기후변화는 연안지역에 심각한 영향을 미치고 있으며 그 영향이 점점 증가할 것이라고 예상되는 바, 최근 기후변화 적응 및 리스크 평가에 있어 많은 연구들이 취약성과 함께 회복탄력성 개념을 이용하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 기후변화 적응을 위한 연안재해 회복탄력성 측정 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 측정 모형 개발에 앞서 연안재해 회복탄력성에 대한 광범위한 문헌검토를 통해 취약성과 회복 탄력성에 대한 조작적 정의와 함께 여러 피드백 메커니즘이 포함된 개념적 프레임워크를 작성하였다. 연안재해 회복탄력성 측정 모형은 네 가지 측정값(MRV, LRV, RTSPV, ND)과 연안재해 회복탄력성 복합 지수(CRI)를 포함하고 있으며, 개발된 지수는 국내 연안침식 사례에 적용되었다. 또한 지수 등급에 따른 지역적 분석이 수행되었다. 연구 결과, 네 가지 회복탄력성 측정값을 통해 각 지점이 가지는 연안침식 회복탄력성의 다양한 특성을 파악할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 연안 회복탄력성 복합 지수의 매핑 결과 서해안 및 남해안 지역에 비해 동해 안 지역들은 연안침식 회복탄력성이 상대적으로 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 회복탄력성 측정 모형은 적응 이후의 이행전략에 대한 논의를 제공하는 도구로 활용될 수 있으며, 서로 다른 취약 지역 그룹 간 정책지원에 대한 우선순위를 결정하는 데 이용 가능하다.
본 논문은 범용성 기기를 기반으로한 가속도계로 라즈베리파이 4B 기반 MEMS형 가속도계 ADXL345와 iPhone 12 pro 내 장형 가속도계를 사용하여 다자유도 축소 모형 구조물의 응답을 계측하고 그 결과를 IEPE타입 가속도계와 비교하여 계측 유효성을 확 인하고자 하였다. 1~3층 모형 구조물 최상층에 충격해머로 가진하였으며 각 층의 가속도를 측정하였다. 시간영역에서 모든 가속도계 의 계측값이 대체적으로 유사한 결과를 나타냈으며 진동수영역에서 모드진동수 또한 유사하게 나타났다. 감쇠비와 모드형상 추정에 있어서 라즈베리파이 기반 ADXL345보다 iPhone 12 pro가 더 정확한 결과를 보였으나 대체적으로 유사하게 나타났다. 실험 결과를 바 탕으로 라즈베리파이 기반 ADXL345와 iPhone 12 pro 가속도계의 구조물 식별 유효성을 확인하였다.
The flow of the 4th Industrial Revolution calls for fundamental changes in the way of business pursued by manufacturing companies. In the service industry, various business models have been developed to include tangible products in services in order to secure differential competitive advantage in the market. Discussion of servitization and productization in academic research reflect the trends of these industries, and related researches are widely carried out in business administration, engineering, and design fields. In the meantime, customer value created by manufacturing companies and service companies has been proposed mainly about function, quality and utility of products or services. However, E3 Value (economic, ecological, experience), which is discussed from the viewpoint of product-service system (PSS), is newly recognized as an important factor in creating customer value. The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement model for the effects of product value, service value, and newly illuminated E3 Value on various business performance of a company. This study suggests a research model to extend the discussions on E3 Value, which was limited to concept studies and case studies, to empirical studies.
Measuring the exact cable tension force is important to cable supported bridge under construction and on service. This study was planned to propose EM(electro-magnetic) sensor-based method for measuring the tension force of MS(multi-strand) cable in cable-stayed and extradosed bridge. The tension force in each strand is the same due to MS cable construction using Iso-tensioning system. Therefore, In this prosed method, EM sensor was installed directly at a strand and the measurement model was established for estimating the tension force of strand via EM sensor by experiments. The measurement model was derived from the relation of tension force and magnetic permeability. Also, the magnetic permeability is shown to be different according to the magnetization characteristic of 1860MPa and 2200MPa high-strength strand. The difference is increased as tension force increases. Additional experiment was conducted to verify the measurement model. As a result, the distribution of strand tension calculated upon the EM sensor is similar to those of tension measured by load cell. This proposed approach can be an effective tool for monitoring and measuring the cable force of MS cable.
There have been various studies on measurements of flood risk and forecasting models. For river and dam region, PDF and FVI has been proposed for measurement of flood risk and regression models have been applied for forecasting model. For Bo region unlikely river or dam region, flood risk would unexpectedly increase due to outgoing water to keep water amount under the designated risk level even the drain system could hardly manage the water amount. GFI and general linear model was proposed for flood risk measurement and forecasting model. In this paper, FVI with the consideration of duration on GFI was proposed for flood risk measurement at Bo region. General linear model was applied to the empirical data from Bo region of Nadong river to derive the forecasting model of FVI at three different values of Base High Level, 2m, 2.5m and 3m. The significant predictor variables on the target variable, FVI were as follows: ground water level based on sea level with negative effect, difference between ground altitude of ground water and river level with negative effect, and difference between ground water level and river level after Bo water being filled with positive sign for quantitative variables. And for qualitative variable, effective soil depth and ground soil type were significant for FVI.
This paper aims to analyze the scores assigned to compositions of Korean as a foreign language (KFL) in terms of the many-facet Rasch measurement (MFRM) model. The MFRM computer program Facets has recently been updated and this research uses it in order to investigate the scoring reliability of KFL writing test. For the research data the Korean compositions written by 270 KFL learners were collected and rated by eleven Korean raters. At first a brief theoretical basis for the Facets is introduced based on the MFRM model. Then focusing on the raters’ characteristics such as rating consistency and fitness in terms of the rating scheme of content/organization and language, the collected scores of KFL compositions are analyzed and the analysis results are interpreted. As a result, a few cases of unreliable scoring of Korean raters are identified, but it appears that the ratings of Korean raters for a standardized KFL writing test are generally reliable. Finally it is suggested that the Facets program of MFRM offer many potential advantages for validating the scoring reliability of Korean writing assessment.
As film products are more frequently used from producing traditional flexible packing products to high-tech electronic products, requested higher level of quality. Most film products are made in the shape of roll-type finished goods, so various quality problems are addressed related with their characteristics of shape. Thickness of film products is one of the most common and important quality problems. Particularly the Degree of thick smoothness is more important than other thickness issues, because it causes many secondary issues of thickness-related quality problems like wrinkles or faulty windings. Thick smoothness must be controlled in both horizontal and vertical direction. In this paper, HOQ (house of quality) was built to interpret VOC (voice of customers) to CTQs (critical to quality). To decide priorities of VOC and CTQs, both techniques are applied. One is AHP (analytic hierarchy process) with pairwise comparison. The other is an absolute weight calculation method with level-up rate. From the result of HOQ, it is certain that the thick smoothness is the most important CTQ in film manufacturing industry. Finally, this paper presents how to monitor and improve repetitive coincidence of microscopic deviation of thickness in some special vertical points.
PURPOSES : The objective of this study is to provide for the overall SPL (Sound Pressure Level) prediction model by using the NCPX (Noble Close Proximity) measurement method in terms of regression equations. METHODS: Many methods can be used to measure the traffic noise. However, NCPX measurement can powerfully measure the friction noise originated somewhere between tire and pavement by attaching the microphone at the proximity location of tire. The overall SPL(Sound Pressure Level) calculated by NCPX method depends on the vehicle speed, and the basic equation form of the prediction model for overall SPL was used, according to the previous studies (Bloemhof, 1986; Cho and Mun, 2008a; Cho and Mun, 2008b; Cho and Mun, 2008c). RESULTS : After developing the prediction model, the prediction model was verified by the correlation analysis and RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error). Furthermore, the correlation was resulted in good agreement. CONCLUSIONS: If the polynomial overall SPL prediction model can be used, the special cautions are required in terms of considering the interpolation points between vehicle speeds as well as overall SPLs.
이 논문은 “소요 오일붐 측정프로그램(OBM Program)”을 실행함에 따라 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 분석하고자 한다. OBM Program 운용상 한계를 분석하기 위해 운용자와 운용환경 팩터 간의 관계 분석이 가능한 M-SHEL모델을 이용했다. M-SHEL 모델분석을 통해 얻은 결 과는 첫째, 운용자의 입력 값의 신뢰도 향상을 위해 감지 시스템 구축, 둘째, 운용자의 프로그램 사용시 운용에 대한 이해도 향상을 위한 실용적 이고 편리한 매뉴얼 제작, 셋째, 시각화된 프로그램 프레임 구축이다. 분석을 통해 프로그램 운용상의 한계를 보완함으로써 보다 개선된 성능과 더불어 효율적인 방제활동에 기인할 것으로 기대된다.
제한수역에서는 Bank cushion과 Squat의 작용으로 인하여 선체의 운동특성이 변한다. 실선을 통한 제한수역에서의 조종성능의 측정은 선박의 안전 때문에 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서 제한수역에서의 측벽효과와 Squat에 관한 정보를 얻기 위해 수치모델을 이용하여 선박의 운동을 모사하였다. 선박과 안벽의 거리가 좁을수록 선수방위는 많이 변하였다. 선수방위의 최대 변화치는 선폭에 대한 이안거리의 비(D/B)=0.2에서 22.37˚를 나타내었다. Squat는 속력이 빠를수록 흘수가 작을수록 커졌다. Squat의 최대치는 흘수에 대한 수심(H/d)=1.25, 속력 8knot일 때 0.29m였다. 선박의 안전운항을 위하여 제한수역에서는 감속이 가장 중요한 요소인 것으로 나타났다.
This paper is to propose model classification and evaluation of measurement uncertainty. In order to obtain type A and B uncertainty, variety of measurement mathematical models are illustrated by example. The four steps to evaluate expanded uncertainty are indicated as following; First, to get type A standard uncertainty, measurement mathematical models of single, double, multiple, design of experiment and serial autocorrelation are shown. Second, to solve type B standard uncertainty measurement mathematical models of empirical probability distributions and multivariate are presented. Third, type A and B combined uncertainty, considering sensitivity coefficient, linearity and correlation are discussed. Lastly, expanded uncertainty, considering degree of freedom for type A, B uncertainty and coverage factor are presented with uncertainty budget. SPC control chart to control expanded uncertainty is shown.
This paper suggests the process of performance measurement system development for B2B e-Marketplace using BSC (Balanced Scorecard). As the first step, main features and factors affecting performance of e-Business company and especially of B2B e-Marketplaces were derived based on the literatures. For the 2nd step, the nonnative performance measurement model for B2B e-Marketplace was suggested. Especially, the research range that the model covers is restricted to the neutral and systematic sourcing B2B e-Marketplace. And, the performance measurement model was based on BSC, for the BSC is very powerful and sound tool among all the available performance measurement systems. Also, the model was based on the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to make the model more structured, and to draw weights of performance measures from experts
A three-dimensional digital image processing technique is proposed to quantitatively predict the dispersion phenomena of oil droplet onto the surface of the water. This technique is able to get the dispersion rate of an oil droplet three-dimensionally just below the surface of the water over time. The obtained dispersion rate obtained through this technique is informative to the investigation into the relationship among the gravity, surface tensions between oil, water, and air. This technique is based upon the three-dimensional PIV(Particle Imaging Velocimetry) technique and its system mainly consists of a three CCD(Charge Coupled Device) cameras, an image grabber, and a host computer in which an image processing algorithm is adopted for the acquisition of dispersion rate oil an oil droplet.
본 연구는 ASKAM모델로 CO2, 광 및 엽면적지수가 단고추의 동적 광합성율에 추정가능성을 평가하기 위하여 수행되었다 CO2 농도는 2구획으로 구분된 반밀폐된 생장상에서 3수준 (400, 700 or 1000μmo1 mol-1)으로 조절하였다. 온도와 습도는 21℃ 및 80-95%로 조절하였고, 양액이 순환되는 용기내에서 재배하였다. 일태양복사, 온도 및 CO2농도의 단기 자료를 기초로 하여 일중 단기간격에 대한 작물 순CO2흡수량를 ASKAM모델로 추정하였고, 광합성 측정 중 각 구획과 기부에서의 CO2농도를 매분마다 측정하였다. 순수 CO2의 구획으로의 흐름, 지상방사, 구획내의 광합성유효방사, 은도 및 상대습도를 측정하였다. 본 작물생장모델은 작물의 광합성율을 적절하게 추정할 수 있는 것으로 평가되므로 생장해석, 작물관리 및 온실관리에 광범위하게 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.
본 연구는 식품의 동결시 동결기구의 설계 및 동결에너지의 효율적인 운용등을 위하여 동결상태에서 과일쥬스의 농도 및 온도변화에 따른 밀도변화를 예측하기 위하여 수행되었다. 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40%농도의 Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Grape Juice 및 Sucrose Solation을 시료로 하여 온도강하에 의해 동결팽창되는 부위를 제거하므로써 거기에 따른 무게변화를 에서 까지의 온도범위에서 간격으로 각각 측정하여 밀도를 산출하였다. 그리고, Heldman의 식을 이용하여, 위의 농도와 온도범위에서 각 과일쥬스와 Sucrose Solution의 Unfrozen water fraction을 계산하였다. 실험을 통해 측정된 밀도데이타와 Unfrozen water fraction 데이타를 최적화 컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용하여 10%에서 40%까지의 농도범위와 에서 까지의 온도범위에서 Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Grape Juice 및 Sucrose Solution의 밀도를 예측할 수 있는 모델을 수립하였다.
실제로 서비스를 이용하는 대상인 소비자에게 서비스가 어떻게 인식되고 평가되는지에 대한 명시적인 모형이 부족함에 따라 이를 보완하기 위한 방안으로 서비스품질에 대한 연구가 시작되었다. 본 연구에서는 Parasuraman et all.(1988)의 연구를 토대로 구성한 PZB모형 과 Brady and Cronin(2001)의 연구를 토대로 구성한 BNC모형에 서비스품질모형을 적용하고, 그에 대한 우수성을 비교하였다. 터미널 이용자 를 대상으로 진행한 설문을 활용하여 분석한 결과 PZB모형보다 상대적으로 BNC모형이 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 요인이 많아짐에 따라 제공되는 정보의 양이 증가하고, 이로 인하여 설명력이 높아지기 때문에 이러한 결과가 나타난 것으로 보인다. 연구의 결과는 산업의 특성에 따른 차이가 존재하겠지만 본 연구에서 제시한 결과는 추후 항만하역업에 대한 연구범위의 확장으로 이어지기를 기대한다.
