        There are much dangerous machine in worksite. These make the rate of accidents increase. Specially, among them, the Press work has the highest rate of accidents. Therefore, it has been managed by Industrial safety-health law. It is very important to make a special study of work using the dangerous machine. In press work, it is also important to develop safety system program to improve productivity and work safely, In this reaserch, the safety management system is built for the work improvement of the Press. This paper showed method about dangerous machine.

        지금까지 정부는 안전관리체제의 구축과 정착을 위해 다각적으로 사업을 추진하여 왔다. 이제는 기업에서 회사 실정에 맞게 안전관리체제가 잘 운영되고 있는 지를 자체 진단하고 평가하는 과정이 필요하겠다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 안전관리체제를 모니터링하고 운영성과를 평가할 수 있는 모형 개발과 안전관리체제를 운영할 수 있는 실행지원 모듈 개발 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 주로 사용하게 될 경영과학 분야의 주요 의사결정 방법 하나인 AHP 기법을 검토했다.

        This study suggests a safety management model for construction management (CM) suitable to domestic conditions so that inefficiency resulted from the operation of construction projects by public and private institutes according to different systems can be eliminated for the securing of systematic and efficient safety management. Based on the suggested safety management model, this study also develops a safety management information system that can efficiently and consistently manage and maintain a large quantity of information, and give necessary supports in a speedy way in the managing of construction projects.

        Construction Management(CM) system, which was introduced some years ago to large national construction projects, such as the construction of Incheon New Airport, construction of high-speed railroad and World Cup stadiums, is considered to be still in its early stage and safety at each step of CM is very poorly controlled. In an attempt to improve such inferior safety control of domestic CM, this study analyzed safety control operation system in CM home and abroad and suggested a model for the construction of safety control management information system suitable to the conditions of Korea.

        IMF이후 건설 물량은 감소하고 있는 경향이나 재해율은 그다지 감소하지 않고 있고 여전히 중대재해는 계속 발생하고 있는 추세이며, 건설업체에서는 안전관리에 대한 비용을 더욱 아끼려 하고 있어 비용절감을 위해 재해예방을 위한 안전시설 비용이나 안전활동 비용을 투자하지 않고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 노동부에서 현재 시행하고 있는 건설현상 페트롤점검의 실태를 조사ㆍ분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 효율적 운영방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 현행 페트롤점검의 실태조사를 위하여 페트롤점검의 관계담당자인 전국의 노동부 지방노동관서 근로감독관, 한국산업안전의 각 지역본부 및 지도원 기술직원, 페트롤점검 대상 건설현장 관계자에게 각각 설문조사지를 배부하여 실태를 조사하고 분석하였으며, 또한 노동부의 최근년도인 1999년, 2000년도의 재해발생통계 및 페트롤점검 실적자료, 대한건설협회의 최근 년도별 건설공사 수주금액, 공사규모별 현황 및 외곽의 건설현장 페트롤점검사례를 수집하고 분석하였다. 이러한 실태조사 등 수집된 자료분석 및 각종 참고문헌 연구를 통하여 4가지 문제점을 도출하였으며 각 도출된 문제점에 대하여 효율적인 개선대책을 제시하였다.

        건설업은 위험요소가 많은 업종 특성상 높은 재해발생율을 보이면서 정부에서도 많은 투자와 노력을 기울여 왔으나, 건설안전수준은 크게 향상되지 못하고 있다. 반면 선진국에서는, ISO에서 품질경영시스템과 환경경영시스템을 도입한 이후, 안전경영시스템에 대한 논의가 활발히 추진되고 있으며 안전에 관한 국가규격을 제정하는 등 안전활동이 크게 발전해 있다. 우리나라에서도 금년 7월부터 KISCO 2000프로그램이 시행되었지만, 건설업은 적용에서 제외되었다. 따라서 건설업에서의 안전경영시스템 적용 모델 개발 및 보급은 서둘러야 할 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 향후 건설업에 적용될 안전경영시스템 추진 모델을 개발하고 요건에 대응한 건설안전업무의 범위 및 문서화 체계작업, 그리고 추진과정을 제시하였다.

        본 연구는 병원 및 대학교 등에 설치된 X선 발생장치를 대상으로 진단용 방사선 발생장치의 품질관리 항목을 적용하여 성능 비교를 하여 주기적인 성능관리의 중요성을 인식시켜 성능유지 및 관리에 도움을 주고자 한다. 우선 재현성 및 직선성 실험결과 모든 실험조건에서 합격기준에 부합되었으며 주기적인 정도관리가 부족한 GX-650장치의 경우 재현성 평가의 백분율 오차가 높았으며 직선성 평가에서는 관전압을 100 kVp로 설정 시 0.105로 백분율 오차에서 벗어나게 측정되었다. 또한 관전압 및 관전류의 정확도 평가결과 상대적으로 X선 발생횟수가 낮은 장치에서 백분율 오차가 낮은 것을 알 수 있었다. 반가층 실험은 모든 장치에서 관전압 별 반가층 기준에 모두 포함되었다. 따라서 병원용, 실습용 구분보다는 모든 장치의 정도관리의 중요성을 인식하고 적극적으로 장치의 성능관리를 시행하여 장치를 유지 관리해야 할 것이며 특수의료장비처럼 짧은 주기의 정도관리 제도를 마련해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

In this study, we will introduce changes to the safety and maintenance system for public structures under the law, analyze the results of inspection and diagnosis of public structures, and consider the status of safety and maintenance.

        The purpose of the safety inspection is to identify the cause of the damage, which is the cause of the safety and performance degradation of the structures, to identify the cause of the damage, and to suggest appropriate repair and strengthening methods.         Purpose - In this study, the safety related tasks for low cost carriers’ were examined and measures to improve them were suggested. As the air demand increases rapidly, number of passenger has mushroomed in Korea and in order to keep with the demand low cost carriers have played a role. However, low cost carriers’ safety related tasks are not reliable level so far. Thus, in this study, the low cost carriers’ current situations in terms of safety are investigated, especially regarding how well the ICAO’s new safety policies are applied. Research design, data, and methodology - The results of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation’ investigation are introduced and field study results are analysed. Current status of retaining experts, staffs, administrators in terms of aviation safety tasks of low cost carriers is compared to those of major airliner and low cost carriers’ aviation safety culture is also analyzed by examining the systems and questioning staffs. Especially the culture regarding aviation safety is very important because the culture surrounding the safety tasks plays a major role in every respect of conducting the tasks. Results – Overall the current status of low cost carriers’ aviation safety tasks is below standard. Especially retaining experts and staffs is basically below the required level. Also, system and organization to conduct safety tasks are not satisfactory. In particular, aviation safety culture is not settled to operate appropriately. Conclusions - The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and member states are continuing to launch new safety policies in response to the surging demand for air travel worldwide. The most urgent and important issue among the various safety policies is to reduce air accidents. In order to reduce the number of accidents, ICAO decided to reduce the number of accidents by using the Reactive Safety Management. ICAO has to ensure that each member country can implement proactive safety management for aviation safety. A safety management system (Safety Management System) is a system in which each member state implements a fulfillment standard. The current situation and problems of the safety management system for each airline are suggested and proposed for improvements.
