        유엔레바논평화유지군 예하의 해상임무단은 유엔의 평화유지임무 중 최초이 자 유일하게 해양에서 활동 중인 조직이다. 이 연구는 해상임무단이 수행 중인 위임명령에 근거를 제공하는 유엔 안전보장이사회 결의(이하 ‘안보리 결의’)들 을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 분석의 시간적 범위는 해상임무단이 임무를 시작한 2006년부터 2023년 현재까지이다. 특히, 이 연구는 해상임무단이 유엔의 군사계 획수립절차를 통하여, 개념적인 성격의 안보리 결의를 구체적인 군사작전으로 전환한 다음, 해양에서 이를 실제로 이행한 과정에 대하여 중점적으로 분석하 였다. 이와 같은 분석을 통하여 이 연구는 해상임무단의 활동이 2단계로 구분되는 것을 확인하였다. 2006년부터 2017년까지의 1단계에서는 해양작전의 체계를 확립하는 데 중점을 두었다면, 2018부터 2023년까지의 2단계에서는 레바논 해군 의 역량 강화가 해상임무단 활동의 주된 목표이다. 이와 같은 단계의 구분을 통하여 현재 해상임무단이 중점적으로 추진 중인, 임무단이 운용하는 함정의 척수를 줄이는 것은 2단계의 목표 즉, 레바논 해군의 능력을 강화하는 것과 연 결된 것임을 확인하였다. 그리고 이는 유엔레바논평화유지군의 전체적인 역량 이 감소되는 것으로 해석되어서는 안 된다는 논리에 타당한 근거를 제공한다. 한편, 해상임무단의 활동은 향후 해양에서 평화유지활동을 수행하게 될 조직 들에게 선행 사례로 제시될 수 있다. 특히, 이 연구에서 강조한 평화유지활동을 기획하는 과정에서 안보리 결의를 명확하게 분석하여 적용해야 한다는 점은 미 래 해양에서 실시하게 될 평화유지활동에 교훈을 제공한다.

In this regard, the author has extended self-congruity theory and suggested the concept of brand-sustainability-self-congruence (BSSC) as the image congruence of the triad comprising brand, BSI, and self-concept. Former surveys report predictive effects of BSSC on consumers’ brand evaluation, leading to increased brand equity (Kumagai, 2022, 2023).

        The remote dismantling system proposed in this paper is a system that performs the actual dismantling process using the process and program predefined in the digital manufacturing system. The key to the successful applying this remote dismantling system is how to overcome the problem of the difference between the digital mockup and the actual dismantling site. In the case of nuclear facility decommissioning, compensation between the virtual world and the real world is difficult due to harsh environments such as unsophisticated dismantling sites, radiation, and underwater, while offline programming can be proposed as a solution for other industries due to its sophisticated and controllable environment. In this paper, the problem caused by the difference in the digital mockup is overcome through three steps of acquisition of 3D point cloud in radiation and underwater environment, refraction correction, and 3D registration. The 3D point cloud is acquired with a 3D scanner originally developed in our laboratory to achieve 1 kGy of radiation resistance and water resistance. Refraction correction processes the 3D point cloud acquired underwater so that the processed 3D point cloud represents the actual position of the scanned object. 3D registration creates a transformation matrix that can transform a digital mockup of the virtual world into the actual location of a scanned object at the dismantling site. The proposed remote dismantling system is verified through various cutting experiments. In the experiments, the cutting test object has a shape similar to the reactor upper internals and is made of the same material as the reactor upper internals. The 105 successful experiments demonstrate that the proposed remote dismantling system successfully solved the key problem presented in this paper.

        This study is to describe the nature of planning as a cognitive writing process in L2 writing. It aims to examine how Korean EFL learners generate ideas and organize them. It also investigates the relationship between planning and the final product. Given a worksheet for planning, 39 university students were asked to write an argumentative essay during class. Based on their planning notes, five brainstorming types were identified: using the prompt/writing the position, mini-outlining, listing, mind mapping and free writing (in the order of frequency). In addition, the dominant use of L1 was found both in the brainstorming and the outlining. It was found that there was no statistically significant correlation between the amount of brainstorming and the quantity and quality of L2 writing. Only the amount of brainstorming in L2 had a statically significant correlation with the quantity of L2 writing (but not with the quality of L2 writing). In the case of outlining, a statistically significant correlation was found between its amount and the quantity of L2 writing. However, no statistically significant correlation was found between the amount of outlining and the L2 writing quality.

        본 연구는 통합공정일정계획(Integrated Process Planning and Scheduling; IPPS)의 최적화를 위한 계산 효율성이 높은 탐욕적 휴리스틱과 유전알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm; GA)을 결합한 하이브리드형 유전 알고리즘을 제안한다. IPPS는 기존의 공정계획과 일정계획을 동시에 풀고자 하는 NP-Hard 문제이다. 특히, 본 연구에서 다루는 IPPS는 tool related constraints가 포함된 것으로서 전통적인 GA는 수행도중 infeasible schedule을 빈번히 발생시킨다. 제안하는 방법의 아이디어는 전체적인 schedule의 구조에 영향을 미치는 operation의 sequence와 machine의 결정은 GA의 procedure를 따르고, 목적함수의 부분계산이 가능한 tool과 Tool Access Direction(TAD)는 greedy heuristics을 통하여 infeasibility를 해소하자는 것이다. 이를 통하여 계산시간의 급격한 증가 없이 또는 기존에 비해 계산시간을 감소시키면서 좋은 품질의 해를 구할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 알고리즘은 benchmark problems을 이용하여 성능을 평가한다.

        The new businesses started by the companies usually results in being unsuccessful. The main reasons for that are either aiming targeting wrong customers, unsatisfaction of customers’ requesting quality standards, or taking wrong actions against the competitors in the market. Therefore, companies should aim the targets for the newly developing products based on the fulfilling values for the customers when they start the new businesses, and should take good cares for risk managements at the each step of the new business to prevent the failure in advance. In addition to that, the companies starting new businesses not only need to take the customers attributes (CA) into account, but they also should apply the new technologies as one system to initiate a new business to satisfy the basic wants of the customers. This article suggests the New Product Development Pursuing Model using the Indicative Planning methodology and the Quality Management tools. The New Product Development Pursuing Model would be completed by the following steps as below; 1. Drawing the CTQ (Critical To Quality) for setting up the new product development objectives by : i) using the VOC (Voice Of Customers) obtained by the QFD (Quality Function Deploypment) if the market is mature, ii) applying AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to information in the QIS (Quality Information System) if the market is unmature to get enough need information of the customers. 2. Risk Management in NPD : The NPD pursuing model consisted of the IP (indicative planning) is suggested not by the process of top-down-way mandatory planning process, but by the tools used in the administrative science and economic fields, namely by governance. The companies could apply innovative methodology for new products development processes to fulfil the customers satisfaction in the fields, through the CA (Contingency Approach) of the NPD (New Product Development) process.

        As enterprises, based on the forecast of the customer's demand and collaboration with the suppliers, establish the integrated system directing supply, production, and distribution for the increase of productivity, Thus, this study intends to find the most urgent and critical factors for the improvement of the information system by externalizing factors affecting the operation of information system, suggest the process to improve the relevant functions of information system, and design the process. As a result of the analysis of the previous studies on the improvement of the information system, many studies were conducted on the improvement of ERP and SCM, yet there was no study conducted targeting about APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling). Thus, this study chose APS as the subject for the design of the process for the improvement for the information system.

        본 연구는 특별히 공동체 기반 계획 과정에 있어서 참여적이고 협력적인 지리시각화의 구현을 보여주는데 목적을 두고있다. 최근의 비평적 시각 방법론(critical visual methodologies), 지리시각화, 그리고 참여GIS(participatory GIS) 연구에서 부각되고 있는 ‘비쥬얼’에 관한 논의, 특히 비쥬얼에 단순한 사실보다 더 큰 가치를 두는 관점에 기반하여, 이 논문은 계획 과정에 있어서 확장된 지리시각화의 활용이 능동적으로 지역주민의 계획 참여와 협력을 도출하게 하고, 또한 주민들이 합의하는 계획안을 표현할 수 있는지를 보여준다. 지리시각화는 지역주민들에게 비평적인 의식을 가짐으로, 그들 지역에 관한 지식을 발견하고 숙고하며, 구상하도록 하는데, 이러한 주민들의 지역지식은(local knowledge) 전형적인 계획과정에서 종종 경시되어 왔다. 지역 참여자들은 다양한 형태의 지리시각화를 통해 어떻게 근린지구에 대한 그들의 이해가 규정, 설명, 상충, 교섭된 후 시각화되는 과정을 보게 된다. 뉴욕주 버펄로시 매스턴 지구 근린단위계획 사례들은 계획 과정속에서 어떻게 이러한 참여적이고 협력적인 성향의 지리시각화가 나타나는지를 실증한다.

        This study aims to analyze the affecting factors-construction of collaborative planning process and effect on Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project. To this end, targeting the 36 districts which were selected for 2004 Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project and completed their 2010 5-year projects, components of collaborative planning process and planning effect will be drawn and the affecting factors-construction of collaborative planning and effect on Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project will be analyzed below. According to the results of this study, the affecting factors of collaborative planning process of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project on planning effect, The level of effect of individual component on endogenous variable appeared greatest mostly in the upper groups. In terms of the level of individual component effect, social learning process and interaction among participants affected greatest. The process of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project is evaluated that it reflected collaborative planning theory of Healey enough. Therefore, in the course of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project progress, collaborative planning model must pass social learning process and interaction among participants which are the most important components out of collaborative planning process as we saw in the upper groups. And in order to maximize the performance and results of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project, the following sequential affecting factors model as Figure 7 must be suggested as optimal collaborative planning models of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project. Based on the results of the study, the policy implication was drawn as follows. First, systematic supplementations in the form of a consultative body are required to perform Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project efficiently. Second, network needs to be built among different participants in Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project process. Third, systematic mechanism is required to improve social learning among different participants. Fourth, systematic rearrangement is required to guarantee the residents' realistic participation in the course of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project process.
