To develop the STS (Sequence Tagged Site) marker for discrimination between oat cultivars used the EEG (Euchromatin Enriched Genomic) DNA library in oat. The EEG DNA library was constructed the Mcr A and Mcr BC system in DH5 alpha bacterial cell line. About 3,500 EEG colonies had been constructed by using junk DNA exclusion. About 800 colonies were selected that included insert DNA more than 500 bp. It was analyzed the genetic information by using blast searches of NCBI web site. More than three hundred STS primer sets were developed using sequencing data of selected colonies and about 90 primer sets which showed single band were selected in Olgwiri. It was applied to twelve oat cultivars including Olgwiri and has been shown polymorphism at 15%. PCR product which amplified with selected STS primer was treated with six endonucleases and was showed polymorphic bands. These primers could be useful for specific allele tagging in mapping populations and germplasm and for the study of functional genomics of oat.

UNUSUAL FLORAL ORGAN (UFO), a novel gene, is involved in controlling flowering initiation and development. In Arabidopsis, UFO is required for floral organ identity in the second and third whorls. However, the mode of expression and function of TaUFO have not been studied yet. The cDNA sequence of TaUFO is comprised of 1344 bp open reading frame which encodes 50.82 KDa polypeptide consisting amino acid residues. F-box protein, the components of TaUFO, plays an important regulatory role in a wide diversity of developmental and physiological responses. In almost all F box proteins, the N terminus of the protein contains the F-box motif, and the rest of the protein contains the protein-protein interaction domains required for target protein binding. In order to elucidate the function of the TaUFO, various phytohormones and abiotic stresses were applied on young seedlings (14 day after germination) and its transcripts were evaluated. TaUFO:GFP fusion construct was transformed into onion epidermal cells by particle bombardment to elucidate the subcellular localization of the TaUFO protein. The function of the F-box protein is to interact with target proteins. With the use of a yeast two-hybrid screen to isolate proteins interacting with the TaUFO (F box protein), we identified potential TaUFO interactive protein in wheat spikelet library.

Various saponins are present in soybean seed, and they can be divided into three groups, group A, B and E saponin, in which the aglycone are soyasapogenol A, B and E, respectively. Group A saponins are supposed to be responsible for the undesirable bitter and astringent taste, and Group B saponins including 2,3-dihydro-2,5-dihydroxy-6-methyl- 4H-pyran-4-one (DDMP)-conjugated soyasaponins have the health-contributing activities. This study was conducted to investigate the saponin composition and content of 69 Korean cultivars. Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to analyze the composition and content of soyasaponins. The composition of saponins in the seed hypocotyl of 69 Korean cultivars were divided into three groups, Aa, Ab and AaAb types. The numbers of Aa, Ab and AaAb types were 10, 36 and 23, respectively. The contents of group A saponin (Aa, Ab and Ac), group B saponin (non-DDMP, Ba and Bb) and DDMP saponin (αg and βg) ranged 21.7 ~ 57.0mg/g, 1.4 ~ 5.1mg/g and 9.8 ~ 27.4mg/g, respectively. A total of saponin content of seed hypocotyl in 69 Korean cultivars ranged from 43.8mg/g to 85.3mg/g with an average of 59.1mg/g.

Soybean (Glycine max(L.) Merr.) is an important source of high protein and oil. Use of soybean meal bythe food industry is increasing, but severely limiting dietary choices and the quality of life of food-allergic individuals. Gly m Bd 30K (P34) is known as the main seed allergens in soybean-sensitive patients. The objective of this work was to determine the molecular basis of the low mutation of soybean P34 and to design polyclonal antibody for the selection of the causative mutations for wild homozygous, heterozygous and mutant homozygous. Using soybean genome assembly, we knew that soybean P34 genes are existing 2 copies in LG A1 and 1 copy in LG A2 in soybean genome. Actually, we confirmed that 3 copies for P34 gene were existed on soybean genome with Southern blot analysis. Glyma08g12270 of those was expressed at significantly higher level compared with Glyma08g12280 and Glyma05g29130by RT-PCR and western analysis. However this gene was not expressed in the low-P34 germplasm accessions. We develop a co-dominant marker based on the sequence of Glyma08g12270 containing a four-base pair insertion at the P34 start codon. Also, we make a polyclonal antibody for investigation of P34 protein levels. Further study, we will perform the crossing between low P34 accession and elite variety, backcrossing and allergen test using low P34 line.

Truncated hemoglobins (trHbs) constitute a familkrof small oxygen-binding heme proteins distributed in eubacteria, cyanobacteria, protozoa, and plants. Three distinct types of trHbs (HbN, HbO and HbP) have been identified within the mycobacterial genome. The soluble trHb of the cyanobacterium Nostoc commune is localized on the cytoplasmic face of the cell membrane and is expressed only under anaerobic conditions. In addition, the gene encoding trHb is coexpressed with genes of the nitrogen fixation complex. The trHb of the unicellular green alga C. eugametos is induced in response to active photosynthesis and is localized, in part, along the chloroplast thylakoid membranes. Yeast II hybridization screening was performed using TatrHb as a bait protein to elucidate putative role of TatrHb. cDNA Library for Yeast II hybridization screening was constructed with mRNA from young seedling treated 0% oxygen for 48 hours. 12 positive clones were selected by colony PCR and sequenced. Among them, 4 clones are related in photosynthesis and show highly homologe to Hordeum vulgare chloroplast photosystem I PSK-I subunit mRNA (393 bp), Zea mays photosystem II subunit PsbS1 mRNA (900 bp), Triticum aestivum ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase(RubisCo) large subunit mRNA (1434 bp), Triticum aestivum ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase small subunit mRNA (525 bp).

barley grain and malt is highly related to beer quality, especially hordein is known to be a more significant factor in malting process than albumin. In this study, we proposed selection criteria for high quality malting barley with aid of grain and malt quality parameter scores and storage protein subunit profile informations. Albumin and hordein were extracted and denatured protein subunits were evaluated with malt and grain quality parameters. Total 13 local adaptability test (LAT) lines were planted in four locations (Naju, Iksan, Jeju, and Jinju) and evaluated for malt and beer making qualities. Seventeen germplasms (world collections for high or low seed storage protein content) were also evaluated for biochemical genetic marker. Denatured seed storage protein subunits of albumin and hordein of all tested lines and germplasms were evaluated using 12% 1D SDS-PAGE. Scored data of protein subunit's presence or absence was applied to Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC) for statistical analysis. Subunits fractionated within specific molecular weight ranges (97.4-31.0, 66.2-31.0, and 45.0-31.0 kDa) were highly correlated with agricultural characteristics. Several LAT lines showing good performance in agricultural characteristics were clustered in dendrogram constructed by biochemical-genetic assay using XLSTAT. Specific band pattern showed in good performance LAT lines were also observed in some germplasms of world collection having low protein contents which are known to have superior quality in malting. The results would provide selection criteria for high quality malting barley in the malting barley breeding program.

In Korea, 18 soybean cultivars have been recommended for food source that cooked with rice, however, the appropriate selection criteria are still unestablished in soybean breeding program. Since consumers prefer higher quality products, it is need to establish selection criteria of palatability. This study was investigated the relationship between palatability and physicochemical properties of black soybean. We conducted sensory evaluation and analyzed physicochemical properties with 4 cultivars and 12 germplasms. In the results, the crude fat content varied from 13.1 to 18.6%. The content of crude fiber was 4.0~5.0%. The saturated and unsaturated fatty acid contents were 12.09~16.47% and 83.53~87.91%. Beany flavor(0.76***), nutty flavor(0.89***), sweetness(0.83***) and chewiness(0.72**) were highly positively correlated with overall preference. The crude fiber contents had negative correlation with nutty flavor(-0.61*) and overall preference(-0.62*). The highest palatability was observed in Cheongjakong which had low fiber content and good appearance, chewiness and taste. The result suggest that fiber content is good selection factor in breeding program of soybean for cooking with rice.

This study was conducted to examine the variations of seed hull color characteristics, the oil contents and fatty acid composition in 275 sunflower germplasms. The seed hull of sunflower germplasms were classified into 4 colors of white, black, grey, and brown. The grey color of seed hull was the highest percentage of 33.8%, whereas the white color of seed hull was the lowest percentage of 5%. Average oil content was 22.5% with a range from 11.7% to 45.5%. Average saturated fatty acid contents were 6.9%, while average content of unsaturated fatty acid was 93%. The average contents of fatty acids such as palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, and linoleic acid were 4.7%, 2.2%, 55.2%, and 38%, respectively. Comparing the oil contents and fatty acids among different seed hull colors, the highest content of oil was with grey seed hull color and the lowest with white seed hull color. Saturated fatty acid were higher in brown seed hull color. Unsaturated fatty acids were higher in grey and black seed hull colors. It could be observed that there was significant negative correlation(r=-0.998**) between linoleic and oleic acid content, and also L-value(Lightness of seed hull color) showed significant negative correlations with oil content, oleic acid content and linoleic acid content.

Rye (Secale cereale L.) chromatins have been used to introduce agronomically important traits into wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). Wheat-rye translocations in the form of 1RS.1AL, 1RS.1BL, 2BS.2RL have been developed for an important genetic source of disease and pest resistance. The long arm of rye chromosome 2 (2RL) has valuable genes that confer resistance to pests such as biotype L of Hessian fly, powdery mildew, leaf and stem rust. Here, we report the generation and analysis of expressed sequence tags from Hessian fly infested wheat-rye translocation. RNAs were isolated from young seedlings infested by Hessian fly. cDNA library was constructed using Clontech cDNA library construction kit. Random sequencing of candidate clones were performed. The EST clones might be useful to clone target gene sequences and would provide clues on molecular interaction between wheat and Hessian fly.

Lipoxygenase 및 7S 단백질이 결실된 가공적성이 높은 콩 품종을 육성하기 위하여 국내의 장려품종을 모본으로, 7S의 α와 αʹ-subunit이 없는 CS735을 부본으로 하여 2006년도에 CBC2601(경상대콩 × CS735), CBC2602(진품콩 2호 × CS735), CBC2603(진율콩 × CS735) 및 CBC2604(청자콩3호 × CS735)의 4조합을 인공교배하여 세대를 진전시켰다. 2009년 수확된 F4세대 4조합438계통의 3280개체에 대하여 개체당 3립씩 총 9840립을 SDSPAGE를 실시하여 Lipoxygenase 및 7S 단백질의 결실계통을 선발하였다. 교배조합 CBC2601과 CBC2602의 F4계통에서는 LOX 및 7S의 αʹ,α-subunit 결실 또는 동시결실 계통들이 선발되었으며, 일부 계통들에서는 LOX, 7S의 αʹ,α-subunit 및 β-subunit가 동시에 결실된 계통이 선발되었다. 교배조합 CBC2603과 CBC2604의 F4계통 에서는 αʹ-subunit 및 α-subunit가 각각 결실되거나 또는 동시에 결실된 계통들이 선발되었다.

Glutamine synthetase (GS) plays important roles in plants like assimilation of ammonium and detoxification of the ammonium released from many metabolic processes such as amino acid degradation or photorespiration. Using ATP, ammonia is combined with glutamate to yield glutamine by the action of GS. Phosphinothricin (PPT) is widely used as a herbicide because it competes with glutamate to bind the active site of GS. PPT has been used to produce transgenic Brachypodium distachyon callus and plants as a selectable agent. PPT treatment raises ammonium content and induces toxicity in non-transformed cells. To find out efficient condition for selecting transformed callus, ammonium content were measured in this study. Non-transformed callus were derived from mature seeds of Brachypodium distachyon (Bd21). The callus were cultured on the callus inducing media (CIM) or regeneration media (RM) containing serial dilutions of the PPT (2, 5, 10 and 15 mg/l) with or without light. Ammonium content was measured 2 weeks after PPT application. Ammonium toxicity associated with PPT treatment was dose-dependent on RM whereas PPT treatment was not significantly influenced on CIM. There is no influence on dark or light condition. Additionally, callus were cultured on the media containing phytohormones combined with PPT (5 mg/l) and the most affecting element causing increased ammonium content has been identified. β-carotene producing transformants were produced in the background of "Nagdong", a japonica rice cultivar. Introgression of the caroteniod locus into the elite cultivar "Ilpum". Was started to initiate a backcrossing program, we surveyed 220 SSR markers and found that 38% of them were polymorphic between the “Ilpum” as the recurrent parent and "Nagdong" transfomed as a recipient parent. First, backcross progenies have been produced and genotyped by the transgene specific PCR-based marker. Blast search indicated that the transgene PAC4-2 was located between SSR markers, RM5631 and RM5916. We produced 240 BC3F2 plants derived from thirteen BC3F1 plants containing the caroteniod gene. To develop near isogenic line, additional experiments including target and background selection are being performed using SSR markers. Traits of agronomic importance such as heading date, panicle number and culm length will also be evaluated. The results will be discussed.

두과녹비작물 헤어리베치 종자의 종피파상과 침지처리가 발아에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 국립식량과학원 시험포장에서 2009년도에 생산된 보라 헤어리베치 종자를 종피파상과 침지처리를 하였다. 충분한 수분흡수 를 위하여 증류수 5시간 침지 처리하여 20℃ 유지되는 생장상에서 8일 경과후의 발아율을 조사한 결과 무처 리 종자의 발아율은 56%(경실비율 43%)였으나 침지처리 종자의 발아율은 65%였다. 종피파상처리 종자의 발아율은 97%로 나타나 침지 및 종자파상처리 처리에 의해 발아율 상승효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

콩은 단백질과 지질이 풍부하여 전통식품의 주원료로 이용되어 왔으며 산업적 가치도 높아 세계적으로도 수요 가 증가하고 있다. 우리나라는 국내 생산량이 수요량에 미치지 못해 매년 대량으로 콩을 수입하고 있는데, 국내 콩 산업기반을 보호하고 국산 품종을 선호하는 소비자의 요구를 충족시키기 위해서는 외국콩과 우리 콩을 판별할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 전통적으로 콩 품종을 구별하기 위해 형태적․ 생화학적 특성 등 다양한 방법이 이용되어 왔는데, 이들은 환경의 영향을 받으므로 객관적인 평가에 한계가 있다. DNA를 이용한 품종의 구별은 이러한 영향을 최소화 할 수 있어 유리한데, 생명공학 기술의 발달로 RFLP, RAPD, AFLP, SSR 등 다양한 분자마커들이 개발되어 있어 선택․이용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 콩 품종의 특성을 분자표지와 연계시 키기 위해 우리나라 대표품종인 황금콩의 EEG(euchromatin enriched genomic DNA) library를 작성하였고 유전자 정보가 풍부한 진정염색질 (euchromatin) 부위의 염기서열정보로부터 Sequence Tagged Site (STS) 마커를 개발 하였다. STS 마커로 PCR 한 후 제한효소 처리를 통해 (CAPS marker) PCR 산물의 패턴, PCR 산물의 절단 유무 및 절편 수에 대해 조사하였다. 총 143쌍의 STS 마커 중 PCR 안정성이 확인된 93종은 대풍콩, 대원콩 등 국내 주요 보급종 13품종에 적용하였고 7종의 제한효소를 처리하여 각 품종의 유전자 특성을 분석하였다. 최소 마커수의 결정은 소프트웨어, DNA기반 콩 품종판별 시스템 (http://breed.nics.go.kr/nicsds/)의 마커분석 기 능을 이용하였다. 분석 결과, 13종의 보급품종은 10가지 조합에서 모두 구별이 가능하였는데, 분석효율성을 고려하여 5종의 STS마커와 2종의 제한효소가 최적의 조합으로 선택되었다.

QTL analysis for cold tolerance-related traits was conducted using 75 introgression lines (IL) developed from a cross between a japonica weedy rice and Tongil-type rice. A molecular linkage map consisting of 136 SSR markers was constructed to identify QTLs associated with cold tolerance. 75 ILs and the parents were evaluated for three traits associated with cold tolerance: seedling height and SAPD values at the seedling stage. The plants were grown for 15 days in the low temperature condition (13/20℃ day/night) and the control condition (25/20℃ day/night) in the growth chamber. A total of six QTL were identified for two traits and phenotypic variance explained by each QTL ranged from 4.3% to 35.7%. Among two QTL for seedling height, one QTL, sh1 for seedling height was detected at both conditions. The other QTL on chromosome 6 was detected in the low temperature condition. Four QTL were identified for SPAD value and two were detected on chromosomes 2 and 5. At these loci, Milyang 23 alleles increased the SPAD value. The other two QTL on chromosomes 1 and 4 were detected at the low temperature plot. At these loci, Hapcheonaengmi 3 alleles increased the SPAD values. These results indicate that Hapcheonaengmi 3 alleles might increase tolerance to low temperature in the Milyang 23 background because SPAD value is positively correlated with chlorophyll content and N content in rice. The markers linked to low temperature tolerance at the seedling stage would be useful in selecting for lines with enhanced cold tolerance in a breeding program.

국내에서 수집된 모시풀 유전자원은 도입육성품종 11계통, 전남재래종 18계통, 전북재래종 7계통, 충남재래 종 10계통, 경남재래종 2계통, 경북재래종 1계통 등 49계통으로 주요 특성은 경장 121±11.4cm, 경직경 9.1±0.97mm, 유효경비율 36±12.6%, 생경중 1,814±376.9kg, 건섬유수량 35±21.8kg, 섬유비율 1.9±0.99%를 나타 내었고, 대체적으로 재래종에 비해 도입육성품종들의 생육 및 건섬유수량이 우수하였다. 주요 형질 중 섬유비 율과 건섬유수량의 변이가 크게 나타났다. 각 형질간 상관분석 결과 건섬유 수량과 경장, 경직경, 유효경비율, 섬유비율은 고도의 정의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 주성분 분석결과 2개의 주성분으로 49개 수집종에 대한 6개 형질을 설명할 수 있었는데 제1, 2주성분 값으로 군집분석을 한 결과 평균거리 0.8에서 4개 군으로 분류 되었다. 제 1군은 경장, 경직경, 섬유수량 등 생육이 우수한 수집종었고, 2군은 생육은 좋으나 섬유비율이 낮은 수집종이, 3군은 1군과 대조적으로 생육이 낮은 수집종이 분포하였으며, 나머지는 4군에 분포하였다. 12 URP primer를 이용하여 핵산지문분석에 의한 유연관계 분석 결과 왜모시풀과 비교해서 유사도는 0.437~ 0.928로 나타났으며, 유사도 0.57에서 6개 그룹으로 분류되었다. 1~4그룹은 다른 수집종과 독립성을 보였으 며, 5그룹은 대부분 전남지역에서 수집되었고 2개의 소그룹으로 분류할 수 있었는데 5-1은 해안지대로 2군의 생육이 낮은 수집종이 주로 분포하였고 5-2는 내륙지역으로 1군의 생육이 우수한 수집종이 분포하였다. 6그룹 은 3개의 소그룹으로 분류되었는데 전남, 전북, 충남, 경북의 다양한 지역이 혼재 되어있었다. 중국이나 일본 에서 도입된 육성품종은 유전적으로 매우 유사하였으며 국내재래종과도 유연관계가 가까운 군에 속했다.

In the previous study (Yuan et al. 2009), a quantitative trait locus (QTL) for grain weight was detected on the short arm of chromosome 5 using an advanced backcross lines (BC3F3) between Hwayeongbye (Oryza sativa) and W1944(Oryza rufipogon Griff.) .For detection of gw5 locus, a line CR6 (BC3F4) was selected and crossed to Hwayeongbyeo produce S1F2 and S1F3 population. And a plant from S1F3 population, carried W1944 homozygous segment for target region at gw5 was crossed to Hwayeong to produce S2F2 population. All these population including some S1F3 lines were grown in the field in 2007, 2008 and 2009, respectively (fig1). Frequency distribution of grain weight followed the Mendelian ratios(3:1) for single locus segregation (Χ2=1.22, 0.76, 1.34 in 2007, 2008 and 2009 respectively).In Hwayeongbye genetic background, the W1944 allele at the gw5 locusde creased grain weight, QTL analysis showed that gw5 co-segregated with RM18003 and RM194 (R2=62.7, 69.5 and 37.1% in 2007, 2008 and 2009 respectively). Addition, five QTLs plant height, culm length, secondary branch, spikelet number perplant and rationing ability were detected in the region around gw5, in 2008 and 2009. Substitution mapping with 32F3 lines, gw5 QTL was flanked by two SSRmarkers, RM18003 and RM194, in a300kb to 1.7Mb physical distance region,. QTL analysis indicated that 5 others QTLs plant height, culm length, secondary branch, spikelet number per plant and rationing ability were tightly linked.

콩에서 발생하는 세균성 병해 중 가장 문제시 되고 있는 콩불마름병의 저항성 유전자를 Microarray 분석을 통해 유전자를 탐색 하고자 본 연구를 수행중이다. 콩불마름병 병원균접종 후 3시간, 12시간, 1일, 3일, 그리고 10일 후의 저항성에 대한 유의성을 ANOVA로 한 결과 총 42,564개의 Probe 중에서 268개의 probe들에서 유의 성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위에서 선발된 불마름병 저항에 유의성을 나타내는 probe들의 각 시간대별 양상 을 보면 3시간 후에 control과 비교하여 3배이상 발현을 나타내는 probe수는 5개이며 12시간은 43개이며 1일차 는 10개, 3일차는 29개이며 10일차는 probe수 가 3개였다. 이 결과를 보면 12시간에 저항성 유전자 발현이 가장 활발하게 나타나 나는 것을 볼 수 있다. 또한 선발된 유전자들 중 2개 이상의 probe 들에서 공통적으로 콩 불마름병 저항성 유전자들로 선발되는 것도 있다. 본 연구결과는 콩 불마름병 저항성 품종 분자육종 및 기능연구에 활용할 수 있는 것으로 기대된다.

농촌진흥청에서는 전체 영양체자원 27,148점(중복포함)을 소속기관 4기관, 지자체 30기관을 지정하여 현장에 서 영양체자원이 효율적으로 관리되도록 지원하고 있다. 국가 영양체자원의 체계적인 관리를 위해서는 자원 정보의 DB화가 기본적으로 이루어져야 하며 이를 위해서는 영양체 자원에 대한 관리기관 차원의 영양체자원 의 번호체계가 확립되어야 하고 더 나아가 국가등록번호를 통해서 국가차원으로 관리가 되어야 한다. 기관관 리번호는 각 기관의 지역 및 특성을 고려한 영문을 조합하여 세자리의 영문코드를 만들고 뒷 부분은 네자리 의 번호를 순차적으로 부여하여 일곱자리의 번호를 부여하였다. 결과 34기관 90개 코드를 확립하여 농업유전 자원 통합관리시스템에 번호체계를 반영하였다. 이와 더불어 이러한 영양체 자원 중 국가등록번호 등재가능 한 자원을 학명, 자원명, 원산지, 자원구분 등 관련 기초정보가 있으며 자원의 내력을 알고 있고 보존 주수는 중복보존 가능한 자원으로 기준으로 하여 그 중 비교적 관리가 잘 되어온 과수 영양체 자원에 대해 국가등록 번호 부여를 위한 후보자원으로 선발하여 사과 681점, 과수 289점, 포도 264점, 복숭아 289점, 자두 73점, 살구 29점, 매실 10점에 대한 국가등록번호를 등재하였고 등록 보류된 자원은 기초정보 보완을 통해서 점차 국가등록번호를 부여하고 또한 화훼, 채소 등 다른 영양체 자원에 대해서도 진행 중이다.

Flavonoid는 식물의생장과 발육, 미생물과 해충에 대한 방어 인간에 대한 약리적효과(향균,항바이러스, 항알레 르기, 항염증,암발생율감소,중금속체외배출등)강력한 항산화활성 등으로 최근 그 중요성과 활용성이 강조되 고있다. 본연구는 콩에 플라보노이드와 관련된 유전자를 밝히고 그 이용성을 높이고자 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 실험재로로 쓴 특정한 콩에 전체 probe갯수 4만여개에서 플라보노이드와 관련된 probe 갯수 124개를 찾았다.그리고 Genbank가 같은 probe집단을 합쳐서 EST갯수가 64개로 밝혀졌다. 그중에서 염색 체위치와 번호 밝혀진 EST는 34개, 밝혀지지않은 염색체위치와 번호는 30개로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 Gene을 밝힐것이다. 이 연구의 궁극적인목적은 플라보노이드계 유전자 구명이다. 그리고 구명된 유전자를 통해서 그이용성을 높이고 활용하는데 있다.
