The gingival epithelium of the oral cavity is constantly exposed to exogenous stimuli such as bacterial toxins, allergens, and thermal changes. These exogenous stimuli are resisted by innate host defense in gingival epithelial cells. However, it is unclear exactly how the exogenous stimuli affect detrimentally on the human gingival epithelial cells. Here, we investigated whether the allergen, such as house dust mite (HDM) extract, is linked to Ca2+ signaling and proinflammatory cytokine expression in primary cultured human gingival epithelial cells. HDM extract induced an increase in intracellular Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+]i) in a dose-dependent manner. Extracellular Ca2+ depletion did not affected on the HDM extract-induced increase in [Ca2+]i. The HDM extractinduced increase in [Ca2+]i was abolished by the treatment with U73122 and 2-APB, which are inhibitors of phospholipase C (PLC) and inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3) receptor. Moreover, HDM extract induced the mRNA expression of pro-inflammatory cytokine, interleukin (IL)-8. These results suggest that HDM extract triggers PLC/IP3-dependent Ca2+ signaling and IL-8 mRNA expression in primary cultured human gingival epithelial cells.

내장산국립공원에 위치한 입암습지의 식생 조사 및 경관 분석을 통해 습지의 상태를 평가하고, 관리방안을 제시하기 위해 본 연구를 실시하였다. 야외 조사 및 1976년도와 2010년도 항공사진을 이용하여 경관 분석 을 실시한 결과, 과거에 논이었던 곳은 현재 습지를 대 표하는 버드나무군락(21.6%), 고마리군락(2.8%), 갈대 군락(1.1%), 진퍼리새군락(4.9%), 진퍼리새-고마리군락 (0.5%) 등의 습지식생이 차지하고 있었고, 밭이었던 곳 은 현재 찔레꽃군락(6.8%), 환삼덩굴-찔레꽃군락(42.0%), 환삼덩굴군락(10.6%)이 대부분의 면적을 차지하고 있 었다. 전체의 30.9% 분포비율을 나타내는 입암습지의 지 속적 관리를 위해서는 수리∙수문학적 조사를 통해 습 지로 물이 지속적으로 공급될 수 있도록 물길을 유도하 고 제6수중보를 활용하여 유량을 확보한 후 갈수기에 공급하도록 한다. 또한 과거에 설치한 둑을 보강하여 수 분 유출 최소화, 이탄 건조 방지 및 분해속도를 저감시 켜 육상식물의 침입 및 정착을 제한하여 자연적 천이의 속도를 지연시킬 수 있도록 해야 한다.

IP litigations over mobile digital devices are soaring in many jurisdictions. Based on the observation that the same or closely related infringement claims over the IP rights embedded in a single digital product have been raised in multiple jurisdictions, some literature and legislative proposals suggest that an international jurisdiction over such litigations are necessary. This article aims to explore practical roadmaps to establish public international “conflict of laws” that can serve administering IP dispute resolution among MNCs. The author will start by reviewing both public international laws on IPRs including the Paris Convention, PCT, the Geneva Convention, the TRIPs, and their private counterparts. Institutional aspects of the WTO and the WIPO administering such as public international IP laws will also be examined. Agreeing with the proposed idea of establishing ‘public’ private international IP laws, this article will propose a more practical roadmap to establish time and cost efficient IP dispute resolution mechanism: the IP5 Collaboration Model.

This suggests their will to introduce data marketing in order to differentiate 'Customer Marketing' and 'One to One Marketing'. The potential needs as well as visible needs of customer should be considered in order to research and analyze the customer data. At this point mayor enterprises are paying much attention to Customer Segmentation and their related markets are expanding rapidly. I'll give a brief introduction to the Multi Criteria Importance-Performance Analysis and go into the problems that should be considered and which phase to emphasize when building this system.

IP-2형 운반용기는 정상운반조건에서의 자유낙하시험 및 적층시험을 수행한 후에 운반내용물의 분산 및 유실이 없어야 하며 외부표면에서의 방사선량률이 20%이상 증가할 수 있는 차폐능력의 상실이 없어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 두꺼운 철판을 구조재로 사용하며 볼트체결방식의 뚜껑을 가진 IP-2형 운반용기에 대한 구조 안전성을 평가하기 위한 해석적인 방안을 제안하였다. 해석적인 방법을 통하여 원자력발전소에서 발생된 방사성폐기물 드럼을 폐기물 처리시설에서 임시저장고까지 운반하기 위한 두 종류의 IP-2형 방사성폐기물 운반용기에 대하여 자유낙하조건에서 운반내용물의 분산 및 유실과 차폐손실이 없음을 확인하였다. 자유낙하조건에서 운반내용물의 분산 및 유실을 평가하기 위하여 최대 볼트단면 평균응력값과 최대 뚜껑열림량을 볼트의 인장강도와 뚜껑부에 존재하는 단차와 비교 평가하였다. 또한 최대 차폐두께 감소량을 이용하여 차폐손실을 평가하였다. 자유낙하조건에 대한 동적충돌해석을 검증하고 구조 안전성을 시험적으로 평가하기 위하여 자유낙하시험을 다양한 방향으로 실시하였다. 자유낙하시험에서는 운반내용물의 분산 및 유실은 볼트체결방식의 뚜껑에서 볼트의 파손 및 플랜지의 변형 등을 검사하여 평가하였으며, 차폐손실은 초음파 두께 측정기를 이용한 차폐두께를 측정하여 평가하였다. 해석에 대한 검증을 위하여 시험에서 취득한 변형률과 가속도를 동일한 위치에서 얻어진 해석결과와 비교하였다. 해석결과는 시험결과에 비하여 보수적인 결과를 보여주므로 해석에서 입증한 IP-2형 방사성폐기물 운반용기의 안전성은 보수적인 결과이다. 마지막으로 유한요소해석을 통하여 적층조건에 대한 IP-2형 방사성폐기물 운반용기는 안전함을 입증하였다. 적층해석에서 차폐체의 응력은 항복응력에 비하여 1/3정도의 작은 값을 보였다. 두 종류의 IP-2형 방사성폐기물 운반용기는 정상운반조건에서의 자유낙하시험 및 적층시험에 대하여 안전함을 입증하였다.

현재의 지적재산 소송의 관할은 절차의 중복으로 인하여 문제가 있다고 지적되어 있어 그 개선방안으로 관할 집중이 논의되고 있다. 지적재산 소송의 사건 현황을 보면 특허법원의 경우 특허, 실용신안 사건이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 지적재산 소송의 소송대리권에 관하여는 변리사도 침해소송에서 일정한 조건하에 변호사와 공동으로 소송대리를 할 수 있도록 하는 방안이 논의되고 있다. 침해소송에서 특허 무효의 항변이 허용되는지에 관하여는 허용되지 아니한다는 종전의 대법원판결의 입장에 변화의 움직임이 감지되고 있고 실무계에서는 이를 허용하는 입법을 하자는 주장도 제기되고 있다. 특허권 등 침해로 인한 손해의 배상에 관하여 입증의 곤란함을 해소하기 위하여 특별규정을 두고 있으나 그 해석에 있어서 견해가 나뉘는 경우가 많아 실무례가 확립되어 있지 못하다. 인터넷의 발달로 인하여 지적재산 소송에도 많은 변화가 생겼는데, 영업방법 특허에 있어서의 진보성 판단기준, 새로운 형태의 표지의 사용에 대한 규제, 저작물의 유통방식의 변화에 따른 저작권법 적용의 한계 등이 문제되고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dietary Morus alba L.(Bong-ip, B), Glycyrrhizae glabra(Gam-chei, C), Pinus densiflora(Sol-lp, S) and Angelica gigas(Dang-gi, D)powder on serum composition in rats(Sprague-Dawley male rats, 100-110g). Serum TG(triglyceride, p〈0.01), total cholesterol, glucose, total protein, albumin, GGT(γ-glutamyl transferase, p〈0.05) were significantly increased D group than that of nomal and other groups, but UA(uric acid, p〈0.05) was significantly decreased, and C group(p〈0.05) was significantly increased. but C group of urine(p〈0.05) was significantly decreased. Also, B and S groups(p〈0.05) of BUN(blood urea nitrogen), S group(p〈0.05) of ALP(alkaline phosphokinase, Band C(p〈0.05) of CPK(creatinine phosphokinsae, p〈0.05) were significantly increased. B, S and C groups were better than D group for lipid metabolism, and pretection to liver. Also, B and C groups of glucose were same as normal diet, so Morus alba L. was good food for lipid metabolism and hypoglycemic effect.
