The Internet of Things (IoT) has gained enormous popularity in various fields of industry. An IoT shopping environment is considered an effective tool for convenient use by consumers. Perceived values (including convenience and privacy risks) of IoT shopping can be the main factors that influence consumers’ shopping intentions. The current study proposed a research model based on a value-based adoption model, which integrated perceived benefit and sacrifice, shopping attitude, and shopping intention in an IoT shopping environment. As potential customers, participants in their 20s and 30s were recruited through a marketing research firm. Responses collected via an online questionnaire validated the proposed research model and hypothesis. The results confirmed significant, positive relationships between perceived benefit, including both remote control and access convenience, and consumers’ positive attitudes toward IoT shopping. The association between perceived privacy risk and consumers’ shopping attitudes was not significant. The indirect effects of two benefits of IoT shopping on shopping intention were also significant and positive. From a practical perspective, this study can help marketers and service providers manage their IoT shopping platforms or applications more effectively to attract consumers. The implications and limitations of this study are discussed. Directions for future research and development of IoT shopping environment are suggested.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the regular selling price and nutrient contents of foods used for special medical purposes in Korea. This study investigated the regular selling price and nutritional composition of 114 enteral nutrition (EN) foods on the manufacturer’s internet homepage. The average price of the total products was 1,156.0 won/100 mL. The price of foods used for calorie and nutrient supplementation (CNS) was significantly higher compared to that of the other EN food types (p<0.01). With respect to the nutritional content per 100 mL of the product, EN foods for CNS had significantly higher contents of energy, protein, 5 minerals, and 7 vitamins than the other EN food types. On comparing the nutritional contents of foods according to the price, the balanced nutrition foods showed significantly higher contents of energy, carbohydrate, protein, 3 minerals, and 7 vitamins in high-priced products than in low-priced foods. Summarizing these results, foods for CNS were approximately twice as expensive as the other EN foods, and the energy, protein, mineral, and vitamin contents were also high. Balanced nutrition foods had higher nutrient contents in high-priced products, which showed the relationship between the product price and nutrient content.

This study aims at identifying how the Korean scholarly group's internet language features changed during the last 10 years. For this study, 2,450 written texts on the same web-site in which a previous study collected data were analyzed. This comparison study showed the following results: 1)First of all, the scholarly group's internet texts still involved standard language, high-quality vocabulary and long sentences; 2)However, it was very difficult to find Chinese characters and the percentage of the usage of English increased significantly; 3)Presenting objective data and numbering were still frequently seen; 4)Furthermore, typical internet languages such as slang, argot and abbreviations began to appear; 5)Texts showing self-reflection and teaching tone have been decreased. Instead, texts implying psychological pressure and worries about their jobs have increased; 6)The biggest change was that most of communicator's names were written in English (or unidentified words) or commonly used internet names. This study concludes that comparing to the previous study, the scholarly group's internet language features have changed (although some based on occupational variables remained the same), and that these changes might be affected by social changes taking place in the scholarly group.

과학 발전 및 인류 경제생활 수준이 높아짐과 동시에 중국의 피아 노 문화 시장은 점차 대중성ㆍ다원화성ㆍ다양성 등의 특징을 보이고 있다. 피아노 레슨의 사회적 수요가 나날이 늘어나고 있기 때문에 피 아노 교육학과 학생들은 광범한 피아노 문화 시장의 수요에 만족하 기 위한 준비를 해야 한다. 엘리트 수업의 단일 교육 모델을 깨고 인터넷 플랫폼을 이용한 대 중을 향하는 피아노 교육 방식이 현재 대세이다. 이는 여러 과정의 종합수업 모델 하에서 ‘실용 피아노’의 교수방법과 특징을 활용하여 피아노연주ㆍ기초악리지식ㆍ작곡기초이론을 전통적인 이론 수업과 유기적으로 통합시켜 ‘교과 이념의 시대화, 수업내용의 혁신화, 교수 법의 다양성, 교육평가의 다원화의 특징을 구현하였다. 이는 고급성 ㆍ전문화ㆍ실천성 등 특징을 갖게 된다. 인터넷의 혁신적 성과를 ‘실용 피아노’ 교육에 깊이 있게 융합시 키는 것은 피아노 교육의 대세로, 피아노 실용형 혁신 인재의 배양에 큰 도움을 주게 될 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 인터넷 활용을 포함하는 정보활용 환경요인과 자기효능감, 사회적 유능감 간에 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지를 구명하는데 있다. 본 연구는 유의표집 방법으로 표집하였으며, 경기도에 소재한 초등학교 2개교, 중학교 2개교 학생 719명 이다. 설정된 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 SPSS/PC Win(ver. 20.0)과 AMOS 20.0을 프로 그램을 이용하여 설문 문항의 내적 신뢰도(Cronbach α), 상관관계분석, 및 경로분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 자기효능감에는 교우관계, 교사관계, 인터넷활용이 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 사회적 유능감에는 교우관계, 인터넷 활용이 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 청소년의 교우관계, 교사관계, 인터넷활용, 자기효능감, 사회적유능감 간에는 직간접적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 자기효능감은 교우관계, 교사관계, 인터넷 환경, 자기 효능감, 사회적유능감 간에 매개역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 미래의 잠재적 일에 대한 개인들의 동기 수준은 진로와 관련된 개인들의 능력에 대한 믿음의 수준을 결정하는 중요한 변인이 된다고 할 수 있다.

The Internet has opened an industry chain connecting movies, TV, online games and animation, so the IP of online novels is not limited to movie adaptations, but also includes games, anime, and peripheral products. The gradual improvement of the online novel copyright trading market is the transformation of the IP Internet providing a development environment, and building a complete industrial model can make popular IP play a higher value. However, compared with the relatively complete and mature IP industry chain abroad, China's online novel IP industry still has many problems. The problems of the IP industry of online novels have become more and more obvious, and the quality of works is uneven; the main body of each link of the industrial chain is lacking in union; the value of brand IP has not been maximized. The popularity of online novel IP indicates that the industry has recognized the characteristic of "content is king" in the cultural and creative industry, IP development is a long-term process, and it is vigilant that the market caters to the short-sighted behavior of "emphasis on interests and light on culture" This paper discusses the problems of IP development of Internet novel by analyzing the status quo of IP development, analyzing its characteristics and summarizing the mode of IP industrialization of Internet novel from the angle of culture industry development, taking IP as the object of research. Based on the development of the cultural industry value chain, it proposes solutions on how to convert online novel IP into high-quality IP resources and how to develop new models under the original industrial model, with a view to providing a new format for constructing and improving the industrialization of online novel IP reference.

사상초유의 대통령 탄핵을 경험한 한국사회에서 인터넷은 소통의 새로운 방식이자 공간의 확장으로 여겨진다. 그러나 중국의 인터넷 공간은 한국과는 사뭇 다른 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 표현의 자유보다는 ‘인터넷 주권’이 우선시되기 때문에 국가 안보를 위협하는 요소들은 모두 검열과 차단의 대상이 되고 있다. 인터넷 만리장성(Gr eat Firewall of China)의 구축, 구글·페이스북·트위터 등 글로벌 인터넷 기업들의 퇴 출과 중국 IT 기업의 부상은 중국 내 인터넷 통제가 더욱 견고해지고 치밀해지는 과정을 여실히 보여준다. 이와 동시에 중국정부는 경제발전에 핵심적 역할을 담당하는 인터넷 산업을 발전시키기 위해 적극적인 지원을 아끼지 않고 있다. 정부의 지원에 힘입어 중국은 모바일 결제 시스템, 공유경제 시장에서 타의 추종을 불허하는 성장세를 보이고 있다. 본고는 중국의 사례를 통해 인터넷 공간이 국가권력에 의해 어떻게 재영토화되는 지와 공간이론으로 설명하기 힘든 중국식 가상공간의 확장을 살펴보고, 중국을 포함 한 전 세계적 가상공간이 보편성을 획득하기 위해 갖추어야 할 선행조건에 대해 고민해보고자 한다. 아울러 서구 철학사와 물리학사에서 논의되어온 절대적 공간 개념 및 상대적 공간 개념이 중국의 인터넷 공간에서도 적용 가능한지를 짚어봄으로써 중국의 인터넷 공간이 지니는 특성에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

Anecdotal reports indicate that maladaptive patterns of Internet use constitute behavioral addiction. Internet addiction is characterized by unrestrained and awfully controlled engrossment or behaviors regarding internet access that lead to impairment, stress, dimensionally measured depression, indicators of social separation and anguish. By reviewing and analyzing approximately 100 articles we present evidence that are able to provide an overview of the main themes and proclivity covered by existing and relevant studies. The vital detection of this research unveils that many factors related to social, demographic, lifestyle changes related constructs have a bearing on the phenomenon of internet addiction strongly. This study not only reached certain conclusions for both theory and practice, but also defined future lines of research according to the gaps detected by the study’s results. The main findings from this literature, though not conclusive, but will help the researcher and policymakers to obtain a better understanding and description of the problem faced by the youth and necessary to develop some remedies to lessen the addiction phenomenon.

With the rapid development of information technology and education informatization, the informational teaching ability of university teachers has become an indispensable ability of university teachers in the “Internet” era. Improving the ability of informational teaching and adapting to the development of the times have become the only way for the development of university teachers. This paper explores the countermeasures to the improvement of the teaching ability of teachers in colleges and universities. Firstly, the paper expounds the basic connotation of college teachers' informatization teaching ability: information teaching awareness and attitude, basic ability of informatization teaching, information technology and curriculum integration ability, evaluation and innovation ability, etc. Secondly, analyzes the main problems existing in the information teaching ability of Chinese college teachers. Teachers in universities and colleges have a certain awareness of using infoumation technology in teaching, but their ability to apply information teaching technology is poor, expecially in application of informatization teaching resources. On this basis, we find out the countermeasure form the perspectives of the government, schools and teachers, aiming to promote the connotative construction and characteristic development in private colleges.

우리나라는 그동안 특허법 제127조에 의해 주요국의 간접침해 제도와 유사한 제도를 운영하고 있었으나 이는 주요국의 해당 규정과는 내용 면에서 상당한 차이점이 있는 특유한 입법이었다. 특히 동조는 일본의 1959년 개정 특허법의 내용을 거의 그대로 도입한 것인데 일본 특허법이 몇 차례 개정된 데에 반하여 우리 특허법 제127조는 여전히 도입 당시의 내용을 유지하고 있어 디지털‧네트워크 환경에서 새롭게 등장하는 침해의 유형에 유연하게 대응하지 못한다는 지적이 꾸준히 있어왔다. 특허청에서는 기존에 있었던 이러한 논의를 반영하여 ‘18년 9월 특허법 제127조의 개정안 초안을 발표하였으며, ’19년 3월에는 이를 다소 수정한 개정안이 국회에서 발의되었다(특허법 일부 개정법률안, 의안번호 2019282). 개정안은 기존의 규정을 존치시킨 가운데 제외 국의 입법례와 거의 동일한 간접침해 규정을 추가하였으며, 그 밖에 온라인 전송행위와 관련된 규정 및 유도침해 규정을 신설하였는데 4차 산업 혁명 시대에 보다 부합하도록 규제 체계가 정비 되었다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다고 할 것이다. 다만 온라인 전송행위 규정과 관련하여 ‘전자적 수단’에 컴퓨터 프로그램 등 소프트웨어가 포 함되는 것인지가 불분명하고 제3호 유도침해 규정의 경우 여전히 직접침해를 전제로 하고 있지 않아 그 적용 범위가 너무 넓어질 가능성이 있으므로 수정이 필요하다고 생각된다. 한편 이번 개정안에는 반영되지 않았으나 직접침해가 국외에서 일어나는 경우에 제127조를 적용할 수 있는지와 관련하여 불분명한 점이 있으므로 향후에는 이에 대해 명문 규정을 두는 방안을 검토할 필요가 있다. 또한 제외국의 간접침해 규정을 도입한 가운데 기존 규정을 그대로 병존시키는 것은 법리적 필연성이 미약하다고 할 것이므로 향후에는 기존 규정을 삭제하는 방안에 대해서도 논의가 필요하다고 본다.

The level of aging in Yanbian area has surpassed that in China so that the situation is very serious. With the high proportion of the elderly living alone, the poor elderly in Yanbian area and the premise of insufficient provision for the aged, there are many problems, such as the diversification of the elderly problem, the disparity of the elderly individuals, the weak awareness of the old-age planning and the weak subjectivity of the elderly. The home-based care for the elderly in Yanbian community is also facing great challenges. There are some problems in Yanbian community pension service, such as insufficient special funds, low level of professionalism, contradiction of social service delivery system, and lack of a joint force among the main bearers of social work for the elderly. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a "medical treatment+supporting+nursing" combined, "four in one" multi-linked community home service model and set up a service network system for the elderly to realize the diversification of the service carriers for the elderly, fulfill the diversification and individualization service needs of the elderly groups in Yanbian in the process of service specialization to meet the diversified and individual service needs of the elderly groups.

현재 중국은 사회안정, 민족단결, 국가통일, 사회주의를 수호한다는 명분으로 인터넷의 민주적 기능을 엄격히 통제하고 강력한 검열시스템으로 관리하고 있다. 마찬가지로 종교에도 법치의 관철을 강조하며 규제를 강화하고 있다. 따라서 지금 중국에서 인터넷과 종교는 갈등의 현장이자 해결을 기다리는 모순이라고 할 수 있고 이 현상에 대한 이해와 파악이 필요하다. 본 논문은 우선 중국 인터넷의 발전에 따라 강화되어온 인터넷종교 유관정책들의 변화 추이를 살펴보고, 그런 다음 필자가 두 해 정도 온라인에서 주시해 왔던 중국 인터넷종교의 활동양상을 고찰했다. 그 활동주체에 따라서 4단계로 나누어 당정이 내놓은 인터넷종교 정책에 순응하거나 경계하는 양상을 살펴보았다.

본 연구에서는 노인요양시설이 인터넷 뉴스에 어떻게 노출되었는지 알아보고자 2019년 1월부터 11월까지 인터넷 상에서 ‘노인요양시설’을 키워드로 검색하여 자료를 수집하였다. 노인요양시설 관련 기사를 분석할 때는 중복되지 않은 내용을 중심으로 총 47건의 인터넷 뉴스를 대상으로 하였다. 선정된 기사내용의 보도경향에 대해서는 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 외형적 보도경향의 경우 노인요양시설 관련 기사가 10월에 가장 많았고, 기사는 뉴스의 형태와 인터넷 신문기사에 의한 정보전달이 대부분이었다. 둘째, 내용적 보도경향인 기사의 주제는‘인권⋅복지’가 가장 많았고, 다음으로 ‘시설⋅설비’ 순으로 나타났다. 기사 논조는 긍정적인 기사 내용이 많았다. 이는 노인요양시설의 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안 제시를 주로 다루었기 때문이다. 따라서 노인요양시설 관련 기사를 살펴봄으로써 시설 관리감독 철저, 종사자에 대한 인권교육, 입소 어르신의 자기 결정권, 종사자의 처우개선에 관심을 갖고 미래를 대비할 수 있는 노인복지가 실현될 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 노베르트 볼츠와 발터 벤야민의 이론을 중심으로 인터넷 방송에 대해 정의하고 인터넷 방송이 대중적으로 발전 가능성이 높은 매체임을 인지하여 연구를 진행하였다. 현대시대 방송은 과거 텔레비전 방송에서 종류가 늘어나 개인이 운영하는 인터넷 방송으로 개인화, 다양화 되었다. 본 연구역시 이점에 주목하여 인터넷 방송이 기존의 방송과 어떤 차이점이 있는지 분석하고 직접 체험 해보았다. 본 연구는 인터넷 방송의 발전은 사람들에게 삶의 재충전 기능과 활력소를 제공하고 공유함으로써 새로운 문화가 될 것이라고 보았다. 그 중 게임 컨텐츠는 젊은 세대는 물론 그 윗 세대인 40대, 50대에게도 어필할 수 있는, 세대를 어우르는 중요 컨텐츠가 될 수 있다. 더 줄일 수 있다. 그리고 제안된 모델은 앞으로 다른 게임이나 스포츠 게임에도 적용될 것이다.

This paper examines the distributional patterns of ‘swearing’ expressions produced in cyberspace in response to NAVER internet news articles. A range of contextual features associated with the use of swearing expressions are identified in terms of their tendency to be formulated as response cries produced as part of affectively-loaded assessments. Serving as a resource for managing face through footing shift, the ways in which swearing expressions are formulated and deployed embody the writer's orientation to treating the cyberspace where they are situated as a form of ‘social situation’ where at least some form of face/impression management is required. The predominant use of their variant forms is analyzed not simply as an attempt to outsmart the institutional attempt at controlling their use but as a collusive act through which the fellow participants are co-implicated in a collective word play organized as a cyberspace-specific form of language game. The tendency of the swearing expressions to cluster and resonate with each other suggests that swearing in cyberspace should be treated not simply as an unconstrained individualized act but as an act embedded in interactively-organized ‘word play’ activities that are obliquely, but crucially, geared to enhancing consensual grounds for shared affective stance among the members of the cyber-community of practice.

21세기의 현대미술은 다학제적(多學際的)으로 수입된 신조어들과 유동적이며 불안하게 흔들리고 있다. 본 논문은 2010년대를 중심으로 현대미술계에서 뜨거운 관심을 받아온 ‘포스트인 터넷아트’와 ‘사변적 실재론’의 등장 배경과 소비된 양상을 살펴본다. 인터넷을 중심으로 디지털 기술 환경에 대한 현대미술비평의 관심과 함께 등장한 포스트인터넷아트는 남용 및 정의의 혼선의 과정과 함께하면서 명확한 의미 없이 동시대 문화 속에서 점유하는 가치와 평판을 획득해갔 다. 또한 철학과 인문사회과학에서 발단하여 미술계로 빠르게 전이된 사변적 실재론은, 현대미술과의 이론적 관계를 해결하지 못한 상황에서 종종 포스트인터넷아트와 결합하여 남용되는 양상을 보였다. 포스트인터넷과 사변적 실재론은 동시대의 현대미술이 당면한 중대하고 시급한 담론과 밀접히 관련하고 있으나, 불안정성의 사회 속 현대미술계에서는 유행 신조어들을 향한 성급하고 불순한 충동이 공존하고 있음을 밝힌다.

As the most commonly used Chinese character dictionary in Korea, Korea's the Chinese-Korean Dictionary was originally revised from the Large Chinese-Korean Dictionary(1964) and retained Chinese characters from ancient times to around 1950. Since the initial edition of 1973, the dictionary has been reprinted several times and has not been revised. In view of the deletion of some worthwhile Chinese characters in the Chinese-Korean Dictionary on the basis of the Large Chinese-Korean Dictionary, or the inappropriate deletion of some entries, and the many imperfections in the compilation style, such as the lack of illustrations, Chinese phonetic notes and Chinese annotations, etc., this paper holds that the Chinese-Korean Dictionary should be revised and properly included and deleted. In addition to the valuable Chinese characters, and improve the compilation style, so that it is more detailed, more convenient for readers to use. At the same time, in order to overcome the limitations of paper dictionary, expand its capacity, update entries in time, and make it easy for readers to carry, it is necessary to launch the Internet dictionary of the Chinese-Korean Dictionary.

The purpose of this study is to categorize intention of comment writers by analyzing frame of swearing comments in response to internet news articles. To accomplish this purpose, this study looks into the general trend of the studies regarding swearing comments and finds out the concepts of frame and framing especially useful for the news comments studies. And then, a model for frame analysis and intention categorization about the comments are made. This study particularly focuses on the comments about the internet news articles for “animal welfare” and “climate and weather” and uses the frame of the swearing comments provided by NAVER are analyzed. The findings show that the fame of “family, life respect, social welfare, economic feasibility” is evoked in the animal welfare, and the frame of “hardship of life, regional emotion, weather agency, money loss,” in the climate and weather. This study also shows the intention category of comment writers, “blame, disgust, curse, grumble, ridicule,” grounded in respective frame analysis.
