본 연구는 2018년 10월 10일∼13일까지 G시 간호대학 2, 3학년을 대상으로 식행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구결과, 식행동은 대상자의 용돈 중 식비(F=5.83, p=.003), 식생활 패턴(F=4.14, p<.001), 편식 정도(F=9.27, p<.001)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 변수 간 의 상관관계는 식행동은 생활 스트레스(r=-.16, p=.001) 및 식습관(r=.50, p<.001)과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 식행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 식습관(β=.42, p<.001), 용돈 중 식비(β=-.14, p=.007), 편 식상태(β=-.14, p=.007), 생활 스트레스(β=-.13, p=.010) 순으로 나타났으며 설명력은 30.6%로 식행동 모형은 유의하였다(F=26.63, p<.001). 본 연구결과를 토대로 건강한 식생활 실천할 수 있는 방법을 모색할 필요가 있으리라 사료된다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate dietary habits, health lifestyle, preference and intake of beverages of Chinese students in Gyeonggi area. Therefore, we try to identify the factors that affect beverage consumption. According to the analysis of the demographic characteristics of male and female Chinese students, there were 155 male students (49.7%) and 157 female students (50.3%). There were statistically significant differences between the residence period and the time of coming to Korea according to sex (p<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference between the education level, residence type and Korean ability (p>0.05). Analysis of the differences in health-related lifestyle among Chinese students of both sexes showed statistically significant difference in alcohol drinking, smoking, and exercise according to sex (p<0.05), but no statistically significant difference in computer use time (p>0.05). According to the analysis of the dietary habits of the Chinese students, there was a statistically significant difference in the number of meals per day, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack frequency and number of midnight snacks, but no statistically significant difference in eating out frequency. As a result of the preference test for general beverages, 4.11 points of water, 3.81 points of milk, 3.64 points of fruit and vegetable juice, 3.58 points of tea, 3.25 points of coffee, 3.22 points of carbonated drinks, 2.92 points of functional drinks, respectively. Male students were more likely to prefer water, tea, and health functional drinks while female students had higher preference for fruit, vegetable juice and vinegar drinks (p<0.05). In general, consumption of regular drinks was 4.95 in water, 3.58 in milk, 3.03 in coffee, 2.92 in carbonated drink, 2.91 in fruit and vegetable juice, 2.63 in tea, 2.07 in functional drink, and 1.44 in vinegar appear. Male students had higher intake of water, tea, carbonated drinks, and health functional drinks while female students had higher intake of fruit and vegetable juice (p<0.05). The results of correlation analysis of factors affecting the general drinking of Chinese students are as follows. The intake of tea was related to the period of residence and dietary habits, the intake of milk for breakfast, the number of snacks and midnight snacks for carbonated drinks, and the fruit vegetable juice were related to dietary habits (p<0.01, p<0.05). 본 연구는 스마트 폰을 이용한 유아의 생활습관 검사도구 개발 및 통계적 타당성 검증을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울에 있는 중산층 3,4,5,6세의 부모 178명으로, 스마트폰 응용 프로그램을 통해 질문에 응답했습니다. 수집된 데이터는 Web-r v3.1 (R 버전 3.3.2) 및 R-SEM 2.0 alpha (lavaan 버전 0.5-22)로 분석되 었습니다. 유아의 기본생활 습관의 구성개념의 타당도를 측정하기 위해 확인요인분석을 실시하였으며, 수렴타 당성을 검증하기 위해 개념신뢰도와 분산추출 수를 계산하였다. 확인요인분석에서 모델의 적합성기준은 5 가지 요인과 21 항목 (CFI : .931; TLI : .919; SRMR : .0458 : RMSEA; .075)에서 만족되었다. 또한 5요소 기본생 활습관모델의 개념신뢰도는 .829 ~ .912이고 분산추출지수는 .521 ~ .676이므로 집중타당성을 확보할 수 있었다. 결과적으로 기본생활습관 측정도구의 질문에 대한 안정성과 타당성이 안정적으로 검증되었습니다.
The purpose of this study was to compare weight control behaviour, eating habits, and health-related life habits accordingto degree of obesity among normal, overweight, and obese groups. Self-perception of weight and desire for weight controlin males (p<0.001) and females (p<0.001) varied among the three groups. Reasons (p<0.001), experience (p<0.01), andmethod of weight control (p<0.05) were different among the three female groups, whereas males did not show anydifferences. Intake of nutritional supplements in the male obese group was higher compared to other groups (p<0.01),whereas eating habits were not significantly different among the three groups for both males and females. Food habits scorefor intake of fruits, milk, and yogurt were higher in females than males (p<0.001). Correlation coefficients of food habitsscore and anthropometric measurements showed that hip circumference was negative for intake of fruits in males, whereasRBW and BMI were positive for food combination, intake of bean products, and fishes in females (p<0.05). Frequency andfitting exercise in the obese female group were lower than in the other groups (p<0.01). Therefore, proper nutritionaleducation for obese individuals is recommended proper self-perception of weight, good food habits, and regular exercise.
In this study we included 298 working women in Kangwon province to investigate the life style and eating habits related to constipation. The subjects were divided into 3 groups according to Roman II criteria as follows : normal, mild constipation and constipation groups. For the result, 48.4%, 42.7%, 27.2% and 28.6% of the subjects had constipation in the order of 20's, 30's, 40's, and 50's, respectively. Constipation group had low frequency of bowel movement per week and irregular visit to toilet compared to normal and mild constipation groups. There were higher percentage of people with reading habit while sitting on a toilet, in the constipation group compare to other groups. Constipation groups had difficulty having bowel movement when sleeping outside of their home. There was a significant difference in water consumption per day among the 3 groups. But there was no significant difference in the amount of meals consumed and the number of meals with snacks per day. For the food frequency, there was lower frequency of yogurt and vegetables consumption in the constipation group. But there was no difference in how to eat fruits. From these results, we concluded that in order to treat the constipation, it is recommended to take enough water and dietary fiber, and to have physical activities for the working women.
본 연구는 인천지역 일부 남녀 대학생들을 대상으로 올바 른 식습관의 확립과 신체적, 심리적인 건강을 위한 기초자료 로 제공하고자 실시하였으며, 식습관에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요 인으로 건강관련 생활습관, 신체증상, 체성분을 조사․분석 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 대상자의 일반적인 특성으로는 남학생 96명(39.2%), 여 학생 149명(60.8%), 거주 형태는 자택 및 친척집 202명(82.4%), 자취 43명(17.6%), 통학 수단은 도보 48명(19.6%), 자전거 1명 (0.4%), 자가용 5명(2.0%), 버스 65명(26.5%), 지하철 126명 (51.4%), 학년은 1학년 60명(24.5%), 2학년 54명(22.0%), 3학년 84명(34.3%), 4학년 47명(19.2%)으로 나타났다. 또한 건강관 련 생활습관에서 운동 여부는 ‘하고 있다’ 120명(49.8%), ‘하 고 있지 않다’ 125명(51.0%), 흡연 여부는 ‘하고 있다’ 16명 (6.5%), ‘하고 있지 않다’ 229명(93.5%), 음주 여부는 ‘하고 있 다’ 58명(23.7%), ‘하고 있지 않다’ 187명(76.3%)으로 나타났 다. BMI는 저체중, 정상군, 과체중, 비만이 각각 13명(5.3%), 122명(49.8%), 79명(32.2%), 31명(12.7%)로 나타나, 정상체중 이 가장 많은 반면, 저체중과 비만 학생의 비율이 낮았다. 2. 남녀 대학생들의 건강관련 실천 양상의 차이를 분석한 결과, 흡연, 음주, 운동 여부, 과일 섭취, BMI에서 유의적인 차이를 보인 반면(p<0.05), 육류 섭취는 유의한 차이를 보이 지 않았다(p>0.05). 3. 남녀 대학생들의 식습관의 차이를 분석한 결과, 전체적 으로 ‘아침은 매일 규칙적으로 먹는가’, ‘식사는 언제나 적당 한 양을 먹는가’, ‘1일 2끼 정도의 고기․생선․달걀․콩제품 중의 어느 것인가를 먹고 있는가’, ‘기름을 넣어서 조리한 음 식을 매일 먹는가?’에서 남녀 모두 주 3~5일 실천하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 남녀 대학생 간의 ‘과일을 매일 먹는가’ (p<0.05)에서 통계적인 유의적인 차이가 나타나, 여학생이 남 학생보다 과일 섭취 빈도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 4. 남녀 대학생들의 신체증상의 차이를 분석한 결과, 남녀 모두 ‘쉽게 피로하다’, ‘집중력이 떨어진다’가 높게 나타났으 며, ‘두통이 있다’, ‘감기에 잘 걸린다’, ‘평소에 어지럽다’, ‘쉽게 피로하다’, ‘계단을 오를 때 숨이 가쁘다’, ‘집중력이 떨 어진다’, ‘소화가 잘 안 된다’, ‘변비가 있다’에서 성별에 따른 통계적으로 유의적인 차이가 나타난 반면(p<0.05), ‘얼굴이 창백하다’, ‘소화가 안 된다’, ‘설사 증상이 있다’에서 통계적 으로 유의적인 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다(p>0.05). 5. 남녀 대학생들의 체성분의 차이를 분석한 결과, 전체적 으로 신장, 체중, BMI, 근육량, 체지방량, 골격근량, 복부지방 률에서 모두 성별에 따른 통계적으로 유의적인 차이가 나타 났다(p<0.05). 6. 남녀 대학생들의 식습관과 신체증상의 상관관계를 분석 한 결과, 남녀 대학생들이 일상생활에서 경험할 수 있는 신체 증상과 식습관의 관계에서 기름을 넣어서 조리한 음식을 매 일 먹는 경우 ‘소화가 잘 안 된다’와 ‘집중력이 떨어진다’, ‘두 통이 있다’ 간에 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 우유를 매일 마 시는 경우 ‘소화가 잘 안 된다’ 간에 음의 상관관계, 1일 2끼 정도는 고기, 생선, 달걀, 콩제품 중의 어느 것인가를 먹는 경 우 ‘소화가 잘 안 된다’와 ‘변비가 있다’간에 음의 상관관계 를 나타났다.
The aim of this study was to compare the dietary patterns and behaviors of female university students according to their type of residence. The subjects consisted of 369 female students from the Gyeongju area. This cross-sectional survey was conducted using a self-administered questionnaire. The SPSS 14.0 statistical package was used for the data analysis. The results are as follows: the height and weight means were 162.7±4.6 cm and 53.9±6.7 kg respectively. For BMI, 44.2% of the subjects were with in the normal (18.5-23) and 49.1% were underweight and 6.2% were overweight. In terms of alcohol consumption, 78.9% of the subjects consumed alcoholic beverages, and there was no significant difference by the type of residence However, for drink proportion and the preferred type of alcoholic drink there were significant differences by the type of residence (p〈0.001). Third, for smoking status and the intention of quitting smoking there were significant differences by the type of residence (p〈0.000, p〈0.05 respectively). Also, for exercise regularity and preference as well as food preference and taste, there were again significant differences by the type of residence (p〈0.001). Finally, in terms of breakfast intake and kinds of foods eaten at breakfast significant differences were found by the type of residence (p〈0.01).
