This study of small & Medium-Sized construction sites construction disaster prevention technology conduction-site visits from the map results report by the inspector on-site advice and technical guidance for the analysis of deficiencies and potential construction of disaster revealed the potential factors causing an accident as follows. As a results, Should not be a once a month visits. Therefore should be changed at least twice a month to help prevent accidents of this system is to be judged.
Safety accident rate of small-medium construction site is high. because of lack of safety management system, lack of safety management capacity, lack of investment for safety, Owner's insufficient awareness about safety. In order to improve this, Currently in Occupational Safety and Health Act, Construction site of amounts more than 300 million won less than 120 billion (architectural),150 billion won(civil) mandatory subject to the technical guidance on construction accident prevention.
Context of construction accident causes with construction accident rate relationship analysis and case analysis of technical guidance, through a survey of stakeholders in the technical guidance drawn the problems of the construction accident prevention technical guidance system and ways to improve on this.
This paper reviews the one of problems that may occure for the tram operating in Korea, it's a free-riding problem, I analyzed the feasibility of combining the introduction of world-class technology solution "IT". It is under review the introduction of tram in Su-won city, Chang-won city, Wi-Rye new town. Free-riding is one of the biggest issues of any agency that operates the public transportation system. It has been acting as the main factors threatening the financial integrity of the operating agency, and the ratio of free-riding is further increased. In this paper, I want to build a foundation for the development of the system by analyzing the economic feasibility for the introduction of free-riding prevention system.
The purpose of this study is to collect and analyze Technical High School Teachers' opinions to find out solutions to reduce safety accidents since it is important for teachers to recognize the importance of safety. We surveyed 150 teachers from technical high schools located in Incheon and divided them into three categories and asked their opinions about prevention of safety accidents in laboratories. We also studied their experiences constructing educational environment and making instructional materials for safety eduction to improve safety awareness. Also, we studied whether school safety awareness increases through safety related activities.

Reducing the logistic cost may be accomplished by numbers of logistic management methods, but the most fundamental and essential one is the accomplishment of the consistent reverse logistics system that is the core of worker performance system, and the purpose of consistent reverse system is the treatment of logistic functions such as transportation, storage and unloading with consistent logistics, and increasing the turnover ratio is required for the improvement of the system. As the turnover ratios is increased, this paper make reverse worker performance evaluation system with lifetime value include of weight variables.
This study was to suggest the necessity of depth research in order to enhance the effectiveness of technical consulting system. And the purpose of this study was to decrease the construction accidents to some extent, being on the increase day by day as it takes issue properly and suggest a reform measure. As for research method, it executed the collection of public opinions widely and questionnaire with the bibliography, expert of construction safety, the related institutions, academic world, safety association, and director of construction site. Also, it was to suggest the reform measure by the stage, classifying the problems on the system and operation by 4 stages like a stage of delivery of subscription and supervision, a stage of contract with guidance of technology, a stage of executing the guidance work of technology, and a stage of performance of advice.
건설업 사고사망율을 절반으로 줄이기 위한 정부의 노력에도 불구하고 중소규모 건설현장의 사망만인율은 감소하지 못하고 있으며, 중소규모 건설현장에 적용되는 대표적인 안전보건관리 시스템으로 공사금액 2억 원에서 120억 원(토목공사 150억 원)사이의 중소규모 현장의 시공자가 받는 재해예방 기술지도제도가 있다. 그러나 현장에서는 전문지도기관에 의해 실시되는 재해예방 기술지도의 실효성이 확보되지 못하고 있다는 지적이 지속적으로 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기술지도 제도의 문제점을 개선하고자 재해예방 전문지도기관 및 시공자를 대상으로 기술지도 계약에 대한 실태분석 및 계약체계의 문제점을 중심으로 설문을 실시하였다. 설문결과, 현재의 시공자와 재해예방 전문지도기관의 직접 계약에 따라 갑을 관계가 형성되고 이것이 공정한 기술지도 수행을 방해 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 개선방향으로는 기술지도 계약의 주체를 시공자에서 발주자로 변경하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 제시되었다. 다만, 발주자의 전문성 부족 및 무관심으로 인한 문제가 발생할 수 있으므로 발주자에게 기술지도 이행에 대한 계약과 확인의 의무를 명확히 하고 저가 계약 문제를 해결할 수 있는 대가 기준을 도입할 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
