        본 연구의 목적은 컨테이너 육묘 시스템을 활용한 참외 접목 묘의 안정적인 생산 가능성을 평가하는 것이었다. 이를 위해, 컨테이너 육묘 시스템과 고온 조건의 플라스틱 온실에서 육묘 한 접수와 대목, 접목묘의 생육을 비교 분석하였다. 접목활착 후 육묘 환경에 따른 참외 접목묘의 생육과 묘소질을 0일, 4일, 7일, 11일, 14일째에 비교하였다. 컨테이너 육묘 시스템에서 는 주야간 온도를 25/20°C, 상대습도를 70%로 설정하여 재 배기간 동안 안정적으로 유지하였으며, 플라스틱 온실 내의 주야간 평균온도는 28.1/15.4°C로 주야간 온도차(DIF)가 더 크게 나타났다. 조사기간 동안 참외 접목묘의 초장은 플라스 틱 온실 육묘 처리구에서 컨테이너 육묘 시스템 처리구보다 더 길게 나타났다. 참외 접목묘 조직의 충실도는 지상부 건물 중을 초장으로 나누어 계산하였다. 육묘장에서 접목한 묘는 접목 후 7-10일 경과하여 활착이 완료되고 초장이 10cm 내 외일 때 출하하여 정식에 이용되게 된다. 본 연구에서 접목활 착 후 7일째에 컨테이너 육묘 시스템에서 재배된 묘의 충실도 는 44.9±2.64mg/cm으로 나타났으며, 플라스틱 온실 육묘 처 리구에서는 24.4±1.56mg/cm로 나타났다. SPAD 평균은 플 라스틱 온실 육묘에서 30.5, 컨테이너 육묘 시스템에서 41.1 로 측정되었다. 이러한 결과는 컨테이너 육묘 시스템의 활용 이 고온기 또는 저일조 시기와 같은 육묘 환경에서도 고품질 모종을 안정적으로 생산할 수 있는 것을 확인하였고, 인공광 을 이용한 육묘 시스템의 활용 범위가 앞으로 더 확대될 것으 로 기대된다.

        Information and communication technology(ICT) around the world in the 21st century presents a new vision of agriculture. Time, place, and the high-tech industry to overcome barriers to the fusion of the so-called “smart agriculture” is changing the landscape of agriculture. Precision Agriculture’s core container production for the mushroom cultivation temperature, humidity, irradiation, self-regulation, such as carbon dioxide, the optimal environment for mushroom cultivation was implemented. The Lentinula edodes (shiitake) is an edible mushroom native to East Asia, which is cultivated and consumed in many Asian countries. It is considered a medicinal mushroom in some forms of traditional medicine. The fungus was first described scientifically as Agaricus edodes by Miles Joseph Berkeley in 1877. It was placed in the genus Lentinula by David Pegler in 1976. We controlled different light source (Blue-Red-White combined LED, blue LED, red LED and fluorescent light) with different intensity of LED irradiation (1.5, 10.5, 20.5 μmol/m2s for LEDs) to compare growth and development. Lights were treated with 12 hour on/ 12hour off cycle maintained in a controlled room with 19 ~ 21oC temperature, 80~90% humidity, and 1,000 ppm CO2 atmosphere concentration for 30 days. Growth and development differed from the LED color source and intensity of LED irradiation. Growth and development was most effective in 10.5 μmol/m2s for blue LED. All LED light sources showed less growth and development in lowest intensity of irradiation, which indicates that higher than 1.5 μmol/m2s for LED is not effective. After harvesting fruit bodies, we measured their weight and length, thickness of pileus and stipe, chromaticity, and hardness. 10.5 μmol/m2s blue LED group was the best result of harvest with average individual weight (24.7g) and length (61.98mm), thickness (29.93mm) of pileus and length (33.60mm), thickness (16.86mm) of stipe with fine chromaticity, hardness. This results show us that 10.5 μmol/m2s blue LED was the best effect on growth and development of Lentinus edodes (shiitake) mushroom’s ICT system container type environment.

Auricularia auricula-judae, known as the Jew's ear, wood ear, jelly ear or by a number of other common names, is a species of edible Auriculariales fungus found worldwide. The fruiting body is distinguished by its noticeably ear-like shape and brown colouration. The fungus can be found throughout the year in temperate regions worldwide, where it grows upon both dead and living wood. We controlled different light source (Blue-Red-White combined LED, blue LED, red LED and fluorescent light) with different intensity of LED irradiation (1.5, 10.5 and 20.5 μmol/m2s for LEDs) to compare growth and development. Lights were treated with 12 hour on/ 12hour off cycle maintained in a controlled room with 19 ~ 21oC temperature, 85~95% humidity, and 1000ppm CO2 atmosphere concentration for 30 days. Growth and development differed from the LED color source and intensity of LED irradiation. Growth and development was most effective in 1.5 μmol/m2s irradiation for blue LED. All LED light sources showed less growth and development in highest intensity of irradiation, which indicates that higher than 20.5 μmol/m2s for LED is not effective. After harvesting fruit bodies, we measured their weight, length, width, thickness and chromaticity of fruit bodies. 1.5 μmol/m2s blue LED group was the best result of harvest with average individual weight (5.38g), length (65.37mm), width (56.87mm) and thickness (13.51mm) with fine chromaticity. This results show us that 1.5 μmol/m2s blue LED was the best effect on growth and development of Auricularia auricula-judae mushroom’s ICT system container type environment.

        Timing, place, and the high-tech industry to overcome barriers to the introduct of the so-called “smart agriculture”. The core factors of precision agriculture, including temperature, humidity, location information, and real summary information, are all significant for ICT controlling technique. The system is a four-season container allowing mushroom product, humidity, illumination, and factors such as carbon dioxide were regulated to create the optimal environment for mushroom cultivation. Hericium erinaceum (also called Lion's Mane Mushroom, Bearded Tooth Mushroom, or Bearded Tooth Fungus) is an edible and medicinal mushroom in the tooth fungus group. During approximately 40 days of incubation, 1.4 kg of oak sawdust was used as the test medium. The humidity, temperature, and CO2 density were maintained at >85–95%, 18–20oC, and 700–1,000 ppm, respectively, in the container type culture system. The time for primordium formation was observed to be 4–7 days. The amount of fruitbody production was 74–95 g per bag. This technique will be used to establish a new community support program, in conjunction with international movement, domestic sales and exports are also planned.

        This study was conducted to develop and evaluate an appropriate control device for a purge type controlled atmosphere (CA) storage in Korea. To determine ideal performance, oxygen and carbon dioxide control capability and airtightness were analyzed according to the postharvest management manual of CA storage of Fuji apples. In shortened experiments for CA storage, the condition was delayed CA at 0-0.5oC for three days and stored at 0.1-0.5% carbon dioxide levels for 3 days and then further stored 6 days under 1% carbon dioxide. As a result, the temperature control range of a developed CA container was 0.0-0.5oC, and the relative humidity was more than 90%, except for the defrosting step for the freezer during the storage period. The rate of pressure reduction for the CA container in the negative and positive pressure states was 0.45 and 0.21 mmH2O/min, respectively, and it was twofolds higher than standard airtightness for CA storage. After nitrogen injection, oxygen concentration was achieved at 2%, and carbon dioxide concentration was maintained at 0.1-0.5% for 6 days. Afterwards, carbon dioxide levels were tightly controlled between 0.1-1.0%. These results suggest that a developed purge type CA container could be effective in commercially maintaining the quality of agricultural products.

The humidity was maintained more than 85~90% and temperature was 16~18℃, and CO2 density was 500ppm. The days for primordium formation showed us 7~12 days. The width of pileus was 77~115mm. The length of pileus was 43~72mm. The spine was 11~14mm. The amount of fruitbody production was 125~240g per bag. This technique to establish the agricultural sector of Official Development Assistance (ODA) projects and new community support program in conjunction with the international movement, domestic sales and exports are also planned.

        남극 등 불량환경 하에서 에너지를 절감하면서 신선 채소를 생산할 수 있는 컨테이너 식물공장을 설계하여 개발하였다. 20피트 컨테이너(L5.9m×W2.4m×H2.4m)에 공간 활용을 최대화하기 위해 3단 수경재배시스템을 설치하였고, 양액공급은 저면급수 방식으로 하였다. 수경재배에서의 광원종류(광강도)에 따른 3가지 상추품종의 생육을 비교하였다. 정식 2주 후 광원종류(광강도)에 따른 상추 3품종의 생육결과는 형광등 145μmol·m-2·s-1 처리구에서 지상부 생체중과 엽면적이 양호하였으나, 정식 4주 후에는 형광등 +메탈할라이드등 150μmol·m-2·s-1에서 다른 광원시험구보다 생육이 양호하였다. 상추 품종간에는 '청치마상추'의 생체중이나 엽면적이 가장 많았으며, '적축면상추', '롤로로사' 순이었다. 엽록소 농도(SPAD)는 광원종류간에 큰 차이가 없었으며 '청치마상추'가 품종 특성에 맞게 다른 상추보다 높은 값을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과에서 인공광원을 이용한 식물공장에서 상추 재배시 광의 강도에 따라서 식물체 생육이 차이가 있었고, 상추의 품종에 따라 생육정도에 차이가 있었으며 이는 저광도의 식물공장 내에서 알맞은 품종을 선택하여야 할 것으로 판단되었다.

        월성 원자력 발전소의 TRF 시설에서 수집된 트리튬을 metal hydride 형태로 보관하고 있는 500 kCi급 트리튬 1차 저장용기를 발전소 밖의 폐기물 저장고로 안전하게 운반하기 위하여 트리튬 운반용기를 개발하였다. B형 운반용기의 기술기준을 적용하여 구조평가, 열평가, 방사선차폐평가, 격납평가 등을 수행하여 운반용기의 안전성을 분석하였다. 트리튬 운반용기는 정상운반조건 및 사고운반조건에서도 격납 경계가 손상되지 않는다고 평가되었다. 붕괴열로 인한 운반용기 내부 저장용기의 온도상승은 수치해석 결과, 원통형 모델에서는 로 나타났다. 운반사고 조건에 대한 열 평가로서 외부환경에 30분간 노출되었을 경우에는 단열재만의 열차폐를 고려하여 계산한 결과, 약 로 나타났으며, 내부 온도 상승은 1차 격납 경계인 1차 저장용기의 허용 온도인 에도 미치지 못하였다. 격납 차폐 평가에서도 사고조건인 의 외부 환경에 노출된 경우에서도 충분히 운반용기의 격납 성능을 유지할 수 있다고 판단되었다. 방사선에 대한 차폐 특성을 조사한 결과, 트리튬에서 발생된 선량은 1차 저장용기 외부 표면에서 0으로 계산되었다. 이상과 같이 500 kCi 급 트리튬 운반용기에 대한 안전성을 평가한 결과, 운반사고조건에서도 트리튬 운반용기는 전혀 이상이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

        원자력발전소의 1차 계통에서 오염된 장비들을 취급이 용이하고 안전하게 운반하기 위한 운반용기는 내부의 방사성 물질에 대한 방사능 평가에 의하여 방사성물질 A형 운반용기로 분류된다. 방사성물질 A형 운반용기는 IAEA Safety Standard Series No. ST-1 및 국내 원자력법 등 관련규정의 기술기준을 만족하여야 하는데, 운반용기는 중량에 따라 0.31.2m의 높이에서 소성이 일어나지 않는 단단한 바닥면으로 가장 심각한 손상을 주는 방향으로 낙하시키는 정상운반조건(normal transport conditions)에 대하여 구조적 건전성을 유지하여야 한다. 여기서는 ABAQUS/Explicit 코드를 이용하여 컨테이너형태의 A형 운반용기에 대하여 최대손상이 야기되는 0.9m 경사낙하조건에 대한 3차원 충격해석을 수행하고 구조적 건전성을 평가하였는데, 운반용기는 경사낙하시 코너피팅(corner fitting)의 분쇄(crush)에 의하여 대부분의 충격을 흡수하였으며 운반용기의 격납경계는 구조적 건전성을 유지하였다.

        In order to evaluate the effect of various organic soil conditioner ratios on the soil moisture content and growth of Cotoneaster horizontalis, a container type for wall-planting experiment was conducted in a greenhouse at Konkuk University under non-irrigation. The experimental planting grounds were prepared with different organic soil conditioner ratios (A1L0, A8L1, A4L1 A2L1 and A1L1), and a drought-tolerant ornamental variety of Cotoneaster horizontalis was planted. The change in soil moisture content, plant height, number of branches, number of dead leaves, number of leaves, number of shoots, length of node, length of leaf, width of leaf, root-collar caliper, chlorophyll content, and survival rate were investigated, from April to Jun 2010. The results of soil moisture content measurements were analyzed with weight units in the container type for wall-planting during the dry summer season. The soil moisture contents were significantly enhanced in the container type for wall-planting in increasing order as the amount of soil conditioner level was increased (A1L1> A2L1> A4L1> A8L1> A1L0). Compared to the control treatment application (amended soil with 100% + organic soil conditioner 0%), the highest plant growth was observed in the treatment of A1L1 application (amended soil with 50% + organic soil conditioner 50%). However, the differences between the organic soil conditioner ratio treatments of A1L1, A4L1, and A8L1 organic soil conditioner application were mostly not significant. The survival rate increased with the increasing application of organic soil conditioner, but in the control treatment application all the plants died. The experimental results from clearly demonstrated that the organic soil conditioner improved the survival rate more than the growth of Cotoneaster horizontalis. Therefore, Cotoneaster horizontalis is expected to be a highly valuable shrub for green wall systems, when considered for us in integration system or for increasing soil water contents in planting grounds.

        컨테이너 크레인의 설계 시 적용되는 하중 조건 중에서 풍하중이 가장 중요하게 고려되어지는바, 본 연구는 75m/s의 풍하중이 컨테이너 크레인에 작용 할 때 컨테이너 크레인의 구조적 안정성에 미치는 영향을 보다 정확하게 예측하기 위하여 유동-구조 연성해석을 실시하였다. 컨테이너 크레인에 작용하는 실제 유동현상을 고려하기 위하여 먼저 전산유동해석을 실시하였으며, 이를 통해서 얻어진 풍하중을 구조해석의 하중조건으로 적용하는 유동-구조 연성해석을 통하여 컨테이너 크레인 각 지지점에서의 반력을 도출하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 사용된 모델은 주변 환경으로 인하여 컨테이너 크레인의 최대 고도가 제한 될 경우 사용되는 관절형 컨테이너 크레인이며 전산유동해석 및 유동-구조 연성해석 프로그램으로는 ANSYS ICEM CFD 10.0과 ANSYS CFX 10.0을 사용하였다.

        This study is to find the effective way to green perpendicular wall spaces as soon as possible and to get basic data for activating the perpendicular greening on high story building through the experiment of container-type planting ground in which lightened artificial soil mixed with rock wool was put. Comparative studies of the sizes of containers and soil were carried out but separate management was not performed. Four plants(Euonymus fortunei var. radicans, Lonicera japonica, Parthenocissus quinquefolia, Parthenocissus tricuspidata) which have the capability to cover and screen perpendicular spaces were used in the experiment. In result, a container must be equipped with over 15㎝ depth soil mixed with less than 30% of rock wool.

        우리나라가 세계 물류기지의 중심 국으로 발전하기 위해서는 날로 급증하고 있는 물류량을 처리하기 위한 항만의 건성이 시급한 과제이다. 국토가 좁고 대도기에 인구가 급증하고 있으나 삼면이 바라도 둘러 쌓여 잇는 우리나라의 경우에는 해양공간개발이 필요하다. 증가하는 물류량은 처리할 수 있는 항만의 건설을 위하여 본 연구에서는 초대형 부유채식 컨테이너 야드를 제안하고 해상에 설치되는 초대형 부유채식 컨테이너 야드가 파의 길이 , 해역의 수심, 입사하는 파의 방향등에 따라서 어떠한 응답특성을 나타내는지 파악한다.
