본 논문에서는 최근 4차 산업혁명을 통해 최신 ICT 기술을 접목하여 대한민국의 항만, 해운, 조선 및 기자재 산업이 물샐틈없는 완 벽 공조를 통한 가치 사슬, Seamless Value Chain이 Smart Seamless Value Chain 성공적인 구축을 위한 산업 간의 협력관계를 정의하 고, 이들 산업의 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 핵심 요소가 무엇인지를 고찰해 보았다. 이를 통해 오늘날 디지털화를 통한 탈탄소화를 실현 하여 ESG 경영 달성을 위한 방향도 제시하였다. 그리고 특히 중소기업의 관점에서 미래시장을 대응하기 위한 방안으로서의 디지털 화의 중요성과, 특히 중소 기자재 업체가 실현하는 디지털 화가 산업계 전반에서 어떤 역할을 하는지 중점적으로 고찰하였다. 이를 통 해 산업 간의 연계 상태와 가치 사슬이 원활한 관계를 반드시 유지해야할 필요 사유를 동시에 보여준다. 그리고 대한민국의 산업에서 얻은 실패 사례를 통한 교훈으로 발판 삼아 향후 지능형 연결의 전략적 통로를 만드는 초석을 구축하는 방향성도 제시하였다.

Although monitoring of radon has been extensively implemented throughout South Korea, the risk assessment has been mainly limited to indoor environments such as schools, workplaces, and multi-use facilities, and evaluations have normally been performed separately. In this study, the differences in radon exposure according to two groups (< 1 and 1-6 years old) were evaluated considering various indoor and outdoor environments, timeactivity patterns, variations in radon concentrations, and dwelling type (single detached and apartment house) using Monte-Carlo simulation. The distribution and representative values of radon concentration by micro-environments were confirmed through the Anders-Darling test, and a uniform distribution was applied in case of uncertainty. The effective dose ranged from 1.81 ± 1.19 to 2.81 ± 3.02mSv/y. Comparing the levels recommended by EPA, WHO, and ICRP with the value of the 95th percentile of this study, it was found that the results for those dwelling in detached houses exceeded recommended levels. Infants that spend a lot of time in homes with relatively high levels of concentration of radon are assessed to be somewhat more vulnerable to radon exposure.

이 연구는 현재 시행되고 있는 보건복지부 주관의 교육통합관리시스템의 기능 개선 방안 모색을 목적 으로 한다. 이를 통해서 어린이집에 관련 된 기존 교육(신청,접수, 이수 확인) 의 수기 관리 방식에서 벗어 나 보육교직원 교육의 효율적 관리 및 사용자 편성 제고를 위한(one-stop) 가칭 “교육통합체계 플랫폼 (LMS)을 통해 교육관리체계의 일원화를 통해 활성화하여 어린이집 보육교직원 맞춤교육에 상생을 더하 고자 한다. 이를 위해 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교직원들의 다양한 교육은 여러 기관(17개)에서 분산되어 실시되고 있다. 타부처 및 공공기 관의 교육 이수 결과를 교육통합체계 플랫폼(LMS)과 연동하여 수시로 확인할 수 있도록 하여 사용자의 불편을 최소화하고자 한다. 둘째, 민간기관에서도 보육교직원의 의무;필요 교육을 실시하고 있다. 그러나 교육이수 결과는 본인이 출력하여 보관하는 번거로움이 있어 교육통합체계 플랫폼(LMS) 이수결과를 업 로드하여 사용자의 교육시간 이수결과 등 이력관리에 편리성을 제공한다. 셋째, 2022년도 보육사업안내 보육교직원 보수교육을 위한 시스템이 있으나 보육교직원의 자격관리 등에 한정되고 있으며 지존 시스템 교육통합관리시스템을 가칭 교육통합체계 플랫폼(LMS)으로 명칭변경 하여 교육시스템의 기능확대 개선 을 통해 활성화하는 방안으로 보육교직원등의 의무 및 필수 교육중 온라인(사이버)교육을 신청, 접수, 이 수결과 확인, 인정시간 이력관리 등을 한번에 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이 연구를 통해 최종적으로 교육통합체계 플랫폼을 구축하여 비효율적인 어린이집 교육관리에 소요되 는 시간 및 행정력 낭비의 불편을 줄이고, 보육환경에 대한 보육서비스 질 저하의 문제를 해소하여 어린 이집 운영의 효율성을 개선할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 심리도식치료 이론을 기반으로 영유아 부모의 정서, 인지·행 동의 통합 성장을 위한 셀프코칭 프로그램 개발 토대를 마련하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 영유아 부모를 대상으로 셀프코칭을 통해 통합 성장을 도와 부모 자신의 성장과 부모 역할을 잘 수행할 수 있도록 하는데 연구의 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 서 국내 선행연구와 문헌조사를 통해 자료들을 수집 분석하여 코칭을 접목한 영 유아 부모들을 위한 통합 성장 셀프코칭 프로그램 개발의 토대를 마련하였다. 영유아 부모를 위한 셀프코칭 프로그램은 7회기, 21시간으로 구성되었으며 셀프코칭의 기본적인 이론 기술들을 토대로 영유아 부모들에게 필요한 주제들 을 다루었다. 본 과정은 부모 셀프코칭 (4-ing) 모형과 NEW LIFE 코칭 모델을 활용하였다. 구체적인 프로그램은 만나기(Meeting)-느끼기(Feeling)-시도하기 (Trying)-흘러가기(Flowing) 단계로 프로그램이 구성되었다. 부모 셀프코칭(4-ing) 모형의 정서적 영역과 코칭 모델의 NEW에서 만나기 와 느끼기 단계로, 인지·행동적 영역과 LIFE에서 시도하기와 흘러가기 단계로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 영유아 부모를 위한 셀프코칭 프로그램을 적용한 타당성 검증이 필요하고, 향후 건강한 부모뿐 아니라 정서적 어려움이 예상되는 부모 에게도 접근이 가능하게 함으로 코칭 접근의 범위를 넓히는데 기여할 것이라 기 대한다.

코로나19라는 전 지구적 위기 발생 이후 지속가능발전목표(SDGs) 관 련 논의에 새로운 접근이 요구되었다. 특히 재원 발굴, 정책 효과성 문제 해결을 위한 개발 파트너십 확대 필요성이 논의되면서 인적·물적 자원, 기술을 보유한 기업이 주요 행위자로 대두되었지만 SDGs 이행 과정에서 기업의 역할에 대한 학문적 논의는 부족하다. 본 연구는 개발 파트너십 의 개념과 등장 배경, 기업이 주목받는 원인을 소개하고, 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)을 국제개발협력 관점에서 분석하여 개발파트너십 확대에 관한 이론적 근거를 밝히고자 하였다. 주주 중심론, 이해관계자 중심론, 기업 시민론적 관점을 통합한 이론적 분석틀을 토대로 기업의 ESG와 SDGs의 연계를 제안하여 개발파트너십 확대에 관한 정책적 함의를 도출하였다. 기업이 개발 파트너십에 능동적으로 참여하기 위해서는 SDGs 이행참여 를 통한 ESG 성과 향상이 ESG 투자 확대를 유발한다는 주주 중심론, 긍정적인 기업 이미지를 창출한다는 이해관계자 중심론, 기업의 ESG 목 표와 SDGs의 연계가 국제규범과의 정합도를 향상시킨다는 기업시민론적 논의를 통합하여 기업에게 제공할 유인책을 고려할 필요가 있다.

In order to overcome the small scale of Korea waterworks and to achieve comprehensive improvement and innovation transformation, the waterworks integration was reviewed. The effect of consolidation was confirmed by the integration of the water supply business in the southern Gangwon region and the western Gyeongnam region in Korea, such as an increase in the flow rate and a decrease in the production unit cost. After facing management and service limitations overseas, more than 1,000 small-scale waterworks projects in the UK were integrated into 27 waterworks providers, and Japan also revised the Waterworks Act in December 2019 and is in the process of integrating waterworks. It is considered appropriate to promote the integration of waterworks projects in Korea by respecting the autonomy of local governments, but using a participatory method, a win-win method, and a linkage method. For the integration of waterworks projects, three strategies are proposed: First creating a national foundation for integration (revision of the Waterworks Act), Second establishing a waterworks integration strategy led by local governments, Third forming an external consensus and providing incentives for participation.

송국리형 주거지의 이용 및 폐기과정은 청동기시대의 흥미로운 연구 과제 중 하나이며, 특히 내부 흑색토층의 존재는 많은 관심을 끌어왔다. 송국리 유적 제24차와 25차 발굴조사에서 내부 흑색토층 이 확인된 주거지(98호, 100호, 107호)를 대상으로 환경고고학적 연구(토양 미세형태분석 및 규소체 분석)를 수행하였다. 토양 미세형태분석 결과, 내부 흑색토층은 탄화물이 집적된 층으로 보이며 탄화 가 비교적 가까운 곳에서 일어났을 가능성을 시사한다. 아마도 지붕이나 벽체를 비롯한 상부 구조물 이 탄화되어 집적된 층일 가능성이 높다. 한편 100호 주거지의 규소체분석 결과, 중간 흑색토층 및 상부 퇴적토에서 벼와 조의 규소체가 다량으로 확인되었다. 그리고 사초과 식물의 규소체와 해면동물 골편이 출토된 것으로 보아 저지대(예, 수전) 토양을 벽체 등의 건축재로 사용했던 것으로 보인다. 또 한, 내부 흑색토층이 보이는 주거지와 수혈유구는 연접한 경우가 많아, 화재에 의한 탄화물이 주거지 와 인근 수혈 내부로 흘러 들어간 것으로 생각된다. 이를 종합하여 보면 일부 주거지는 사용이 중지된 이후, 기둥과 같은 주요 건축재를 해체하여 반출한 다음 재활용이 어려운 나머지 잔존 구조물을 소각 했던 것으로 보인다. 그리하여 탄화물이 집적되어 수혈 중간부에 흑색토층을 생성했던 것으로 추정된 다. 본 연구에서는 토양 미세형태분석과 규소체분석이 상호보완적으로 함께 수행되어 해석의 지평을 넓힐 수 있었다.

Lesson reconstruction is a way of enhancing student competency, and has been receiving much attention. Research was conducted based on lesson reconstruction by applying content and language integrated learning: CLIL. However, drawbacks such as the EFL educational environment and the notional-functional syllabi in much of the English curriculum made teachers teach the 4 skills separately (i.e. listening, speaking, reading, and writing), even though integration of 4 the skills is very much required. Although many researchers have analyzed CLIL so far, little research has suggested the specific methods of reconstructing, designing and implementing lessons in a primary Korean EFL education setting. In this study, the research reviewed the theoretical frameworks of the literature and suggested three potential methods for improvement: 1) designing lessons based on lesson reconstruction, 2), implementing the 4Cs Framework while planning CLIL lessons and, 3) choosing appropriate language based on ‘The Language Triptych’. For implementation, this research suggested that CLIL lesson integrated with other subjects or topics improves students’ reading abilities. This research goes beyond previous theoretical concepts; it suggested the ways of designing and implementing lesson construction based on CLIL lessons. The research also suggests that further research needs to fully consider its pedagogical application and explores how to practice CLIL.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan to improve the level of acceptance of related technologies and the transition to smart factories of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises by using ‘technology readiness’ and ‘integrated technology acceptance model’. To this end, the research hypothesis was verified by collecting questionnaire data from 130 small and medium- sized manufacturing companies in Korea and conducting path analysis. Recently, in Korea, if a very large forest fire occurs due to the people’s carelessness, it is of great interest because it spreads into a large forest fire. If a forest fire occurs due to a failure in prevention, the early firefighting activities to prevent the progress of the forest fire by promptly dispatching it by reporting it and approaching the site as soon as possible should now be managed with a systematic integrated management system. To do so, it is necessary to prepare a preventive system, such as issuing warnings for each weather condition by the Korea Forest Service, consisting of cooperation (support) activities for forest fire prevention by related organizations, etc. In order to minimize the loss of precious lives and forests, measures have been taken to establish a system, to establish a prompt and accurate situation reporting system, and to establish an integrated command system (ICS) for on-site commanders.
