        Fueled by international efforts towards AI standardization, including those by the European Commission, the United States, and international organizations, this study introduces a AI-driven framework for analyzing advancements in drone technology. Utilizing project data retrieved from the NTIS DB via the “drone” keyword, the framework employs a diverse toolkit of supervised learning methods (Keras MLP, XGboost, LightGBM, and CatBoost) enhanced by BERTopic (natural language analysis tool). This multifaceted approach ensures both comprehensive data quality evaluation and in-depth structural analysis of documents. Furthermore, a 6T-based classification method refines non-applicable data for year-on-year AI analysis, demonstrably improving accuracy as measured by accuracy metric. Utilizing AI’s power, including GPT-4, this research unveils year-on-year trends in emerging keywords and employs them to generate detailed summaries, enabling efficient processing of large text datasets and offering an AI analysis system applicable to policy domains. Notably, this study not only advances methodologies aligned with AI Act standards but also lays the groundwork for responsible AI implementation through analysis of government research and development investments.

        The design and fabrication of suitable waste forms with high thermal and structural stability are essential for the safe management and disposal of radioactive wastes. In particular, the thermal properties and temperature distribution of waste form containing high heat-generating nuclides such as Cs and Sr can be used to evaluate its thermal stability, but also provide useful information for the design of canisters, storage systems, and repositories. In this study, a new program code-based thermal analysis framework has been developed to facilitate the characterization, design, and optimization of the waste form. Matlab was used as a software development platform because it provides powerful mathematical computation and visualization components such as the partial differential equation (PDE) toolbox for solving heat transfer problems using finite element method, the App Designer for graphical user interface (GUI), and the MATLAB Compiler for sharing MATLAB programs as standalone applications and web applications. The thermal analysis results such as temperature distribution, heat flux, maximum/ minimum temperature, and centerline/surface temperature profile are visualized with graphs and tables. To evaluate the effectiveness of the developed program, several design and optimization studies were carried out for the SrTiO3 waste form, selected as a stable form of strontium nuclide.

        전산 자원의 발달로 여러 부품들이 결합된 전체 구조물에 대한 해석이 가능해져 해석에 필요한 계산 시간과 데이터의 양이 증가하 였다. 이러한 전체 구조물에는 같은 부품이 반복되어 규칙성을 가지는 경우가 많다. 이러한 반복적인 구조물에 균질화 기법을 적용하 면 효과적인 해석이 가능하다. 상용 프로그램의 일반적인 균질화 모듈에서 단위 구조는 모든 방향으로 반복된다고 가정한다. 하지만 실제 구조물들은 여러 단위 구조가 복잡하게 반복되는 경우가 많아 기존 균질화 기법을 적용하는데 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 복 잡한 반복성을 고려하는 다단계 균질화 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 균질화 기법은 구조물을 여러 영역으로 나누어 균질화를 수행하는 형태로 기존 기법보다 정확한 해석이 가능하다.

        The purpose of this study was to compare the earth science curriculums of South Korea and North Korea. Aspects such as the content of the curriculums and the timing of learning were analyzed, in order to provide basic data that can be used to design a revised and integrated Korean curriculum. The objects of this study were South Korean Science textbooks from grades 5-9, and the high school Unity of Science and Earth Science I and II textbooks. Additionally, from North Korea, the junior middle school Natural Science 1 and 2 textbooks and the senior middle school Chosun Geography 2 and Geography 1 textbooks were analyzed. The results of this study obtained through an analysis that used the Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS 2019) grade 8 earth science assessment framework were as follows. First, South Korea needs to adopt iterative learning. Repetitive learning, which is effective for understanding what is being learned, is applied to only 1 by 8th grade. Second, South Korea needs to adjust the time when certain content is learned. This is because there is a disparity between when content is learned in comparison to North Korea, and the timing of learning of about 50% of the TIMSS standards have not been followed. Third, it is necessary to reflect the content present within the TIMSS that have not been learned. This can be a way to increase the nations’ educational competitiveness in the international community. This paper proposed a comparative analysis of South korean and North Korean approaches to the earth science curriculum and conducted practical research to facilitate the construction of an integrated curriculum.

        본 연구에서는 “이온젤” 이라고 불리는 고분자 기반의 PVA(polyvinyl alcohol) 기반의 고체 전 해질에 이온성 액체 BMIMBF4 (1-buthyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate)를 첨가하여 제조한 전 고체 전해질과 활성탄소와 금속유기골격체 복합재료 기반의 전극 재료를 이용하여 슈퍼커패시터를 제작 하였으며, 유기골격체의 유 무에 따른 전기화학적 특성을 분석하여 보았다. 슈퍼커패시터의 전기화학적 특 성은 순환전압전류법(CV), 전기화학적 임피던스 분광법(EIS) 및 전정류 충·방전법(GCD)을 통하여 비교 및 분석하여 보았다. 그 결과로, 금속유기골격체가 함유되지 않은 슈퍼커패시터의 전기용량값은 380 F/g 으로 확인 할 수 있었고, 이 값은 금속유기골격체를 첨가하였을 때 340 F/g로 감소하는 현상을 확인할 수 있었 다. 이러한 결과로 1 wt%의 금속유기골격체의 함유량은 전기화학적 특성 감소에 영향을 주는 것으로 사료 되며 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 금속유기골격체의 첨가량을 최적화 할 필요가 있다고 판단된다

        원폭투하 당시 일본에 거주하여 영향을 받은 한국인 원폭피해자 문제는 오랫동안 외면 받았다. 생존자들의 지속적인 요구를 통해 최근에서야 특별법과 조례 제정이 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서는 길버트와 테렐의 정책 분석모형의 네 가지 차원인 대상, 급여, 전달, 재정에 따라 원폭피해자 지원 조례를 분석하였다. 그 결과 대상차원에서 원폭의 유전성을 인정하고 있었고, 급여는 실태조사와 추모 등 기념사업과 같은 피해자들의 욕구를 적절히 반영하지 않았다. 전달에 있어서 피해자 네트워크가 자체적으로 활발하게 활동하고 있으나, 정작 지원은 이루어지지 않고 있으며 재정차원에서는 일본정부로부터 재원이 제공되면서 예산확보가 의료비에 국한되어 있다. 이러한 문제해결을 위해 조례 내에 실태조사, 추모에 해당하는 항을 별도 제정하고 당사자의 욕구를 실질적으로 지원할 수 있도록 구체적으로 개정되어야 하며 조례 제·개정 시 원폭피해자들의 참여와 행동의 영향력을 인정하고 지원해야 한다.

        In several industries, including the agriculture industry, information and communication technology (ICT) expenditure has been gradually increasing. This study explores the ICT investment of Korean agricultural corporations, and examines the effect of ICT investment on their profitability using an IT portfolio framework. As the organizational capabilities and environment in which ICT is used is critical in examining its impact, the IT-savvy level is used as a moderator. An increase in ICT investment size results in a significantly positive effect on profitability in organizations with higher IT-savvy levels, whereas there is no effect in organizations with lower IT-savvy levels. This study shows the necessity of understanding the structure of ICT investments in the agriculture industry, and suggests the importance of organizational capabilities and environment in making best use of ICT.

        토마스는 선교의 목표가 인간화라고 주장하였다. 이 소고의 주목 적은 인간화를 신학적으로 분석해 보는 것이다. 토마스는 기독교의 사상의 궁극적인 틀은 추상적인 하나님‐인간 또는 오히려 인간을 위한 하나님인 예수 그리스도 또는 하나님의 인간성이다. 토마스는 현대의 혁명적인 변화의 의미와 신앙의 의사전달 표현으로서의 상황에 대한 기독교의 신앙의 함축적 의미를 탐구하는 맥락에서 그리스도의 통치권 을 촉진시킨다. 토마스의 기독론적인 발전단계는 예수 그리스도의 왕적 통치를 묘사한다. 토마스는 역사상의 하나님 나라의 역동성을, 심판과 구원의 메시지를 선포하는 정의와 인간화를 위한 혁명적인 변화 내의 발효로 역할을 하는 것으로 보는 그의 견해로 발전시킨다. 그것은 그리스도의 통치권이, 죄와 악의 모든 구조를 극복하고 마침내 죽음 자체와 마지막 사건인 그리스도의 왕적인 통치의 뜻으로서 이해되 는 것, 즉 이 세상의 왕국을 그리스도를 통하여 하나님의 나라로 전환 되는 것을 의미한다. 하나님의 고통 받는 인간과의 함께 하심은, 예수 그리스도를 정치적이고 이데올로기적인 투쟁으로부터 도출된 개념적 인 도구의 말로 혁명적인 인본주의를 위한 원동력으로서 나타내는 인도의 기독론을 요한다. 복음의 보편성이 모든 문화와 이데올로기와 종교를 뚫고 들어가서 그것들을 그것의 매개물 즉 소위 “그리스도 중심의 혼합주의’로 변혁시키는 능력 안에서 그러한 표현을 찾아야 한다는 확신을 요구한다. 토마스는 그리스도 중심의 혼합주의로 이끄는 대화를 의미하는 교회가 되어야 함을 말한다. 따라서 “그리스도 중심의 혼합주의”는 타종교간의 대화가 목표이다. 이것은 종교적이고 이데올 로기적인 다원주의 신학의 주요한 논점인 넓은 의미의 에큐메니즘과 열려진 세속주의를 표명하였다. 그가 기독교의 사회적 구조에 대한 구원을 소망하는 에큐메니컬 신학에 거대한 영향을 끼친 영향을 주었으 나, 결국은 그것은 선교에서 편향된 구원을 지향하는 그리스도 중심의 혼합주의를 제안한 것이다.

        This study is aimed at analyzing social policy for unmarried single parents in Jeju Special Self- Governing Province, South Korea from 2005 to 2015 over 10 years by applying the policy analysis frame: dimensions of choice by Gilbert and Terrell(2013). The analysis result is as follows. First, the allocation dimension of who benefits has extended from selectivity of shelter-oriented service to universalism of community-based welfare services, which include not only unmarried mothers with their baby but also unmarried fathers with their baby. Second, social provisions have been enlarged and varied, ranging from simple shelter services to a multitude of services including shelter, voucher, cash, educational services, housing services and job training services etc. as shelter service changed into home-care service. Thirdly, the delivery system of social services for unmarried single parents has been changed from central governmental level through Jeju Special Provincial government to Jeju city government level. Research results found that all levels of government should reorganize and reform the service administration system for unmarried single parents, separated and specialized from family problems to meet the needs of a growing numberof single parents and various family types. Fourth, as financial resources of categorical grants from the central government to local government has been changed into block grants, financial deficit of local government can shake policy stability. That's why local communities should establish local ordinances to make all community social policy stable. Consequently, this policy analysis found that social welfare service for unmarried single parents has expanded but the financial resource limitation of local government can undermine the policy stability in the near future.

        This paper presents a parallel kd-tree traversal algorithm based on the parallel binary radix tree construction scheme proposed by Tero Karras in 2012. In his paper, Tero Karras proposed parallel tree construction algorithm which can maximize the utilization of GPU threads, but implementation and analysis of kd-tree are not fully discussed. This paper aims to fill the gap for the specific kd-tree cases. As an application for the kd-tree traversal method proposed in this paper, the proposed method has been implemented with NVIDIA’s CUDA framework and tested on NVIDIA’s realtime raytracing library, OptiX. As a result, the proposed method can construct tree structures within the requirement for realtime process, but still needs specialized spatial caching data structure like the “primitive tree” for highly detailed meshes to handle spatial queries as fast as to visualize implicit surfaces under OptiX framework. However, the proposed method can be applied to dynamic collision detection and manage scene and object information for game applications thanks to its fast tree construction process. Also, realtime raytracing can be applied to game applications based on this study.

        본 연구에서는 지질학 연구에 관한 과학철학적 논의를 기반으로 지구과학 탐구의 특징을 반영한 지구과학 탐구방법의 개념적 틀을 개발하고, 이 틀을 분석 도구로 하여 중학교 2학년 과학 교과서에 수록된 탐구 활동을 분석하였다. 분석틀에서는 지구과학의 탐구 방법을 논리적 추론 방법, 해석적 방법, 역사적 방법으로 구분하고, 각각에 부속하는 방법이나 방법론상의 특징들을 세분화하여 제시하였다. 분석을 위해서는 중학교 2학년 과학 교과서의 '지구의 역사와 지각 변동' 단원의 탐구 활동을 대상으로 하였다. 분석된 탐구 활동들에 논리적 추론 방법이 반영된 비율은 귀납적 방법이 23%, 연역적 방법이 22%, 귀추적 방법이 70로, 귀추적 방법이 가장 높은 반영 빈도를 보였다. 해석적 방법의 특징이 반영된 비율은 '이미 형성된 이해 구조의 역할'이 92%로 가장 높았으며, '순환적 추론'이 9%, '이해의 역사적 본성'이 17%였다. 역사적 방법은 그 반영된 비율이 높은 것으로부터 적절한 분류체계의 구성'(53%), '현대적 동일과정설의 원리 적용'(47%), '잔존물 해석'(41%), '단계이론화 과정에서 장소로써 시간을 대체'(3%), '독립된 연구 결과들의 수렴 정도 평가(3%) 순으로 나타났다.

        본 연구에서는 골조의 안정과 구조적인 거동에 영향을 미치는 2차 효과에 의한 기하학적 비선형 문제, 세장비가 작은 부재 단면의 소성, 보-기둥 접합부의 상태, 그리고 부재 내부에 발생되어 있는 기하학적 초기결함을 고려한 복합적인 비선형 해석프로그램을 개발하여, 철골조 구조물의 거동을 근사적으로 예측하고자 한다. 그리고, 각 비선형 해석의 신뢰성을 검증하고, 상호관계를 파악되기 위해서 각 해석에 따른 좌굴하중과 거동을 비교 검토한다.

        기초 지반상에 존재하는 3차원 골조구조물에 진동을 유발시키는 기계하중, 풍하중, 지진과 같은 동적 하중이 작용한다면, 지반-골조구조물 상호작용계의 동적거동을 해석하여야한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 실제 구조물에 근접한 기하학적 형상으로 이상화 시키기 위해, 슬래브와 기초판은 유연성을 갖는 4-절점 판요소, 보.기둥은 2-절점 보요소, 탄성지반은 8-절점 입체요소를 사용하여 유한요소법으로 3차원 상호작용계를 해석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 지반-골조구조물 상호작용계의 동적 거동을 해석하기 위해, 동적 운동 방정식을 정리한 후 유한요소 프로그램으로 상호작용계의 동적 거동을 해석하는 것이다.

        The objectives of this study are (1) to review previous studies in the context of brand management in consumer behaviors using costumer based brand equity (CBBE) and theory of planned behavior (TPB) as the basic foundation of the study; and (2) to develop a comprehensive research model by integrating relevant research constructs using meta-analysis. This study reviewed a total 173 studies from 58 published papers with 40 journals during 1991~2014 and developed a comprehensive framework with 16 research hypotheses. The results showed that (1) brand image, brand personality, brand association, and subjective norm are the important antecedents of brand attitudes; (2) brand awareness, brand trust, perceived quality, and perceived behavioral control are the important antecedents of brand loyalty; (3) brand attitude positively influences brand loyalty, which further influences brand equity; and (4) brand equity positively influences behavioral intention. This study fills in the research gap by integrating more research variables into CBBE model, particularly to include the influence of social context on consumer behavior through TPB. These results indicated that the integration between CBBE and TPB is meaningful and the comprehensive model can explain more variances than that of the individual model. Limitations, and recommendations for future research in this area are provided.

        This study aims to analyze of existing concepts of female entrepreneurship, evaluation of women’s entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan and development of recommendations for its development in the country. This paper begins by reviewing research on female entrepreneurship. In this research, authors proposed the methodological tools based on systematic approach using economic and statistic methods and 5Ms concept. Analysis algorithm consists of four stages: evaluation of women entrepreneurship scale and business directions, analysis of employment in women's enterprises and business environment in Kazakhstan. The main limitation of this study was the lack of some gender-related indicators on the development of entrepreneurship. Further, the obtained results showed strong and weak points of female entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan. According to the results, there has observed increase in contribution of women in social-economic development of the republic, women's entrepreneurial activity is increasing, and the number of enterprises headed by them is growing. However, the growth of female entrepreneurship occurs while maintaining their insignificance in terms of turnover and number of employees. There is a pronounced industry specificity of female entrepreneurship: the service sector. In accordance with this, there were identified priority areas and there were developed recommendations for the development of female entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan.

        Korean agricultural industry has weakened as demand for domestic agricultural products has declined due to accelerating market liberalization, aging and shrinking of rural population, and stagnating rural households’ incomes. On the other hand, as the forth industrial revolution unfolds in earnest, tremendous changes are expected, and those changes won’t be confined to certain industries but would shaken the world we know of entirely. Smart farm, which is one example of the fourth industrial revolution, is increasingly being recognized as a new growth engine for the future as smart farm and the science and technology behind it, not the size of arable land, will determine competitiveness of the agricultural industry and drive agricultural productivity and managerial efficiency. In consideration that John W. Kingdon’s Multiple Streams Framework has recently been presented as an important theoretical model in the policy field, this study analyzed problem stream, policy stream, and political stream in the process of forming the smart farm policy, and looked into what role the government played as policy entrepreneur in policy window. The smart farm policy was put on policy agenda by the government and was approved when the government announced the Smart Farm Plan together with relevant ministries at the 5th Economy-Related Ministers’ Meeting held in April 2018. This suggests that change of the government is the most critical factor in political stream, and explicitly indicates the importance of politics in formation of an agricultural policy. In addition, actual outcome of the policy and how policy alternatives that will enhance people’s understanding will support it seem to be the key to success. It also shows that it is important that policy alternatives be determined based on sufficient discussion amongst stakeholders.
