The objective of this study was to categorize consumers' food-related lifestyles into various types and discern the differences in consumer preferences for locally sourced ingredients in Home Meal Replacement (HMR) based on food-related lifestyles. The online survey was conducted from December, 2020, involving 474 adults who registered with Macro Mill Embrain. Statistical analyses, including frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, K-means cluster analysis, and one-way ANOVA were applied to the collected data. The findings revealed the ‘convenience-seeking group,’ the 'high interest in food-related lifestyle group,' and the ‘health and taste-seeking group.’ The ‘convenience-seeking group’ showed a high proportion of respondents (65%) didn’t check the origin, whereas the ’high interest in food-related lifestyle group’ (57.5%) and the ‘health and taste-seeking group’ (66.7) had higher proportions of respondents who checked the origin. Regarding the reasons for preferring locally sourced HMR, all three clusters emphasized safety, hygiene, and fresh ingredients as the most critical factors. This study represented the first exploration into consumer preferences for HMR using locally sourced ingredients, segmented by their food-related lifestyles. The findings provided valuable foundational information for the development of HMR using locally sourced ingredients and could be applied to decisions in the food industry and related policy-making.

이 연구는 기업체 고용주들의 장애인 고용인식과 장애인근로자에 대한 만족도의 관계를 분석하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구들을 검토하였으며, 2023년 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원 의 조사자료를 가지고 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 기술통계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과로는 첫째, 장애인이 산업체가 요구하는 직업재활훈련과 작업능력 향상 프로그램을 개발하고 실행할 필요 가 있다. 둘째, 장애인 고용 시에 추가되는 비용을 줄여 줄 수 있도록 적극적인 지원제도의 마련이 요구된다. 셋째, 직장동료와 타인의 장애인에 대한 인식개선 프로그램을 현실성 있게 개발하여 실행 할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 장애인 고용이 기업의 사회적 책임을 다할 수 있는 방안 중에 하나라는 것을 인식시킬 필요가 있다.

In the case of Korean coastal fishing vessels primarily, it satisfies the fishing capacity and shifts in pace with trends. At the moment, speedy vessels with large load capacity and competitive hull forms are preferred since catch has decreased. However, in the design of Korean coastal fishing vessels, performance verification designers and related commercial programs are not utilized in various fields such as large vessels. Moreover, alleviated standards are applied, making securing and verifying the performance of fishermen’s preferred hull a must. To meet such demands, this research suggests a design system that the modules can be brought together as a fishing vessel model by AI; this would be a turnaround of coastal fishing vessel designing.

1995년 이후 성평등 전략으로서 모든 분야에 젠더 관점을 고려해야 한다는 성 주류화 전략이 채택되면서 성평등은 국제사회와 각국이 함께 추구해야 할 목표가 되었다. 그리고 실무자들의 역량강화를 위한 성주류 화 가이드라인이 개발되어 왔으나 빠르게 변화하는 국내외적 상황을 고 려하고, 한국의 경험에 기반한 가이드라인 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서 는 국제개발협력 실무자를 위한 성주류화 가이드라인개발을 위해 지속가 능발전목표(SDGs)가 채택된 2015년 이후 국제사회와 각국에서 발간한 성주류화 가이드라인을 수집하고, 21개 가이드라인을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 성주류화 가이드라인에 포함되어야 할 요소와 내용, 그리고 방향을 도출하였다. 개발협력의 실무자를 위한 가이드라인에는 성주류화에 관한 개념과 방법에 대한 충분한 이해, 프로그램이나 사업의 단계별 적용에 대한 세부 가이드라인, 그리고 사례분석을 통해 현장의 구체적 상황 이 해가 필수 요소이며, 발간 이후에도 실무자, 전문가, 수여국의 젠더 관점 수용을 위한 지속적 노력이 필요함을 확인하였다.

Palytoxin (PLTX)는 자연계 해양생물독소 중 가장 강력 한 독소로, 전 세계적으로 관리되지 않는 해양생물독소이 다. PLTX는 Oetreopsis, Palythoa, Trichodesmium sp. 등에 서 발견된다. 이러한 해양생물독소가 식용 해산물에서 발 견될 경우, 공중보건에 심각한 위험을 초래할 수 있다. 기 후변화로 인한 Ostreopsis sp.의 서식지 확장은 국내 수산 식품의 PLTX 오염에 대한 우려를 불러일으킬 수 있다. 따 라서, 본 연구에서는 국내에 유통되는 국내산 패류에서 PLTX의 오염도 수준을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 실제 시료에 서는 PLTX의 유의미한 농도가 검출되지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 국내에서 생산되는 패류는 PLTX에 오염되지 않았 음을 기기분석법으로 확인하였으며, 이는 패류 섭취에 대 한 안전성을 제공한다.

이 연구는 신경독성을 나타내는 cyclic imine (CI) 독소 의 한국 내 수입되는 패류 내의 오염 수준을 분석한 것으 로, LC/MS/MS를 통해서 spirolide, pinnatoxin, gymnodimine 유도체 7종을 대상으로 분석하였다. 총 21개의 수입산 패 류를 수집하여 분석한 결과, 뉴질랜드산 홍합에서 SPX C 가 227.84 ppt, 칠레산 홍합에서 PnTX G가 80.42 ppt, 뉴 질랜드산 홍합에서 Gym A가 118.79 ppt로 검출되었다. 이 러한 결과는 수입산 패류에서 CI 독소가 초래할 잠재적인 위협의 가능성을 나타내며, 소비자 건강 보호를 위하여 지 속적인 모니터링의 필요성을 시사한다. 또한 이러한 독소 가 포함된 패류 제품에 대한 규제 조치의 시행이 필요함 을 시사하며, 이를 보다 잘 이해하고 관리하기 위한 지속 적인 연구가 필요하다.

The number, size, and material distribution of microplastics (MPs) sized 20-200 μm in the raw water and water treatment processes were analyzed using FT-IR in three water treatment plants in Jeju Province. The number of MPs was detected at 0.075-0.620 MP/L in raw water and 0.040-0.047 MP/L in filtered water, which is relatively lower than the results of other studies. Regarding the size of the MPs, particles sized 20-50 μm in both the raw water and the treated water accounted for the highest proportion, representing 65.6% and 56.3% of the total, respectively. In terms of MP type distribution, polypropylene (PP) was identified as the main type at 58.7%. In the water purification process, the MPs removal efficiency was the highest at 93.5% in the sedimentation and rapid filtration process, followed by 58.4% in membrane filtration and 40.0% in slow filtration. Continuous monitoring of the distribution of MPs in raw water and water treatment processes is recommended.

The addition of fiber sto concrete matrix has been a norm to enhance the mechanical strength of concrete. However, the use ot synthetic fibers (artificial fibers) is rampant compared to natural fibers due to a low mechanical strength of some natural fibers. The study added cellulose fiber made from jute at 0.2%, 0.25, and 0.3% of cement weight to concrete matrix to determine their influence on the early strength development. It was observed that compressive strength and flexural strength increases as the proportion of fiber added to the concrete increased. Further observation showed that the compressive strength had its optimum point at 0.3% fiber addition. However, the optimum point of the flexural strength lied at 0.25% fiber addition. It was concluded that cellulose fiber is capable of enhancing the mechanical strengths of concrete matrix.
