        본 연구는 의료미용을 위한 상담 시 병원코디네이터와 만나는 접점에서 지각된 진정성이 공감 과 커뮤니케이션, 재방문 의도에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 자료수집은 상담을 경험한 고객을 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였고, 통계분석은 SPSS 21.0을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 병원코디네이터에 대한 지각된 진정성은 공감과 커뮤니케이션 만족도에 긍정적인 영 향을 미쳤으며, 공감은 커뮤니케이션 만족도에 정의 영향을 주었다. 둘째 공감과 커뮤니케이션 만족도는 재방문 의도에 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 병원코디네이터의 진정성 있는 상담은 공감을 형성하여 커뮤니케이션 만족도가 높아지고 병원을 다시 방문하는 결과로 이어진다. 따라서 단순히 매출 향상이나 직무에 의해 만들어진 상담이 아니라 고객을 배려한 진정성과 공감을 통한 커뮤니케이션이 이루어진다면 신뢰를 형성할 수 있으며 장기적으로 의료 미용 기관의 성과에도 기여할 수 있을것이다.

        The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Safety Fundamentals No. SF-1 Safety Principle 7 states that people and the environment, present and future, must be protected against radiation risk. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the safety of radioactive waste repositories on a longterm time scale to ensure future safety. However, IAEA-TECDOC-767 states that the long-term time scale of interest means that the risk or dose to future individuals cannot be reliably predicted because it relies on assumptions. Therefore, evaluating the safety of long-term time scales should use safety indicators that are less dependent on assumptions. Radiotoxicity is one of the safety indicators that represent an inherent risk from radioactive waste. It has been mainly used to show the time required until the hazard presented by waste decreases to that of natural uranium ore and is easy to use in communication with the public. There are several methods for calculating Radiotoxicity. Radioactivity is multiplied by a Dose Conversion Factor (DCF) to be expressed in Sv units, or radioactivity be divided into Maximum Permissible Concentration (MPC) to be expressed in m3 units as the amount of water needed to dilute the radionuclide to the permitted level. It is also often made dimensionless through comparison with reference materials like uranium ore. Radiotoxicity varies in size several times, even if it is a waste of similar origins and components, depending on the Radiological variable (e.g., Annual Limitation Intake (ALI), Dose Conversion Factor (DCF), Maximum Permissible Concentration (MPC), Activity). Therefore, this study was conducted to determine whether there was a significant difference when different radiological variables were substituted. This study compares and analyzes their differences using various MPCs or DCFs used in each country. In addition, this study analyzes radionuclides that influence radiotoxicity with several radiological variables. This study introduces the effects of substituting different radiological variables.

        In Korea, Kori Unit 1 and Wolsong Unit 1, have been permanently shut down in 2017 and 2019, and more nuclear power plants are expected to be permanently shut down after continued operation successively. Spent fuel has been generated during operation and stored in spent fuel pools. Due to the expected saturation of spent fuel pools within the next several decades, transportation of a huge amount of spent fuel is anticipated to interim storage facilities or final disposal facilities, even though the specific location is not decided. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) states that every environmental report prepared for the licensing stage of a Pressurized Water Reactor shall contain a statement concerning risk during the transportation of fuel and radioactive wastes to and from the reactor. Thus, the licensee should ensure that the radiological effects in accidents, as well as normal conditions in transport, do not exceed certain criteria or be small if cannot be numerically quantified. Specific conditions that a full description and detailed analysis of the environmental effects of transportation of fuel and wastes to and from the reactor are exempted are specified in 10 CFR Part 51. Since there are no official requirements for radiological dose assessment for workers and public during the transportation of spent fuel in Korea, the margin when applying the U.S. regulatory criteria to the environmental impact assessment during the transport of spent fuel generated from domestic nuclear power plants is evaluated. A different approach would be needed due to the difference in the characteristics of spent fuel and geographical features.

        본 연구는 IPA 기법을 이용하여 중국인 골프장 이용객의 골프장 선택속성 요인에 대한 재방문 의도 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 수행하고자 중국인 골프장 이용객 388명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료처리 및 IPA 분석을 실시한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째 선택속성의 중요도는 직원 예절, 만족도는 식당 및 식음료 가격이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, IPA 매 트릭스 분석 결과, 지속유지에는 8개, 집중개선은 14개, 낮은 우선순위는 5개, 과잉노력지양은 3개의 선택 속성이 분포하였다. 셋째 비용, 접근성, 코스시설, 부대시설, 캐디 전문성, 이용객 관리의 만족도가 재방문 과 추천 의도에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 중국인 골프장 이용객으로 한정하였기 때 문에 골프문화가 다른 국가에서 연구된 선행연구와는 그 결과를 비교하는데 있어 차이가 있을 수 있기 때 문에 문화의 다양성을 고려한 연구들이 향후에 진행되어야 할 것이다.

        With the pandemic of the early 2020s coming to a close, city politicians and planners around the world seek to bring in more tourists and entrepreneurs to assist their local businesses and domestic economies in the return to pre-pandemic levels. There exists a myriad of ways city officials attempt to attract visitors from festivals and fireworks displays to citywide initiatives and awareness programs. This study takes a look at a destination’s perceived coolness, how it is manifested through destination service quality and tourist app use, and how it affects an individual’s revisit intention based on structural and interpersonal constraints.

        우리나라 100대 명산에 포함되고 천혜 자연환경을 갖추고 있지만 충청남도 내 휴양림 중 이용률이 저 조한 칠갑산자연휴양림을 연구대상지로 하여 휴양림 활성화와 재방문 의사를 높여 건강한 여가 활동 을 선도하는 운영‧관리 방안을 제시하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 칠갑산 휴양림 방문객 250명에게 총 101개로 구성된 설문지를 자기기입방식으로 배포하여 200부를 회수하였고 인구통계학적 특성 및 이 용행태, 재방문의사 결정 중요요인 간 상관관계와 미치는 영향 등을 알아보기위해 빈도분석, Varimax- 직각회전, Bartlett의 구형성 검정, 크론바흐 알파, 독립표본 t-검정, 일원분산분석, Scheffe’s 사후검증, Pearson상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 휴양림 방문객들의 이용만족도는 대체로 양 호하였지만 개선이 필요한 사항에 대한 질문에서 안전 및 환경에 대해 다소 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 제안 사항인 효율적인 운영·관리 방안으로 레크리에이션시설(등산학교·트레킹지원센터 등) 및 프로 그램(산림치유·숲해설 등)이 필요하다고 사료되며, 환경을 고려한 휴양림 내 추가 식재, 색다른 경관 환경(소규모정원 등)을 조성하여 특색 있는 휴양림으로 탈바꿈할 필요가 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건강한 여가활동 촉진, 휴양림 활성화 및 재방문의도 증대에 기여하기 위해 칠갑 산 자연휴양림에 필요한 중요 요인을 찾아서 제안하고 있다.

        After the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) was signed, Korea is undergoing nuclear inspection by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as a non-nuclear-armed state. By the inspection, nuclear material measurement and management have been carried out according to safety measures. Uranium dioxide, a major component of nuclear fuel, is a material that naturally oxidizes at room temperature, yielding a volume change. In this case, it will have an impact on the management of nuclear material measurement, and a model for predicting this will be required. At room temperature, an oxide film is grown by oxygen diffusion on the surface of uranium dioxide, and if the thickness of the oxide film is predicted based on this, the volume change of uranium dioxide can also be predicted. In relation to this, Ghargozloo’s ionic diffusion oxidation model exists. Therefore, in this paper, an modified oxidation model based on Ghargozloo’s oxygen diffusion in uranium dioxide is presented and the volume change of uranium dioxide due to oxidation is predicted.

        Radioactive effluent discharged from the nuclear power plant (NPP) during normal operation is controlled by the discharge limit in terms of radioactivity concentration (Bq·m−3) and dose constraints in Korea. To ensure compliance with discharge limits of effluents, the licensee operates radioactive effluent monitoring systems in each discharge point to detect radioactivity and control discharge. The predetermined regulatory requirements of analytical sensitivities for sampling devices in the monitoring system are established in various countries to guarantee the performance of the monitoring systems. In Korea, Lower Limits of Detection (LLD) are selected as the regulatory requirements and adopted from the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) NUREG-1301. The International Atomic Energy Agency stated that the detection limits have to be low enough (e.g., less than 1% of discharge limits) to safely demonstrate compliance with the discharge limits. However, no technical background of LLD has been explained regarding the compliance with discharge limits in Korea. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the compatibility of discharge limits and detection limits. The USNRC Regulatory Guide 1.21 has stated the risk-informed approach for effluent control by identifying the principal radionuclides whose radiological impact is more than 1% of discharge limits. In 2017, Cheong proposed the methodology and derived risk-based detection limits for liquid effluents from Korean NPPs. In 2019, Choi derived risk-based detection limits for liquid and gaseous effluents based on APR 1400 Design Control Document (DCD). The methodology of those studies can derive the detection limit for each principal radionuclide that is comparable to 1% to 10% of discharge limits. However, the previous study based on APR 1400 DCD was for the discharge limits of the US and didn’t consider the multiple discharge points in the reactor. Therefore, this study preliminarily derived the risk-based detection limits consistent with Korean Effluent Concentration Limits for gaseous effluents reflecting the characteristics of each discharge point. Also, this study confirmed the validity of risk-based detection limits and current LLD. This study is expected to be basic research for detection limits of Korean NPPs in line with international safety standards.

        친환경적 바이오 계면활성제의 하나인 람노리피드(rhamnolipid)의 제조는 Pseudomonas aeruginos 계열의 박테리아가 가장 많이 사용되며, 바이오 공정을 통해 생산된다. 람노리피드의 화학구조는 rhamnose당과 β-hydroxylated fatty acid의 결합으로 이루어져 있으며, 바이오 공정을 통해 동질체 혼합물 형태로 생산된다. 발효(fermentation)공정 중 거품 제어가 수율을 결정하는 가장 중요한 요인으로 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는, 박테리아 내부에서 일어나는 람노리피드 합성 메카니즘을 소개하였고, 발효공정에서 문제점으로 인식되었던 거품 제어 방법에 대한 최근 시도들을 살펴보았다. 10년 전과 비교하여, 람노리피드 양산화 가능성은 빠르게 높아지고 있다. 특히, 람노리피드와 같은 바이오 계면활성제는 의약품과 같은 고부가가치 제품으로 응용된다면, 시장의 요구가 더 커질 것으로 기대한다.

        본 연구는 남해군을 대상으로 방문자의 관광지 속성 만족도 및 재방문 의도를 평가하고 농촌관광 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 수행되었다. 방문자의 사회·인구통계학적 배경, 인식, 행태, 경험, 속성 만족도, 재방문 의도를 분석하였다. 속성 만족도는 관광자원, 체험프로그램, 접근성, 시설, 숙소, 위생·청결, 홍보·정보, 친절, 가격·서비스로 구분하였고, 재방문 의도는 재방문 의도, 홍보 의도, 추천 의도로 구분하였다. 방문동기는 자연경관 감상(36.9%), 가족/친구와 시간 보내기(34.8%), 회복(13.9%) 등이었다. 목적지 이미지는 바다, 독일마을, 마늘, 갯벌체험이 주요하였고, 금산 및 보리암, 상주해수욕장, 독일마을이 남해군 속성을 나타내는 주요한 매력적인 목적지였다. 주요한 정보원은 인터넷과 주변 사람들이고, 동반자는 가족 또는 친구/연인이며, 재방문율은 57.8%이고(평균 5.4회), 남해군이 직접적이고 중요한 목적지였다. 체류기간은 2~3일이고, 여행경비는 평균 400,100원이었다. 전반적으로 관광자원, 체험프로그램에서 상대적으로 만족도가 높았고, 가격·서비스, 접근성, 시설에서 낮게 나타났다. 재방문 의도, 홍보 의도, 추천 의도 모두는 모든 속성 만족도와 매우 유의성 있는 양(+)의 상관(p<.01)을 나타냈다. 속성 만족도 모두를 독립변수로 설정하여 단계입력 방식으로 다중회귀분석한 결과에서 재방문 의도는 위생·청결, 숙소, 가격·서비스, 접근성에 의해서, 홍보 의도는 관광자원, 가격·서비스, 위생·청결에 의해서, 추천 의도는 관광자원, 시설에 의해서 유의적으로 추정되었고, 각각에서 열거된 순서대로 상대적으로 더 높은 영향력을 가졌다. 남해군 농촌관광 활성화를 위해서, 관광자원, 숙소, 편의시설에서 위생·청결, 가격·서비스의 개선이 우선적으로 필요함을 제안할 수 있었다.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate customer satisfaction factors that affect customer loyalty and revisit intention, and the seven factors which comprise the marketing mix that affects customer satisfaction. loyalty, and intention to revisit. The purpose of the project is to propose a research model by testing the mediated effects of customer satisfaction and loyalty using mainly factor analysis, regression analysis, and mediation analysis. First the results showed that the marketing mix 7P factors influence customer satisfaction were identified as service delivery process, product, physical basis, and promotion. The factors that influence marketing mix 7P customer loyalty were tested in the order of service delivery, physical basis, product, and distribution. Second, the factors that affect customer loyalty were artists, service, and prices whereas the factors that affect customer satisfaction were tested in the order of service, artist, cosmetics, and price. Third, the factors affecting customer revisit intention were newly derived as treatment satisfaction, professionalism, and treatment products. Fourth, the relationship between marketing mix and customer revisit intention suggested that customer satisfaction and customer loyalty has a partial sale effect. It can be suggested on the basis of these findings that the effect of makeup service with marketing mix on customer revisit intention was analyzed and a new model was derived by analyzing the mediated effect of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

        The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of customers’ waiting time on their revisit intention through their emotion. Also this study assessed the effect of restaurant selection attributes on consumers’ revisit intention in Korea. This study used experimental scenario questionnaires for collecting data. Frequency analysis, Cronbach’s alpha, correlation, ttests and multiple regression analysis were assessed using SPSS. Customers preferred taste, sanitation and service when selecting a restaurant to dine out. The results of this study found that there were no significant differences between positive and negative emotions due to waiting time. Findings of this study suggested that waiting time, convenience, nutritional value, and emotion influenced consumers’ revisit intention. Therefore, reducing waiting time and providing proper service will help consumers have positive emotions to return to dine at a restaurant.

        Since the liberalization of gaming industry in 2002, Macau has become the leading destination for gaming, leisure and entertainment in Asia. Recently, few large-scaled integrated resorts (IRs) have been established and opened to public, bringing more diversified destinations for visitors in Macau. These include casino, hotel, food and beverage, retail, entertainment, etc. With this, there is no doubt that IR operators have to understand how consumers behave and respond to value added products in the IRs. Differentiating one IR from another raises the significance of innovating resort products to retain existing consumers and attract new ones. This research has investigated the impact of potential non-gaming value added products at Venetian Macao Resort on consumers’ patronage and has identified what key subitems can be added to stimulate consumers’ feedback and make them revisit the resort, recommend it to others or be interested in visiting it someday. Questionnaire was designed according to the structural equation modeling (SEM). Results proved the importance of potential value added products at Venetian Macao Resort in influencing consumers’ intention. Based on the findings, suggestions were offered to the management group of Venetian Macao Resort for its future implementation of value added products. Moreover, the results will encourage other IRs in Macau to improve further towards the goal of shaping Macau in becoming a world class tourist destination. First time visitors are more likely to consume in the areas of hotel, retail and casino, while multi-time visitors would prefer to spend on hotel, retail and F&B. To some extent, implies that casino does not seem to be the key activity to make the previous guests return. In addition, spending in hotel, retail and F&B are ranked high on visitors’ preferences, indicating that visitors at Venetian Macao Resort are willing to have diversified consumptions in the non-gaming areas. Moreover, the ways of value adding in terms of promotional pricing, new technology application, upgrading of products, customization and rewarding system can be used frequently as references for the future product improvement at the resort.

        The ocean is used as the term of sea, it is expressed as a large sea. Marine tourism is an activity that takes place in the sea and on the coast. Many experts prospect that the 21st century will be the century of ocean. In recent years, many countries are interested in ocean and marine tourism can be significantly developed in the future. Jeju Island is an island formed by a volcanic eruption, which has a very high landscape value, and It is an oceanic climate with a yearly high temperature due to turbulent flow throughout the years, But Marine tourism is not developed. The purpose of this study is clarify the Marine Tourism activity types, Marine Tourism satisfaction and revisit intention of Chinese Tourists visiting JeJu island. And studies what is the needed activity types of Chinese Marine Tourist in future. This study deals with on the activity types, satisfaction and revisit intention of JeJu Marine Tourism With 252 effective responses gathered from an onsite survey. The statistical analysis of the data was conducted using techniques of frequency analysis, t-test and anova analysis.
