Virtual project organization may be recognized as one of the promising business models in which many knowledge sources externalize through cross boundaries of knowledge-based organizations. This paper proposes a knowledge competence evaluation of virtual project organization based on the following perspectives: 1) Individual knowledge perspective, 2) Activity-oriented knowledge perspective, and 3) Knowledge-driven social network perspective. In the framework, individual knowledge competence having experienced or learned from knowledge-based activities and virtual networks in the project, should be evaluated according to the assumption that knowledge and collaboration competence depends on the activities and networks acquired proportionally by the past participation to projects. An illustrative SI example is given in order to validate the proposed evaluation and computing procedure.

본 연구는 수간곡선식을 이용하여 아까시나무의 입목 수간재적표를 개발하고자 수행하였다. 이용한 수간곡선식은 Kozak 모형이었으며, 모형의 모수를 추정하였다. 추정한 모형은 통계적으로 적합성이 인정되었으며, 잔차분석 결과도 양호한 것으로 판정되었다. 따라서 본 모형이 아까시나무 수간재적표를 조제함에 있어 충분히 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 그리고 수간재적표는 이용자의 편의를 위하여 수피포함 및 수피제외 재적표를 조제하고자, 수피두께추정식을 개발하여 이용하였다. 수피두께추정식 역시 통계적으로 유의성이 인정되었다. 따라서, 본 모형이 아까시나무 수간재적표를 조제함에 있어 충분히 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 국내에서 처음으로 개발한 아까시나무의 수간재적표는 임학뿐 만 아니라 타 분야에 널리 사용되기를 기대한다.

Acoustical backscattering characteristics of Japanese anchovy can be estimated by Kirchhoffray mode model (KRM model) due to estimate exact body and swim-bladder shape of the fish, the samples were rapidly frozen by dry-ice and alcohol. X-ray photos for ventral and lateral direction for 6 samples were taken and the 3D coordinates of the body swim-bladder were estimated by digitizing from the photos. The angles between the axis of body and swim-bladder were about 9˚ at 38kHz and 7˚ at 120kHz, 200kHz. General formula of TS and BL estimated were 〈 TS38kHz 〉=20logBL-67.3, 〈 TS120kHz 〉=20logBL-66.6, 〈 TS200kHz 〉=20logBL-67.0. As a result, we confirmed KRM model is very useful to estimate TS (Target Strength) for design of experiment and it also can be applied to estimate the abundance of Japanese anchovy distributed by 2 frequency difference method in the survey area.

현재 중등학교 교육과정은 ‘7차 교육과정’, ‘2007 개정 교육과정’, ‘2009 개정 교 육과정’ 등이 혼재된 상태로 준비 또는 진행 되고 있어 현장의 선생님들은 교수․ 학습 및 평 가 등에 있어 혼란을 겪고 있다. 규준참조평가(norm-referenced evaluation)는 ‘학생이 무엇을 얼마만큼 알고 있는가?’ 보다는 상대적 서열에 관 심을 두는 평가 형태이다. 준거참조평가(criterion-referenced evaluation)는 학 습자 또는 개인이 정해진 준거 혹은 목표에 도달하였는지 여부를 판단하는 평가 형태이다. 따라서 준거참조평가(criterion-referenced evaluation)를 위해서는 교육과정 내용에서 성취기준을 마련하고, 성취수준을 기술해야 한다. 이는 교육과정 변화에 따라 무엇을 가르치고, 평가해야 하는가를 명확히 할 필요성이 있기 때문 이다. 평가문항(도구)의 제작은 성취기준에 의해 개발된다. ｢2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 한문과 성취기준 및 성취수준 개발 연구｣는 국가 수준의 평가 기준 및 성취 기준을 제시하고자 하였으며 그 일환으로 ‘예시평가문항’을 제시하였다. 그러나 2009 개정 교육과정 한문과 교과서 개발은 금년에 중학교가 완료되었다. 이 또한 아직 학교 현장에는 적용되고 있지 않다. 따라서 2009 개정 교육과정 한문Ⅰ 교과 서가 존재하지 않은 상태에서 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 ‘예시평가문항’을 만들 고 ‘예시평가도구’를 제시하는 것은 어려운 일이다. 그러나 ‘평가 기준’만을 제시할 경우, 실제 이러한 평가기준에 따라 어떤 평가 문항을 만들어야 하는가에 대하여 현장의 선생님들은 많은 의문이 생길 수 있다. 이 때문에 ‘성취 기준’에 따른 예시 평가문항(도구)의 제시가 필요하게 되었다. 현재 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 ‘고등학교 한문Ⅰ’교과서가 부재한 상태이다. 이러한 상황에서 문항을 개발한다는 것은 상당한 어려움이 있다. 그러나 예시 평 가 문항은 현장에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있기에 반드시 필요하다. 이에 따라 두 가지 대안을 마련하였다. 하나는 가장 공인된 ‘7차 교육과정 수능시험 문항’에서 ‘2009 개정 교육과정 평가 기준’에 맞는 문항을 찾아 제시하는 방법이며 다른 하나는 2009 교육과정의 새로운 유형의 문항은 개발하는 것이다. 이 글은 20개의 ‘예시 평가문항’을 2009 개정 교육과정 대영역인 ‘독해’, ‘문화’, ‘한문지식’으로 구분하고 문항에 대한 질적 평가를 하였으며, 이를 통하여 문항의 ‘내용 타당도’를 확인하였다.

The main purpose of this study is to analyse economic feasibility of low-carbon-oriented trawl gear. The results of benefit/cost analysis showed that use of the low-carbon fishing gear is economically feasible. Considering the fuel saving and relatively low CO2 emission by reducing the resistance of gear, net present value by such gear improvement was estimated about 2,430~2,853 million won with the benefit-cost ratio 1.65~1.84 and the internal rate of return 29.18~30.48 percent. Development of low-carbon trawl gear would render significant contributions to reducing CO2 emission in fishing operations and lead to reduce fishing costs due to fuel savings.

One of representative Korean fisheries, jigging and angling has 5,700 vessels for squid and hairtail. Hairtail angling is the most typical fishery in Jeju and has an enormous impact on regional economy. However, the price hike in oil and labor costs triggered the necessity of developing a high efficient and energy saving fish luring lamp in recent times. For that reason, this study aimed to analyze the fishing performance of the aircooled LED lamp targeting hairtail angling fishery. The experiment was conducted from September through October in 2009-2011 for a 9.77 ton of fishing vessel setting up 100 lamps. The fishing performance was tested compared with 6 vessels using metal halide lamps in the same waters. As the LED lamp's performance goes up, different lamps were used in 2008 for 80W, 2009 for 120W and 2011 for 180W respectively. The catch and CPUE of the experimental vessel have gradually increased respectively taking the 4th and 6th place in 2009, the 4th and 2nd place in 2010, the 1st and 1st place in 2011 among the 7 vessels. In summary, the LED fishing lamp showed higher fishing performance than comparison groups. It saved 33% of oil consumption and cut down on operating expenses and greenhouse gases emission.

공연장의 무대기계설비 시스템 및 조명장비 시스템 설치 완료 후 각 시스템의 최종 검사에 적용되는 검사 기준과 검사 방법을 명시함으로써 효율적으로 최종 설비 상태 를 점검하고, 발주처의 최종 검사에 효과적으로 대비할 수 있게 하고 안전사고를 미리 예방할 수 있게 하기 위하여 연구하였다.

This study introduces the accurate correction method of bearing position error of mobile robots using Stargazer sensor. The mobile robots require some vital functions including map building, localization, path planning, obstacle avoidance for autonomous navigation. In most cases, the localization of angular pose of a robot is essential because its result has a great effect on the performance of the other functions. We demonstrated the validity of the proposed method with the results of real experiments and applied it to the photographer robot for correct bearing position error at the moment of taking a picture.
