술을 통해 매칭 성능이 향상된 것을 확인하였다.

        An automated material handling system (AMHS) has been emerging as an important factor in the semiconductor wafer manufacturing industry. In general, an automated guided vehicle (AGV) in the Fab’s AMHS travels hundreds of miles on guided paths to transport a lot through hundreds of operations. The AMHS aims to transfer wafers while ensuring a short delivery time and high operational reliability. Many linear and analytic approaches have evaluated and improved the performance of the AMHS under a deterministic environment. However, the analytic approaches cannot consider a non-linear, non-convex, and black-box performance measurement of the AMHS owing to the AMHS’s complexity and uncertainty. Unexpected vehicle congestion increases the delivery time and deteriorates the Fab’s production efficiency. In this study, we propose a Q-Learning based dynamic routing algorithm considering vehicle congestion to reduce the delivery time. The proposed algorithm captures time-variant vehicle traffic and decreases vehicle congestion. Through simulation experiments, we confirm that the proposed algorithm finds an efficient path for the vehicles compared to benchmark algorithms with a reduced mean and decreased standard deviation of the delivery time in the Fab’s AMHS.

        This thesis relates to developing an index drilling automation system that quickly and efficiently processes a hole in a product by a rotating robot arm and transfer devices. Static structural analysis was performed using the ANSYS Mechanical program to evaluate the structural stability of the system. According to the research, the equivalent stress value is low overall, and the minimum safety factor is 4.42, so it seems structurally safe. This system will significantly help improve productivity through unmanned work as it can control and set the drill and index simultaneously on the control panel in conjunction with the training.

        Interest in the rammed construction method using eco-friendly materials is increasing in modern architecture. However, the work of construction is not convenient and will require a lot of manpower and time. This study proposes an automation compactor consisting of a compactor frame, crank arm, servo motor, wire, and a compactor hammer. The compactor hammer is fixed on the wire to achieve up-down movement by servo motor. And the state of up-down movement of the proposed compactor in 4 steps was had a dynamic analyzed. Through the actual compression experiment, the reliability of the proposed compactor is verified and is expected to be used in rammed earth construction.

        With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, the use of artificial intelligence in the field of employment, especially in recruitment, is gradually increasing. Artificial intelligence judges applications for employment of applicants and analyzes interview videos to determine emotional intelligence, communication skills, cognitive ability, and problem-solving ability. However, there is a risk of discrimination in evaluating humans in hiring by these automated decisions made by artificial intelligence. Discrimination in hiring according to gender, race, or disability is prohibited by various laws such as the Constitution, Labor Standards Act, Framework Act On Employment Policy, and Employment Security Act in Korea. In particular, the Act On The Prohibition Of Discrimination Against Persons With Disabilities, Remedy Against Infringement Of Their Rights and the Act On The Employment Promotion And Vocational Rehabilitation Of Persons With Disabilities require special protection for people with disabilities. Discrimination against persons with disabilities can be divided into direct discrimination against persons with disabilities without justifiable grounds, and indirect discrimination that results in disadvantageous consequences for persons with disabilities by applying standards that do not take disabilities into account even though they are not formally treated unfavorable. When hiring according to automated decision-making, (i) intentional discrimination that intentionally sets applicants with elements of the disablity to be excluded from recruitment, (ii) making an automated decision not to hire the disabled through the existing data which prejudice against the disabled is already reflected, and (iii) if the existing data lacks or does not have information on the disabled, the data itself lacks representativeness, leading to distorted decisions, there is a risk that will be judged as discrimination for the disabled. In Korea, the Credit Information Use And Protection Act has proposed the definition of automated evaluation for owner of credit information and protection standards, but it is limited to the protection of credit information, and a recent amendment of the Personal Information Protection Act suggests protection measures from decisions made by automated systems, but it is criticized for the scope of protection being reduced than that of the GDPR. In addition, special protection measures for workers, such as the ILO’s Code of Practice for Protection of Workers’ Personal Data, are not mentioned separately, so it is necessary to devise legal protection measures in the hiring process according to automated decision-making of disabled workers.

        현재 교량과 같은 토목구조물의 설계프로세스는 1차 설계 후 구조 검토를 수행하여 기준에 부적합할 경우 재설계하는 과정을 반복 하여 최종적인 성과품을 만드는 것이 일반적이다. 이러한 반복 과정은 설계에 소요되는 기간을 연장시키는 원인이 되며, 보다 수준 높 은 설계를 위해 투입되어야 할 고급 엔지니어링 인력을 기계적인 단순 반복 작업에 소모하고 있다. 이러한 문제는 설계 과정 자동화를 통하여 해결할 수 있으나, 설계 과정에서 사용되는 해석프로그램은 이러한 자동화에 가장 큰 장애요인이 되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 기 존 설계 과정 중 반복작업을 대체하고자 강화학습 알고리즘과 외부 해석프로그램을 함께 제어할 수 있는 인터페이스를 포함한 교량 설계 프로세스에 대한 AI기반 자동화 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 구축된 시스템의 프로토타입은 2경간 RC라멘교를 대 상으로 제작하였다. 개발된 인터페이스 체계는 향후 최신 AI 및 타 형식의 교량설계 간 연계를 위한 기초기술로써 활용될 수 있을 것 으로 판단된다..

        PURPOSES : In this study, a Design Support Automatic Program for NATM (new Austrian tunneling method) tunnels based on BIM that can generate shape information including property information via the development of BIM libraries and the construction of a library design support automatic program is developed. METHODS : In this study, the abovementioned program is developed as an add-in Revit program. AutoDesk's program has the highest utilization rate, and it allows support tools to be added easily. Construction information classification based on WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) is developed. Subsequently, library construction and program development algorithms are developed. RESULTS : The automatic program constructs a library that reflects geometric characteristics through the construction of a library automatic module as well as generates three0-dimensional (3D) shape information by mapping between the constructed library and 3D informal alignment. The proposed program can automatically assemble a constructed library through the development of an algorithm for generating sequences of 3D shape information and automatically place models on a 3D terrain. CONCLUSIONS : The proposed automatic program can be designed and changed easily. It is expected to contribute to improvements in the speed of 3D NATM tunnel modeling and the efficiency of NATM tunnel design.
