        This study aims to establish a linguistic foundation that enhances understanding among athletes, coaches, and the general public by identifying difficult-to-understand public terminology in the anti-doping field and revising it into more accessible expressions. A total of 154 terms used by the Korea Anti-Doping Agency were selected, and 93 terms were refined by applying certain criteria, including grammaticality, clarity, conciseness, familiarity, consistency, and unity. Fifty refined terms were finalized through expert consultation and an acceptability survey with 100 participants. The results showed that difficult Sino-Korean words accounted for the largest proportion of terms requiring refinement (44%), followed by polysemous terms (24%), and unfamiliar loanwords (20%). Clarity (51.4%) and familiarity (31.4%) were primary considerations in the refinement process. After refinement, the lexical composition shifted from Sino-Korean (60%), hybrid (24%), and loanwords (16%) to Sino-Korean (77.8%), hybrid (18.5%), and native Korean (3.7%), with no loanword-based terms remaining. This study contributes to preventing the disadvantages of athletes caused by terminological misunderstandings and provides a foundation for accessible anti-doping communication.

        Catch per unit effort (CPUE) is widely utilized as an index of stock abundance in fisheries assessments, but its interpretation is often complicated by temporal and spatial variation in fishing activity. For this reason, CPUE standardization is essentially needed to produce indices that better reflect the actual stock status. In Korea, however, the limited availability of detailed operational data has posed challenges for effective CPUE standardization. In this study, CPUE data for sailfin sandfish (Arctoscopus japonicus) caught by the East Sea mid-sized Danish seine fishery were standardized using records from the Korean Fishery Radio Station (FRS) from 2004 to 2024. The dataset mainly consists of fishing dates, locations (30’ × 30’ latitude-longitude grids), and catch weights. A generalized linear model (GLM) was applied, incorporating year, quarter, area, and their interactions as explanatory variables. Among these, the year was identified as the most influential factor, followed by quarter and area. The standardized CPUE showed a more stable trend than the nominal CPUE, which showed an increase from 2004 to 2017 and a sharp decline thereafter. This suggests that the standardized CPUE more accurately reflects the underlying dynamics of sailfin sandfish stock abundance. Despite the absence of detailed logbook records, the FRS records effectively captured the spatial distribution of fishing activity and operational patterns, demonstrating their potential as alternative data sources for CPUE standardization. Nevertheless, limitations remain due to the self-reported nature of the data, which may lead to low coverage and potential reliability issues. Improvements in both the quantity and quality of data collection and reporting are necessary to enhance the utility of such data in stock assessments. This study highlights the potential and challenges of using FRS data for CPUE standardization and provides practical guidance for its application in fisheries management.

        This study explores the critical interrelationship between component standardization and airworthiness certification in the context of military aircraft systems. As the complexity and technological integration of modern defense platforms increase, the alignment between standardized component frameworks and evolving airworthiness requirements becomes essential to ensure operational reliability, safety, and maintainability. The current defense acquisition and certification systems often operate in a decoupled manner, leading to duplicated testing, certification delays, and cost overruns. Through comparative analysis of national and international certification protocols (MIL-HDBK-516, NATO STANAG, EASA SIB), this paper identifies structural inefficiencies in managing non-standardized or partially certified components. Based on these findings, the study proposes a function-based integrated management system that enables data synchronization across standard parts databases, quality records, and certification requirements. The proposed framework consists of four core modules: (1) standard part information management, (2) quality assurance and test linkage, (3) certification support engine, and (4) lifecycle risk monitoring. The study also anticipates quantifiable improvements such as reduced certification time and improved audit traceability. The results provide practical and policy implications for enhancing the interoperability, reliability, and export competitiveness of domestic defense platforms.

        As modern weapon systems become increasingly complex, the need for integrated management of component standardization and airworthiness certification has grown significantly. This study proposes a system-based approach to establish an integrated management framework that addresses inefficiencies, certification delays, and supply chain risks inherent in current military aircraft development processes. The research reviews the functional scope of component standardization and compares airworthiness certification systems across domestic and international defense sectors. It identifies limitations caused by the fragmented management of parts and certification processes, and proposes a digital platform that interconnects parts databases, configuration control, quality assurance, and certification modules. The framework incorporates AI and digital twin technologies to monitor and manage reliability across the entire life cycle of a weapon system. This study lays the foundation for enhancing the operational efficiency of national defense technologies, and contributes to strengthening the autonomy and global competitiveness of the Korean defense industry.

        This study employs the Jaccard coefficient and cosine similarity to systematically assess the differences and integration of immunology terminology across the Taiwan Strait in terms of both character form and semantics. The results indicate that, at the character level, the similarity increased from 0.3894 to 0.6992 after conversion between traditional and simplified characters and through standardization efforts, representing a rise of 79.53%. This suggests that character form is a primary factor contributing to the differences in terminology across the Strait, but can be effectively bridged through standardization. At the semantic level, there is a high overall consistency (average cosine similarity of 0.687), with 40.8% of terms showing high consistency, 43.8% exhibiting moderate differences in word formation, and 15.4% demonstrating significant semantic divergence, mainly stemming from translation strategies and regional language habits. The study reveals the fundamental characteristic of immunology terminology across the Strait as being “formally different yet semantically similar” and proposes the establishment of a “dual-track governance” strategy to eliminate character barriers through technological means, focus on semantic alignment for low-similarity terms, and promote the creation of a dynamic terminology database and interface support, thereby achieving efficient integration of academic knowledge and barrier-free communication across the Strait.

        본 연구는 국내 해기사 양성 교육기관의 선박조종 시뮬레이터 교육훈련 현황을 분석하고, 국제 기준(STCW 협약, IMO Model Course) 및 국내 법규와의 비교를 통해 표준화의 필요성과 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 분석 결과, 동일한 유형의 시뮬레이터 교육임에도 교 육기관별로 교육시간, 내용, 운영방식에서 큰 차이가 존재하였으며, 이는 해기인의 역량 균질성 확보에 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확 인하였다. STCW 협약과 IMO Model Course는 시뮬레이터 교육의 목표, 최소 교육시간, 시나리오 구성, 평가 방법 등을 명확히 규정하고 있 으나, 국내 지정교육기관 기준은 교육시간 및 운영·평가 절차를 구체적으로 명시하지 않아 표준화가 미흡하다. 이에 본 연구는 ECDIS·Radar/ARPA·리더십 및 팀워크 등 핵심 시뮬레이터 교육에 대해 국제 기준에 부합하는 최소 교육시간 확보와 표준 시나리오 개발을 제안하며, 교수자 자격은 IMO Model Course 6.10 요건을 충족하도록 관리할 것을 권고한다. 이러한 표준 운영안은 교육 품질의 일관성을 보장하고, 상황인식·위기대응·의사결정 등 복합 역량을 강화하여 국제 해사안전 기준 준수와 해운산업의 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

        This study aimed to standardize the BVR CCD photometry system of the Gwangju Science High School Observatory. We have observed Landolt standard stars using the CDK14 telescope and the STX-16803 CCD camera and carried out the data reduction by Maxim DL. As a result, we estimated the atmospheric extinction coefficients using the observation on August 29 and 31, 2024. By a standardization procedure, we calculated instrumental magnitudes and color indices outside the atmosphere. The instrumental magnitudes of celestial objects measured on the ground by the atmospheric correction were successfully transformed into standard magnitudes, with the standardization conversion formulas provided as following equations.                         The observational analysis revealed that atmospheric extinction coefficients vary depending on the observing conditions and that extinction increases at short wavelength. Additionally, the B filter exhibited significant second-order extinction effects due to color indices, suggesting the necessity of applying second-order atmospheric extinction coefficients for precise observations. This study suggests that Gwangju Science High School Observatory can serve as reliable resources for both educational and research purposes. Furthermore, this study demonstrates the potential for producing high-precision photometric data that meet international standards, even at a secondary school-level observatory. These findings are expected to contribute significantly to future astronomical education and research.

        Vehicle body damage caused by accidents often presents unique conditions, making it difficult to acquire practical maintenance skills through textbook theory alone. To address this issue, this study explores body repair techniques, including the complete replacement, partial replacement, and modification of side quarter panels, with a focus on preventing depreciation, reducing environmental pollution, and maximizing vehicle owner satisfaction. In particular, the study highlights the need for a standardized body repair manual for vehicles with severe damage to the rear side members caused by rear-end collisions. This manual aims to minimize repair discrepancies due to differences in operator skill levels and proposes a solution to prevent the depreciation of vehicle market value after repairs. The study’s objective is to standardize the repair and replacement of rear side members in vehicle repair shops, ensuring consistent repair quality for consumers and contributing to the preservation of vehicle value.

        본 연구는 서바이벌 게임에서 맵의 디자인 요소를 분석하고 표준화하는 것을 목표로 했다. 상 용 게임 10개를 조사하여 네 가지 주요 맵 유형을 파악하였고, 이를 바탕으로 유니티 에디터를 사용해 네 가지 유형의 맵을 개발 및 구현하였다. 무작위 위치에 장애물을 스폰하고, 타일 재 배치 시스템을 통해 맵을 무한대로 재배치할 수 있도록 했다. 또한, Update() 메서드를 조정해 타일 변위 오류를 해결했다. 마지막으로, ML 에이전트를 사용해 맵을 테스트했으며, 에이전트 가 환경을 탐색하고 장애물과 적대 대상을 인식 및 공격하며 각기 다른 네 가지 맵에서 효과 적으로 대응하는 모습을 확인했다.

        본 연구는 영유아 부모 개개인의 전반적인 성향 및 양육과 관련한 다양한 요인들을 파악하여 보다 효과적이고 바람직한 부모역할을 지원하기 위한 검사도구를 개발하고 표 준화하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 전국의 영아(15~36개월)와 유아(만 3~7세)를 둔 부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 총 4,237부의 설문을 수집하였으며 응답의 극단치를 나타내거나 응답신뢰도가 낮은 234명의 데이터를 제외하고 최종적으로 4,003부 (영아 1,772부, 유아 2,231부)를 분석에 반영하였다. 본 연구의 결과 영아용 검사도구는 영아 기질 12문항, 발달특성 9문항, 정서행동특성 9문항으로 구성되었으며, 유아용 검사 도구는 유아 기질 14문항, 발달특성 11문항, 정서행동특성 14문항으로 구성되었다. 부모 용 검사도구는 상호작용 12문항, 양육효능감 11문항, 양육스트레스 6문항으로 구성되었 다. 부모자녀 관계검사의 문항의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증한 결과 문항의 내적일치도와 검사-재검사 신뢰도 모두 본 검사도구의 신뢰도에 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 검사도구의 타당도를 검증하기 위해 하위요인 간 상관검사, 확인적 요인분석을 시행한 결과 모든 지표에서 본 검사 가 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

        본 연구는 자일로올리고당의 과학적이고 체계적인 표준 화된 시험법을 마련하여 다양한 제형의 제품에 적용하고 자 하였다. 최적화된 시험법을 마련하기 위해 초음파 처 리 시간, 산 가수분해 시간 및 농도를 검토하여 전처리 방 법을 비교 평가하였으며, HPLC-UVD를 이용하여 시료 중 의 자일로올리고당을 분석하였다. 분석 시 1-phenyl-3- methyl-5-pyrazoline (PMP)으로 유도체화하고, photo diode array (PDA)가 장착된 high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) (Nanospace SI-2)를 사용하였으며, 칼럼은 Cadenza C18 (4.6 × 250 mm, 3 μm)이었으며, 이동상은 pH를 6.0으 로 맞춘 20 mM 인산완충용액과 아세토니트릴을 78:22 비 율로 혼합하여 사용하였고, 0.5 mL/min 유속으로 254 nm 로 하여 분석하였다. 건강기능식품 등 시험법 마련 표준 절차에 관한 가이드라인에 따라 밸리데이션을 수행하고, 표준화된 시험법을 이용하여 유통 중인 건강기능식품 대 상 품목에 대해 시험법 적용 여부를 확인하였다. 표준화 된 시험법은 자일로올리고당을 함유한 건강기능식품 품질 관리에 대한 신뢰성을 더 높일 것으로 본다.

        우리나라는 삼면이 바다로 이루어져 있고, 이에 따라 많은 해양 시설로 인한 위험유해물질이 배출되고 있으나, 배출관리 및 규제 시스템이 미비한 상황이다. 따라서, 위험유해물질(HNS) 관리를 위하여 효율적으로 데이터를 수집할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하 다. 본 연구에서는 HNS 데이터를 효율적으로 관리 및 저장하기 위한 데이터 표준화 시스템을 설계하고 이의 표준화 방안을 제시하고 자 한다.

        This study examines and proposes standardization approaches to address the heterogeneous issues of metadata in drone imagery within the agricultural sector. Image metadata comes in various formats depending on different camera manufacturers, with most utilizing EXIF and XMP. The metadata of cameras used in fixed-wing and rotary-wing platforms, along with the metadata requirements in image alignment software, were analyzed for sensors like DJI XT2, MicaSense RedEdge-M, and Sentera Double4K. In the agricultural domain, multispectral imagery is crucial for vegetation analysis, making the provision of such imagery essential. Based on Pix4D SW, a comparative analysis of metadata attributes was performed, and necessary elements were compiled and presented as a proposed standardization (draft) in the form of tag information.

        Rare earth elements, which are important components of motors, are in high demand and thus constantly get more expensive. This tendency is driven by the growth of the electric vehicle market, as well as environmental issues associated with rare-earth metal manufacturing. TC 298 of the ISO manages standardization in the areas of rare-earth recycling, measurement, and sustainability. Korea, a resource-poor country, is working on international standardization projects that focus on recycling and encouraging the domestic adoption of international standards. ITU-T has previously issued recommendations regarding the recycling of rare-earth metals from e-waste. ISO TC 298 expands on the previous recommendations and standards for promoting the recycling industry. Recycling-related rare earth standards and drafts covered by ISO TC 298, as well as Korea’s strategies, are reviewed and discussed in this article.
