Today, a lot of schools aim for open education and school. In the same context, Christian university can’t be equal to academy mission, building a high wall of a doctrine. As Paul confesses that I can do everything through him who gives me strength for the Gospel under any circumstances, Christian university must be open for the Gospel. Above all, open school is open for all students and must be always ready for a meeting. Open Christian school is to ask a meaning of life and to meet students asking a question of existence, receiving them with a open mind and help them welcome Jesus Christ in the Holy Spirit. This is possible to be one in the center of Christ. School personnels who work in Christian university are to serve faithfully. They must take part in the faith training program actively and positively as ripe christians. Students who work in missionary organizations and christian groups have to cooperate each other in university. Because of spiritual superiority and arrogance of faith, we must not be separated and repeat past mistakes. On the contrary, we must receive in a humble way the comment that missionary organizations were a obstacle to academy mission. In the case of a part of missionary organizations, officials and core members used to build a wall and blame a church. And so, we have to improve this negative attitude. When members in campus as a God people have to cooperate each other and live in a place of life as the witness of the Gospel, the future of the campus mission will be better and brighter. We will get the vision of the future, conversing past history with present situation. First, we will examine the missionary history of christian university briefly and diagnose the situation of campus mission. On the basis of this diagnosis, we should present several important tasks to practice for mission. This paper will give a direction of campus mission with a limitation of research range. We will examine this paper in the center of Jeonju University .

The term “culturally refracted contexts” means the distorted, twisted, and fixed contexts which have lost the functional roles of the social integration in the specific cultural situations. The author tries to categorize three kinds of the distorted cultural patterns among the culturally refracted contexts of Korean society by using an anthropological method. The first one is related to “distorted nationalism” in a refracted context of the traditional pre-modern culture in Korea. It has been shown up to the society as a phenomenon of worshipping the national forefather Dangun. The second one is to be known as “extremely twisted totalism” in a culturally refracted context of militarism in Korea. It has impacted on the politic, the economy, the religion, and even the education of Korean society. The third one is to be tied with “distorted mammonism” in a culturally refracted context of materialism. It has been rooted and fixed to “extreme ethnocentrism” in Korea. The author, then, argues that Korean churches should have God’s mission to integrate the distorted and twisted society with the gospel of Jesus Christ which brings reconciliation and recovery to the culturally refracted contexts of Korean society. The distorted and twisted contexts of Korean society should be recovered to the grace community of God, the peace community of Jesus Christ, and the mission community of the Holy Spirit. In other words, the “distorted nationalism” in a refracted context of the traditional pre-modern culture in Korea has to be deleted in the society by God’s universal grace. The social oppressed and the weak can be protected and empowered by the grace of God. The “extremely twisted totalism” in a culturally refracted context of militarism in Korea can be nullified by Christ‘s sacrificial peace which brings the culture of resurrection and life. The “distorted mammonism” in a culturally refracted context of materialism in Korea should be transformed into the sharing community to the world by the witness of the Holy Spirit who gives the forgiveness and reconciliation. Korean churches as the community of the Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ, and God the Father should have a social and missional role of integration within the refracted Korean contexts of the distorted nationalism, totalism, and materialism with God’s grace, Christ’s peace, and the Holy Spirit’s sharing witness to the world and the society of Korea.

본 연구에서는 40% 농도의 산소 공급이 난이도에 따른 덧셈과제 수행 능력, 혈중 산소 포화도, 심박동율의 변화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 관찰하였다. 10명의 남자와 10명의 여자 대학생이 두 가지 농도의 산소 (21%, 40%)를 흡입하면서 세 가지 난이도의 덧셈연산을 수행하였다. Rest1 (3분), Task1 (1분, 한 자리 수 덧셈), Task2 (1분, 두 자리 수 덧셈), Task3 (1분, 세 자리 수 덧셈), Rest2 (4분)의 순서로 실험이 진행되었고, 모든 구간에서 혈중 산소 포화도와 심박동율이 측정되었다. 21%에 비해 40% 농도의 산소를 공급했을 때 평균 정답률이 증가하였고, 난이도가 증가할수록 정답율의 차이가 더컸다. 21%에 비해 40%의 산소가 주어질 때 모든 구간에서 혈중 산소 포화도는 증가하였고, 심박동율은 감소하였다. 결론적으로 고농도 산소 공급이 혈중 산소 포화도를 증가시켜 인지 처리에 따른 뇌 활성화를 촉진시킬 수 있고 이로 인해 연산 수행 능력이 증가되었다는 사실을 도출 할 수 있다. 특히 난이도가 증가할수록, 즉 인지 처리의 요구가 커질수록 고농도 산소의 효과가 더 명확히 나타난다는 사실을 도출할 수 있다.

목적 : 본 연구에서는 암묵 및 외현적 속성을 가진 운동 과제를 통해 정신훈련과 실제훈련의 효과와 정신 훈련에 적합한 속성의 운동 과제를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 정상 성인 36명을 세 집단(정신훈련군, 실제훈련군, 대조군)으로 무작위 할당하고, 표적조준과제와 시열반응과제를 이용하여 정신훈련 및 실제훈련 실시하였다. 표적조준과제는 모니터에서 제공하는 좌우의 두 개의 원안에 마우스를 위치함과 동시에 클릭을 하게 하였고, 시열반응과제는 모니터에서 제시되는 네 가지의 색깔에 대응하는 반응패드를 손가락을 이용하여 최대한 빨리 정확히 누르도록 하여, 반응시간을 측정하였다. 정신훈련과 실제훈련은 각각 하루 30분, 3일 동안 훈련하였고, 훈련 전과 후의 운동반응시간을 측정하여 비교하였다. 결과 : 표적조준과제에서는 정신훈련군과 실제훈련군에서 모두 대조군에 비해 통계학적으로 유의하게 반응시간의 변화를 보였고(p<.05), 시열반응과제에서도 정신훈련군과 실제훈련군에서 대조군에 비해 통계학적으로 유의하게 반응시간의 변화 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 또한 각각의 과제에서 집단간의 표준화된 점수의 비교에서 표준 조준과제의 경우, 실제훈련군에서 통계학적으로 유의하게 높은 증가를 보였고(p<.05), 시열반응과제의 경우에는 실제훈련군이 그 증감이 높았지만, 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보이지 않았다(p>.05). 결론 : 정신훈련은 암묵 및 외현적 속성을 가진 모든 과제에서 운동학습이 이루어졌고, 암묵적 지식의 습득보다는 외현적 지식이 요구되는 과제에서 운동학습의 효과가 높았다.

The aim of the article is to outline the history of the mission of the minjung church from 1983 to 2005 and to identify its new missionary tasks in a changed world. At the end of the cold war, the minjung movement in general, the minjung mission in particular, seemed to be unnecessary any more. After the economic crisis of 1997, however, the minjung mission played an important role for taking care of victims of the structural adjustment programs of many corporations, and for establishing alternative communities. Its history divides into four periods: the formation period (1983-1987), the development period (1988-1992), the transformation period (1993-1997), and the professional period (1998-2005). Each period deals with its socio-economic, political, cultural background and minjung mission’s main contents, characteristics, and limitation. The history of the mission of the minjung church is interpreted by the results of the social biographies of 26 minjung pastors. According to their social biographies, minjung pastors changed themselves in the process of the minjung mission rather than changed the minjung. They rediscovered the importance of the Bible and religion in relation to the social change. Also they found negative aspects of the minjung. They regarded spirituality and life as pillars for the forthcoming minjung mission. Some reflections on mission of the minjung church was carried out through analysing the relationship between faith and ideology, the dilemma of identity-involvement, positive understanding of religion, understanding of minjung, and theories of community organization and conscientization. In a changed world, spirituality, the minjung and life are identified as new tasks for the minjung mission.

온라인을 통해 세계는 점점 더 가까워지고 있으며 모든 영역에서 세계화 정보회는 국제적인 흐름이 되고 있다. 이러한 경향 속에 국내외적으로 시대적 흐름에 부합하는 인적역량 개발을 위한 국가 간 교육협력활동이 점차 확대되고 있으며 이를 토대로 다양한 형태의 교류활동 모형이 등장하고 있다. 시공간을 초월하여 누구나 접근이 가능하게 하는 온라인 기반 활동들은 이미 다국적 기 업들의 교육 훈련을 위해 오래전부터 활용되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 학교 현장에도 도입되어 우리의 전통적 교육현장의 모습도 시공간을넘어서서 다양하게 바꾸어가고 있다.온라인 학습공동체를 기반으로 국제교육협력과제활동을 수행하는 구성원들은 어느 한사람의 일방적인 지식 공여로 타자들의 지식 습득이 일어나는 것이 아니라 다양한 문화와 배경을 가진 참여자들이 때로는 교수자가 되기도 하고 때로는 학습자가 되는 위치 순환적 과정을 통해 지식을 공유하고 의미를 형성해 나간다. 또한 그 과정에서 참여지들은 협력적으로 지식을 구축하는 사회적 학습과정을 경험한다.본 연구는 이러한 온라인 학습공동제 활동 과정에서 참여자들이 협력과제 수행활동을 통해 아이디어를공유하고 자신의 생각을 팀의 목표에 부합하도록 조율하는 과정을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해 수행모델을개발하고 개발된 모텔을 과제 수행사례에 적용하였다. 수행모댈은 첫째 전체 과제 활동의 관리와 수행측면을 총괄하는 원리 둘째 원리를 토대로 구성된 수행단계와 단계별 활동 셋째 수행을 지원하기 위한 온라인 작업공간(웹 지원체제)로 구성되었다. 개발된 모델을 국제교육협력과제에 적용하여, 참여자들의 활동과정과 및 반응을 조사 분석하였으며 아울러 향후 필요한 몇 가지 개선점을 제시하였다.

Many departments in the governmental organization including Ministry of Science & Technology (MOST) allocate some of their budget into research and development in astronomy and space science. We identify the research projects related to astronomy and space science that were funded by the government during fiscal years 2004-2005. Then the distribution of budgets of those projects is analyzed according to several classification schemes and characteristics in order to find out the status and trends of the investment in this field. Five departments had conducted more than 190 projects related to astronomy and space science, which accounted for 7.3% of the government R&D budget in space and aeronautics area. As for most fields of basic science, MOST and Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development invested the most of budget in astronomy related projects. We briefly discuss the implications of this study.

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 뇌졸중 후 성인 인지손상 환자에 대한 과제 지향적 활동과 전통적 인지 재활의 중재 결과를 비교하여 인지기능과 일상생활동작에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 2007년 7월 2일부터 7월 28일까지 광주광역시 K병원과 C병원의 재활의학과에서 뇌졸중 진단을 받고 작업치료실에 의뢰된 성인 뇌졸중 환자 60명을 무작위로 과제 지향적 활동군과 전통적 인지 재활군으로 나누었다. 모든 중재는 훈련 받은 4명의 작업치료사가 4주 동안 주 5회 시행하였다. 중재 전후, 인지기능과 일상생활동작 수행능력을 LOTCA와 FIM으로 측정하였다. 결과 : 중재 후, 과제 지향적 활동군과 전통적 인지 재활군의 인지기능은 중재 전보다 모두 유의하게 향상되었다(p<.05). 인지기능 중, 지남력(시간), 시지각(겹쳐진 그림, 물체 향상성), 운동실행(물체 사용, 상징적 활동), 시운동 조직력(이차원 구성, 페그보드 구성, 색깔 블록 디자인), 사고 조직력(조각 비구성, 그림 순서), 주의력과 집중력 영역에서 과제 지향적 활동군이 전통적 인지 재활군보다 유의한 향상을 보였다(p<.05). 중재 후, 일상생활동작 수행능력은 두 군 모두 중재 전 보다 유의하게 향상되었다(p<.05). 일상생활동작 중, 자조활동(상의 옷 입고 벗기, 하위 옷 입고 벗기, 용변 처리하기), 배변 조절(대변 조절하기), 이동(욕조로 이동하기), 의사소통(표현력), 사회적 인지(사회적 관계능력) 영역에서 과제 지향적 활동군이 전통적 인지 재활군 보다 유의한 향상을 보였다(p<.05). 결론 : 본 연구 결과에 근거하여, 과제 지향적 활동이 전통적 인지 재활보다 성인 뇌졸중 환자의 인지기능과 일상생활동작 수행능력을 향상시키는데 도움이 될 것으로 보인다.

For the past decade, there have been a lot of debates on the patentability of software inventions. Given the fact that mathematic algorithm or business methods were not patentable by themselves, there have been misunderstanding or criticism that software inventions are nothing more than mathematic algorithm or business methods and thus unpatentable. It is clear, however, that software inventions which produce technical effects or concrete and tangible results are different from mathematic algorithm or business methods themselves and thus patentable subject matter. In addition, the reality in software industry clearly indicates that investments in software development demand some incentives and legal protection such as patent rights. Another reality in software industry is patent protection sometimes hinders further software developments and future innovations. This paper tries and suggests some solutions to the negative impact of patent protection. One of solutions may be found in interpreting the requirement of non-obviousness. Statistics show that there are a lot more invalid or weak software patents than in other areas of technology. In addition to problems with patent examinations at the Patent Office, there are found substantial uncertainties of the non-obviousness test not only at the Patent Office but also at judicial courts. While the U.S. Supreme Courts reinterpreted the TSM test to strengthen the non-obviousness test, Korean courts simply did not turn to the TSM issues nor suggested any clear criteria. Problems with possible abuse of patent right in software industry may be tackled by several ways including denial of remedies against any alleged patent infringement, narrow interpretation of patent claims or limitations on doctrine of equivalents, application of antitrust law and so on. Unlike in the U.S. courts, patent right owners have not been allowed to raise the issue of invalidty in the Supreme Court dealing with patent infringements in Korea. Recently, however, Seoul High Court held that bringing a lawsuit based on an invalid patent constitutes an abuse of patent right and, thus, that remedies were not granted. Other than bringing a lawsuit based on an invalid patent, however, what else constitutes abuse of patent right? It seem also difficult to define what a patent troll is. Even if patent itself is valid and even if a patent troll is not involved, standard software such as mobile phone software which is standardized may have dominant market power and may give rise to anti-competitive business practices. In this sense, antitrust aspects of patent right becomes increasingly important in software industry.

한국의 특허법원은 내년에 개원 10주년을 맞이 하는데, 종전의 특허청 항고심판소보다 법령의 해석과 기술내용의 이해에서 더욱 충실할 뿐만 아니라 선례적 가치가 있는 판결을 많이 선고하였다. 또 자국 산업의 보호에만 편향되지 않고 세계의 보편적인 규범과도 조화로운 해석을 내리고 있다는 평가를 받고 있다. 한국의 지적재산권 분쟁에 관한 사법시스템은 특허권 등 권리의 유∙무효를 판단하는 심결취소 소송과 특허권 등에 기한 금지청구소송, 손해배상 청구소송 등의 침해소송으로 이원화되어 있다. 특허법원은 특허권 등의 등록무효 사건과 권리범위확인 사건에 대한 판결을 통하여, 침해소송을 담당하는 일반 법원에 전문적인 판단자료를 제공하는 역할을 성공적으로 수행하여 왔다. 그러나 특허법원은 침해소송의 항소 사건까지 담당하는 것으로 관할을 확대할 필요가 있다. 이와 관련하여 산업재산권의 침해금지가처분 사건을 담당할 제1심 법원을 특허법원 내에 설치할 것을 제안한다. 나아가 특허법원 소속 법관의 전문성과 국제화를 제고하기 위하여 특허법원에서의 근무기간을 대폭 연장하여야 한다. 이제 한국의 특허법원은 합리적 수준의 친특허(Pro-Patent)를 위하여 더 많은 역할을 할 때가 되었다.

지금까지 우리사회는 범죄인에 대하여 개인적 책임에 상응하는 엄정한 처벌 중심으로 대응하고 있다. 그리고 거기에 보태어 처벌 후에도 사회적 낙인을 부여하는 등으로 좀처럼 그들의 새로운 삶을 인정하지 않으려는 사회적 분위기가 존재한다. 그것은 그들에게 또 한 번의 왜곡된 삶을 강요하게 되고 그 결과는 그들을 포함한 우리사회 전체의 질곡으로 되돌아오는 반복성을 띠고 있다. 공공질서를 어지럽히고 타인의 생명과 재산을 위협하는 사회악인 범죄는 그 어떤 이유로도 정당화될 수 없다. 따라서 그들의 행위에 대하여 상응한 처벌을 가함으로써 선량한 시민을 보호하고 사회적 안전을 도모하는 것은 정의로운 행위요 국가의 제 1차적 목적임에 틀림없다. 그러나 범죄의 악순환의 고리를 끊고 범죄로부터 사회를 보호하는 형사정책의 가장 효율적인 방향은 교정 전반에 복지정책을 보다 차원 높게 시행하는 것이라고 생각한다. 전 인류사회가 지향하는 복지사회의 이념과도 맞을 뿐 아니라 그것이 국민의 복지 증진과 사회보호라는 현대국가의 제1차적 사명을 효율적으로 달성하는 것이기 때문이다. 교정복지의 구현이 이렇게 시대적 사명임에도 불구하고 교정학계나 사회복지학계에서 구체적으로 다루어지지 않는 상황의 개선을 위한 초석을 다지고자 하는 데에 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 그리고 그러한 의의를 현실화하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 교정복지 연구의 초기 단계라고 할 수 있는 교정복지의 정체성과 교정복지 구현의 사회적 유용성을 중점적으로 다루었다. 그리고 교정복지의 사회적의의의 활성화를 위한 거시적 차원의 정책적 제언을 제시하였다. 교정복지의 구체적인 프로그램의 개발과 효과성 검증 등의 후속 연구의 견인차 역할을 기대하고자 한다.

Traditionally the availability of probation should be an alternative to incarceration, its innovation is more widely spread in the world. The founder of the probation, Boston's John Augustus, was concernd about drunks being put in jail to dry out. He felt they needed help, so he took them into his home as an compassionate act. Since his successful supervision and recommanding reformation of corrections, probation has become the most commonly alternative in America and other countries. The presentence investigation report considered by probation officer and state statutes help guide the court in determining whether an offender is a suitable candidate for probation. Of course to those convicted of murder, sex crimes, other serious assaults and those with a serious criminal record, probation must not be granted. Perhaps probation is most commonly granted to first-time offenders, property offenders, low-risk offenders, non violent offenders and probation involves minimal levels of supervision and restriction. Model probation should purpose to help low-risk offenders maintain law-abiding behaviour, Sometimes some courts emphasize treatment oriented conditions, others more punitive conditions. One common condition for all probationers is to obey the law. Other conditions are, for example, cooperating with a program of supervision, meeting family responsibilities, maintaining steady employment or engaging or refraining from engaging in a specific employment or occupation, pursuing prescribed educational or vocational training, maintaining residence in a prescribed area or in a special facility established for or available to persons on probation, refraining from consorting with certain types of people or frequenting certain types of places etc. To attain successful probation, many officers' caseloads should not be so massive, people who receive standard probation should undergo periodic or random testing for probability of future crime or future delinquent behaviour. Probation is one of the correctional options, whose goal is to control crimes and delinquent behaviour. To achieve this goal depends almost all upon mitigating the heavy caseloads of most probation officers and furthering the ability of probation officers to closely monitor and supervise those probationers.
