본 조사 지역인 전주천일대의 관속식물상을 조사한 결과, 66과 184속 236종 28변종 3품종 총 267종류가 확인되었다 이중 환경부의 자연환경보전법에 의한 생태계교란야생식물에는 물참새피, 도깨비가지, 돼지풀 등 3종류가 확인되었다. 또한 한국특산식물에는 털중나리, 왕벚나무, 개나리, 오동나무 등 4종류가 확인되었으며, 귀화식물에는 18과 49속 66종 2변종 총 68종류가 확인되었다. 귀화율은 25.5%으로 전체 관속식물상의 1/4이상을 차지하였으며, 도시화지수는 25.1%가 분석되었다.
본 연구는 아미노산의 첨가가 돼지 수정란의 체외 발달율에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 PEF가 함유된 NCSU-23을 기본배지로 체외성숙 및 체외배양액을 조성한 후 EA(Essential amino acid), NA(Non-essential amino acid) 및 EANA(EA+ NA)를 첨가하여 체외성숙, 체외수정 및 체외발달에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 체외성숙 배지에 아미노산을 첨가한 결과 MH 단계까지의 체외성숙율은 NA 첨가군이 83.3%로 대조구 70.0%에 비하여 유의적으로(p<0.05) 높았다. 그러나 체외 수정 이후의 배 발달율과 수정율에서는 아미노산 첨가군과 무첨가군 사이에 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 체외배양액에 아미노산을 첨가한 후 배반포의 내부세포괴(ICM) 세포와 영양배엽(TE) 세포의 발달에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, ICM에서는 유의차를 발견할 수 없었으나 TE 세포는 EANA 처리구가 18.0±0.5개로 대조구 16.09±0.56개에 비해 유의적(p<0.05)으로 많았다. 총세포수에서도 EANA 처리구가 50.0±1.0개로 대조구 44.2±1.1개보다 유의적(p<0.05)으로 많았다. 이상의 결과를 종합할 때, 돼지의 체외수정란 생상에 있어서 아미노산의 첨가는 배반포로의 발달율에는 영향을 미치지 못하였으나 체외성숙율을 높이고 배반포의 세포수 향상에 도움을 주는 것으로 판단된다. 특히, 영양배엽(W) 세포의 발달율이 높은 것으로 보아 아미노산의 첨가는 돼지수정란의 착상에 도움을 줄 것이라 기대된다.
Process capability indices are widely used in industries and quality assurance system. When designing the parameter on the multiple quality characteristics, there has been a study for optimization of problems, but there has been few former study on the possible conflicting phenomena in considertion of the correlations among the characteristics. To solve the issue on the optimal design for muliple quality characteristics, the study propose the expected loss function with cross-product terms among the characteristics and derived range of the coefficients of terms. Therefore, the analysis have to be required a multivariate statistical technique. This paper introduces to multivariate capability indices and then selects a multivariate process capability index incorporated both the process variation and the process deviation from target among these indices under the multivariate normal distribution. We propose a new multivariate capability index MCpm using quality loss function instead of the process variation and this index is compared with the proposed indices when quality characteristics are independent and dependent of each other,

What is the most important in articles of food is hygienic safety. Because food Is the most common thing in our everyday life, however, the importance of its hygienic safety and other many problems caused by food may be easily neglected. What is more, food is can be dangerous as much as it is directly related to human life and accidents from the same cause may have different effects on the victims according to physical and environmental differences of individuals. Thus PL action for food requires more thorough prevention and measure. Korea has been enforcing 'the Product Liability Act' since the 1<SUP>1st</SUP> of July 2002. Product Liability (PL) is liability of the manufacturer or the seller of a product to compensate for the death or injury of consumers or the loss of properties caused by the defect of the product. This study surveyed consumers' response to and the effects of the enforcement of the Product Liability Act, investigated how consumers perceived the importance of food safety and the risk of defective food based on PL standards and their experience in damage by food through a questionnaire survey, and analyzed collected data through empirical analyses (reliability analysis, factorial analysis, regression analysis and ANOVA t-test) using SPSS 10.0.
